I am up for the challenge! I have tried several different programs for weight loss and building body mass over the past ten years with all different levels of success. Although I have been fairly athletic most of my life, the last couple of years I fell trap to the corporate grind and demands of life. During this time I was sedentary and ballooned up to my heaviest weight. With my age fastly approaching 40 I needed to do something. Fortunately, I did. Since January I have dropped my body weight by 20% and gained lean muscle mass. I recently finished my first 1/2 marathon and I feel great. However, I can’t seem to shed the last 5-10 lbs. of body fat. I have come this far and I want the six pack abs and definition that can only be achieved with a program like yours. Am in my 40’s but not all my Soldiers are.,, Fellow comrads are in their early 20’s typically and it gets harder to keep up. Not only that, there is a growing number of troops right now that can’t reenlist back into the military ause they fail Height/Weight Standards, it’s hard to pack in a regimine in a short amount of time. These troops want to reenlist cause it provides income, but finding a program, even the military that can help thier workouts more is very important. No other job I know of kicks you out cause your over weight. It’s tough, and I want to help not only me keep up with the younger generation but to help the older generations and/or those who struggle to find results. This group could really use a program just like this! each has a reason why they becoe over weight, injuries and time to reecover, lack of time due to school and work, depressed, too many MRE’s etc…each is individual… collectively though would like to share as a team. i am a 48 yr housewife with two children. the 7 yr has ADD. i wish i had his energy but i don’t. in fact my energy is super low and i am around 30pds overweight. i started the 7day belly blast diet and now i need a good exercise plan to go with it that will give me the results i need in limited time that will also challenge my body to drop off this weight around my middle. I am 5ft with a waist size of 37″ not good at all and since sugar runs in my family i am borderline meaning i can control it if i stay healthy or be on medication. Today I turn 36 and since last March I have lost a total of 70 lbs. I have plateaud and been stuck at the same weight and shape for the last 3 months. Hi. I am a full time nursing student. I am about 40-50 pounds over weight at present. This started in my 30’s and got so much worse when 4 years ago I lost 2 of my best friends within 20 days of each other, my grandma and my brother. I am a very emotional eater and that set me off on a huge weight gain. I have always been told “Oh, but you are such a beautiful girl”. Well that doesn’t make me feel better in my own skin deep inside. I am miserable and can’t seem to find what I need to help. I am very active and controlling my eating but being close to 40 and not having the right program to follow is tuff. I have been dragging my heals on getting married to my fiancée also due to the fact I don’t want one of my most special moments to make me depressed by how “fat” I would feel in a dress. I have a goal of wearing a bikini before I am 60. I have 1 year and 2 months to go. I exercise regularly (bootcamps, kettlebells, yoga) but I still have some weight to lose. I have reached a plateau. I absolutely LOVE exercising, it makes me feel so great and I would be truly lost without it! I spend up to 2 hours in the gym per night 3-4 times per week, but unfortunately I don’t always see the results I’m after. It is very frustrating after putting so much time and effort into my workouts. I know that your program will help me to achieve the amazing results that I dream about! I’m 61 years old and about 45 lbs. overweight. I have developed high blood pressure and have a family history of heart disease. I have been trying to loose weight for over 5 years and have been unsuccessful in finding a diet or program that has been effective. My wife is very concerned that I may follow the pattern set by my father and uncles which was an early death from heart failure and I have promised her I would do everything possible to get my weight down. I feel this program may be just the right regimen I need to accomplish my goals. I’ve been very encouraged by all the info I have received in your emails and newsletters and really look forward to trying out your complete system.
I have battled depression all my life however a couple years ago my mental health deteriorated further and my weight ballooned. I am now overweight on every measurement. Although I was a slender and athletic person in my youth, I suffered from self-esteem problems and subjected my body to ridiculous diets and other unhealthy methods. I see my overweight state as “payback” for the years of abuse I put my body through. For the last few years I have refrained from using unhealthy methods to lose weight, I am now determined to lose weight healthily however I have not been successful in doing so. Your 1000 calorie system will give me the structure and knowledge to lose weight fast but healthily without resorting to unhealthy means as I did in the past. I am determined to change my relationship with my body and regain my self-esteem.
I need it! I want it! I must have it! Seriously, I have always been battling against extra weight and have not been able to find the perfect mix to get rid of it and change my body/fat composition. Hi, I am inspired by your systems. I am 44, cycle a lot and do BMX with my son. However, to have a good body is important to set an example for kids, colleagues and friends. I can not believe the amount of health problems, never mind weight problems people my age have. Kids dont get outdoors anymore due to the techno age and safety reasons. Your program is inspirational in that you dont have to spend years to get the body they want. This is definitely an opportunity I would like to promote in South Africa. The program will increase my overall strength and fitness for cycling and bmx.

