Hey Joel, I’m 26yo and know that there are probably people out there that need this program more than me. I’m 6’3″ and 230lbs. I had been working out regularly but after 15months only ever lost 7-9lbs so inevitably I stopped, for now. During the summer I seen photos of a day to the beach n I got an awful shock when I saw myself with no top on. I thought as a man I wouldn’t b concious of my weight but I felt so embarrest n digusted with d what I saw I broke dwn n cried up in my room. Since then I have had problems with my confidence. My sex drive has plumitted n I wear really baggy clothes to cover my bulge. I have stopped social events n am afraId of going to the gym because of my shape. Hi Guys been following Arnel for some time now and trying to keep up the training five days a week but with my new job its been pretty hard to get back into shape. Hoping this new 3 day program will be able to fit into my schedule a bit better than working weights in the gym five days a week. Thanks for all the tips and help.

Sometimes we think we can do it all on our own, but it takes courage, strength and self evaluation to admit, I can really do with some help.
Like most others I have successfully done other plans and diets, but I want to shake off the (hardest) last 5kg. There may be others who are more worthy you decide.

I like the idea of quick workouts with results. I’ve exercised and dieted in the standard traditional way for years and frankly it’s too much work! I remember a comment made that being in the gym for hours and losing only 300 calories is not motivating. I AGREE! Now, your program comes along and Whoa this is music to my ears! The possibility of losing belly fat and gaining muscle would be a miracle for me! After two pregnancies the flat abs were history and I’ve been working on it for 30 yrs. now. My boys are young men now. With your program, I think there’s hope : )

Hi guys, I am 26 years old and I’ve been overweight most of my life. Earlier this year it finally hit me that I need a change. I really need to drop the extra pounds I have on me. Back beginning of this year my weight was 245 lbs and I’m 5’7 so I’m up there. Right now I’m down to 218 but I just can’t seem to go anymore and need direction to reach my goal to be 190 my the end of this year. I feel this program is perfect for me because I know I can trust that it will get me to where i want to be and i am very motivated to get there. I am an amature mountain climber, having climbed Kilimanjaro and in July this year, Mount Elbrus in Russia…I am on the 7 Summits Quest…this is a quest to climb the highest mountain on each continent! My problem…the stair master, the treadmill and the orbi-trek are all great for stamina…but the routine is mundane, doesnt exactly change from week to week and I need to ramp up my programme as I am embarking on a climb up AConcagua in Januay..7000m! I need to drop fat, get fit and enjoy doing it! I am used to challenges, so would love to get hold of this program! In fact, I need something like this that is not routine and mundane!

Hello, I have been following your updates as they have been published. This seems to be an exciting program and oppertunity. I am currently deployed and this seems to be a solid program that can be done wherever I am located and not require a lot of time. I am also a father of 3,they are all soccer players and this could be a great program for family workouts and easy enough for them to follow when I am not at home! Hi Guys,

I used to be chubby when young and therefore I know how is it to be fat. The problems of being fat and the torture of releasing the tummy fats.This program should be the holy grail for fitness as it is complete on its own. I will like to own a free copy of this program as it suits people like me, having a problem and trying to solve it. I used to be 100kg and have been 85kg now.With the program it will help me further to shed to 70kg, which is my target weight. The training workout, diet,supplementation and motivation should propel further to greater success.I will definitely be a great testimonial with this program success.To greater heights for us all.

I started going to gym in July 2009. or two. I used to go to gym 5 times a week for an hour but I could feel that I was about to burn-out now I put in at least 3 times a week for an1-2 hours. The most bizaeree things is that I have since gained weight moving from a 67kg to 73 kg. I understand that muscle weigh more than fat but my fat percentage is at 21%. I would like to lose the fat and go back to my 67kg with the ripped look.
I think this program will help me focus as I will be using a tried and tested formula

I was in my school squash team from 2002-2005, but when I graduated from school I stopped playing the sport and lost much of my fitness till now. I then gained much fat as well. When I actually went back to play the game again, I was quite shocked at my stamina.
As you also mentioned in your website, the 1000 Calarie Challenge System which I subscribe to, “the level of fitness is either going to be the #1 ASSET to losing fat like crazy, or the #1 thing STOPPING you from maximal fat loss.” Therefore, it is essential and important that I stay fit and healthy even as a 21 year-old young adult to keep fit throughout life. I believe fitness, a goal in mind, a positive outlook or mindset and a good strategy (inc. good diet) will help burn the 1000 Calories (or more).
Here are the reasons why I chose and think this system will work: First, the workouts of the exercise routines from the website have been effective, though there is high after-burn effect. Second, “there are no long drawn out sessions in this challenge. Each workout needs to be time-efficient without requiring users to spend hours upon hours in the gym.” This provides me with enough time for other activities and school work as well. Thirdly, I have subscribed to other fat-burning and dieting websites as well, most to no avail and no change, but found that yours has the fastest and best results! Lastly, it enables me to stay trim and fit again, as in the days I was in the squash team.

hi Joel, I so need this, im in the same boat as you were, Major opperatoin on spine at the age of 47, stoped smoking a year ago and put on 3 stone, man it starting to hurt now, i need your help very much, i have two children under 11, wife lost her job due to ressesion, one low wage coming in now, i neeed to live longer for them, i must support them as i have no family left to fall back on, please find it in your heart to help not just me but my family to, all the best in your future, Duane.

iam constantly interested not to adapt myself and trying new workout sheets/progams, so i can tell and help my family, friends about new workout methods and evolving on a higher level.

