first of all thanks for all the free info you guys are definitely the most generous on the Internet.secondly the program in your free report is the best i have ever experienced i an advanced trainer but it left me stiff for days and gasping for breath like i just run a marathon my metabolism was so fast i couldn’t sleep for days because of all the energy but i wasn’t tired the next day i could feel my body BURNING FAT ALL DAY LONG!!!!!i would love to see the full version and the diet section i believe i can help a lot of people and change the standard of many lives so please guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

am returning to my home country after an 11 year absence. I have changed from a super svelte, trim taut terrific, firm, fit fantastic 63kg dancer to a 91kg beer drinking, chipper loving chub-monster. I have been so ashamed of what I have done to myself that I have deliberately stayed away. Now I have no option, I must go home, I do not want to face the disapproval and disdain of my dancer mother who has always taunted me about my weight and looks (even when I was just a bag of bones on pointe shoes); and worse, the look of shock in the eyes of friends who have only ever known me as sleek and slender. I do not want to be a Skinny Minnie, at 51 I need to carry a little something to fill out the grooves, but I do want to be thinner, better, fitter. I have already lost 6 kg (YAY) so I am moving forward. I know that if I can control this part of my life, all else will follow. Thanks.

I am just a normal person witha bit too much body fat! I even ran a marathon last year and didnt lose any! Desperate to lose some fat and look and feel good for myself, no-one else!

One day I was a slim teenager, travelling the world.
Next I increased in size (only three sizes) not having a care in the world.
Then I had three children (I increased in size), they mean the world to me.
I lost heaps of kilos and looked/felt great, and had the world at my feet.
I then had a sporting accident, and my world fell apart.
The kilos kept accrueing, I feel as big as the world.
My world needs to be put back into perspective in a sensible, wholesome way.
I have enjoyed your wonderful antics, and if losing weight, and getting fit is that much fun, then count me in. I am so over the stop/start faddy, much talked about idiotic ways of weightloss and exercise. Your 1000 Cal Challenge seems like bucketloads of great ways to get this 50 year old looking like the 35 year old in that photograph hanging on the wall. When the weight has disappeared, and the ‘body’ returns, I have promised myself another photo session so that I can hang one alongside the other! Besides I have three goals in life….. stop biting my nails, quit smoking, and lose the kilos/centimetres. I have attained 2…. now for the third……. Thanks guys.

I have just recently had a baby, and desperately need the help in getting my body back into shape. I have lost all of the weight that I put on during pregnancy, but my shape has changed and my overall look is just flabby. I am looking for a program that I can do myself without the need to go to a gym. I have always known the best way to loose fat quickly is with superset training, but your program takes it to the next level and I would love to give it a try.

I am a 35 year old mother of 2 boys. After my last baby my weight just would not go down. As all moms I am very busy and don’t have the time to go to a gym.
This program seems perfect because I can do it any time at home and don’t have to leave my children with someone.
I really need to do something about my weight as I am becoming more depressed about it everyday.
From what I saw in the videos this system really seems to work. I would like to see if it will work for me.

well it is really simple.
i need it because where i live i don’t have access to a gym(too far), i have no gym at home and i work 11 hours a day.
i need something that will help me anywhere and anytime. and the answer is your program.
I am eager to see results and i come from a family where being fat is normal.
i cant even do 2 push up on a row not even a pull up. i need professional help to get muscles, burn the fat and have a normal fitness level.

Simply put… I’ve been busting my butt 6 days a week since January doing Kick-boxing and Resistance Training. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds of hopefully just fat. However, I am finding it next to impossible to get rid of that last bit of sludge floating around my belly. Really, can it be this hard? My diet is very good. My frustration level is getting at it’s highest. I’m starting to believe it can’t be done. Can you let me have a go at your system and prove me wrong? I just want to see a six back showing on me for once in my life!!!

Hi Arnel and Joel, I started getting to know Arnel when he was just coming out with his first workout sessions and he has grown at a star-like pace ever since. Joel I got to know through his “Cheat your way thin” program, which I have seen absolutely amazing results with, and will be my savior through the Christmas days this year. However, loosing fat and staying in shape are two different things, and that is where the 1,000 calorie program comes in, through which there are no starvation-modes to “eat” off my muscles, leaving me with results in both fat-loss and body-shape. This should be the bomb in every aspect!!

for 3 years now I’m at the same weight and I need to lose some 3-5kg to be at my optimal wiight. The problem is that whatever I do, my weight won’t change more than 1kg up or down and I need something that will kick-start my body into losing that additional weight.

I started my fat loss journey around 3 years ago at the age of 18 after being overwieght all my life and I decided enough was enough and I took the first steps to permanently changing my lifestyle to becoming healthier. and I wish I had some of the information back then that you hav provided me in via email over the last week or so.

Although I have had some success with my fat loss goals, where I am healthier and fitter then ever in my life I am still not where I want to be I reach stages where the fat will not come off or end up putting more on. I want to be at a body fat percentage where when I look at my body in the mirror or step on the weighing scales I want to see real result and I think I can only get that from a properly structured program. With workouts that a going to burn 1000 calories and a nutrition program built to do the same I don’t think I can go wrong.

