For years I have struggled with dieting, being one of those yo yo dieters. The past 2 years have brought all kinds of challenges, and now the weight is truely impacting my health. At 63 I first felt I was too old to get in shape, but have watched several friends do what I want to do. I would really like to win so I can challenge myself and finally be successful before i turn 64.
I am 35 years old, 5ft 7in and 285 pounds. The last time I had my BF% checked using a BodPod I was at 41%. My weight started to pile on after I left the Marine Corps in 2000 and has not stopped. I went from 150 pounds in pretty decent shape to what I am now.
I have been resistance training but I still consider myself a newbie in the gym. I love bodyweight exercises as there is not a whole lot of complicated movements just results.I have tried a few other programs but some where not geared towards beginners. This program is and it will allow me to move up to burning 1000 calories not expect me to do it as soon as I start.
My biggest problems have always been the diet and my travel schedule. I now work as a contractor for the military and travel all the time so getting to a gym with big fancy equipment is not always feasible but almost all hotels have gyms with equipment for this.
I am not only doing this for myself but for my family as well. My son is starting to gain weight and I want to be a good role model and help him. Kids are not nice nowadays.
I want to pay this forward and help my In-Laws as well who are morbidly obese and suffer health problems associated with that.
Even my own family has health issues such as heart problems and Diabetes 2. I am in the same boat taking both High blood pressure and chlolesterol medication. I want off the drugs as they are terrible for our bodies.
I need to lose weight for my health, my family and my self esteem
I will be taking before and after pictures and journaling this challenge. I also have a BodyBugg and Heart Rate monitor and cannot wait to see those go through the roof.
I am thinking BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks guys for all the info and the hard work.

Hi Guys well I’m not sure were to start, I was in the military a bout 9 years ago and was doing great with my body, I had always been a smaller guy (I weighed 135lbs at 5’8″ when I came out of high school) I worked out and got my self to a healthy 165 of solid muscle. But time went by not eating right and not exercising has me at a unhealthy 225, I would love to be the poster child to what your program can do and would show a dramatic change if I had this program
I have gained about 40 pounds as a result of not being able to exercise in the last 3 years due to excruciating low back/shins pain. I went down to the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, Florida and had laser surgery done in September of 2009, since the Orthopedic Surgeons here in Canada would not touch me due to the high risks of open back surgery since I have a harrington rod in my back from scoliosis surgery when I was 13-I am now 55. Well, I am going down again next week, for them to complete the surgery by removing a piece of the rod that is sticking into my spinal canal causing, again, excruciating pain. I have become severely depressed not only due to the pain, but, also due to the extra 40 pounds alot of which is in my belly and I know how much damage excess belly fat can have on your health. I am unable to work and have not for 3 years, but, still have nice clothes that I have, but, can’t wear due to all that extra weight. This is the most I have weighed in my entire life and my self confidence has really gone down. I know your program would definitely help me. Thanks for all your great work and God Bless you and your families!!
It has finally been made clear to me that I need to push myself and find some inner strength side me to make me finally get the body I deserve. I have been over weight all my life and have struggled to keep up my level of fitness. I am in the stunt world and have many physical skills , but I am hampered from the bulk of casting work simply because of my physique. I think show business is one of the few jobs where its all about how you look to determine whether you work or not. I am tired of losing jobs to guys who have the same skillset but “look ” more slim. If I could look my best I could give up my minimum wage job and book those industry jobs. I am fit but have always felt “fat” and thought with all the diets Ive tried, and failed at, I will never really look good enough. your program give me the chance to excel in the area of calories burned because I am a very hard worker. if I can burn more calories in a workout I would be ahead of the game. I have done short term fasts that I couldn’t endure for more than one or two days so the on and off program of calorie restriction might just work for me. Please give me the chance to get my lifestyle straight and finally help this underdog come out of top!
Sincerely Michael Dufays
Right now, I wouldn’t really need this as much as others in my family. So far, my brother really needs it (he’s younger yet probably weighs 50 pounds more than me), and others in my family are starting to need it. It would be great for my dad to for awhile, the only exercise he gets is lots of walking for his job. If I could ever talk my mom into using it, it would really help. I myself still have some fat to shed as well. Just about everyone in my family could us it (including some cousins, aunts, uncles). We’ve been living in the “modern” world to long.
i need a lot of help with fat reducing becauze im 93 n im aged 14……………………………………….. n im avoided ………. my grand pa died becauz of obesity……………… i want to fulfill his last desire n make it my one……. n i really want this to help my dream come true………………….
hi there,
honestly i would love to try it on myself first ,and it would be of a great help to give to my clients, for i am a newly certified personal trainer ,that would really give an edge in my career.

