Hi, m 26yr old married girl. I ve lost 40 lbs so far. Now i weight 119 lbs.. Currently m following the 16 week abs challenge. I had never been to the gym before, knew nothing abt it. I religiously followed the programs by arnel as i found it the best n easy to follow. My husband says i motivated him n now he wants to follow the same. I feel gud n my clothes fit even better however, i dont see flat abs yet. If i get 1000 calorie challenge, i cud get the body i always wanted. For some reason i dont see flat belly yet which worries me n m ready to put the efforts, just need the direction.

  With each passing year, ever since leaving university, I’ve steadily put on weight. At first the delusions came easy; you’re still young, you’ve got plenty of time. You’re not that big, plenty out there are larger. Stuff like that. Lately, it’s been much harder to reason it away and I have made slow headway into the mountain that is me recently. 

  I’m at a crossroads in my life, mentally at the very least and, physically, the years of abuse are beginning to take their toll.  Reading the updates over the past few days and putting what I could glean into action showed me that this is my Eureka moment: I can and WILL achieve what I dream of. I can and WILL be super fit and leaner than I have ever been in my life.  I have not felt this sort of excitement about my physical situation for a good few years now.

Giday Joel and Arnel It’s Nicko from Australia here mate and i’m 26. It has always been my direct goal to be ripped, lean and toned, and I am getting close. Since I first heard about the 1000 calorie challenge, I have already started stacking intervals in my program, – and it’s working. With my goals in my sights, I firmly believe I will achieve them and I need your program to get there. I know can do this and want it soo frikkin bad!!

I believe this program is perfect for my lifestyle. I’m 19 years old and am a full time college student, as well working part time. My average day is very busy and have very little time for staying in shape. I began following both of your programs when I first attempted Arnel’s 16 weeks to six pack abs program. The program got me into great shape while working with my busy schedule. I have tried several workout programs and still have not been able to reach having 6 pack abs. After following the updates leading up to the release of the 1000 calories challenge, I strongly believe this is the necessary next step to reaching the physical fitness level I desire as well as finally shedding off those last pounds of fat to show off my 6 pack abs.

Could name 1000 reasons as to why I need the 1000 calorie Challenge system right now but the one that stands out is efficiency. The 1000 calorie workout will no doubt break t my fat loss plateau that has been plagueing me for so long! Goodbye years of gym, hello improved muscle tone and weight loss!

I just turned 20 years old yesterday and I’m a college student right now. I’ve had some health problems in my life starting when I was eleven, I was diagnosed with polymyositis, which is an autoimmune disease. Then from the medicine, I developed secondary osteoporosis and then I found out I have spondylolisthesis too, so I’m in pain most of the time. I’m not in horrible shape but I would like to get in even better shape to strengthen my core and help manage the pain I’m in. This would be facilitated by this program and will help me start out my 20’s, and just the rest of my life, right.

Well I am 26 years old and I think the last time I took my shirt off on the beach was when I was 13 years old. I am not fat, 6 feet 1 inch, 206 pounds with 17% body fat, well maybe a little bit. I used the Extreme fat loss diet and it worked, so I think all youre programs must work. Why this would work for me is its nice compacted workouts and its not only for weight loss but also for fitness, wich I need as I play rugby, and I going to need a head start for next season. I think this program is overall a good program for your general health aswell. I think this would work for me as the different exercises will not bore me, as I get bored with the same exercises. Please please guys.

