G’day Joel & Arnel! First of all thanks heaps for taking the time to devise a strategic plan to progress challengers up to a 1000 calorie workout in 4 weeks. As probably one of the worlds very few blind personal trainers I am forever trying to get my trainees to burn maximum calories in the quickest time possible and this program sounds like it is the answer to my prayers. I would love to use your revolutionary program in my personal training as the base of a new body transformation competition within my small PT Business. Maybe Quarterly or”Quattrorly” LOL!
Speaking of “Quattro” this “R-QUATTRO” trademark is an ingenius idea and is an extremely strategic structured way to offer progressive resistance training which we all know is the best way to burn fat 24/7 especially with your effective heart rate accelerator Sub-sets. Awesome!

I am not gonna try and convince you of anything. I’m just gonna tell you whats in my heart. I’m turning 40 in 2 years. And I can already see that getting rid of those extra kgs put on throug years is more and more difficult to get rid off. I am a working mom with three boys and time is very limited. So I need something – One, I can do at home, two, that is time effective and three, but most inportant – works………Your system seems to fit the bill.

Hey Joel, I would love to win a free copy of this programme because of how much of the science makes sense and your statement that it will work for anyone, Guranteed. Since i am a 29 year old mom of two and obese (108 kgs) and because of my obesity lack energy and pep in life as well as some medical complications. I just want my life back! A healthy and beautiful life! i have already tried to start by doing resistance trainning i bought from fit yummy mummy holly and eat a 1000 calorie meal each 3 days a week but need your programme for the maximum results. I am an engineering student at a university in South India-Tamil Nadu. I have been looking to get fit and healthy since my first year here and have been working hard and reading a lot. I knew some of the stuff mentioned in the free report after reading work by Arnel, Mike Geary and Sean Nalewaney. But I have never been able to really get it going since I dont have a structured program. Its difficult for me and my friends here to “do it ourselves”. We have a decent gym but the food at our hostel mess (canteen) is not good as far as low carb high nutrition meals are concerned. Further with all the university work we have to do it becomes tough to fit in long hours of workout. Naturally your program is like a dream and with it I am sure that not only me but many of my friends will finally achieve what several hours at the gym could not in the past three years. It would make a big difference to our lives and that of those we care about since fitness in general is not a topic about which the general Indian is well informed.

Would be so so cool to win – I’ve lost 20kgs over the last year by diet and exercise but have now reached a plateau and ant seem to budge the last 5 kilos – struggle with my interent connection so getting involved in a daily update system of which there are loads is a nightmare for me – would be just too cool to have this system knowing that if i put the commitment in it will work !! I think erybody is with me when I say “It’s about time someone showed us the perfect program”. Everybody was waiting this moment because, all the people here has tested always different kind of exercices and none of us has got big results. At last we have a program that will change our body in less time. This is all we were waiting for, a program that is able to make your body loose fat and tone up your muscles in nearly the speed of light!

I am a dietitian working in the field of weight loss, and whilst I do not have specialist fitness qualifications, I know how important exercise is to successful weight loss. I think the best way to burn fat is to eat the right foods and get your body to use as much energy in the day as possible. I have found all your work outs and diet suggestions very sensible so far and your approach is not based on mumbo jumbo like a lot of emails I get from people trying to sell weight loss products or strategies. The most common excuse I hear from my overweight clients about why they don’t exercise is that they don’t have the time. My work has got busier and busier and I know that this is very true for a lot of people, including myself. I am in the embarrassing position of getting flaccid and unfit from long hours sitting at a desk, which doesn’t give the best example to my clients, and I hate the feeling- I used to be fitter, stronger and have more energy! Getting 1000kcal out of a short workout is a holy grail but I believe that you guys could just do it. It would help me to fit exercise into my day and get back the lean fit body that will make me feel and perform better and inspire others to take up exercise.

I feel like I need this program so desperately to gain some good lean muscle and quick. The way I have progressed before in the past is to increase my calorie intake to bulk up and then cut the calories back a bit and do more cardio after my weight sessions which worked wonders but as you know it takes time.
I was a lean 200lb last year however I was in a really bad car crash last August 2009 and this put me out of training for 8 months and even when I was able to train I had to build all the strength back up in my arm and shoulder as I have got metal plates and pins and rods in it now. It still causes me a little bit of bother as I have a permanently dislocated shoulder blade and collar bone. I have done well to get back into training and I have seen progression so far but I want to be closer to where I was last year and I think this program would help me.