I believe1000 Calorie Challenge is great for me because it IS what I need in my life. I believe using the 1000 Calorie Challenge will keep me motivated in life and keep me healthy. I need all the help I can get right now to get healthy and to get out of the obesity range. I love to exercise and I love healthy foods but I need a real challenge. That would be the 1000 Calorie Challenge. It fits exactly what Im looking for and I feel it will work for me. I tried everything else to get in shape and healthy. Nothing worked. I try to be healthy and in shape to improve my health. My family has health issues such as heart problems and Diabetes 2. I don’t want to go down that road all because I am obese and nothing really works for me. I love challenges that is ready to be set and completed. 1000 Calorie Challenge is making me itch to try and start getting more healthy for my life. My mother worries about my weight and worries that something bad will happen so I would like to find a method to ease her worries and make my life way healthier. I am a fifty something, who believes in total body transformation and rejuventation. However in spite of all efforts to exercise and eat properly, I am STRUGGLING with maintaining for one thing, and therefore also to lose, the body fat in the places it worries me most – my waist, underarms and believe it or not, my back!!!
I live in an area where access to specialised advice is limited, and if available, is at a price I cannot afford.

Anyone, me included, can burn 1000 calories at a time? Wow!! What a challenge!!
A challenge that gives me hope. Hope that the battle of the bulge can be won – and quickly too. Hope that I too can look and feel great.
I exercise as regularly as possible and I am always, always on a diet, But when the results are minimal as they have been, and it feels as though you fail in your goals on a daily basis it’s tough to sustain. And yet I keep trying. What else is there, right??
Well it seems there is the 1000 calorie challenge, by Joel and Arnel (2 leading experts in the field)!!!!!
I believe in the power of the mind, and that coupled with the expert guidance offered by this program, I have no doubt that it will work. Age is not a factor!!
The timing too is perfect. I have a month available, to put maximum effort into building up to being able to burn 1000 calories at a time, and hopefully I will build up even quicker. I cannot wait to achieve BOOYAH. I am soooo excited to take on the challenge.

Greetings, … Im 46 years old Veteran (USAF) and Ex-Baseball athlete (60lbs over-weight) ~ and now a recent divorcee. I lost my 6 figure job in July of 07, my wife filed for divorce in Oct 07, Car(s) repoded in Dec 07, Lost my home in 08, and I have been unemployed for well over 2.5 years. It seems each place I go ~ im some how classified as ‘over qualified’. I have been seeing a therapist (pro-bono) for well over two years now. Some weeks I would’nt (could’nt) even leave my room for days, being depressed. My children are now starting to worry about me, and I want to show them that I can get back to the old me ~ the one who was motivated to take on most challenges. My therapist suggested I start working out again (truth be told ~ I use to love being very active) ~ depression is a terrible, terrible disease .. (I wish it on no one). Hi! I’m 33 and i’ve been training most of my life. I train to be fit and to look good. i’m pretty satisfied with results but i’m stuck at this level and can’t move on. My name is Mariana, I’m a 28 years old Brazilian woman.
Since last year I have been following you guys. You’re becoming really famous around here! ;-) I already tried the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet System and it was great! But you see, I’m a busy woman and also a cooking Chef! So you can imagine how hard it’s for me to follow a nutrition plan… I’m always around with butter, cheese, cream, pasta, sweets! I never had aspirations in my life. Not until these recent years. I had a crush for a long time, but I never try to confess as I had no self confidence. She recently became an Ironwoman. This spurs me to change. I wanted to be an Ironman, but my fitness disallow me to participate in the triathlon competition. I wanted to improve, to be strong and fit. I want to shine brightly and challenge my limits. Your instructions were really interesting and challenging. Although the actual training will not be easy, I will stick to it till my personal success.

Just like you, I am a former “Body for Life-r”, and completely understand the focus and determination needed in order to complete a program such as 1,000 Calorie Challenge. I have trained people for years to help them feel good about themselves, and to motivate myself as well. Since the BFL days, I have been all over the board with my fitness levels (some good & some bad) and would like something that would motivate me to get back to that insane shape I once was in. About three years ago my cat passed away from kidney failure. The vet said the fillers in the store bought food I gave her ultimately led to her death. I thought how we could put things in our pet’s food that could harm them… My view on my own personal health completely changed. My heavy smoking, drinking and McDonalds diet was over and since then I have been on one fad to the next. I had a personal trainer 3x a week at Fitness world for a year trying to attain the body of a God. At the end of that year, I was more toned and I had better stamina but I was nowhere near where I wanted to be. My stomach looked the same. I then worked on my diet, trying methods from what I would read from different Personal Trainers and Nutrition Specialists like Antonio Valladares and Mike Geary. I tried to go Palaeolithic, then raw milk, then dairy free, then soy free, then all organic… my friends and family think I’m crazy. I have protein powder and super food being shipped from the states; I’ve driven hours for grass fed meat… I’m all over the map. Since I have been getting these updates I have been super excited for the launch of this challenge. I believe I have finally found my answer. From the numbers game, the success stories, the fun exercises… it would be incredible to burn 1000 calories in an hour and 1000 in the after burn… I might finally get the body I have been waiting for…