I am a personal trainer and boot camp instructor. I have so much pride in what I do for my clients. This information I would be able to share with all of them. Guide them to where they want to be in a healthly aspect. I always tell my clients that you have to eat well not just work out and break a sweat. Using this challenge as an incentive to my clients would do nothing but bring them all to YOU when they see what happens to their bodies, energy, and health. This will wake them up knowing that food makes all the difference in the world and before you know it, they are registering with you online and using and purchasing all they are interested in. I am a stay at home mom to 6 young kids. The other day, I looked in the mirror and saw my mother – Now I love my mother and she has a beauty about her that cannot be captured in a mirror – so def. not a slam to my mom. But she also believed that caring for her self stopped with that first cut of the umbilical cord. And there she was . .staring back at me. I have daughters of my own and I want them to learn that they should always take care of themselves. I want my whole family to adopt a lifestyle of health and fitness – and as you know . .the hand that rocks the cradle . . .it has to start with me. I am overweight, stiff, sore and haven’t yet lost the baby weight from my second child, not to mention the third through sixth – I would really appreciate some direction and your program would really help
Over the last several years, I have had to have several surgeries, including a total thyroidectomy due to cancer. Because of these surgeries, and the fact that my endocronologist is often changing my thyroid medications, I have gained weight – a lot of it.
I have another surgery on the horizon in the next year, and want to lose the weight (or at least start) prior to this surgery, but I need help to do it. I have proper clearance now from my doctors to start an exercise program again. I know that your plan will work for me, and that I can use it getting back to being the ‘me’ I remember from prior to my surgeries.

I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life. In my 20s, I lost 80 pounds with the help of a drug called Phentermine. And I really was able to keep it off for a few years, but the pounds crept back on. Several years later I started playing roller derby, and I turned into a machine. I lost weight, gained muscle, and became fierce. I didn’t have a life, though. I practiced or worked out every single day. I kept it up until I was stopped cold by a severe knee injury, and gained 40 pounds. 40lbs quickly became 50, and where I am now (with my knee back to normal) just trying to get healthy again and lose that weight. For the past month and a half, I’ve been going to the gym nearly every day, but last week I BURNED OUT.
I just started doing weight training at the gym and circuits at home, and taking, wow…OFF days! for a change. It’s amazing. I’m hooked, and I want more!
I will be turning 50 on October 23. I have had belly fat my whole life. Even when I was 95 pounds and in great shape my belly was never flat. I now have 50 lbs to lose and I do your workouts. I’m always on the Atkins diet which is a great diet but after a while it does not work anymore. Staying in ketosis is good but it devoids your body from all the water and you hit a plateau. I love avocados, dark chocolate, and lean protein, eggs and all the food that you mention. I would also like to have some good carbs like oatmeal and quinoa and eat lots of fruit like papaya, but I can’t because if I don’t stay on this stupid atkins diet, I’ll start gaining weight back by the day. Your program will kick my metabolism up and lose the 11 pounds in 7 days and I will be able to get off this diet and go to a real healthy one like yours. I have always been in great shape playing sports in high school, up until college. I have recently gotten married and the “out of shape” syndrome has hit me. I have gained weight & fat in the stomach area that I’ve been trying so hard to lose. I’ve started your program (ie R quattro) but still havent quite achieved the results I am looking for. I want to maximize my health, my look & have more energy.

I live in Kazakhstan and unfortunately, do not have many chances to find appropriate fitness clubs which can help me to get rid of a thick layer of fat at my waist. I tried a lot but…… no results.