Hi, I’m a busy 29 year old working with small kids all day. I do need training to both keep my weight down and lose a lot too – need to lose around 60lbs. With your program I know that I will be successful to maximize my time & energy and get the greatest results. I will be able to keep up with the kids a lot easier – they just have so much energy.
You’ve done a great job putting together this program and I’m eager to try it out!!
Hey guys,
After about two weeks of heavy research and waiting for each and every update that you guys have launched I know that this program is fit for me. The program is actually a challenge and that is what is so unique about it. In this case you are challenged to work at your optimal level so that you can say one day, “Wow, I actually burned 1000 calories.” Once I complete the challenge of burning so many calories and I will, the sky is the limit from there.
I know that I’ve been over-weight going on 16 years now (going back into grammar school) and I see myself getting into the best shape of my life with this program. Thanks for the enthusiasm guys!!!
Alex
Hi Folks. I’m now 55, and I’m stuck at 280 pounds. I’ve had coaching on weight loss, and over 5 years, I’ve managed to lose 15 pounds, but I gain it right back. My job doesn’t allow a regular exercise schedule, many times I’m out the door at 4 am, and get back the next day at 7 pm. I need a program that I can take with me, wherever I go, and fit within my crazy schedule. Both my wife and 12 year old daughter would be able to use this program, so bring it on!
Hmm !!!

at 60 years old I have been unable to find a program that would drop 10 to 20 pounds of weight and keep it off in spite of sincere hard work at running, calesthetics, free weights, isometric exercises, and even ketlte bell programs,. A trial of your intro program seems to work-it can be done- and its easy enough and short enough to stick with. I believe once the diet is added to the program the pounds will melt off and stay off.
I am almost 46 years old and have lost 60 lbs.over the last year.I’ve ALWAYS struggled with my weight and with food. During the last year I have become very interested in nutrition and I have finally decided that educating yourself about what you put into your body is a huge part of achieving permanent weight loss, along with exercise of course. I want to learn more!!!
I am 62 years old and desire to lose my gut and be able to see my abs but the hour and a half that I work out every morning is not getting those results. I eat right and I don’t take medication of any kind health wise I am doing great just can’t seem to get the results I desire from my present workout. I stretch every morning before my workout and my workout consists of jogging on the treadmill every other morning for about an hour. The mornings that I do not jog I stretch and work out on my bowflex but I just am not seeing the results you say that I will if I follow your program. I have been following the Weight Watchers eating program and dropping the pounds on their program is working about a pound a week but I still don’t see what you promise I will see by doing your program. You must have stumbled on to a secret that others are not aware of, I would love to have your program but being on a fixed income that is just not possible. I would love to be considered for your free book, I am going to pray that I’ll be one of the lucky ones. God Bless you, Chauncey.
My name is Michelle and I am a massage therapist and a personal trainer. I am currently enroled in school full time finishing my BS in Health and Wellness and when I am done I want to educate youth about proper nutrition and exercise. Since purchasing the anabloic cookbook my arsenal of information has expanded drastically. The 1,000 calorie workout is another tool that I would love to have the opportunity to utilize and gain knowledge from. This program will certainly be a challenge that I am excited to embrace.
Thank you,
Michelle
I’m getting married in a few months! I am 30 pounds away from my dream wedding dress. I need this.
I feel it’s time to get serious about my weight. I’m 290lbs and could use this to get down to a proper weight. I just need the right tool to do it and I believe that this is that learning tool. At 43 years old, I need to start now. thanks Scott.
I am 36y old mum of 5. I am putting more weight each pregnancy and now I have 65kg 160cm over 30%fat. I have busy with small kids but no energy to play with them. I love your program because I can start from low fitness level to 1000cal burn. I know I am very beginner of this kind of training but I want to give me a chance to change my life for myself and kids. Also I want to challenge my self to achieve life changing program. Thanks.
Hi guys,
I think the challenge 1000 calories is the best fat loss program because in just two weeks I have noticed that my abdominal area has lost some fat which had not been in 4 years, with more detailed information challenge I could help many people to lose fat from their bodies and in this way they could have a better life!
