hey guys,
Been following up on the updates and really anticipating this program. :) im 20 and ive been unfit and chubby my whole life. for the past 5 years ive been exercising moderately and doing intense cardio during the summers. but i dont get any results. The only program that has brought me somewhat of success was arnels 16 week program. When i got the email that u guys have made a 1000 calorie program i jumped on it. i really want to try this and regardless if i get it for free or not, im going to get this program. free would be nice. :D

I represent the older population who is mostly over fat and under fit. It is a population mostly ignored by the diet and fitness industry. It is a huge market that needs desperately new, cutting edge programs and ideas, not the same old crap that has never worked well. The 1000 calorie Challenge has to be the most leading edge program alone. I am an older man who is in decent shape, strong and vital. I want to go to the highest level possible….get in incredible condition.

Like so many people, whatever their age, before I started examining your program I would not think it was possible to burn 1000 calories in one workout…I DO NOW !!! and I WILL !! Hey guys I know hella people are here to answer your question, I just want to say that I really want this program because I am a dancer and lately I been feeling my body gettin heavy and slow, and I need something more to keep me going, I use my body to get work and to pretty much make money, no Im not a stripper lol, I do breakin, and other styles of hip hop dance, you would think that its enough, I think I really want to boost up my energy and power. Hey Guys, I currently work at a local community recreation/gym centre. Earlier this year we began an 8 week challenge targeted at people only in the beginning stages of fitness, so main focus is fat loss. I’ve been training for quite a few years and the toughest thing for me to figure out is how to beat what I think is a metabolic slowdown. It definitely is harder to keep fat off than it used to be despite increased cardio and tougher wrokout sessions. This program looks like it gives training a momentum that is built on pretty quickly to accelerate results. That would make this a very efficient program which is something I’ve been trying to learn for a while now.

I am a recently married man who has moved to LA to pursue my dreams of being a stuntman/actor and model. I am in good shape, but i need to be in phenomenal shape in order to have a shot at doing well out here. After giving birth ( 4 years ago), it was already difficult for me to be in good shape. I have tried several work-out regimen, diet food products & weight loss pills but unfornately it didn’t work-out. Presently, I am residing in country-side where there are no available fitness instructors nor sets of equipment to be used in trimming down one’s figure. I am so desperate to lose weight not just for my health and personal advantage but also because my husband demand me to do so, as he told me that we would be happier and proud of me if I could have a beautiful body. Hi Joel! My name is Aaron and im 16 this year . Last year when i was 15 i was pretty OBESE. I have now cut down my body fat from 40% to 10%. I am at a plateau for close to 2months now , i checked many sites to get abs and the key is to get <8% body fat . I know 10% is not that far away from 8% but you do know that even 1% makes a huge difference in the visual section. I tried the NO-SUGAR diet (no sugared drinks , no pastries , no sweets , etc..) for about 5 weeks already , and i have not even drop 1% in body fat when i measured. I have been training for 10 months now , and i have been stuck with a four pack for close to 4 months , i am really really desperate to get that final 2 out . I do 17 abs exercises 3 times a week on high intensity , but i still get NOWHERE . By trying out the sample workout here , I felt different , a rush that my body has NEVER felt before . Hey guys. I am an extrememly fit young woman and I have been achieving results with your past programs. However I feel at times that I am on the verge of getting stuck in the dreaded plateau. I know that when you introduce a new program, that it is going to kick the absolute butt off the last one, they just keep getting better and better. I attempted my first body transformation 4 years ago. I am now 20 years old. I went to see a nutritionist who gave me a meal plan and training plan which he told me to train 5 days a week which consisted for different muscle groups and also do “slow boring cardio” such as long runs for 10 minutes before my weight training session. Before I started my first transformation I weight 92Kg and 18% body fat, over a period of roughly 5-6 months my weight dropped by 10kg and lost 7% body fat. which after my first transformation left my weight at 82Kg and body fat at 11% which I was fairly happy about because I busted my butt off, But after a rest period of 2 months I rapidly gain weight + body fat. After the 2 months my weight was 86kg and 15% body fat I did not understand so I began to train again but I did not lost any body fat and whilst I never trained my body felt every weird and I felt unconfident. So I put my mind to start a second body transformation hoping my body will not flank out on me when I take a break because I also wanted to join the British royal marines. I went to see a personal trainer who sat down with me and first of all wanting to know my goals for my second body transformation and my goal was to get very lean and ripped whilst taking into consideration me joining the British royal marines which I was very exited about. She gave me a meal plan and my first training plan which would change in 4weeks time and she had another copy of this training plan which consisted of 2 days power weight training, one day sprints,2x 5km runs, 2x10km runs. I stuck to my eating program and training program to the fullest, I never knew what the body was capable of after this program I pushed my self to the limits and harder than I have ever before. ” If the mind is willing the body will follow” after 4 week my program changed which consisted of 3 days power, 1 day sprints with box jumps, 2x 5kms runs, 2x10km runs and on my off days I performed 100 sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups. I achieved my goal in 11weeks my weight 79Kg and under 10% body fat, and today I still thank My personal for all the hard work and dedication that she put into me I really busted my butt off this time round, the program did have its huge cons and pros but unfortunately the British royal marines didn’t work out and I’m looking to join next year again. After a rest period about 4-5weeks I got stuck into junk food to often, which brings me where I am to day, current weight 85+Kg and between 13-18% body percent. I think this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I love challenges! I’m still looking to join the British royal marines next year and I want to get into shape again and stay in shape this time round for the rest of my life!

