Help! I’m trapped inside a body I don’t recognize anymore and I can’t get out. The last 6 months have been riddled with stress and a tremendous number of poor eating choices. Where as I used to believe I was overweight before, I now have to face the fact that I am approaching obesity, if I’m not already there. I am a 38 year old single mother of a very beautiful and extremely active 2 year old. I am also a school teacher and a graduate student. I have ZERO time for me. If I don’t make changes now, I will never be the role model I had hoped I’d be for my son and of course my students. In 18 months I have gained 30 pounds and probably a great deal more if you factor in my muscle loss. I’m actually very fearful of my declining health, and my son who would prefer to live outside, rarely sees the afternoon sun because I am to embarrassed to go out. I can’t continue this horrible cycle. I truly want to share a long, healthy, happy, and active life with my son.

I’m a family day care mum and have lost total motivation when it comes to going to the gym. First time EVER that’s happened to me. I need something to give me back my motivation with a great plan to do it. Us girls require a great eating plan as our results are based a lot upon our diets. I get results fast when I’m motivated and go hard, just struggling to get that back, and I believe your program give that to me.

I am a varsity student with very little time on my hands to juggle between studies and endless cardio sessions at the gym. I am slightly overweight with a BMI of 26 and would like to get it to 22. I believe your programme might be just what I need.

i am a guy in a highschool where looks mean everything and people get judged poorly on their looks and size. I would really like to drop off the fat i have and get to my abs so that i wont feel embarrassed or annoyed when i look in the mirror ans see my body. i know this program would be a real help to get where i want to be.

I believe that this program is right for me for several reasons. The main reason being that after spending almost one year focusing mostly on strength training exercises I realized I needed to add something that helps me not only build muscle but also help me burn a lot of calories. I want to find a workout routine that will help me lose that fat in my mid section area that has been troubling me for years. Though I try doing a lot of cardio exercises I fear I’m not doing it the right way and besides I have no personal trainer nor anybody to guide me or give me tips. The 1000 Calorie Challenge is the perfect program for me because I will take full advantage of every bit of knowledge and put the strategies to the test. I’ve been an avid weight lifter for many years and I’ve pretty much tried everything from total body circuit training, kettlebells, bodyweight only, to crossfit style programs. I’ve seen great results with a lot of different stratagies but I’m kind of at a stale mate with what to try next. I love to challenge my body and mind in new ways and I think this is exactly what I need!

This program may be just what I need to stay out of the operating room! The years I have been overweight have done a number on my knees and back. When my MD and I reviewed my knee and spine Xrays and MRI’s last summer,the future looked bleak. If I can’t take off a lot of weight and get in better overall shape,I am facing back surgery and knee replacements before I reach 50. I have tried other diets and exercises and I need something that truly works. Results such as your program offers would be priceless,but I wouldn’t turn down a free copy!

I have been using Arnel’s 12 workouts for a year and a half now and they are great. I am in great shape and very fit and thus need an even more intense workout. The 1000 calories challenge looks like the perfect program to facilitate this intensity. I’m a 20 year old full time college student looking to really tine and fix my body. Over the last nine months I have lost a total of 100 pounds and I love it. The only problem is all I did was cardio and almost never touched any weights. I currently weigh 170 pounds and even though I’m happy I lost the weight my body is now all stretched and there is a big problem with my stomach. It’s just hanging there now. 4 yes ago I weighed 315 lbs. I realized that the weight was not gonna help me get healthy nor get the ladies. I decided to make a change and dropped my weightdown to 240lbs. I have been getting great compliments over this change and I realized something else. I love to work out. I need this because I am a fifty something who believes in total body transformation and rejuvenation. I am however struggling in spite of all the knowledge that I have. I exercise regularly, and eat properly, but the stubborn weight just will not go. I live in a area where personal trainers are not easily accessible for one. For another, if they are available, they are so expensive that they fall right out of my affordability. So I need a boost!!! That’s it – quite simply!!!!

I am 33 years old, and live in South Africa. I have mostly been in good shape through my early 20’s but somewhere, mid 20’s, when I wasn’t looking, I gained 17kg’s! I am hating it. I gym every day (6 day’s a week) and eat, what I think, is really healthy food, but I am obviously doing something wrong. I cannot seem to drop any of this fat. And in the last 6 months I have developed cellulite on my arms!! Aaaargh!!!!!
I am clearly doing something wrong and need help desperately. I recently got engaged and cannot bring myself to set a date as I REALLY don’t want to be a fat bride!
I have been following your updates and from what I see, this program has exactly the structure I need. I have tried so many diets, injections, shakes & formulas and programs that I have lost count and none of them have worked. Over the past 10 years I have tried so many times at lifestyle changes and exercise regimes Body for Life, Atkins but I always seem to get very modest results which have been difficult to sustain. I turned 40 earlier this year and I have determined to make the necessary change. I became aware of you guys just 2/3 weeks ago and having listened to the conf call and read your ‘teasers’ I think this could really be what i need to gain muscle and LOOSE the 2 STONE Ive been trying to shift for years, get the pecs and abs I’ve desired all my life. As a child I always had a weight problem and was mercilessly teased because I was so poor at sports. I stayed overweight and out of shape for most of my adult life. I later became very interested in walking, and started to complete walks of 42k in a day. I gradually lost weight, then started running and decided to enter a tough race across the Sahara desert. I completed this and had an absolute blast. It has made me even more committed to stay on the path of health and fitness. I am not a natural athlete or runner, and am more comfortable walking, but am willing to push myself harder than I think I can go.
However, I have never looked toned. Even though I exercise a lot I am still overweight and look and feel flabby. This is making me feel really self conscious and I am losing my motivation ot train. I feel that your great program could help me see where I have been going wrong and to get rid of the fat once and for all. I have read your report and have been very impressed so far. I know with your expert help I will finally like my body and am looking forwards to seeing what new heights I can reach! I am trying to motivate others to live a life of health and fitness but would have so much more confidence to do this if I was in great shape myself.

Well Im 22 years old , I work and attend college, and I did go to the gym but I lost motivation for not being able to fulfill my goal which was to get at least a 6 pack abs I have never been able to achieve in my life. I retired from work just over two years ago but didnt retire from eating like I was still using up all the calories I used when I was running around and working. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 16. So, I decided to do something about it and started watching every single thing I ate and going to the gym three times a week and zumba classes twice a week.
