Being a follower of scientific peer viewed studies and reviews of many different weight loss systems and diets, I would be interested in the program because if the claims are true, then this will ground breaking information that can change how the fitness industry looks at exercise. My philosophy as a Personal Trainer not to change the diet, but to change the activity has lead to some good programs, but I am very much in awe of how through trial and error that you’ve come up with a system that can literally trounce eating one high calorie meal! I would put it to the test and meticulously document how the program would work for myself. Being a seasoned trainer (I workout 5 days a week consistently) sometimes programs fail because I train harder than that program demands. So I hope to participate in the program and actually see for myself if all the effort and time put in by you will end up as you predict. Send me a free copy!

I’m 25 years old. I’ve never been in good shape. Last February I started the IWSPA and I’ve had good results for now: I lost nearly 20Kg. However, even if I make approximately 1h of exercise each day, I can’t lose the last 10Kg I need to look really nice. I think the 1.000 calorie Challenge will be what I’m looking for!

Overweight has brought many problems to my life. e.g not going to the beach due to the flabby stomach, uncomfortable when meeting new friends due to my unattractive appearance, dreads buying new clothes because of my waist size and sometimes i cant even fit into the largest size. I tried dieting before however instead of slimming i gain fats. Thus now i am determined to change my life, in a systematic and strategic way while gaining muscle and losing fats. And from your updates, i tried out the sample workout, and i felt ” man, THIS is the one!” . So i hope that with this system, i will be able to be a testimony and inspiration to others. HAHA.. THANKS ALOT!!!

We live a healthy and active lifestyle, but both of us are not as healthy as we could be. I have tried other diets and I lose the weight. After losing the weight I gain the weight badk and some more. I need help to do changes to my life syle forever. I hate excerise. do you have any ideas on what I can do?

I have read below other comments posted by others and truly feel that I can’t compete with them! I just have a very mundane story, I am 52yrs and in April decided that I needed to get in shape otherwise I was going to end 6ft underground fairly soon.I have adopted a very healthy diet and exercise routine and have managed to lose 64lbs so far, but I now seem to have reached a plateau and no amount of anything seems to make a difference. My son is getting married in March next year and I would really like to be able to feel confident about myself and I dread the photos that are sure to be part of the package! I am sure your programme could just be the kick start that I need right now! many thanks.

I almost trashed your initial e-mail thinking it was another in an endless stream of fitness related “come ons” that clog my inbox! I am so glad I didn’t because it is clear that the program is based on good science. I am a 57 year old teacher in charge of physical education at an international school in China and I understand the efficacy of high intensity training. However, 1000 calorie workouts are something I would not have thought possible. As an older guy whose basal metabolism is suffering the inevitable age related slow down, I had pretty much given up on the idea of having a shot at getting my %BF back into even the low teens, but with this program and a companion diet plan I think it just might be possible. Anyway, keep up the good work and I would love to give this exciting program a try!

I’m a former Marine and Personal Trainer that lived the fitness life style. Some how I got into the rut of working long hours 6-7 days a week and lost my passion for health and fitness. Standing 5’ 5” and 225lb I’m 100% a total opposite of my former self ten years ago.

Being a former personal trainer I know what works when getting in shape so I would always read your emails or look at your videos for some reason it kept my interest and I would seek it out everyday to study it to make sure it was the real deal. I have tried numerous exercise regimes over the past decade, with the almost inevitable mixed results. Now that I am approaching the half-century mark, and eager to keep going and remain fit for the next half century, I’m keen to find an exercise approach with such proven success. I’ve been going to the gym for the last 3 years, 5-6 days a week, for at least an hour and still not seeing any results! I am a 49-year old systems engineer with a demanding schedule that takes most of my time. For years I managed to balance work and family commitments and still find time to stay in shape. For the past 3-4 years however, my time has become far more precious as I have advanced in my company and my responsibilities have increased. Something had to give and it wound up being my exercise time. I still manage to get in some early morning jogging time, but the ratio of calories burned per time spent exercising is not exactly what my engineering mind perceives as a valid ROI. I live 85 miles from the nearest gym so have no opportunity to work out in a gym setting. This program sounds like the answer I need.

Brevity, Results, EPOC, Afterburn. Check. Family Business, Time Poor, Young Daughter, Modern Life. Check. Who DOESN’T need this now? I’ve been a gym member for over 10 years. I see those people who aren’t fit and aren’t changing year on year. I’m one of those people. MUG! About 3 months ago I changed my routine from Cardio to Circuits and HIIT. Clothes are looser, feeling fitter, More Reps. More Resistance. I ENJOY the fatigue. I BELIEVE. I can read but I’m no expert, and I can’t turn down a challenge. I NEED this information. I NEED to be healthier for my family, to be a better role model for my daughter. I NEED to spend less time in the gym to free up time for family and business. Why this programme? Results. All encompassing approach. No gimmicks, No BS. Honest work for honest results. I’m in, bring it on.

