Hi Guys!
For most of my late teen, early twenty years, I had weighed in the 150-160 pound range. However, I was able to lose 30 pounds in 2004 and kept it off until I got pregnant with my first son in 2007. Since he was born, I have gained those 30 pounds back and have tried everything possible to lose the extra weight with no success. Nine weeks ago, I delivered our second son and now am ten pounds heavier than I was. I put 110% into the programs that I try, but I do need to see results, or I get frustrated. After receiving your updates the past couple of weeks, I am psyched to get started on your program because I know that the results are iminent! Thanks!

I just have to say that hands down I know that this program will work. I’ve been using Vince Delmonte MYM and it has helped me to start my transformation back into that college linebacker I once was. I know your program will work because that day I saw Flavia and Vince doing it themselves. I trust Vince and as a Christian man like him I know he is honest. I am also a firefighter and being in shape helps me save lives and I plan on taking this in to the firehouse to share with the department so we can do what we do a little better, faster, and stronger. Thanks in advance Joel
I’m a 45yr old mother of 2 with a crazy busy life and little time to myself. I have looked at all the lead up to the 1000 Cal. Challenge and feel motivated to do something about the extra 20lbs on my body for the 1st time in a long time. I watched my mother yo-yo with her weight for years. I think that her unhealthy lifestyle was a big part in her eventual death from cancer at the age of 45. I would like to improve my fitness & health so I am able to be around for my kids, and their kids. Also to foster in them a desire to stay fit & active – to try and lead by example. Thank you for all your hard work in developing this program. Can’t wait to see the details and get started!
Hey Joel & Arnel,
Your program seems like a real winner!!! from the updates and the material published so far I believe this will work. I have taken upon myself to tell your strategies to my fellow partners at the gym and this is a goal we are all wanting to achieve. I am 45 and in decent shape but I can use lots of help in the weight department and I would love to know all the techniques you guys have developed to improve my performance and spread the word about your site and quality of your plan. I hope I have your consideration in your decision.
Thank you for the opportunity,
Samuel
Once upon a time, a long long time ago I was fit, strong, lithe, supple and oh so toned. I blithely exercised without a thought, regularly, conscientiously, with conviction. I ate only the most nutritious food with gusto and blissful vigilance, spurning all and any that didn’t nourish me. Then along came the joy of my life, along came post-caesearian flabby abs, along came motherhood, along came work and life. A time warp engulfed me. I emerged with a body swathed in excess fat, weak as a kitten, wearied by effort and trudging through my days as if gravity had increased tenfold. I was a stranger in my own body. “Enough”, I announced, “time to oust this alien”, and I launched myself into a quest to revive and restore my original healthy programming. Alas, the base code was corrupted by the effect of the time warp and 2 years later I continue to struggle and experiment with codes that promise to be compatible with my alien body-form. The exertion of creating anew what was once so automatic has threatened to overwhelm me, but a new mulish, stubborn grit has seized me. I launched myself into a vigorous crusade to discover techniques that will sculpt a vibrant physique, one that propels me through my day effortlessly, is a marvel to behold, and infuses me with radiance and spirited engagement with my loved ones. Your programme is the ultimate solution that has so far evaded me; your programme is my key.
Im 28 yrs old and i have 33% percent bodyfat and have to lose between 10 – 15kgs.I do have a trainer who i have been working out with for the past year now and also following a decent diet. But i haven’t seen much difference lately. I live in chennai, india and sadly this city seems to lack good fitness instructor who can help people like me. I have tried the sample workout and i love it!!!It was hard and tough , in a good way ! … There is hope that this would bring about the change that im looking for… Im soon to be married and i feel this workout will get me to look fit and healthy on my special day
I’m so disappointed in all my efforts to get to my final goal weight after gastric by-pass. I’ve been struggling with it all my 41 years. I want my boyfriend to look at me and want to have me on his arm, and having me look good is important to me. I am to look the way I feel inside. Good luck to everyone!
As a kid of the 60’s, and now at 64 years old, my intention is to reshape (literally) what THESE 60’s look like, work like, talk like, move like, and LIKES! – for example, getting the ‘hang’ of Living gratefully as many minutes as possible.
My ten-year development work in renewable energy is starting to find its footing in our first installations – so now PERSONAL energy, RENEWABLE DAILY, and SUSTAINABLE too!? Your’s is one powerful path toward that destination.
Much to share – much to do – more to BE. One person’s success, health, attitude affects many. It’s a joy and challenge to know we ARE all connected.
I simply will say that I am desperate to get a book as it might be my last chance to get in shape..
Thank you

