this is the perfect program for me because i always want to be at the peak of my fitness, and by learning the right ways to get the body you want, i can also help others in help them on how to really get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle…

I have tried the 600 calorie sample, and it did work for me, I have never experienced a work out with that intensity, all through out the work out I felt like I was burning, and gasping the air, and I’ve never sweat that much in my whole life…

I have pushed myself a lot recently to try and burn more fat and it seems like an endless struggle between the body I have now and the body I want. I have tried various exercises and programs but there still seems to be a missing element. I believe this element is:

They do not cater to different levels of fitness.

I firmly believe that I will progress more efficiently and effectively if this program actually does what you both are advertising. If it can progress me from simple exercises of burning say even 200 calories per workout to workouts that burn up to 1000 calories, then I wholeheartedly feel that this program is for me.

I used to be quite fit only 8 months ago but my girlfriend is now expecting our first child next month (a Boy whoop, whoop!). The trouble is that we have both used his impending arrival as an excuse to comfort eat which means that I have gained many unwanted and unsightly pounds. I would love to give this programme a try because I am highly motivated and fully committed to take it to the end (and beyond) to make sure I get my body back. I’m new to exercise – it’s something that I’ve never really understood. That didn’t mean that I didn’t like being active but I never really knew what I was doing. I have learn’t a lot from your email updates and it inspired me to hire a personal trainer for a month. I am loving my new fitness but I still don’t know what I am doing. I am a busy stay at home mum with 3 gorgeous girls (5,3 and 2) I am enthusiastic to workout but find it hard to find the time. I need instruction and would love to get the results you talk about. Amazing program! I operate in the professional hunting industry in Southern Africa, and being in the bush and on the road a lot makes eating right and following a gym routine difficult. I have tried your program and yes, it is the first program where I feel in control and see definite results. The biggest benefit for me, following your program, realizes in terms of time. I have just turned 28 divorced and I have 2 kids (6 and 4), I do night classes and am back on the dating sene. I have tried so many diets and exercises but just not getting anywhere. I am running out of steam trying to juggle everything and it just doesnt seem like i am getting anywhere. I am in my late 50’s and I have been over weight my entire life. I have been trying to eat healthier following this program. I have been jobless for the last 2 years and put on more weight. I think if I lose some of this extra weight I might get a job. I would like to look and feel better and be happy about myself.

I found your website through the Paleolithic Community – which I have been ‘converted’ to this year. I followed the diet for 6 weeks and experienced the most incredible transformation not only of my body but of the way I view my food and eating habits. I want to do the same for my exercise habits. I go to the gym regularly but find that I don’t progress very quickly and my routine becomes boring to the point where I will avoid doing it. I love the idea that you can burn calories while NOT exercising! I am very keen to build up my fitness, and if I lose weight in the process that is even better. I want to be the best me I have ever been – I want to show myself it can be done and that in my early 30s I can be fitter and healthier than I ever imagined. Quite honestly, though, if I manage to do just one pull up this year I will be a happy woman.

I am 31 years old and in the field of law enforcement. Working crazy hours in a demanding environment with serious danger to life at all time. Physical fitness is a must. I am always in the gym and pretty fit for the most part. However, i have never been able to see the results I always wanted. which is to get ripped. I love trying new workouts and challenging exercises. I just turned 54. Yippee. My dad is still healthy at 84, mom at 80. Grandparents lived to be over 100. But we all are BIG people, and I’m no exception. I’ve tried everything, but my genetics want me to be fat. Not just heavy, FAT!
Now, my Doc says “Lose it or lose it!” If I don’t shed 10 to 15 kilo’s and bring down the blood pressure, I may break the family longevity chain. My Dad can run further than me, and I’m basically healthy… I eat well, not junk, but I just keep getting bigger. I NEED THIS PROGRAM TO STAY ALIVE!