Why do I need this???

I am floundering. I work really hard in the gym every day and I am dieting and I do not see the results that I want. I am sick of being over weight. I was in a motor bike accident a 15 months ago and shattered my right arm and broke my pelvis in four places so I was not able to train for a year…….I picked up twenty KG’s. I am disciplined and I have huge amounts of drive ( in the last three months I have been training five times a week at an hour and a half a day) but I need help! Please consider me as one of the candidates. Thank you

I’m getting older and fatter and finding it harder to get the control I need to shed weight. This programme seems to be the solution for me and I’m willing to try it.

I dont have any need to lose large amounts of fat, I dont have any sad stories. I am a person who believes that you must take your own health in your own hands. That is our own responsibility. I have for many years enjoyed eating good and working out. I have tried many workouts, and I have looked into this one. I can see that its targeted at circuit training doing intervals, and mixing it up with varies workouts. My problem is that I dont have the creativity for coming up with my own workouts, (I get bored with the old) and I can see this is a very beneficail workout. Also when it comes to calorie intake and a diet, I have no sence in putting the right foods together….lol silly me.
But I will say that I would like to help my sister out on a program that is easy to follow, and proven. She has neglected herself for years, and I’d like to get her to like herself again. Maybe you can help me help her. YEAH!!!

I already lost 25kg thanks to Arnel. There is still 20kg that has to go away. I am following all your articles and videos since 2008. One could say I am still fat. No – I am fit-fat and I am proud I can wear jeans and buy clothes in regular shops. The goal is to be just fit and healthy. I have the motivation, but seems now I need better guidance. The battle isn’t ended…

I would love to try out your program as I have been struggling with my weight for years now. As I am a type two diabetes, getting my weight under control would definitely help me manage my diabetes. Your progrom sounds like the ideal way to do this. Since your program includes eating regular healthy meals, i believe that this is just what is needed to keep my sugar levels under control. I hope I will be given a chance to try it.

i turned 56years old this year. I work with adults who have a serious mental illness. My job is to help them believe they can live a better life and accomplish dreams. They don’t get to see changes I make in my life, so they think “dreaming dreams” doesn’t apply to them. I want to show them how you can have a dream, work hard to get it, and accomplish it. To let them know dreams are not just for the young or those without an illness. I can’t have them walk in my shoes to see me deal with problems I have to deal with at home or on my day off, but I have talked with them about wanting to change how I look. They know I go to the gym, but I to make them go “WOW”. But not for my own ego, but for them to believe they too, can change their weight problems, quit smoking, have friendships, reduce mental symptoms, or simply go to the mall without having fears-if that’s what they dream to do-to know it can be done with some hard and believing in themselves. This program will be a great tool to help them and me. I have never had a six packor a great body. After my time in the air force and navy reserve-I gained a lot of weight. I’m an old guy, but know and believe I can have the body of my youth with your program.

Love the posts… I am a regular girl, not fat, and not fit, I have been crash dieting my hole life, up to the point where I eat a sandwitch and gain weight. so I exercise a lot, but hours of cardio and a little weight training quickly gets boring with no dramatic results, on the contrary I’ve noticed the fat getting more, so now I have to eat less and exercise more. I know I killed my metabolism, but by eating right for a couple of day my brain tells me I got even more FAT and the cicle starts over. I am Desprate! Thats how I came across you guys. Just by reading your posts I got all exited about exercise and eating right again. The promise of optimal FAT LOSS in the least amount of time THAT’S GREAT. I am visual. If I can see results in a week or so and feel the diferance… Motavated! I live in South Africa, like most people I work, I am married, no children, so besides work, exercise takes up most of my time(would love to change that), how I feel, directly connected to my fat percentage, whitch is 26, and my IBM 20. This workout is ecxactly what I’ve been searching for throughout the years and based on the sample workouts, it has been one of the best workouts I ever did…… I wanted something to give me that ripped toned look and nothing around is like that… That is why I feel that the 1000 calorie workout is the workout for me….. Furthermore, I already have been working out for a year and I would like to step up my game… This 1000 calorie workout would be perfect in everyway…… I’ve tried turbulence training, HIIT but still nth could beat the sample workout I did the other day…. I was literally dead on my bed after I finish that amazing dose of workout…. And even if I do not win this, I still would like to thank u both for ceating such a wonderful program. Cheers

I am approaching my 50th birthday and have worked pretty hard for most of my adult life to keep in shape. When I was younger I ran ultra-marathon, which kept me skinny, and now that I am older and my legs don’t allow any more marathons, I try and get to the gym at least twice a week if and when my busy job allows. Whilst this keeps me in fairly good shape, it is not enough to take away the belly that keeps coming back, and I really need to be able to shed a lot of calories in a relatively short space of time so that when I do get to the gym, it will count big time!
