Hello lil bout me. when I was younger I played rep netball for state and country. But unfortunatly I got told to stop or otherwise by the age of 16 I would need both knees reconstructed. I did stop but kept eating the same. You can see where im goin with this. Well I lost most of the weight when I was 20. But its always been a little tough. Now I have just moved from Aus to London and my body has gone hey wire. The water and food is completly different. Not fresh and the taste just isnt the same. Now no matter what I do I keep putting weight on and my tummy is just not loving the change. I just want something to follow and get back to feeling myself. oh by the way im 24 now.

It is a well known fact that abs are your Ladies favorite body part. I am 51 years old and my Lady is 10 years younger than me and a gym instructor / personal trainer to boot. having already lost 30 pounds – I need your help to burn off the rest of my gut and give my Lady that special Christmas present.

Why exactly this program is the perfect program for me right now? Because I NEED it ;) I’m working my first job after graduating from university right now and spend 4-5 days/week in hotels, working long hours (65-80/week) and this leads to two things: bad food and little exercise. I am 30 and I manage a company and I love rock climbing. During the last months I have been dedicated to training, but managing can keep you from satisfying your nutrition needs and your workout calendar, hence making you completely out of shape. Since I first saw your program, I knew you guys came up with something really useful. Currently I am able to do a 5.11c, but with your program I intend to lose 20 pounds of pure fat while improving my strenght & resistance, allowing me to break through the 5.12 threshold!. Hi I am 48, in pretty much the best shape of my life but still lacking a visible 6-pack, in spite of trying several pretty decent programs. I am a 24 year old college student. I do exercise when I can but I hate it when I don’t see any results no matter how hard I try nothing seems to work. No matter how well I watch what I eat I don’t seem to able to lose the pounds especially around my stomach and it does get frustrating. It would also drastically improve my lifestyle and change my life for the better as it would mean I would be alot fitter to care for my grandmom & disabled sister at home.

i m a medical student with every thing in lyf except a fit body…i am hypothyroid and have PCOD which adds to the condition. i havent eaten a full meal since i was 6 and have tried every thing in the market. i could still run for 6 kms but it isnt affecting my weight even a lil bit…i m getting married in six month and want to look good for my fiance whom i love very much. i think this programi mite be just the thing i need, i hv to loose like 20.2lbs by then..i hope i can get this copy

I’m 47, overweight and have a thyroid problem which is making me exhausted day in and day out. I have three kids and my older two are 21 and 17, but my youngest just turned 7 and still needs me to take care of him, which is next to impossible with my health problem…I very much want to be the same active person I used to be a couple fo years ago and enjoy being a part of all my children’s activities, and I think this program could help me do just that. I have read with great interest your e mails on the 1000calorie challenge.I am 71 years old and have been weight training for two years.I am in pretty good shape, but I find it very difficult to get rid of my belly fat.I wonder whether I am too old to take advantage of your new teckniques.

hi , this is jay and have been looking at your 1000 calorie challenge from couple of weeks and i have been reading the body transformations of people , their before and after pictures , really inspired me a lot and got habituated to have a look at your work outs for burning the fat as fast as we can , and everyday i include all the workouts from the calorie challenge ,

I´m practicing Cross Fit and weight lifting on a regular basis and think that it is time to turn on the intensity screw a little. So, your program came at the right time, would love to try it.

i m 38 years old. i ve training for over 8 months on regular basis to loose fat. i succeeded to loose around 10 Kgs, but i ve been facing a plateau for over 2 months which started to demotivate me. My husband and I are 30 and 23 years old soldiers, respectively, who have been struggling to loose that last bit of body fat for years. We are not obese nor overweight, but carry extra, squishy flab around that we both want to be rid of. I am a strong believer in healthy eating and living, and view this product as a way to augment our lifestyles.

I work out daily (P90X), eat 4-6 times daily of protein and fresh produce, and yet I have been GAINING weight instead of losing weight; my work pants that once fit perfectly or were a bit loose are now giving me wedgies. I will spare you the details of my life in the past four years, but heres the gist: pregnancy gained 35 kg, baby DOES NOT sleep, unhealthy lifestyle to accomodate baby, second pregnancy soon after, baby a lot of health issues, did not sleep cuz I was afraid baby would stop breathing, almost got a divorce, fell into massive depression, in all this lost 2 grandfathers and a brother. I saw rock bottom but I got out! I now have to lose weight and gain strength back to be the best mom and the best me. The videos inspired me, I want to be that fit. That looked so easy…I know its not. But I want to get there again. I’m on my way to recovering fully and I could use all that extra help.

I’m very close to 40 and are blessed with a newborn baby girl. I’m at 90kg and I feel very slow in my movement. I want to try this program because I am too fatty. I want to reduce this fat. I am just in 10th grade. But even then I am a little shot (157cm) and a little too fat (70 kg). This is too much I know. I can’t run too much. I get too tired. Therefore If I try this program( digital downloads) , I believe I can reduce much of my fat. I get tired too soon, if I try to run or do exercises. I can do warm up exercises, a whole lot, for 30 minutes. After that I need a minute or too to rest. I feel really hurt and sad when people mock at me and shame me. I feel kinda hurt. My major problem is with my thighs. They are big. That is what makes me seems a lot more fatter than I really am. Due to this I feel shamed to sit near other boys of my age
( I am 16) Even if I didn’t get the giveaway, I would be happy if you could suggest a way to reduce the size of my thighs.

I think that this program would be a perfect fit at this point in my life because I’m ready for the challenge! I’m ready to get fast results to rid myself of this fat once and for all!
