Using standard methods of diet and exercise I have taken off over 30 pounds of fat in the last year. However, I have hit a wall that personal knowledge and effort had not touched in the last 4 months. I feel I am at the point where I have the willpower but lack the instruction – and I still have 25 pounds to go. I think it is time for a program with professional advice to reach my goals and be in the best shape of my life at 37.

Hi Guys.
I am 50 years old and feel about 70. My joints are stiffening up and I am out of breath after mild exercise.
I am about 65lbs over weight, and need to loose weight and get fit fast.
I want to start living a healthy and fit lifestyle so I can enjoy my grandson in years to come (he is only 4 months old)
My daughter, the mother , is also obese and it would be great for the two of to work together with this program so we can live long and healthy lives.

The information from your program, I feel I need to follow this to get the results that I need. And like all the other programs that I have tried in the past, they were unsuccessful. I feel this program is for me in this point of my life because I am 43 now and at 30 my goal was to be ripped and this has not happened yet. I feel this program will help me to accomplish my goal. I also feel that this program is perfect for me because the 1000 calorie challence is what I want to accomplish, by week four. Thanks for all the info so far.

I am a Navy wife, a stay-at-home mom. And I am no more worthy to have one of these systems for free than anyone else who posted here. I am way too overweight. I have lost about 50 pounds this year. But it stopped. I have diabetes, although with the weight loss, my numbers have gotten better. So that is a plus. You know, I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. And I KNOW that exercise, like it or not, is the ONLY way to even get remotely close to that feeling. I just need direction to accomplish that. So no matter who you pick to receive your system, they all deserve it and NEED it. Thanks for doing this!

Hello, I need your help!!! I have tried various diets/exercise plans to no avail! and at 33 have read so much info that have confused myself and now dont even know what steps to take to loose weight and blubber of fat still on my body? your programme seems easy to follow clean and makes sense! Thanks for this opportunity. I lead a “fitness” class at my church. I have people of all shapes and ages involved. Personally I have tried several other programs in the past and now just use a hodge podge of all them. So far I have lost 35 pounds, but have come to the plateau. I think the information you present is great! I have a mother who is in very bad shape medically and physically. She doesn’t seem to know where to turn to get good information. She seems stuck in the misinformation universe. I would love your program to give to her as a gift. I am very excited about having found out about your program. I am at a point in my life where I need to be healthy in order to take care of the rest of my family. In the past, I have tried other systems that have worked for me; however, when I gained the weight back and tried them again, they failed to give me same results as before. I have been to my doctor and been tested for everything, but they say all of my results are normal – yet they can’t tell me why I am tired all the time, have no energy, and can’t seem to drop any weight with diet and exercise. I am hoping that this program will be exactly what I need to get back to where I was 3 years ago – the healthiest and most fit I have ever been in my life.

this week I had a surgery to remove my appendix, so I don’t know what will happen to my shape after two months, because my doctor says that I can’t lift heavy weights for two months becuase of the surgery wound and we don’t want it to develop to a serious problem, I’m not that shredded but I have 17% body fat and I like to remove them, please I have tried my best to achieve 11 or 10% after dropping from 32% body fat, so please if this program can help, I would appreciate if it will help me lose body fat quickly and with body weight exercises, I know my surgery will lessen my chances to win the free copy, I don’t know if this program include body weight exercises, anyway I would like to thank you Joel for everything, I bought & used before your CWYT program referred in Roman FPFL ebook, and it was amazing combined with Roman’s program.

This is the most unbelievably effective workout I have experienced. I am a personal trainer and have many middle aged female clients who all struggle to lose fat. I have been trying many different techniques with mixed results. Already I have seen results with your program. I really got excited the first time I learned about the whole 1000 calorie per workout idea. It’s quite a shift in the strategy I’ve always been used to, where I’m running blindly like a mouse in a wheel without really knowing how effective it all is. Here is something where I KNOW EXACTLY the payoff for my work, as challenging as it is. I can’t wait to use this to lose those last 20 lbs and be in the best shape I’ve been in years.