I am an engineering student at VIT university in South India-Tamil Nadu.
I have been looking to get fit and healthy since my first year here and have been working hard and reading a lot. I knew some of the stuff mentioned in the free report after reading work by Arnel, Mike Geary and Sean Nalewaney. But I have never been able to really get it going since I dont have a structured program. Its difficult for me and my friends here to “do it ourselves”. We have a decent gym but the food at our hostel mess (canteen) is not good as far as low carb high nutrition meals are concerned. Further with all the university work we have to do it becomes tough to fit in long hours of workout.

Naturally your program is like a dream and with it I am sure that not only me
but many of my friends will finally achieve what several hours at the gym could not in the past three years. It would make a big difference to our lives and that of those we care about since fitness in general is not a topic about which the general Indian is well informed.

I am 25 years old with absolutely nothing to show for it, and nothing to be proud of. I am a social reject, and I have never been in shape. Trying new fitness programs is my favorite thing to do, my room is littered with just about every at home program, and low cost equipment you can think of. i am 20 years old and in the military. i have been trying forever now to lose the annoying belly fat and gain spectacular abs, much like the pictures you guys advertised. I’ve tried patience at the gym in addition to slimming diets and nothing has worked so far. i need to make the weight that the military wants me to be at but i’m running out of ways to do it. My name is Cecil,34 year old male from South Africa.I have been following your published material for quite a while now (thanx for great info)However,I always agreed with every thing that you guys published,and is a firm believer in progression in workouts,but when it came to your rapid progressive system I am at cross roads and need a bit more convincing.Your qaudtro theory seem to contrast every other theory on fat lost especially that low to moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise is mostly responsible for fat metabolism.Seeing Marion do his high intensity workouts in the videos convince me that his HR is way above recommended range for fat metabolism.
I must be honest I currently has body fat of 17 % the lowest I ever achieved ever.And low to moderate aerobic exercise was very helpful.Mind you,without
loosing significant lean mass.This system of yours really freaks me out since it literally goes contrary to every thing I have always believed as far as fat metabolism and intensity in workouts to accomplish this.I have read the post of a fellow countryman from Durban but really?

I am new to exercise. I don’t really know what I am doing. That doesn’t/didn’t mean that I don’t like being active. I have learn’t a lot from your blogs and it inspired me to hire a personal trainer for a month. I am loving my new fitness and shape but obviously have still got along way to go. I have struggled my whole life with my weight. I have had some minor successes with other programs, but have never considered myself thin. I pretty much gave up on myself for a couple years so now I am totally out of shape. I have also been told running is the best way to start, but when you are so out of shape, it is hard to get and stay motivated when you are out of breath so fast. I want to try your program because you start out at a beginner level and progress from there. I know that this will be a challenging program, but at level I won’t be thrown into the deep end of the pool. I really don’t know what to say to make you feel I deserve a freeby. I work damn hard on each and every workout I do. I even push myself to do my workouts when I don’t really want to. I always feel better for it. The problem is that I still am not seeing the results that I want to. My body fat % never seems to go down even though I know that I have gained more muscle and am stronger throughout my body. I really want to push it to the next level and do as much as I can to get my body working at it’s highest level possible. I really want to start seeing more results for all my hard work. I am a single mother of 2 children 4 and 6. I have sole custody and don’t have the option of going to a gym. Earlier this year I lost 9kg with traditional diet and exercise but then due to a back injury and subsequent depression I had to change medication and these were both linked with ‘excessive’ weight gain. I have regained the 9kg plus a couple more.
I have returned to university to make a better life for my children and I but I really need to work on my health otherwise I won’t be here to look after my children and they will be left alone.
My waist measurements are well over 90 and my BMI is over 35. I need to lose weigh to also assist with the degenerating discs in my spine.
I will put in the effort I just need to see some results in a few weeks. I need something that is clearly laid out which makes it easy for me to follow.

i’m 18 years old and ever since i was younger ive been bullied about my weight making me depressed and as a dancer a lot of the other girls are very slim compared to me and everytime i go to a dance class i feel like i have no self confidence having to look at all of these girls when i hav no confidence in myself. i think that this programme would help me lose all of my unwanted weight and make me a lot more confident in myself.
