I’ll not talking for a long time. The one that i wanna tell u is i want to get in shape. I’m beginner and i feel excited with ur program. Everybody always mock me and said many thing that i hate about my body. I want to show them that i can change. And one day, they ‘ll know it. I want to get more respect in my life. If i get this free copy, i definitely will try and tell everybody it can change. First of all let me thank you for being such bad people my legs and body are in pains due to the your workout like you said no pain no gain and im loving it. im one of those guys who who were fat tried everything but none worked and now just for a week after the 1000 calorie workout everyone is asking me questions about the supplement im using. i ges for me the free copy will go on to prove to people that with proper workout you can infact burn some fat. the workout will go on boosting my self confidence and esteem and to everyone who ask how i did it i will tell them nothing but to subscribe to your newsletters thats how i made it. thanx

I really need this program so that I do not need to enter a fat loss promotional contest again ;). On a serious note, I had marked off my new year by making a bucket list which included running the 40 in 5′ , learning German, getting better grades(i am in high school and play soccer) AND getting to 12% b.f. 7 of those 10 goals, I have achieved. But getting to 12% and running in 5′ still remains incomplete. Both these goals are stuck because of my body fat(near 15).So it has made me a skinny-fat 17 year old :(.
And as the year comes to an end, it would be an amazing feeling if I am able to get these two and your product is Godsend for me as it also pumps up fitness levels.

I am a 51 year old man with a high BMI of 30, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia so reducing weight and getting fitter (and healthier) is not just for asthetics but a matter of life and death for me before it deteriorates into something far worse like heart disease or diabetes. I have tried many times and for many years to reduce my weight before, but they have not been successful – loosing a few pounds and gaining them back just as fast. From doctor prescribed medication, weight-reduction supplements, jogging, etc, they have all failed me.

After reading all the articles on your 1,000 Calorie Challenge System, I believe that your system might just work for me and produce long-term results and permanently put me in the healthy BMI range, not just a yo-yo effect, as it seems to be very well designed and comprehensive.

I’m a medical doctor (34yrs) and thus have an extremely busy
schedule.I was very fit and toned once but now I’m overweight
(160lbs,previously 120lbs)and unhealthy. I know that the muscle
is still there, I just need to strip away the layers of fat. I was a
gym “freak” back in medical school and I’m longing now not only
to lose weight but to GET FIT.
Hence, I’m REALLY UP TO THE CHALLENGE but time is my enemy.
I love how this program is organized, “stepwise” ,challenging
AND not Time consuming. It seems to be right up my alley and I
can’t wait to start sweat.

Despite I’m not english native speaker, I think that I can explain why I do need this program pretty clearly: Health. Removing all that fat and overweight got it through working in front of a computer is somthing that I, and lots of people too, need.

I’m a 40 year old woman, but I certainly don’t feel like it…except for these nagging 20 extra pounds I’ve been trying to work off for the past year and a half. A few years ago I developed a strange hip injury that really knocked me back. At the time, I was very active and at a healthy weight. But having an injury that made it painful to walk made it difficult to maintain my active lifestyle. Long story short, I saw a neurologist for about a year who filled me with prescriptions and injections that just didn’t work. Just over a year ago I decided getting my health back was the only way to really help my pain. I needed to lose a substantial amount of weight and increase my strength. I had gained about 40 pounds since my first doctor’s visit. So, I began working out and studying nutrition. I read everything I could get my hands on about fitness, nutrition, fat loss and different exercise programs. I have successfully lost over 20 pounds so far and want to continue with my overall strength building. My goal is to have my very best body ever at 40. I have increased my strength and built some muscle and most of my back pain has subsided. My hip pain is now at a “livable” level. With your plan, I believe I will finally be able to reach my ultimate goal – less pain, more strength, and low body fat percentage.

Though I run and and train my energy with Chi Kung, I still need a cutting edge to get a lot (30 pounds) leaner. If that succeeds the next step will be taken.

Then, as running trainer, I will advise all my athletes to have a urgent look at this program.

Then, as writing books on running I will include being lean through this program as compelling advice.

My name is Herald and i feel this program is perfect for me because i think it will finally get me in shape. When i was five years old i was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome where my kidney wasn’t able to flush out protein and waste from my system. The doctor gave me medicine called prednisone which is a type of steroid from my organs. As a side effect, it gave me extra fat to support all the water that couldn’t escape my body. So by the time I was in the third grade I’ve been at 120 lbs!! and have never gone down in weight. I’m the only one in my family who’s been this overweight and i get tired from my family giving me such harsh comments. If you say this program is the most advance workout ever created then i believe you. I’ve been dieting for a while and have lost 10 pounds, but without proper exercise how can i ever get in the best shape of my life. I’m 19 in my second year in college and i really want to enjoy the spring year by showing off in the pool with my shirt off at least. I’m 5’4 and 170 lbs. I really think this program is what i need right now to get healthy.