Hi Joel
I am trying one last time to find a program that will help me to lose weight and get fit. I am over 60, overweight and, unfit and recovering from cancer. (All clear now thankfully) I guess I want this program for selfish reasons -I just want to get fit and feel alive as I have before. I have tried many programs before with limited success, and I am impressed with your scientifically worked out way to burn pure fat and get fit from level one upwards. I hope that my daughter will see my new shape etc and be encouraged to follow the course as well as she is very overweight too.

This program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because 20 years ago my hormones became unbalanced. I have been fighting and working ever since to get back in shape. I have tried diets, working out, going vegetarian, no gluten, etc. Previously, I did not gain weight in the belly area but now I not only have padding on my hips and thighs but now I have a buddha belly. I did make some progress when I was able to afford to do Pilates 3-4 times per week but that form of exercise is very expensive and now that I am a doctoral graduate student there is no way participate. The extra weight has eroded my self-esteem and my self-confidence. Despite the fact that I have changed my eating habits-count calories, watch my fat and sugar-and I try to complete 45 minutes of aerobics and 1 yoga class per day, the weight does not come off. I need to lose 85-100 lbs and it needs to be something I can do without buying a lot of equipment or expensive classes. The removal of this obstacle in my life would transform me to a perfect 10.

I would like to lose weight, maintain it and just live a longer healthier life but cannot afford to purchase the program. I would therefore really like to win one of these.

I would like the opportunity to try this for free because I’m tired of envying my “hot” friends on facebook and as stupid as that sounds, it was the motivation I needed to make a change, I’ve joined the gym and assessed my eating patterns, I’m looking for all the help I can get.

I’d like to have a copy coz I’m tired of going to the gym, beeing stuck in traffic on the way to and back from the gym.I also find that the typical weight training in the gym is too time intesive and unpractical AND it becomes boring after a while. I’ve tried your method with the sample workout and it works fantastic. The benefits I see are: more time effective thus more time for my family, no more gym fees and of course it includes all the best aspects of training in on go such as: fat loss, muscle building , increasing stamina and endurance and strenghtening my cardiovascular system. So PLEASE guys let me have a copy I’d really appreciated it. Thanks in advance

My wife has previously had a stomache reduction operation to assist her to loose weight before a knee operation. Watching the problems she is having adjusting to the changes, I do not want to have to go through the same process. Reading your program so far I believe it is just the thing to motivate me to gain a fitness level not previously experienced and at the same time reduce my weight to allow me to enjoy a healther life style for my remaining years.

I am a 51 year old man with a high BMI of 30, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia so reducing weight and getting fitter (and healthier) is not just for asthetics but a matter of life and death for me before it deteriorates into something far worse like heart disease or diabetes. I have tried many times and for many years to reduce my weight before, but they have not been successful – loosing a few pounds and gaining them back just as fast. From doctor prescribed medication, weight-reduction supplements, jogging, etc, they have all failed me.

I would like to begin with a thank you, if it wasn’t for this exercises you guys send me per e-mail my life would have sucked a little more. At the moment I’m working for Toyota In Namibia Africa. Very demanding position and late hours, but your program is designed in a why that I can still do this at home when I finish the job.

First of all let me thank you for being such bad people my legs and body are in pains due to the your workout like you said no pain no gain and im loving it. im one of those guys who who were fat tried everything but none worked and now just for a week after the 1000 calorie workout everyone is asking me questions about the supplement im using. i ges for me the free copy will go on to prove to people that with proper workout you can infact burn some fat. the workout will go on boosting my self confidence and esteem and to everyone who ask how i did it i will tell them nothing but to subscribe to your newsletters thats how i made it.

I am on a mission..after my sixth child I managed to get my weight down by competing in a fat loss challenge but towards the end I found myself pregnant again..i went up to over 100kgs and 8 months later have got down to 77kg by low GI and healthy eating.One problem, I still have 15-20kgs to go and my body fat is still way too high I need a programme that I can do at home, will gain muscle and keep burning fat, I can do in as short amount of time as possible and I will enjoy because I will see fast results and be fit fit fit and strong strong strong!!!Yay you guys this looks like the way to do it…I will be able to keep up with my tribe :)
