I would love to try out this program as I have never seen a program that would enable me to progress in this manner. It’s exciting to think of the possibilities that could come from achieving that goal; and that could happen in 30 days with effort and commitment. I keep wondering what it would mean to me on an emotional level if I can say – I did that. I changed so much, so quickly, with your help. I think it would change what I believe is possible for me. I don’t want to sound like a moaner so I’ll be straight. I NEED this info for a couple of reasons Joel. I’m 20 at the moment. I NEVER had a girlfriend or girl friends for that matter because well, apart from being shy, I never had the courage to talk to women because I was overweight. The factor of being shy and not having courage is simply a disaster for me. I’ve finally realized that I’m in my primal age and I should be doing something, that’s why I started working out! Heck, my 21st birthday is next year and I want to look my best that I can and ever be! I’m happy I subscribed to your programs and they will help me achieve my ultimate goal.

I’m in the worst shape of my life while trying to use various techniques that are supposedly “breakthrough.” I have a desk job with haphazard hours and have trouble making it to the gym for a long work out, especially doing that often. I can’t live like this any longer. My clothes don’t fit, I’m always tired, and I’ve lost interest in just about everything because I can’t do and of what I once could.

I’ve been following you updates all week and they have me and my gym partner very excited. We go to the gym almost every day but arn’t seeing the results we want and are getting frustrated at the amount of time and effort lost in the gym. I’ve been battling with my weight all my life and up until now haven’t found anything that works. This program just might change that!

My need/want is 3-fold. My husband will be 50 soon, working a desk job. He has put on 50 pounds the last few years, and 4 months ago decided to start again. He has lost 25 pounds so far, but remains under time crunches daily (is on the job 24/7/365) Our son is in the National Guard and needs to remain in shape for his regular pt tests and needs MAJOR motivation. I am 45 and over the past 5 years have really shaped up and need something new to keep the new me. I refuse to return to my old ways – just need to shake things up.

I am a 24 year old, I am at college and I am working at the same time. I also go to the gym 3 times a week, but it is very hard to have the time to make a good exercising. Hi, my name is Alex, I am very close to 40 and am a father of two wonderful children. I have always been overweight in my life and at this time I am at my worsest (349lbs). I am determined to get my life in order before I will no longer be there for my children (ages 7 and 2). My problem is that I like food, and don’t excercise much. I have started excercising with the hints and information that you’ve been providing on your email and have been at the gym. I have gotten over certain issues I’ve had with external issues and have been more than ready to jump into a program that helps me to better myself and stop this insanity in my health. this is just what i need..last year i lost 20kgs in 20 weeks using ia high protein low carb diet..walking half an hour every day. After 20 weeks i set a new goal of competing in the Noosa Triathlon. as i write this i have two weeks of training left after 10 months of 6 days a week training…Although i am now extremely fit, swimming 1500m in 33 min and running 10km in 48mins i have found that i have lost a large amount of muscle mass. after the triathlon in 2 weeks i need to tone and define my body for the next campaign and your program has all the appeal of transforming my body in to the testimonials you present…please let me be your next testimonial…

What I have seen so far is phenomenal!! I struggle everyday with motivation but your system is not only a great work out but fun. I prefer to train alone and being able to challenge myself to PB’s is great. I can’t say I’ve had major improvements yet, yes they are starting, but I have been able to stick with your program which speaks volumes!!! Joe and Arnel, I’m a brazilian guy (who by nature like very much to eat) and have been through all sort of fitness program you can imagine. I currently keep hearing from doctors my base calories burning rate is too low and that makes me fat causing high blood pressure issues. Once I saw your videos I felt your program is exactly what I need. As a high school teacher and parent of two teens my days are full. Recently I have put on an unwanted twenty pounds that I am desperate to get rid of. I have always had an issue with body confidence, or should I say lack of it! and this I feel is a direct result of how I feel about my physical appearance.
I have struggled with losing weight for many years, often yo-yo dieting, not eating at all and not being continually motivated to exercise. This is due to not knowing and understanding nutrition, excercise and generally how the body works. I would love to have access to this information in order to fully learn and understand how to change my life once and for all and for the better! I am now at a point in time where this has become my priority, I no longer want to feel unmotivated, bloated and sluggish – I want to live healthy and strong; knowing how my body and how it works. This would have such a positive impact on my life, allow me to gain confidence in my own capabilities a have successes in all aspects of my life (love, work, family etc)
In doing so I would in turn be able to pass on my experience and advise other women who may be in a similar situation to my self – desperate to make a breakthrough but as yet unsure how to do it. Thank you x

I have recently begun graduate school full time and this means my days, time, and income are compromised. This program would allow me to workout on my own schedule as opposed to getting to the gym within their posted hours.

Secondly, I get bored very easily with the daily gym grind (mouse on the wheel) feeling by constantly going to the gym. If I’m not doing something exciting and different, like many others, I start to fall off of the program.

Last year I participated in Arnel’s Abs Challenge and had a blast doing it with great results. I could always follow that workout program again, but I am now a fan and I’m anxious to see what you all have come up with next. I gained a lot of muscle and endurance while participating and now I’m looking to shred it up even more. Right now I am right around 212 lbs at 6’2″… Not terrible, but I would love to see what a lean 190 lbs would look like.

I’m trying to get myself back into shape after a serious diagram and lung operation. I was stabbed a few years back and after the doctors finally got everything sorted out i still had to wait 18 months before lifting serious weight or doing strain exercises. Its all better now however i am way behind and need a good method to get my body back into the shape it use to be. . . thanks :-)

I recently turned 46 and have the most fat around my stomach area that I simply cannot get rid of. I’ve tried so many diets and exercises over the years, but nothing seems to work for very long or I realy got despondant with the results and stopped training. I like being active and would really like to fit into a size 12/14 dress again. I cannot walk or run for long as my feet simply cannot take the weight of hour long exercises. I love dancing but feel that because of my size I cannot do it competitively any more as it just does not “look right”. My first grandchild is also on the way and excess stomach fat just gets in the way of bending. I’m looking for a life-long programme that I can follow that would help me with the weight and health issues that seem to plague the unfit and obese people like myself. (ps I weigh 109kg and need to lose at least 35kg). It would be great if this programme can help me achieve my goals as this would help me compete again with the possibility of representing my country in dancing. (yes this can happen at my age)

Finally the madness stops. I have been struggling with constant weight gain for the past five years after having my thyroid removed due to an agressive cancer. Out of all the work out and diet programs that are out there yours seems to be the one that will save me from exploding. At my age (55) I really need to get rid of 80lbs of useless fat to be at my desired weight. I’m not afraid of working out as I am in the gym 3-4 times a week but obviously not doing things right. (even with the advice of trainers) My diet is fairly good but also needs a bit of direction. Despite my weight I still stay active playing baseball,golfing etc. I hope to be around to play with my future grandchildren and I believe your system will be my saviour.
