I would really love to try this program as I have never seen a program that allows you to progress in this way. I’m excited at the possibilities that could eventuate from achieving a goal of burning 1000 calories in a workout. And that could happen in 30 days with effort and commitment. I think about the effect this could have on my entire life if I could say – I did it. I achieved this amazing thing that seemed impossible before. It’s just very exciting and I would 100% embrace the opportunity. Thanks for making this possible and thanks for the amazing information you have already given.

I have tried every diet under the sun and I continue to struggle. I am looking for a program with quick results. I currently weigh 210 lbs and am following a diet where I can only drink 3 shakes a day – I keep cheating! But if I could do a diet where I could eat and still lose weight I’d be over the moon!

In 8 months, I will walk down the aisle and marry the man of my dreams…and I want to look fabulous! But it is more than looking good on my wedding day. I am ready to committ to a healthier lifesytle and to challange myself to build the body of my dreams. I already spends hours and hours each week in the gym, it is how I destress after a long school day (I’m a high school teacher) but I haven’t seen the results I am looking for. Now with a life changing event to look forward to it’s time for the transformation to begin!

I am an extremely busy mother who needs a program that works fast! My body, especially my abs, is not quite the same since my pregnancies. The only time I can get to the gym is during my lunch hour when I can slip away from my demanding job as an internal auditor. After work there are too many things that must be done to try to squeeze in any exercise (homework, meals, laundry, baths, and bed). Good morning Joel and Arnel,

I have several reasons why I need this program:

1. Long term/Lifelong Goal: I’ve been overweight most of my adult life (I’m 30). My wife and I are trying to have a baby and I want to be RIGHT NOW a good role model for him/her. For that reason, I would really like to be lean and strong even before the baby is conceived so that I can simply maintain my weight, get into a routine that will help me teach my baby in the future healthy ways to live a healthy lifestyle.

I also adopted the philosophy of the parkour community: “be strong to be useful” and that’s what I am training for.

I want to be fit and strong for my wife, future family, current family and myself. By making sure that I am strong to be useful, I can rely on being ready to take on any challenge, whether it is to pick up my wife and cross the threshold of our first owned house, or carrying my baby all night because it can’t sleep, or helping my dad change a car tire or my brother installing his automatic garage door opener, or even carry my sister when her knees fail her when she has very long days at work (she has very bad knees) or help my mom in whatever she needs because she is my angel.

And also, a bit of vanity here: I want to look good for my wife. I want her to “show me off” when we go to the beach or whatever. I know she is already proud of being my wife, but I want to give her that extra reason.

2. I have been stuck at 190 lbs for the longest time. I have tried a lot of traditional workout programs and I feel like I’m in a rut – like something is missing. I believe that this 1000 cal challenge is the key to rev up my fat loss in order to reach 175-180 lbs sooner rather than later.

3. As a short term motivation: my sister is getting married in December – in Cancun – and I want to lose that extra 10-15 pounds for that occasion (hoping for a hint of a 6 pack by then). Since your program is 8 weeks, it fits right into my schedule and I believe that I can reach my goal, and then some, by her wedding date.

4. Family Bet and Competition. My dad and I have this bet with my sister that we are going to reach 180 for her wedding. On the side, my dad and I are competing to see who will be the first to reach that goal. With 1000 cal challenge, I’m sure I’ll win on both counts.

5. Personal challenge – I haven’t done a serious hard workout since my competition days in karate (about 8 yrs ago). I am looking forward to doing your program to see if “I still go it” and I can recover some of my previous strength, agility and fitness level.

6. Personal curiosity – I am a big fan of high intensity workouts. I do them on a regular basis and I am familiar with this type of workouts because of karate. So, I am really curious to find out what your workouts look like in order to reach such a high caloric deficit and I can’t wait to give them a try.

I am ready for a change. I am a stay at home mom and bore quickly of exercise routines that don’t work. I feel that if I can find something that works for me (and doesn’t required big bulky machines or traveling to a gym) that I could in return help my 11 year old daughter who struggles with weight issues. We have already started eating healthier, but we both have problems staying active and I think this could give us the motivation we need.

I’ve tried everything to lose weight and keep it off – all kinds of programs: P90x, Insanity, 7 Day Belly Blast, even TACFIT and nothing seems to be doing the trick. I would like to try something that actually worked and would show me the results I’ve been searching for. I’m tired of dumping endless amounts of my hard earned money and time into programs that promise everything and produce so little.

hey guys, i really wanted to shed those 15kg far far far away from my life. I have been trying so many things as simple as jogging to slimming centre but only a few kg really went off but the remaining 15kg still stuck for almost 10 yrs. I didn’t think I would be able to do any of the TT workouts but I have surprised myself so far and am relishing the journey. If your program can take a beginner like me to someone who can perform 1000 calorie workouts in only four weeks, I will commit myself to this challenge and pretty much tell everyone I know.

My name is Alex, I am very close to 40 and am a father of two wonderful children. I have always been overweight in my life and at this time I am at my worsest (349lbs). I am determined to get my life in order before I will no longer be there for my children (ages 7 and 2). My problem is that I like food, and don’t excercise much. I have been going to the gym religiously on and off for some 20 years or so and never achieved that ripped look.
My weight has steadily increased over the years especially since my separation last Christmas. Until your sample 600 Cal workout I had struggled trying everything from running 3 times a week plus the gym but all to no avail. Since starting your 600 Cal workout I have seen the results and already feel better and more energized.
I hope you find me a worthy advocate for you workout program as I know I have the motivation it is just a question of being given the right knowledge. Diet wise I am pretty good but found the advice useful about going wild once a week and the fact that I can drop calories one day without losing mass. I am using all this to enhance my diet and the overall approach is motivating me to reduce drinking so I can get there fast.

As a 72 year old man, who has led a sedentary life, I know that I need to do something, I was close to 260 and now I am down to 232 and want to lose more. My extra weight has increased my blood pressure, turned me into a Type 2 diabetic, and robbed me of my energy. I still need to lose 33 more pounds and know that this program will keep me moving toward that goal with new techniques and the inspiration that I need. I am looking forward to the program

I am student from Novi Sad, Serbia. I think this program is well done (by the people who made it). I would like to try it’s effect’s on my body. Everithing seems so resasonable… I’m in world of callories and weights, and tons of tuna for 3 years. It is hard to find true information with all this junk on the net. And I am in a Crusade of seeking fast way to burn callories, and i have not found any yet… I hope this will work… in last year i succeed to ”burn” around 10kg (22 pounds) and thats pretty slow i think. I’m ready now for more drastic results!! (I was all the time, but i had’t a healthy way)… I hope i could do this with your program… I’m sure, that you dedicated plenty of time and that it is going to be a successfull ”crusade” :)

This program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I am a 21 year old girl who has tried for years and years to get my “dream” body through wasted cardio. I’m the girl who spent hours on the treadmill and saw no results. So after tears and frustration, I have spent the past couple of months researching nutrition and fitness. You guys have developed a great program that puts together everything I’ve learned about weight loss in a way that I couldn’t. Hi! I’ve been following Arnel and his exercises for more than a year now, and I’ve tried most of them. They really work. I’ve seen results much quicker working out at home, than when I was frequently attending to a gym. Thank you for all the good advice! This summer I’ve traveled a lot, didn’t have the chance to carefully choose my meals or to work out and I am out of shape again… but very determined to have those 6pack abs and a beautiful body.