@ Joel Marion: Joel your video’s are great, At this time in my life I am single and i am devoting all my spare time to bodybuilding. My goal is to finally rid myself of the dreaded love handles. I have attempted to bodybuild several times not knowing that I was overtraining. I saw small gains but only at first then I would finally stop training because I saw no gains. I recently learned all the mistakes I was making and I am now more determined than ever to finally succeed. After building the muscle I will use your system to cut the body fat. I am 52 years old, I have never been more focused on my health than I am today. I have spent the last 5 weeks changing my diet to make sure I consume the correct amounts of Protein, Carbs, and Fats. I was in my first car accident before I was married. I was in my second car accident after my third child was born. Over the next few years, I was in three more car accidents and had two more children. I seem to be a magnet – in the wrong place at the wrong time. Between the pain of the injuries from the accidents and the pregnancies, I put on about 100 extra pounds. Fast forward to spraining both ankles and a long term bronchial infection, and I have the recipe for failure. My joints hurt from the extra weight. So bad that at times, I’ve wished I had a handicapped placard so I wouldn’t have to walk as far!! I’m only 46 – don’t want to be having thoughts like that!! I haven’t gained any weight in years, but I’ve fluffed out. Loosing what little muscle I have left. I’ve tried different things. I know I’ll have to push myself. But I in all the programs I’ve tried, I’ve always lost some and gained some. I would love to put your program to work and find the inner me that’s dying to resurface! My family worries about my health and I want to be around for all of them to marry and let me enjoy my grandkids!! I appreciate you even considering me for your program!! :0)

I have struggled to lose fat for many, many years. In the last 2 years I have had enough of struggling with this problem and dedicated a large amount of my time and energy into getting myself into the shape I have always wanted to be in.

It is only in the last 6 months that I have begun to see gradual results, but the progress is so slow that I often doubt myself in achieving these goals.

I know there must be better methods because so many people seem to be able to achieve their fat loss goals in a matter of 12 weeks or less. It’s these methods that I really want to know.

Hi, I need to lose weight for my health, my family and my self esteem. But even at the low price your program is unaffordable for me. due to illness. disability and medication I have piled on the weight. Not only would it benefit me by losing weight but also it would benefit my family so much. If I don’t lose weight, I could very well end up in a wheel chair and become even a bigger liability.
I think you guys are really helping many people and have some great new scientific approaches to weight loss.

i am a 19 year old boy who has suffered with weight issues for most of my life, ever since i was 14 or 15 i have been trying hard to try and get rid of the fat that has built up over the years. i tried the program about 5 weeks ago now and have lots 20lbs and am still losing weight i really want to be able to continue this and i think that i will be able to do this if i keep up with this program. i think that i will be able to lose more weight if i can use the diet program and all the tips that comes with the rest of the program.

anyway thank you for providing me with this program which i love doing and i will continue doing for years to come.

I’m very impressed with the concept of your program! I’m a 46 year old woman, mother of two, who somehow gained about 60 extra pounds along the way. Otherwise, I am obnoxiously healthy! I’ve been working out regularly since June, and have gotten some results, and like that I am getting stronger, but, after losing only 10 pounds, have plateaued. I know I’ve gained muscle too, but still… I have a long way to go–50 more pounds!–and need to get the ball rolling again! I love working out with intention and strength, and love that you work your client up to the awesome fitness they would need to possess to sustain a 1000 calorie workout! I can just imagine what an exhausting and exhilarating workout that must be! When you finish that, you must feel like you’ve climbed a mountain and can do anything! Rock on! Having tried the 400 calorie sneak preview had me panting for more (literally and figuratively), seeing Arnel do his crazy push-up jumps inspired me to try them, and makes one realise there is huge potenial in this program. It would be great to get this program and train like a freak rather than sticking to more mainstream training, step outside the box and push as hard as humanly possible.
In short, the whole program looks inspired and I would love to give it a go to kick some crazy ass!

The 1,000 calorie challenge is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I’ve always wanted to be in shape, but never had the opportunity to have access to such a great program as the 1,000 calorie challenge. I’m full of energy, but I just don’t know how to use it to burn belly fat. I tried lots of exercises, but none of them worked. But I think I’ve finally found the perfect program. And now I know it will work because it was tested by you Joel. I know this because you’re a professional bodybuilder. This program will totally change my life in a good way. I purchased and downloaded the .pdf files that Isabel offered, threw out the bad stuff (food I THOUGHT was good for me), changed the way I ate, have always worked out and do cardio, lost 9 lbs. but I can’t get rid of the stomach! I am mid-40’s and I have always tried to be as healthy as possible and feel your program can help me even more. I am FRUSTRATED with my gut! Thx for the consideration!
