I will be 51 next month and find that it is much more difficult to keep the weight down. Since my 4o’s I have struggled to keep my weight at least in a healthy range. It has been creeping up lately and it takes more time to keep it off. This is also a program that I can share with my teenage sons (I can’t get them to do step aerobics with me). so they have a good solid base for keeping fit. I have decided that I want to out live my mother, who died of a heart attack at the age of 78. I look in the mirror and am seeing her body more and more and it frightens me.

I am 69 years old and have a weight problem especially around the waist and also some diabetes so it is very important for me to lose some fat. I’ve tried dieting but this is not a long term answer to my problem. The doctor says to go out for a stiff walk an hour a day but as I have a Remedial Massage practice this is not so easy to do. Your workouts seem to be very efficient and should allow me to get my fat belly back in shape. Joel – Why do I want to use your program – That a ‘ no brainer’! I have six grandchildren (with more to follow) and want to be able to dance at all of their wedding. In order to improve my health, I’ve spent 8 months this year dropping about 50 pounds. I’m starting to get to the point where people are asking me for help – and being an inspiration to others to get healthy. But mostly I’m just skinny fat. I’m 39 yrs old, 5’11, and currently 185lbs at 25% bodyfat. I’m having a really hard time losing the last 20lbs and would really like to get my bf% to around 15%. i am a wrestler on a mission. i say that to let you know that i am serious about what i do and dont plan on giving in just cause it may be tough. my goal for this year is to win state champ but i have one problem. i must lose 15 pounds to stay in my weight class and keep it off for the duration of the wrestling season. this is the last thing i want to worry about and i have been looking for a good solid program to help me keep off the calories. i have looked at your program and it is perfect for my needs. thank you for your time.

I was born with scoliosis and currently weight at 110kg/242lb. I am 20 years old soon to be 21 in a week. I just want to lost weight and be more confident with girls and just want to be healthy and fit so I can be more active and gradually play sports that I could never properly do when I was younger. I started having real issues with my weight when my thyroid went out of synch a few years ago. I have Hyperthyroidism with Hypo symptoms you see, so I was never the thin bulging eyes patient more the train for hours per day just to keep my weight stable and even at that had never been thin. I also have antibodies in my immune system which means I basically get ill constantly and fell as though my own body is fighting against me.
As soon as I started to take the medication my weight ballooned by three stone in less than six months and I have never been able to shift it. This has had an impact on virtually every aspect of my life and my health is affected by this.
I would dearly love to lose the weight again and function better, to be able to feel more comfortable and healthy each day and if your programme does what you say it does this would give me a real chance of doing so and have to admit going with the facts that I have never been able to lose the weight since starting the medication, it would be a true testament to your programme if I DID by using it.

I’ve been at this weight loss/get in shape business for about 15 years. I’ve had some sucesses and many failures. I have tried every pill, diet, exercise, fad, machine, and nothing seems to make a permentant change. My fustration level in this area of my life is now reached an all time high with thoughts of just giving up. I don’t want to give up though I want to loss the weight and get in shape. I want to have the health and energy I crave and I know that is under this overweight out of shape body. I want to keep up with my three boys. I want them to be proud of me. I only recently discovered your workout philosophy and information but I am really intrigued by the possibilities of this program. In college I was a soccer player and considered myself to be in good physical condition even while not eating incredibly well. Now, at 37, I am not where I want to be in terms of fitness or diet and I think your 1,000 Calorie Challenge System may be the way to get back on track. As a new chiropractor, I feel it is my responsibility to help others reach their maximum health potential, and also lead by example and be a picture of what health and vitality look like. I’m from Dominican Republic , Why I Need This is Simple. I tried Arnel 16 Week Program and stop at week 8 Twice loosing like 7 pounds of Fat, every time something came up and did not finish the Program (great Program by the way Arnel videos are the Best Ever Period). I just need to loose 10 pound of fat. I’m 5’7″ and 185 pound. I Really need to see if in 2 or 3 weeks i can achieve that. I’m 36 and Willing to use Program 100% like it Should to see the results as fast as possible. My overall physical conditions is not that bad so I can go non stop right away. If I get this Free Program then a Can afford to get the Necessary Food and Supplementation to make it happen. For this I have a Bench Press, Dumbells, Stability Exercise Ball and Resistance Bands.

I really really NEED your program because it seems that NOTHING ELSE works for me. I’ve been trying so hard, and honestly I’ve tried previous techniques from you guys and that hasn’t worked out too great either. Im a college student who doesnt have alot of time to spend at the gym to burn 1000 calories a day. This program is PERFECT for me because it lets me burn fat like no other and still be with my schedule. Im sick of trying and failing, trying and failing all these years. Im sick of having to give up my fitness goals every time I try. Im sick of it! THIS IS MY TICKET TO SUCCESS!!!

Weight loss is a minefield, with so many different programs promising great results. I have watched your programs with interest and see merit in your approach. However as a female approaching 70 years I am not sure how the body would cope with the level of physical exercise required to reach the level of fat loss you describe. My goal is to live another 30 years in good health to see my youngest grandchild (due in 5 months) reach adulthood. As they say no pain no gain.
