G’day Joel & Arnel! First of all thanks heaps for taking the time to devise a strategic plan to progress challengers up to a 1000 calorie workout in 4 weeks. As probably one of the worlds very few blind personal trainers I am forever trying to get my trainees to burn maximum calories in the quickest time possible and this program sounds like it is the answer to my prayers. I would love to use your revolutionary program in my personal training as the base of a new body transformation competition within my small PT Business. Maybe Quarterly or”Quattrorly” LOL!

You guys have really “hit the nail on the head” here not only offering a cutting edge training program but the all important nutritional program which is imperative to a successful weight loss program. Seriously Joel & Arnel this alternating calorie diet is exactly what I and everybody wants to hear and this 1000 calorie challenge definitely sounds like a weight loss system in a box, so to speak.
I hope to win this brilliant program so I can implement it into my training immediately and start this body transformation competition so my trainees can look there best for Xmas & the beach this summer.