I am from Spain and for the last months I have been devoting myself to training. Managing a company can be sometimes a perfect excuse to fail in keeping your good nutrition, skipping workouts and getting you out of shape. This is not good at all for my preferred sport, rock climbing, in which I really want to progress a lot. What’s up guys, I’m 22 years old and in the past years I’ve been trying to win the battle against those extra pounds that puts my health on risk, i’ve done some research about this, i’ve tried things that has worked on me and some others that haven’t and when i checked the first previews about this plan i find my self very iddentified, is like i have everything that worked for me in the past but in a better way, better designed and the best is that is all together. Right know i feel ready for a challenge like this, i know i’m doing this for the right reasons where vanity doesn’t have a place, my biggest motivation besides my own health is that i understand the risks of obesity and several of the closest persons to me have this problem, until know i haven’t find a way to motivate them and convince them that they need to do something about it, and i don’t blame them, i can preach something that i haven’t achieve yet, but i’m sure that i’m able to, with your help, i wanna be that difference for them, i wanna be a living proof and convince them that having a healthy life style is possible when you realize that is the best for you and the people that loves you. i feel the 1000 calorie challenge is perfect for me as it is another challenge i could undertake and come out victorious. i constantly enjoy challenging myself, and the 1000 calorie challenge is another way for me to push my body to the limit.

also after dieting and exercising i never seem to break past the precious 10%bf mark constantly stuck at 14%. the 1000 calorie workout could help me achieve my goal.

Hello, i search around all net about 6 pack, but nothing realy find what burning abdominal fat, i want to look like Rica, i do a lot off workouts but my abdominal actually stays in same position only became stronger, so i think this program can help me to come to 6pack abs, i think i need this program it’s be good if i only can look at it. I weigh 110kg. Since November 2009 when I was at my heaviest (119kg) I have been on a strict regime of diet and exercise. I gave myself a year to lose the 35kg I goaled to shed and after 12 months of pouring my heart and tears into it, I have only lost 8kg. I tried just about everything, adjusting my diet, adjusting my training, trying interval training, attempting hours long cardio sessions…all to no avail. Since receiving your e-mails about this 1000 calorie challenge, I have started to adapt the principles into my daily routine. It was a breath of fresh air as I do not have alot of resources for equipment or fancy food, and for the first time in a year I lost 1.5kg’s in a week – this past week! I just think of the future possibilities if you would invest in me one of your 1000calorie challenge sets and I could actually do it the proper way! I have waxed lyrical about it to my sister who weighs 140kg – and now she is trying it out too!

I’m a 41yo mum of 4, who’s always been pretty active, and enjoyed exercise. Recently, though, I seem to really struggle with motivation – both to eat well, and to exercise, and consequently, I’ve stacked on the weight. My dad died of a heart attack, and my younger brother of cancer, so I absolutely need to stay fit and healthy to avoid either of these happening to me ! Having had 4 c sections, I struggle with ab strength. I’ve always done the standard” bit of weights, bit of cardio”…. but no matter what, even without the extra weight, I’ve never been able to strengthen up those abs! Your program looks phenomenal. I really think that it would give me a fresh burst of motivation,which in turn will help with making healthy food choices, as well as giving me results like I’ve never had before.

This programme is the perfect one for me since I am a little overweight and simply can’t fix it through dieting. I’m a 27 year old male. I live in AZ with my wife and 2 kids. I’m a full time firefighter/EMT and I have 5 weeks left of my 14 month paramedic course. My current weight is only 10 pounds under my highest of 205. I’ve tried other programs which I like ( such as P90 ) but I didn’t see a real change in my weight. We do PT every morning on shift. I have been following all your updates and reading your emails for a while now and try to put what I can into my routine. I’m hoping the 1,000 calorie will help me to loose my extra weight and be able to maintain it. I am really interested in how fast the work outs are and the short period of time it takes to see results. It’s time for me to fight harder to make my self better for my family and the people I swore to protect. In April this year I decided to make a change. I wanted to fit and healthy and a good role model for my 2 year old daughter. I purchase XFLD and gave it all I had. I lost a heap of fat! I transitioned to Cheat Your Way Thin combined with Turbulence Training at it continued to come off. I down 15kg of bodyfat total so far. However in the last couple of months progress has slowed. My motivation is still strong.
Joel I’m ready for a new challenge and renewed fat loss and believe the 1000 Calorie Challenge will provide these things. I’m motivated and believe in myself. But I also believe in listening to the experts as I certainly don’t claim to be one.