I am a 47 year old mum of 8 year old twins. I did not have a weight problem until they were 5 and went to school. I cannot believe that now I have put on a stone a year in the last thee years and rising. My problem is I drive them to school, I sit all day at work, I drive them home, I drive them to their clubs and sit and watch them and I sit and work after they have gone to bed. no wonder I am turning to flab. I have started to address it by playing tennis for an hour a week and they sit and watch me! I am 5’10” and 14 stone and very depressed with it all, three years ago I weighted 101/2 stone and was happy. I want to run with them, grow old for them and be there healthy for them. the menopause is not helping either as I gain 1/2 stone temporarily every three weeks. I want to hit 50 looking good.

At the age of 54 I have hit that plateau. Nothing I do seems to work, I workout faithfully, switching up to shock the body, nothing. I eat a pretty clean and healthy diet; no junk food, drink lots of water. I know I need “that something” and your program sounds as if it just might be the key to finally after all the years of ups & downs to succeed in achieving my goals.

As a Personal Trainer here in Germany I sucked every bit of info you posted und already applied some of it in training with clients. Still its too early to tell wether the results are or aren´t as you promise, BUT for sure I would love to see and implement everything in the context of the complete programm and to see how clients, that by now are unable to finish the tough trainings,because of the lack of strength,could get there to gain all the benefits of the programm! I’ve been an athlete since I could play sports in the competitive arena. Due to injuries sustained during this time, the rehabilitation times took their toll and I gained weight and lost muscle tone. I have gone through many other known workout routines to get me back to “game shape”, and I get close – but that last layer of fat covering my muscular physique won’t go away. I have started your routine and have already seen promising results and I want to continue it and obtain full success.

Several years ago (in about 1995-1999) I was in the best shape of my life I still needed some work to get to where I wanted to be. But, I was looking and feeling pretty good. I even took a fitness trainer course. Then I allowed “life to happen” to me and after several “incidents” etc. In 2006, I found myself in the worst shape of my life and at 300+ lbs!!! Skip forward a couple of years, next week I turn 50! and I have lost over 100# and workout with my partner and friend several times a week but I have hit a plateau and I need something to get me over it and back on track to losing fat and gaining muscle. I still need to lose about 40-50 pounds and I believe that your program would be the catalyst to do that.

I like the 1,000 Calorie Challenge System because it fits my life. I do not require special equipment, time to travel to a specific place to do it nor do I get stressed because I am paying a gym membership and then not finding time to use it. I can fit it in around our schedule (I am a single mother and we cycle everywhere because we have no car) and my daughter cheers me on when I do it with her around. I get easily exhausted, and knowing that I can do it at any time, any place means that I can rest and do it when I am revitalised again not getting stressed and I can just enjoy working out and getting back into a good state of fitness and health. Thanks for the input so far, and for the opportunity to do this properly in a lasting way. I have learnt so much and look forward to seeing consistent lasting results that I can adapt myself as time goes on.

I am a proud parent of two and based on what i´ve seen of the 1000 calorie challenge i believe this would be the best program one enter in order to get into top physical shape yet also getting to spend more time with the family. The afterburn is so intense i‘ll be burning massive calories whilst enjoying time with my loved ones and getting more time for myself, very necessary in todays busy world. I am a 58 year old male, who has been on blood pressure and cholesterol medication for the past 11 years. ( TIA in 1999 )
My belly exceeds 50% of my height and for some reason (my retrenchment 6 months ago could have something to do with it ), for the past month or two, my blood pressure has been 160 / 100. This is freightening. I am desperate to do something about it, before the stroke hits me.

Due to the above health problems, I try to eat “right”, however having read your last 6 mails, I see I am NOT eating correctly, with regards to product mix.
Currently, I walk (3 – 5 km), 4/5 times a week, depending on circumstances. I am therefore, not very (cardio) fit and I really feel that your program, which I can start at #1 (+/- 300 calories) and work up to 1000 calories pd, will really enable me to get “into” training at the correct pace and to build up to where I can loose the +/- 10 kgs necessary to safeguard my health.

I am 43 years old, and have always been a keen gym freak but this year the wheels fell off. I lost my passion for working out and started comfort eating. well the results have slowly crept upon me and for a while I became truly depressed. I’ve never had a weight problem and although I still can’t really say that I am overweight now, I have excess fat and muffin top. I can’t stand it!! When I first tried your challenge, I almost gave up.
But I kept reading and watching all the episodes you sent, they kept me motivated.
And I told myself, “I’m sick of being the fattest, the biggest, and the slowest.”
I press on, “I can do this.”
With your workout design and all, I know I can do it.
I’ve never felt better after the work out!

I am 52 years young and have high cholesterol and triglycerides and have tried all kinds of medicines, diets, and exercise routines, nothing seems to help. That is until I found your program. I have followed it and have seen great results. I went to the dr earlier this week and numbers went down slightly. This was great news as I have been trying to get numbers down for several years. I have just been doing this a short time and already see results and I am feeling better as well. My children are also overweight and have tried to lose weight and keep it off but to no avail.
