I am 30 years old and live in South Africa. I play rugby and am totaly crazy about the game. I would love to play for a couple of years more. The problem however is that I do not have much time to go to practice and the younger guys are consequently kicking dust in my eyes. When I do play, i constantly pull my muscles( hamstrings, calf muscles, etc) as I have generaly big unfit muscles. I am generaly also very conscious about my physical looks and love to look good. It is absolutely true that you look good you feel good. I have been doing some weightlifting. I have developed muscle but, especially the belly fat is simply refusing to budge. I love exercising, but repeating the same exrcises gets boring after some time. I love the exercises on your program as per the sample workout and I am sure that would keep me interested for months as most of these exercises are new to me. I am sure your program would get me to the required fitness level, would ensure that I lose the belly fat and ensure that I can show these youngsters how the game of rugby is played. I’m a policeman in Victoria australia. while going through the academy I was as fit as a fiddle but it took a lot of long cardio workouts, Hmmmmmmm BORING!!!
Over the years my keeness for this type of excercise has long gone and my stomach is starting to need some attention, as with my arms and shoulders.
I am now 45 years old and I need something I can see do quickly, and get results. I am not afraid of intensity as this goes with the job and your programe sounds exactly what front line policing needs. We don’t need endurance we need power and strength. Your system produces both by the sound of it. There is a fitness instructor at work, for advise, but he’s a cardio king. No good for me sorry. I need results i can see and I’m prepared to dig deep for short stints and I see your system providing all these things in a workout. If it’s not free I’ll probably give it a go anyway, sounds good.

Hi There joel, yes i would love to win one of your 1000 calorie challenge plans. I am an australian 33 year old mum of 5 kids. over the years i will admit that i let myself go(to the tune of about 25 kg or 55 pounds), but this year i decided that enough was enough. I have been doing bodyweight resistance training at home as i find i hard to get to the gym, and have lost 11 kg(about 24pounds i think). I have found this type of exercise to be the most enjoyably challenging type that i’ve done. After watching your recent video updates (i love those spiderman pushups!)and learning more about the science and philosophy behind your program i am so excited about the potential of what could be possible with yourmethods. I am currently studying remedial therapies and am enrolled in certificate IV in fitness for next year, health and fitness have become a passion for me. I so want to lose the next 14 kg to get to my goal weight of 57kg and create some awesome muscle density, I believe that your system would be the ultimate journey to get there, thanks for everything, love from australia, elise

I am 21 and a full time student so i dont have a whole lot of time on my hands. i use to workout everyday but am about 10 months out of shoulder surgery and that kinda threw me out of my groove. i am now have had trouble getting back into the flow of things mainly due to lack of time along with the boredom plateus that i have developed over the last few years with my other routine. i think this program is just what i need to reenergize me to start a more routine workout while giving me better results of what i was seeing with my old routine. along with that i plan on becoming a coach once i graduate and i think this could be a great tool to use to show my athletes a great routine that they could use for the rest of their lives.

I’m a 26 year old and I’m in the worst shape of my life. I’m still relatively young and I really want to be in good shape, but no matter what I have tried, it never worked for me. I have tried extreme dieting, working out every day for three hours, and nothing has worked. I still have the fat belly that I had for my whole life. Having this system to tell me step by step which workouts to do would be amazing for me to have, and I would be absolutely blown away if I won this. Hi there Joel & Arnel,

I am a 37 year old single female and do my best to follow an active & healthy lifestyle. I really enjoy working out even though I don’t have a workout partner. Unfortunately, I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to training and usually end up performing workouts that I see in magazines or on the internet. I would so much like to learn more about exercise and diet so that I can reap the full benefits. I already have the motivation and desire, all I need now is the correct information.

I have booked to go on a sea cruise in December and I am on a mission to get into the best shape possible. I have not worn a bikini in public for years because I am self-conscious (its silly I know) but I don’t want to be on a cruise and not be able to lie next to the pool or soak up some sun. I don’t have a lot of bodyfat but I definitely need to lose a few kilo’s and improve the shape of my legs. I am hopeful that if I look sexy and toned I may even meet someone special on the ship!

By following your programme I am sure I am gonna finally get in an amazing shape after so many years of weighing extra pounds. I used to work out 1,5 hours per day, and see no results. It turns out that so as to be healthy, you don’t have to spent a lot of hours in the gym. It’s doing the right stuff, in the right amount of time and with the right intensity. I am a single mum who is now getting out of shape with precious little time on my hands for exercise. I have also moved to Central Africa and so do not have access to fancy gyms or fancy food and ingredients unless I visit the fancy 5 star hotels! This program looks perfect for someone wanting to get fit quickly and (relatively!) easily without all the gym / supplements / fancy foods trappings and so would be an ideal fit for me while here. I believe this to be the perfect program for me because other than like the gym, you lift weights or you have to be waiting around for others to finish, and speaking personally I believe that when I go,it’s not a planned out workout routine that I have.In this case I feel a person such as myself will benefit because it seems that you are training with your own body weight and theres no way to get around that so you know you are definitely getting your the time put it being worth it, and it can be done at tyour own time and place. Hi there Joel & Arnel all away from Mexico!! first of all i want you to know that i have been followed both of you since a year ago, and let me tell you that you have completely change the way i have been train for a long time with no results at all, and its difficult to get in good shape when you don’t have the right trainer that give to you a right routine and a right diet, and why´s that?? because these guys or must of them have ZERO knowledge in this field. They use to make me think that increase muscle and look like Johnny Bravo is to have a good health and a good body and the only way to achieve these shape was to spend 2h in the gym and consumed pills or energy bars to accelerate the increase of muscle and what about the diet…. simple: eat all you want because at the end the pills,powders or energy bars that they recommend me transform the fat in muscle. At the end when i stopped doing these routine (if we can call it like this) all the suppose muscle that I gained were only fat, fat that only get hard, so i ended more fat and more unhealthy. That´s why i start investigate new ways of trainee and here are were you appear, with these knew revolutionary workouts, and to be very honest with you, at the beginning like all new things, i have my doubts, but since the first day i made one of your workouts it was awesome i feel the energy and how every part of my body were working. I am a 42 year old mother with 2 kids and have been into fitness for as long as I can remember. To be honest I have never really struggled with weight issues because of this but have found that turning the big 40 has made an impact on me including alot of my friends inregards to fitness and nutrition. Because of my love of fitness here I am at present studying to become a personal trainer and I would like to become a master trainer and a nutritionist and crack the after 40’s syndrome! I like the sound of this plan and would love to be one of the chosen ten. When I was a teen and backpacking in the rocky mountains, I was passed by two women in their seventies. They were carrying large packs and were easily making the climb without being winded. At the time in my life, I made a pact with myself that I was going to be like them. Life has tossed me a few curve balls, though, and I have to admit that I am a little further away from that goal than I would like to be. Having recently earned my shodan rank in shotokan karate after 22 years of working toward that goal, I have no doubts that I can reach my goal of being physically fit in my seventies and eighties. Your program excites me because it has similarities to a program I did years ago in my 20’s which helped me to attain a fairly awesome level of fitness at the time. Unfortunately I did not maintain it. Now at 55, I am ready and able to get there again. I now have the wisdom to keep what I gain.

I have tried so many different weight loss exercises out there. I have bought several instructional videos and I can say that I have yet to see one that would really give the best results. I want to give this one a try and see if it really works.

being fat for 6 years makes me so not confident in front of any body. I have to buy XL size T-shirts to cover my man boobs. i have to buy larger pants to cover my big legs and butt. have been going to GYM for an year but i m still out of shape. i read all kinds of magazines and posts but none of them seem to work for me.
