I’m one of those people who doesn’t mind being at the gym, but have been trapped into just staying on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or bike for as long as I can, despite having been told time and again that in order to burn fat, I must build muscle. It always felt like I was working hard, but after a year of going to the gym 5 days a week and not losing ANY weight, I knew I must have been doing something wrong.
I have now just finished 3 months of personal training to refocus on increasing the calorie burn and rebuild muscle mass after my knee surgery. I have finally lost 13 pounds, and because I can’t join a gym at the moment, and I’m desperate to keep up the good work, I think your program would be perfect. I’ve already used the sample tri-set program, and WOW, what a workout. I’m really looking forward to being back in shape, not just for my wedding next year, but for life. I’m already feeling healthier and better about myself – I even tried on a pair of skinny jeans yesterday! I am in what I would call my final 10% to totally blast this fat from my body…..Mind you I have been in this last final 10% for about a year now and my current methods are not producing the results I so desperately dream of and know I deserve. I am not afraid of hard work, discipline and commitment – that is how I have rid myself of the last 30 kgs – but like I said, this final 5kgs is proving to be my hardest to conquer. But reading and starting to apply your stratergies over the last week has given me new hope and determination. I am a 25 yr old soldier serving in the irish army and just this month I have returned from a 13 month tour peace enforcing in Africa. Without crying about it we had little time to keep on shape and were so far away from any real food that we ate what we had, never thinkin”is this good for me” . Hey I’m finished moaning now.

I have followed all of the updates so far and since we got the workout sample I have already started to feel my strength comming back. I have set a goal of competing in the triathlon nation series next year and hopefully placing so this 16 week challenge will have me in a place where I am ready to really kick it into overdrive and chase the gold.

hi im chrissy im from n.ireland and im a singal mum with 4 children and as u can imagine im really out of shape. b4 i had my kids i trained to b a fittness instructor i got my qualifacations n started a job in the gym. but i became pregnant n had to leave that was 10 yrs ago n i havnt worked since. u would think with me being a fittness instructor id b fit but im far frm it when i came across ure site at the begining i thought it was to gud to b true but now after reading so much about ure work n how u got to were u r now i was amazed and knew that it would work for me because i have that same drive n determanation n its sumthing i belive in ure program for me would b just what i need not only wolud enjoy doing it i would b so excited to show my friends n family that they dnt need there diets n crazy exercise

I need the perfect program for maximum weight loss while gaining maximum muscle. I have been out of weight lifting for a year now and have gained a total of 40 pounds. Hi Joel,

I’m now in my thirties and I’ve been in and out of dieting cycle every now and then since my teens period. I do not know what is being slim and fit into size 8 or size 6 clothings. From medications to gym personal training and been to slimming salons follow by strict dieting plus meal replacement methods and recently slimming garments control.

I’ve been trying all the above and some bear results and some none. However, non of the methods able to sustain the result for long and all methods are far fetch from my desired result. Standing at 165cm tall, often I weight around 160 pound and lowest I can go will be 150 pounds. My desired target weight will be 125pound. Therefore, I’m desperate to loose my unsightly and unwanted excess fats from my body to gain back my confidence and healthy I’ve been long dream.

With your program, I’m very much confident to be able to provides me the correct method and motivation to drives me towards my goal and prepare to be a sexy mum. Hopefully by shedding the unsightly bulges and fats, I’m able to get pregnant and be a sexy mum.

Hi, i am 17 years old boy and I want to lose those extrapounds of fat i have in my belly because of multiple reasons.
1. To have te confidence and self-esteem to be able to actually enjoy my social life. I dont like to go to the pool or anything that involves taking my shirt off. Its like my social life is in a deadline like a heart that wont beat.
2. I want to forget the “pulling gut in” reflex everytime a pretty girl walks by and also be able to walk with my head held high around others.

I am 43 years old. I have spent over 10 years serving in the Navy and Air Force. I’ve spent over 11 years as a Police Officer. During those years I’ve had one shoulder surgery, two knee surgeries and hernia surgery. I had remained in very good shape though; a necessity to help keep me alive. 17 months ago my wife was offered a position in Great Brittain. I gave up my career for my family in order for my wife to further her career and a chance for my children to have a once in a life time experience abroad. Because of citizenship, I’ve been unable to gain employment in my career field. I have been home as a “house husband” taking care of the children while my wife travels for business on a weekly bases. It has not been good for us financially, but that is another story. We have decided to return to the states, but that move depends on us gaining employment. I have had my most recent surgery 3 weeks ago. Since moving here and due to finances, I have not been able to maintain a workout schedule. I am disappointed in losing all my size and conditioning. In 3-4 weeks I will begin the slow process of training again. This is necessary because I will be applying for civilian and fedearl level Police positions in the states. I NEED to be in the best shape of my life in order to compete with the younger men/woman applying for the same positions. I understand there may be men/woman out there who have legitimate weight concerns and have much more to gain health wise than I do. But, I need a guide, I need help to my career back, my self worth back, to get my life back.

I am almost 56 years old, 5’4″, 165 lbs, and type 2 diabetic. I have 3 other brothers who are in their 50’s also and weigh more than me with the same and other health problems. First of all because it is what it is: a challenge. A challenge that will allow me to dominate not only my body but my mind as well. It’s a challenge with myself. I want to prove to myself that I can push my mental barriers and conquer territory unknown until now. And if that gets me in the best shape of my life and kicks some fat-butt, why not? :) Limits are just in our head. And they are meant to be broken :)

Hello, there is already some time I’ll follow your guidance, much improved my physical and my physical appearance, like to raise to a higher level. I have two children who love to see me train and try to do like me and feel very proud of the father because he has many muscles. Anywho, here goes again…
Like everyone else on here, I too have unwanted pounds I NEED to shed, as we all know it is not only unhealthy, but life-shortening as well.
I have been teaching inner-city public school in Philly for a year, and have been teaching public school for 4 years now. Because of cuts and the economy I am unemployed at the moment and cannot afford to purchase a copy.
Studying during school, sitting around typing papers on a computer or reading or any of the other million things to graduate, I put on alot of weight. I thought teaching would help lose it, but I was wrong. The stress of teaching just put more on. I have just learned that I have type 2 diabetes as I near 300 pounds.
I’ve read alot of great stories on here. People more deserving than I.
I would even be willing to share a copy with many people in my same situation.
I would also even be willing to send the copy back to you guys after reading and learning the technology so you could send it to someone in need as well.

I’m a 45 year old guy who has struggled with weight issues since my mid 30’s when my metabolism apparently began to grind to a halt. Quitting smoking, as good as that was for me to do, also did not help my weight. I weight train at the gym 5 days a week and do limited cardio. I am constantly reading about different methods to get me into the shape I want to be in and have tried a lot of them with limited or no results.