I love a good challenge. I love getting quick results. That is why the R4-Quattro method is for me. I have done 3 rounds (since you released the methodology) of the exercise program. It is a great way to efficiently exercise and adapt it to you. Best of all, you can do it at home with very little equipment. I can definitely feel the difference already in the way by body is responding to this combination. I have worked out with trainers for years and I feel I push myself harder with these exercises-like a competition against myself. Wearing my heart rate monitor while exercising shows me exactly where I’m at burning calories. I have recently lost 20 pounds since I have changed my eating habits and now want the extra fit figure and fabulous abs to celebrate turning 47 next month. I know I am on my way. I broke my fibula and tore my ancle ligaments 7 weeks ago which was fixed with a plate and screws and they sowed up all my liggaments on the inside of my right ankle. During this time I started looking at the program of Jon Benson and followed the diet and have lost a kg or so. I am 19 years old and grossly overweight and would so much like to start sweating off weigh and change my life. However I need professional guidance in doing so especially as I am in the process of first getting to walk properly without crutches.

This program looks like this is what I need to get myself motivated to better my life. The information you have provided is helping me to make better decisions and to get motivated to move more and lose the weight that I have had no luck in doing before.

I am a 23 years-old martial artist, who’s been fiddling with musclegain and fat loss for the last 5 years. My impressions of what works and what does notwork seemed alienated from everyone else’s, until I read your first report! I must say, you seem to have put together everything that I ever looked for: variable, high demanding works with metabolic training, to avoid making me look like a marathonist by the end of the 3rd week. Been a martial artist, I can’t afford to drop weight by losing muscle, and I was never giving a good option to pack some meat, stay light on my feet and look awesome. Looks like you guys found the gold! Maybe my before and after pictures won’t impress that much, because I am not too fat right now, but I know that I have the commitment to complete the program, and I would certainly apeal to those who can’t affrord to loose their guns and still want a six-pack. I recently (5 weeks ago) read Mike Geary’s book “The Truth about Abs” and subsequently implemented his workout routine. I’m 47 years old and had been doing the same old workouts that I’ve been doing for the last 30 years and figured my age was simply the issue at this point in my life with respect to my workout. Mike helped me see that this statement was totally incorrect. Since implementing his workouts I’ve cut my workout time in half and feel 100% better. Less sourness, more energy and believe it or not my waist is decreasing in size and I’m toning up. It’s time to take it to the next level.

I’m an age 50 father with a very athletic age 14 son. He is almost as tall as me and is really proud of his muscles. But he doesn’t quite have the stamina I have from years of running and bicycling. I think your high intensity program is just what we need to strike a good balance between strength and endurance in a most efficient manner. I’d also like to see my ‘pooch belly’ disappear in the process.

I am 49 years young,I am a very motivated person,I cycle every day and i also do a 5 mile walk daily,I do some weights at home, but with no visible results .I cant seem to get rid of any fat.I have been trying for the last 4 years and I have tried so many diets that none seem to work for me .I have read your reports and i would love to try something that is so structured from what to eat down to the exercise thats it has to work .I would love to be the one with the before and after pictures ,and not looking at others who say they have achieved this.So if you can consider me for a copy i would very great full.

Hi Joel and Arnel, Ive been keeping upto date with all your material, so many thanks! I would love to try the 1000 calorie challenge since as of yet, nothing else has seemed to be effective enough. There is a lot of stuff out there which I have tried but like i said, with minimal results. Im not going to say I dont have the money to pay for the programme, but after spending money on other things out there which havent helped, i have some what lost hope in buying such things. I would therefore like to try and get a free copy. If it works, I would be more than happy to share my results to the world and prove to all those folks out there who, like have spent a lot of money to trying the ‘right’ programme, that there is still hope for them!
