I am a 30 year old father of two girls (7 years and 8 weeks). Besides that I work full time and am also a full time college student. Having the workouts planned out and available would be a real advantage. But I think the nutrition portion would be the real key for me. I used to be in shape, but due to medical issues that went away. And ever since it seems I get further away from where I want and need to be. Thank you.

I need access to this information because it is the perfect training system for me. For the last weeks you have been telling us that these workouts are extremely challenging. I love that thought! I just give better results when I feel I’m being pushed to the limits. After doing a regular workout I have no problem going out and cheating on my diet a bit. I have no issues convincing me that I deserve it even if I know I shouldn’t be doing it. However, when I have an exceptionally hard time at the gym my thoughts are different. All I’m thinking is how there is no way in hell I’m going to sacrifice any amount of results after all the work I put into getting them. To put it simply, I know that workouts like these will keep me motivated to achieve every result that I want.

Furthermore, I have been following the bulking strategy for a year now. I have gained a decent amount of weight but lots its fat. Also my nutrition habits are out of control because I got used to consuming 3000cal daily. Now I’m trying to cut back the fat but I have no idea of how to switch back to a nutrition plan for that purpose. You say that this plan allows me to dominate my diet and you have the experience to back it up. I need this knowledge in order to finally achieve my dream of being ripped.

I am 28 years old and the father to two boys ages 3 and 1. Before my wife was pregnant I worked in a factory as a labourer and was fit lean and healthy. To support my family after my wife stopped working (was fired when she told her boss she was pregnant) I had to take an office job with better pay.
I have been in the office for three and a half years now, and my health, fitness and appearance have all suffered signifantly.
Between time at work, travelling to work, spending time with my wife and kids, doing all the jobs I need to do around the house, I have not allowed any time to look after myself. I want to be around for my kids for a long time and be able to keep up with them as they become more active.

After losing 35 pounds on the HCG diet, I still would like to loose another 30 pounds. I have incorporated some exercise into my daily routine, but know that I need a more structured program. My sister uses the P-90 program, but it seems too extreme for me. Your program appears to offer what I am looking for–low time input with maximum results. I know the program will take some time to build into the maximum burn but just like the HCG diet dedication and adherence are what make it work. I am excited about the prospect of feeling and looking great. After many years of trying various diets and exercise programs, I can tell when I see one that has real potential. I had my doubts about the HCG diet when I first was introduced to it, but by applying myself and sticking to the protocol, I saw amazing results in 5 weeks. I know your program will also be a challenge, but it is what is needed to achieve the results that I am looking for without falling back to another round of HCG. I am 53, 5 foot 6 and currently weigh 163. Another 30 pounds would look great off me! Hope you can help me out!

I am 50 years old (soon to turn 51). Over the last 2.5 years I have lost 65 lbs and now weigh 210. I have been exercising (boot camps, classes etc) and somewhat watching what I eat. At times I am really good with what I eat and at other times not so good (generally when I am too tired to make good food choices).But,I don’t succumb to fast food or soft drinks. However, I truly believe I have made a lifestyle change. I found over this process that I love my workouts and am always looking for new programs to follow. I know my progress has been slow but for me I think it has worked and I will be able to continue with my weight loss. I have been at 210 for the last 6 months and can’t seem to get lower. Originally from the uk, I now work as head of sports for a new university in India. With sports given such low priority traditionally here compared to academics, we are trying to educate the new generation of students to the benefits of healthy living and overcoming the obstacles in their way to becoming fitter in mind and body. One of the most frequesntly asked questions we hear is how to control the calorie intake in a positive and effective way. As a postmenapausal woman it is very hard to lose weight especially belly fat. That is why I need this program. I have been overweight a majority of my life and in the last couple of years have decided to get back on track and get fit. I am 42. I think my metabolism quit on me. I am 5’2″ and loved being around 113 most of my life. Since I got into my 40s I average about 135 and I need to get into the 120s but have found it impossible for the past 3-5 years. I continue to give away all of my clothes and have just about given up on ever seeing that weight again in my lifetime. Please help. I am super discouraged. Even excersizing every day could not get me there.

For years i have tried 2 lose weight. years searching for the best way to lose weight but most of them are no way related to pure fat loss. i have tried my best to lose weight . i have been ignored by a lot of people because of my fat . People who used to like me have now stopped to talk to me now. i fell so left out people all ways seem 2 comment that “ur jus 2 big” . when i saw this n read about it i realized that its either this or nothing else because this program is just amazing. so i wish i win this golden opportunity because opportunities like this dont come more often.