I was very active and fit in my younger days, but unfortunately I broke my leg in 2007 after a soccer incident. Doctors told me I could never run again and that I would have a limp in my stride. I fell into major depression state and could not do anything physical with my legs for almost 2 years. I ate a lot, my metabolism went down the gutter and started putting on several kilograms.

When I saw Arnel’s videos at Youtube in 2009, I was inspired. I dumped the pessimism away and started jogging, doing simple exercises and thus progressing to the stage I’m at now – Physically able, without limps!

But I still struggle with my fitness and weight, would love to have them resolved back to how I was before the entire dark period mentioned. I’m also getting married in 2 years and it would be great for my family if I were to have a fitter body then. I would love to win this opportunity.

My story is very similar to Vince Del Monte’s.
My nickname during highschool was “Spaghetti-Legs”…needless to say I was just skin and bones, weighing a measely 120 pounds at about 5.5 feet.. Now, as a university student, I gained a whopping 22 pounds, but it mainly showed up around my waist as belly fat. Nothing worse than a skinny guy with a belly. I’ve been hitting the gym and reading up on so many health and muscle-building articles, but my body’s hardly undergone any change over the last few years. It’s so much tougher for scrawny guys to shed fat.

I am a 46 year old retired soldier here in England. I had a set of abs 6 years ago and I want them back, I have kept up my work in the gym but my post forces desk job has gained me 20lb’s I don’t need and don’t want; I have set myself the goal of completing my first London marathon in 2011. I think this program is going to massively help me drop 20lb before Christmas, so that the serious marathon training kicks in prior to the April event. I shall follow it to the letter.

ive always been the fat kid. ive never been skinny in my life. and honestly its hurt me in many ways. i havent been able to live my life to the fullest because of my weight problem. and every single time i try to lose weight it doesnt work. i always end up gaining more weight and i dont know why. ive tried diet pills and other “miracle diets” but nothing. but i believe in your program so much. ive learned alot from your past updates and i know this is what i need. i am in bad shape and i would love to be able to stop being tired and lazy all the time. i want to make a change sooo bad and i know this program will finaly get me that six pack ive always wanted. im tired of being the fat kid. i will have a six pack. and i will accomplish that with your program. i NEED to lose a lot of weight FAST because i have a special event in 3 months. i know i can do this

I just finished college where I lived a pretty active lifestyle of working out, riding my bike to class, and playing club and intramural sports. Now that I’m working full-time, 12-hour workdays, I spend most of my time sitting and no longer have the luxury of being active for most of the day. I am George (24) from South Africa. Your program and the info contained in it is absolutely crucial to my life at this point. I have been doing steady state aerobic exercise for I can’t even remember how long and it doesn’t matter how many times I run per week or how low my calories go I just seem to not be able to loose the last couple of pounds of fat I really want to see disappear of my waistline…not to mention the boredom of running.

Secondly, I am in the process of becoming an Electric Guitar Virtuoso and this process in and of itself require many hours (5 – 6 per day) of practice. This being what I want to do with my life I still have to exercise to be healthy and be balanced as a human being.

I have tried my hand at weight training to build more muscle and lose fat but it completely destroys the finger independence I so desperately need in my left hand for playing guitar effectively. So I need some exercises that are geared more towards body weight exercises as well as shorter but more intense aerobic exercise.

I’d love a copy of this system. We’ve just come through a tough winter (I’m in the southern hemisphere!) in which my little family has really struggled with constant illness. My training has really fallen in a rut and my many months of inconsistency is showing. I’ve been intrigued by the different programs you’ve put together but this one interests me because I really need something to put the zing back into my training. I feel like I’m going through the motions rather than putting my heart and soul into striving for great results. Summer is not far off for us now and I’d love to set myself the challenge to be in my best shape by the festive season – strong, healthy and sizzlin’. I’d love to use your system as my blueprint!

Seems like my last post didn’t post, so I’ll try again.
I’m 21 years old, and I’m currently on my 2nd year of a bachelor degree in sports. With school, work, and other time consuming activities, I don’t really have that much time to work out anymore. As a result of this, I have over the last few months been gaining weight and I can tell when I look in the mirror that my body fat has increased. Now 2 friends and I have decided to get our bodies back in shape and to get rid of the belly fat, and therefore the 1000calorie program would be a really helpful resource for me and them to get rid of our fat and to get back into shape.
