I was a fatty guy from my childhood.I am 18 now.This fat has made me a prisoner in my own body,i never go out with my friends.I always tries to stay away from peoples.My whole life is simply deserted due to the fat.Earlier this year i started weight training and cardio(6 times a week)

I have been watching every teaser video to try and get a new glimpse of what these workouts consist of; I have already done the week three work out that was outlined in the initial promotion (twice; and P90X on the in between days) I even put the routine into Excel so I could track my reps. I took the teaser videos that Arnel put Adam thru and filled in the rest with what I thought would be consistent with the program just because I can’t wait till the 19th to get started. I’ve already begun the caloric reduction days and feel great! I would use this program like it was meant to be used and not as a bookend on my shelf collecting dust. I haven’t been huffing and puffing like this in quite a while and I absolutely love it.
I’m 40 years old and over the last two years I have lost 90lbs from working my butt off and watching my diet; I refuse to become that roly-poly weeble-wobble again. I get up at 4:30am every morning and drag my butt down to my basement to work out. Time is irrelevant because if you want something bad enough you make the time even if that’s at 4:30 in the morning.

Honestly I’m not sure I have the words that will impress my reader. All I can say is the truth. I’ve been trying for many years to achieve my dream of a healthier\fitter body. It is very simple for me. I just turned 35 last week and I am expecting my second child in a few months. What better motivation to finally shed these pounds that have been holding me back for so long, then to have a new addition to my family. I need to get myself in better shape and overall a healthier state at this point in my life. I need to make sure that I am doing everything I can so that I am there for my two children for a long, long time. I need to be the best father I can be and that starts with taking better care of myself physically for a brighter, longer future with my family.
To be honest, I am skeptical. I have tried what seems to be everything and this could be just another thing that I try. I would like the book to be proven wrong. Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but it is the truth and kinda where I am at right now.

I’m 19 years old and I’ve already had both of my knees reconstructed due to ligament issues. I’ve been told that I need to lose weight to help take the stress off, but whatever I do, I can’t seem to shift the weight. I need all the help I can get. I’m having issues with walking now, and I’m at the point of needing another surgery to try and fix another complication. If I can’t shed the weight soon, I’m going to need total replacements!!
I am 42 years old. I am over weight and out of shape. My battle with the bulge has been ongoing for years and it totally depresses me. I got laid off two years ago and and since i wasn’t working i was just sitting home and eating. I gained 70lbs and was so unhappy with myself. It took me two years to finally get the motivation to do something about it so i lost 40lbs. Hardest thing i ever had to do especially when all your friends go out drinking i was staying home dedicated. Ive been trying for a while to loose the last 30lbs and it just wont come off. Earlier in the year I was over weight and high blood pressure and high cholestroel. I was struggling to find workouts and diets to help me reach goals. Nothing seemed to be working. I have managed to come down from 92kgs to 67kgs in the past few years. Too much effort went into research and exercise but after losing out on weight, I am unable to build strength and lean muscle. I have been through the free copy of the 1000 calorie Challenge and it not only seems sensible, but a very balanced approach to weight loss and holistic fitness. I have a keen desire to understand the intricacies and finer aspects of correct nutrition and exercising to remain in shape and beat my own expectations. I really need to use this system to lose my baby weight. I had a healthy and slim body before having my five children. Over the years although I have maintained a reasonably healthy shape I have not been able to get rid of the belly fat and arm and leg fat, left from having the children, completely. I have dieted and I have excersised and I lead a reaosnably active life but it is never enough.
I really want to challenge my body and see my fat reduce and muscles improve, but TIME is a massive issue for me as I home educate the 5 children and have only an hour a day to excersise…if I could burn 1000 calories in a consise, time efficient workout like yours then it would be ideal

I am an 18 year old college student, and I am starting to gain the ‘freshman fifteen’. For the past three months I have not worked out more than once or twice a month due to time constraints and the fact that the nearest gym with more equipment than dumbbells is almost two miles away. When you posted the 600 calorie workout, I decided that I would try it, and I loved it.
I feel so much more energized after just doing those workouts for a week, its wonderful. I need a program just like this, one that takes only a little time to burn a lot of calories and uses only dumbbells.
I dont know if this is the perfect product and i only can tell after I tried it.