Hi I’m 17 and a diagnosed scizophrenic bipolar depressed boy not tryying to make u feel sorry so don’t yes I’ve battle this but it’s only made me stronger I have tried many meds that have made me gain almost 30 pounds of fat I want to be an urban model and use to have it on lock before I was diagnoses this program ,I believe, will make my dream a reality

I am a 70 year old female who has inspite of being fairly active have gained 50 lbs over the years. I have tried so many types of diets and exercise programs with no or little success. I have a couple of health problems that would be helped temendously with the loss of this weight. I have almost given up hope when I began seeing your postings. Maybe there is hope for me yet!!

I would be honored to have your 1000 calorie challenge and to be able to add my name to the list of successful 1000 calorie challenge peeps!!!! I work long hours, don’t always make it to the gym nor do I feel like being oogled at like fresh meat. After a long day I just want to work out and focus and not feel like I am there to propel the lonely horn dog to lift the whole stack of weights using the worst body mechanics I’ve ever seen when he see’s me coming (unfortunately that is the only way a lot of these guys can bang out those 3 reps…the poor guys need your help! and this keeps me from going to the gym more often than you know) And forget about having a home gym…I live with my brother and his wife so I would need a “closet gym” and then I would have to find a place for all my clothes. But…If I had a rockin’ bod I wouldn’t need all those clothes!! If I won one of your 1000 calorie challenge programs then I wouldn’t need a closet gym either! Hello Gentlemen and thank you for the great oppurtunity to share your wisdom as you have with me and millions of people to help them change their lives and bodies and live a healthier more fulfilling lives.I have struggled with my weight since I was out of high school and now at 40 I realize how important are health is to really living a fulfilling life and achieving dreams we have that wand a lot of people never achieve ddue to low self esteem witch aleways goes back to weight and how we see ourselves in the mirror,i have tried and tried before to get in the best shape I can get by following pro body builder programs and diets made for guys that use steroids and programs that are just plain scams all for the mighty buck and end up discouraged and give up because there not for everyday people and most diets deprive of are instinct to eat the way we were made to.junk food and foods injected with preservatives are all we see and go for cause that’s what there made to do,keep us wanting more as companies get fatter pockets and americans get just fatter.at this point of my life I have seen the passing of my Father at a early age due to a poor health and don’t want to end up like my Dad when I know I can change the course and live a long healthy life and accomplishing my dreams and at the same time show my family that at 40 it is never too late too change your life and help people change there lives to by examples and knowledge that you. I’m a forty-year-old mom of two who has been struggling with weight for the past 20 years. I’ve tried every diet out there, and have had some good success—but gained all the weight back, plus some. Now, after trying so many different programs, it’s gotten to the point where all the information is conflicting, and I just want someone to tell me what to do—and I’ll do it! I’m tired of being tired, overweight, and in a hate-hate relationship with my body. I want to be a positive role model for my children and like the way I look—something that hasn’t happened in several years.

I’ve tried rapid weight loss diets which worked great in the short term, but left me hungry and exhausted. But wait! You’re saying this program can blast 5 pounds a week? That’s the same result (if not better!) and I’m guessing I won’t have to starve—literally—to get that kind of result. That I can go from being in horrible shape to close to the 1,000 calorie workout in a few weeks is also very encouraging, as are the success stories. I’d love to be that kind of inspiration for someone else!

As an officer and nurse in the USAF, fitness is essential in doing my job and accomplishing our mission. A few years ago, plagued by chronic headaches, I was prescribed a medication that resulted in an overall weight gain of 25lbs. Over the past several years, I have tried various challenges, routines, and “guaranteed” plans to try to increase my fitness level and lose the extra weight. With the busy schedule of work, school (working on my MS), and other military commitments, I need a workout program that gives the biggest bang for the buck. This is, by far, the best program I have seen in a long time!

In an ever changing world and fast moving uncertainty, people need something to hold on to. Health is one critical issue which is essential to people wherever, whenever. Biking to the office, lifting weights and organizing meals to ensure the output and input of calories seems to be just not enough. So, in need of of an extremely effective, fast result method which can be conducted anywhere by almost everyone. And counting down days before I will be on air to read news in national television, the 1000 calorie challenge seems (is) a drastic help that I can use. To look better, to feel better and to be able to maintain a good healthy life. I’ve been for years to reduce the 30% body fat to at least 20%. 15% would be a miracle. From what I’ve seen in the last 5 reviews of the challenge including the R-Quatro and other tips this is what I consider to be a “doable” routine. Looking forward to win the challenge system.

I am 27 years old now. I have tried absolute everything I can to win the battle against obesity. I can only seem to lose a little and it never seems to go any further then that. The information that I have seen from this program has actually been informative and helpful. I can’t wait to see the entire program.