Hi Joel and Arnel,
I believe this would be an ideal program for me. I understand the principles and want to get the specifics. Nine years ago, I was in very good physical condition. Through several years of various major stressors and some physical issues, I’ve gain 50 lbs. and lost my conditioning. REAL rapid results that I can take forward with me would be a great motivation to help me back on the fitness train. I’m 51 years old now, I have 4 beautiful grandchildren, and I want to be in the best physical condition possible to enjoy them and the rest of my life!! Pick me, pick me!! =)
Thank you,
Julie
I need this after losing 20 pounds and feeling good again, I hit a plateau and just couldn’t take the last 10 pounds off. I sought help from a nutritionist that made me feel bad about myself and had no real advice or help on how to take the last 10 ponds off. Then I injured my arm and when that healed I fell and injured my foot. I havent worked out in 6 months and have gained 10 pounds back. I want the 20 pounds gone and gone for good. I think this could do the trick! Thanks.
Hi,
I have tried it all, weightlifting started with the old bodybuilding mantra everyone knows (a lot of work just concentrating on specific muscle groups). Then changing of rep ranges and sets, then running and lifting. Probably the best result came during my time in the army when diet and work matched, got down to 76kg. Now I’m again up to 88-89kg which is about 10 kg too much. I’m not hugely over weight but I’m not pleased with the way I look either. The worst part is that the fat is stored in the midsection of my body, which I’m told means that my vital organs aren’t feeling that well.
I have trained for so long that I know that it takes hard work and a smart diet to succeed and that there are no gimmicks to succeeding but I’m also lazy to do research myself when I know that there are people who have put their own time in making this their profession and already have done the work for me.
I looked at the sneak peak of the training regime and it seemed very interesting something I have never tried before nor seen before. This is why I’m very much interested in trying it out and see if I finally can find a way to keep myself to the weight and size I should be at. Hopefully I will be so lucky as to win this great prize. Thanks for this opportunity!
Hi
I want to try and change my life for good now .I am 22 years old and weight actually 125 kg and i was on diagnosed being pre diabetic by my doctor 2 years ago.He told me if I dont do anything to decrease my weight, i was certainly going to live a very short life.I was very depressed at that time and did not have any motivation to continue with life.Everybody use to make fun of me at school. I tried almost everything possible to lose weight, bought lots of diet books, exercise and took some fat burning pills but nothing really works,(It worked for a while then put on weight again).Maybe this program is my last chance to try something different.I really dont know what to do anymore. I am willing to put 100% effort to achieve my goals but i dont know where to start. My true goal is to become healthy and remove the tag of being pre diabetic.
Cheers
Chris
I am 36 years old, 5’4, 150#. I am an avid exerciser, 5-6 days a week. For the past 3 years, since coming back from an injury, I have been struggling to lose fat. In my quest, I have discovered many exercise routines, kettlebells, become an advanced runner, participated in a triathlon and sharpened my diet to near perfection. My body has changed considerably and I’ve developed excellent muscle definition, however, despite my efforts, the fat is not going away. I would like to lose up to 20lbs. In the past 3-4 weeks, I’ve begun to do exclusively high intensity interval workouts and miraculously I’ve seen a 7 pound weight loss and am noticing significant results. Yesterday I did one of your sample workouts and loved it! I believe that these extremely intense full body workouts may be the answer for me. I would love to win this because I will actually follow the workouts and put 110% into it to finally achieve my goals! Thank you for your consideration!!
I in need of help getting through my troubled teen life. I am seriously overweight and need to shape up. I hope this program can give me the confidence i need to interact w/ my peers.
Jelly Belly be gone. I eat well, I exercise and most peaople think I look good. That’s because they can’t see my stomach, after 4 children, extra skin, extra fat, I’m not happy with what I see in the mirror. Your program will do the trick, of that I am sure. I turn 40 in 6mths and like the idea of Hot Mum ’71. I’d love this program.
I need this to live. I’m on 5 different Hypertension meds. I’m only 46 years old.
have been physically active most of my life. After turning 40, it seems that everything starting going down hill fast no matter how much exercise or dieting I did. I am now in my earlier 50’s and still am physically active. I do a 4 mile-walking program 5 days a week and do CURVES training program 6 days a week and still can’t seem to lose the belly. I generally watch what I eat because of hereditary health issues (high cholesterol and blood pressure) just can’t seem to lose the middle section. I have tried many programs but this program looks like it might really work for me. I feel given the opportunity to do try this program I can finally success in losing the belly fat. Thanks for your consideration.
I’ve been fat my whole life. Sooner or later it will kill me. This program might just save me before it is too late.
I’ve been following Joel Marion for a while and I’d like to see what he’s up to. I’ve also read that John Romaniello has contributed to your workout programs, so I’m sure they’ll be challenging and effective.
The nutritional approach makes me curious, too.
Hey guys
This is the perfect program for a 27 y.o. who is looking to take his success to the next level. I lost nearly 50 pounds since last July. Body fat has been cut by over 49% to around 13% but I’m stuck now. I’ve rotated many programs over these last 15 months but of all the programs I have seen, this looks to be the best researched.
We all know the gimicks companies can play with before and after pictures but the ones I saw on your updates were phenomenol! I want to take my stripped down body to an insanely ripped level so please consider me as one of your contest winners for the 1000 calorie challenge system!
Have an awesome weekend.
I really need this program because I am a little over weight as well is my family, and I believe this program would not only be very beneficial to me, but also to my family, I have recently become obsessed with living a healthy life and with this program to help me lose wieght my dream of a healthy life is possible@ Joel Marion:

Hope I make it to the right place to be elegible for a free copy. I know that at this time I could not do all the exercises except mentally. But I am optimistic that in time I could do more than 50% and since I am starting in the minus that would be a fantastic change in my life.
I give up!!! I have an overlarge fatty liver, and I am a good 30lbs over weight, I work out, I am fit but I cant seem to loose any weight. I don’t smoke, drink or eat bad foods, but my portions might be out of sorts…anyhow its all very frustrating. I am a female 55 years old and I am keeping most of the weights in my middle, small hips but round in the middle makes me look out of proportion..

I spent three months getting in shape for a walking marathon for charity and lost 15 pounds, 2 inches from my waist, and vastly improved my leg power. I averaged 40 miles a week in training, which breaks down to about 120 hours of work to lose 15 pounds! However, that did nothing for the rest of my body and I did lose strength and power in my upper body as I spent less time with the body weight exercises that I had been performing. I am fascinated with your program and the potential it shows to vastly improve my strength and power in a fraction of the time I spent pounding up and down the hills around my home town. I would welcome the opportunity to utilize your program to kick this 50+ year old body in high gear. I also have an 11 year old that could use some guidance in nutrition and exercise that he won’t accept from his curmudgeon of an old man.
Thank you for your consideration,
Duncan
