Hello there,

Overweight and nearly 40 is not ideal and I need to start good eating habits and an effective exercise regime for my future health. I really like this program as it is beginner friendly. I will be able to do the exercises at the start and increase the intensity using this system so I am able to burn 1000 calories each session. And I would be able to eat good quantities of healthy food which is sustainable in the long term. It is always hard to start a new fitness routine, but this program seems to address that issue which is what I need.

I need to get this program and I need to get it started asap! I am a blackhawk pilot in the US Army and I am preparing to leave for Iraq here in 2 months. My unit is going in to be the final exfiltraton of the remaining ground forces in Iraq. My problem recently has been with my body fat. The PT program they make us participate in is well, not worth the time to put it nicely. Ever since we switched over to this new progressive pt program I have gained a little weight but mostly a bit of body fat and as an aviator that is not healthy. I need to be at top physical shape to ensure the saftey of others as we pull them out of combat. I need an excellent program that I can use to help get me back down to the body fat level I need to be at and after reading all of the emails about this challenge I have no doubt that this is exactly what I need to continue mission!

I have learned so much that I did not know I was doing wrong about my weight-loss. great information I am currently a 6’1, 275pound father of 2 with asthma and would love to get more information on the 1000 calories burning program. My goal is to lose at least 40-60pounds by the end of the year but with the diet I am using it looks like I am not going in the right direction. I started doing the workout attached in the first information email and I can tell you that it is nothing like I have ever done before I could barely get through the first 2 sets and broke down 1/4 of the way through the third, I hurt all over but I felt so good after the pain subsided, better than I have in months. I am definitely going to continue with this program and if you have any tips on food plans let me know.

Hey :). So I’m 21 years old and I have tried a number of trainning plans to get myself into shape. I’ve been following your system for a while now and I’m really intrigued with it. I’m into my 3rd year of medical school and in my opinion good health and healthy body are very inportant. So if u decide to award me the free copy, I’ll try it out for myself, share my results with the people I work with plus all my friends. Another big bonus is that it is all body-weight so you dont need a lot of equipment at home or drive to the gym ;).

I turn 40 next month and have been struggling with the ups and downs of weight loss. Never getting that right combination of heating healthy, exercise and results. I lost 5 or 10 pounds here and there but can never break through to where I see amazing results. I have 3 kids and get tired easily trying to keep up with their busy lifestyle. I feel young (and act even younger)…but my body feels old. I want to have the body that not only am I proud of but that my wife finds irresistible. I want to be able to take my shirt off and not have to suck everything in constantly. I’ve learned so much in the short amount of time I’ve been reading and watching your blogs. I know this system can help me greatly.

I am 47 years old and 2 years ago I was about 15 lbs overweight and I decided to start changing my diet to eat more healthy. I have read alot in regards to the better we eat now the less chance of getting various diseases when we get older and I was always healthy and tried to make more effort to be healthy. I have had various exercise routines in the past and stayed in fairly good shape. The 2 years ago when I make a greater effort to be and stay more healthy I than found out I was borderline type 2 diabetic mainly by genes by my mother and grandmother. But that made it more serious to me and that is when I seriously exercised and thought I had a rather good routine and that is when I lost the 15 lbs. but after reading your plan a little I would hope to lose more fat especially where it counts with guys around the stomach area. Burning more calories during each workout I would expect to see the remaining fat come off and expect good heart workout. I would love to test it out.

I have struggled with my last 15 pounds for the last 20 years. Now I hears because I’m turning 55 I’ll never lose them. I eat healthy, exercise but can’t budge the weight, it would be wonderful to at age 55, to finally feel beautiful!

I need this programme to lose fat in the healthiest, humanly way possible to achieve my lifelong goal of having a well defined abdomen section, being fit and having lean muscles. This programme is convenient because only basic equipments are needed which means I can do it in the comfort of my dorm room (especially during winter months). well to start my story I was in the military about 9 years ago I had always been a small guy ( I was 135 when I was 18) I got myself to a solid 165 but slowly started gaining weight, through bad eating habits and nearly non existing exercise I am now at a dis proportioned 225 and I’m ready to bring my self back to were I belong.

