These concepts are light years ahead, and I have complete faith that this system is going to revloutionise the fitness world in no time. I am sure that anyone who is truly serious about getting fit in an amazingly short period of time deserves a chance to win a free copy of this book. And I too, am one of them, hoping to be the lucky ones.:) I have a goal to become fit and toned by the end of this year and with my dedication and motivation, I am sure that this will propel me like a rocket in that direction. At 44, its getting harder to stay in shape and harder still to stay motivated and not give in to eating junk and going for a few beers instead of going to the gym. I know how good it feels when you’ve lost a few pounds and it’s noticed and commented on by your friends, but now I’ve hit a plateau. I’m not losing anymore weight and motivation is dwindling. I need a boost. I’m not afraid of hard work but I need a formula to work to. 3 workouts a week I can do and I like the way your 1000 calorie challenge system gradually builds up, improving overall fitness whilst torching fat. I took up snowboarding earlier this year and I’ve got my second trip away in January. I want to make sure I can keep up with the youngsters on the slope and not have to worry about being the one that has to go to bed first. I think I’ll really do your system justice, will give you feedback you can share and as a UK user, I might be able to give you a different perspective, especially on the nutritional side.

The 1000 calorie challenge is the perfect program for me at this point in time mainly because it is tailored towards individuals that do not have access to high end gym equipment and have busy schedules. Additionally, the R-Quatro technology appears to be very well structured and thought out, not something that has been overly exaggerated and then not able to deliver. I also extremely love the fact the program is tailored to generate extreme after-burn, the real stripper of the fat. As a result, I believe that with all the components that the 1000 calorie challenge program has to offer, I will, with my determination and boundary obsession with fitness, finally achieve the ideal body that I have been slaving over for, for the past 3 years.

Thanks for the opportunity to get a free copy of your 1,000 Calorie Challenge system. I have been following the 6 updates you have been sending out with great interest.

I am a workout enthusiast and I have probably done more than I should. Instead of losing weight and getting into shape, I have been putting on more and more weight and getting out of shape. I am about 25 lbs overweight. I have tried different systems over the years but did not get the benefits promised. I would like to try what you have to offer.

My current level of workout is probably helping me burn 250-350 calories. I would like to burn at least twice as much but don’t want to hurt myself or spend hours in the process. Your system might be the answer I have been looking for.

truthfully the only reason i can think that i need this project is because ive tried a few diet plans and excersies and i think ive actually put on weight!!!! but the main reason is beacuse my family have made certain comments about my weight like i remember one time i had hugged my aunt and she said “OH your going to need my bra soon” she meant it in a joking way but i gotta say it hurt also im a student and if i got a free copy it would help so much for me in the long run.

This booklet has come at the right time for me. I have just had my 70th Birthday.I also am suffering from a knee problem and need a knee replacement. I have started a new way of eating. I weigh 77 kgs and am 5ft tall. It is imperative I find ways to lose weight for my knee surgery and future health. Therefore I came to your website as I am desperate to feel healthy and have the surgery for my knee replacement.I really really need to alter my life and persevere

I would like to win this fantastic prize because you cant get this sort of stuff in Australia. We are limited with the information useless we hunt it down on the internet. I dont have a great sob story nor do I desperately need to lose a lot of weight but the pack looks very useful and i could use it to train myself and my friends. I dont charge my friends to train them I do it for free and Im always looking for new Ideas.

I’ve looked at all the “before-and-after” photo’s on your blog and thought to myself: I want to look like that!! WOW!! That is truly amazing what your program can do. For 4 years now I have been going to the gym. Initially, I cut down very impressively but not up to the point where I wanted to. Then in the last 2 months or so, I started gaining, despite the workouts, up to 78 kg from 75 kg.I was disappointed . Then I got this program series online and with the help of my trainer, I worked on it. It is hard but interesting and to my surprise my weight has started decreasing.Besides,I take a shorter time at the gym. I am hopeful again.I must continue!

Up until a couple of years ago I was lucky enough to be living in the body of somebody who is gentically blessed…at least, that’s what I thought. Then I fell pregnant with my son (who just turned 2 last week). I continued to take my good genes for granted, eating whatever I wanted and not really bothering with exercise. I now weigh 20kg more than I did pre-pregnancy! I had always been naturally athletic and enjoyed exercise – probably because it was never something I HAD to do to stay in shape. That’s all changed now and even though I still enjoy the thought of being active, the reality is that it’s not as easy as it used to be. I’m currently doing FBF workouts 3 x per week and even though I’m making fairly regular strength gains, I’m not losing weight and I feel it’s because I’m not fit enough to work hard enough, for long enough, for it to have an effect on my weight.
The thing that excites me the most about this program is the possibility of improving my fitness level enough to achieve 1,000 calorie workouts IN JUST 4 WEEKS!! Bring it on!

Hi Joel! I NEED your program! In May of 2009, on my 41st birthday at 282 lbs, I decided the best gift I could give myself was a chance for more birthdays with my new husband. I joined a well-known weight loss group and lost 50 lbs and 5 sizes in 12 months. But I’ve hit a wall and I need help! I just can’t seem to get below my current weight no matter what I do. I have a new life, the hubby and I are both committed to getting me fit and fabulous, but I’m stuck in a rut. To add motivation, my only daughter is getting married in late December. How I would love to drop another size or two before the wedding. As an active duty service member I am always on the lookout for new routines that show promise. I am sooo excited about this new programme and I can’t wait to get into the gym and hit it hard! I am a dedicated gym user and am not afraid of working hard, and of course I love a challenge – and this workout sounds like it will be just the right kind of challenge for me. I am also helping a friend with her training in the gym and have told her about this programme, and she is very excited about the prospect of burning 1000 calories a day and is willing to put in the hard work, while at the same time she’s absolutely petrified because for her it will be a huge step-up in her fitness level, so it will be a really big challenge for her. Winning the 1000 calorie challenge system would mean the absolute world for me! I’ve suffered quite the rollercoaster in the past in terms of my body and appearance and a little while back found huge resolve in focusing my mind on weight training and getting my body into top shape….I feel this system could be the key to putting the icing on the cake in aiding me further to increase my confidence in myself and to generate an air of positivity around me both for myself and others, particularly my very closest friend, who, is my total inspiration in shifting quite the considerate amount of weight. I was really off the shape just last year, but the alert went on flashing and with good training and proper eating I cut 23 kgs of my fat! Just to help you get wider coverage – use both metric/kg and inch/pounds system. That will be really worldwide than!

The reason I want this copy is that I am on diet since the day I was born. I am 5’5″. I think I tried all diets in the world, paid lots of money visiting doctors. I NEVER got below 175 pounds whatever I do. I am getting married in 2 months. I don’t look that fat but I wish I do anything to get in good shape. I like your idea and it is very convincing.

Hi Joel: I’m a 45 business executive and about 4 months ago finally REALLY decided (after years of saying I was going to decide) to get in the best shape of my life – REALLY. I hired a recommended trainer with an MS in nutritional science and learned (and love) to eat differently. I train with him twice per week and then try to do cardio 3-4 times per week on my own as well as other body weight exercises. I started at a flabby 127 and I’ve had incredible results already – weight down to 116, inches down in my worst area (hips!) and just feel great (I look better than ever in my life). But I want to do more. I want to be a little ripped in my arms and I want less body fat STILL. I want to see if I can really achieve what I never dreamed possible and what I always previously made excuses for! I’ve been following your build up and am very excited to get started on the 1000 calorie challenge no matter how I have to get it! Christine