Motivation is a key word for me. Nothing works better than when you’re motivated. I could tell you about the man I just met, or how delighted my family would be if I lost weight, and while those are good motivators, the biggest motivator for me is my health. When you have that ‘come to Jesus’ meeting with your doctor, it’s time for “me” time. I WANT this program to succeed, I WANT to lose the weight, I WANT to be in shape. I WILL succeed, I WILL lose the weight, I WILL be in shape and your program is designed with ME in mind to help me reach those goals. Lets do it!

my name is tiffany and me and a few friends at work have been saying we will start on monday for over a year now to begin attempting to loose weight. last month one of my friends who is a diabetic had eye surgery because she is loosing her eyesight due to her diabetes being out of control because of her weight. last year my father in law went into a diabetic coma and passed away. the anniversary is in 2 weeks. my mother and grandmother are diabetics. i am considered morbidly obese according to the body mass index. i have attempted to loose wieght but get discouraged fast. i am very afraid that i will become a diabetic or that i already am but havent been to the dr. so havent been diagnosed yet. i feel like finding this website and getting access to this system will help me. i want to loose about 75 lbs. my friends keep suggesting bootcamp but im unsure. i have read the free documents and it seems like it is similar. i feel like i may benefit from this system. thanks

In the last year or two i have made some very health conscious choices starting with giving up all drugs smoking and drinking. So to get a healthy release i starting going to the gym and went from 235 over two years ago to about 190 now. for the last four months or so i have got to the gym 3 times a week consistently. I think though i have reach a plateau and i really would love to have the six pack abs so i also listen to mike geary the truth about six pack abs that is how i heard about you guys and am very interested in your methods and would love to see the results your program has to offer. I a 28 year old mom who has gone through the ups and downs of losing weight and then gaining it all back. I think this program would be perfect for me, because it would help me get back to where I know I can be and be a better and healthier mom for my kids. I know if I got this program then it would give me the motivation to keep working at it and get in the best shape for not only my 2 kids but also myself. Honestly, I am not really sure that this program is just what I need, this is entirely due to the fact that I am completely out of shape! After getting all the update emails I am not sure that I will be able to do all parts of the workout…YET! But I believe in that overtime I WILL be able to do it, in it’s entirety, and lose the excess weight that I have gained over the past 9 years. (Working the night shift has taken it’s toll.) I am a 48 yr old diabetic on an insulin pump. I need to lose the weight for health reasons but most importantly for me…I want to like the reflection that I see in the mirror, and I haven’t in quite some time. I have been living my life doing for others and now it is time for me! I believe in myself and I believe that your program will help me to reach my goal of getting back in shape. When i was younger, I could go down to the gym and loose any amount of weight I wanted and it stayed off. As the years add on I have to do more and more work every year just to moderate the gains, but pounds and inches keep coming and it has gotten to the point it effects many “other” areas of health and I desparately need something “new” that will help. In the last few weeks I have started following your exercise suggestions along with the “no white” diet and it has already taken off 3 inches from my stomach….very eager to get into to the full program and get back to my younger wieght and size…maybe better than that, I think it must happen!

I am a 47 yr old male who stays very busy, but not active. I try to eat responsibly, but I struggle to maintain my weight and have watched it start to increase a little over the last couple of years. No matter what I try I can’t seem to drop it. I’m 5′ 8″ and 210 lbs. 2 yrs ago I was 165lbs and still had most of the strength and stamina from when I played rugby and was in terrific shape.
Last Sunday my 13 yr old son came to me and said” Dad, after the season is over can we join S*** F****** ( a franchise gym in town) You me and mom need to lose some weight.” He is 5′ 11″ at 13 and is teased about the height and his weight all the time. But he was absolutly right, we all need to lose.
There is Diabetes and heart disease on both side of the family and any change now will only benifit him greatly in the future.
