Like you I help to motivate people daily to get healthy. I am a nutritional medicine doctor and works with hundreds of clients weekly to motivate them to eat right, exercise and practice healthy lifestyle habits to prevent disease and slow the aging process. I read about your program and am intrigued about the effect it could have to get people fit, lean and impact the aging process. I would love to try it personally and with a small group of clients to hopefully find that it provides the type of results that would allow me to recommend it to all my clients. I work as an accountant and would like to seriously smash the stereotype that all accountants are balding, lazy and unattractive (although in my experience thats pretty much true). Ive been doing the sampler and seeing some MAJOR improvement already. This programm looks like the business and I want in!!!
I work a full week 8-30 – 5-30 so I dont have time to get to a gym, I can do this workout from home and get the results QUICK.

Great job on creating this program. I can do the exercises, understand proper nutrition, and know proper supplements are important. In my younger days, I was always in sports and in shape. Two decades and five children later, not so much. I never thought that I would end up where I am – middle aged and terribly out of shape. I want to be able to play ball with my children before they’re all grown and gone without having to rest after a few minutes … and still have enough energy at the end of the day to spend some quality time with my husband! All the information out there is overwhelming and confusing – yes cardio, no cardio, low fat, low carb, eat this, never eat that, etc. It is so confusing and time consuming trying to figure out what to do. Other systems were always missing something to make them a success or assumed you were already in decent shape. These just didn’t work for me. This system provides everything needed to go from flab – can’t catch my breath going up the stairs – to fabulous – oh yah! – in one package. That’s what makes it perfect for someone like me, someone with the desire to succeed but so much confusion and so many time constraints.

WOW!! I just did the workout that was filmed with Vince and Flavia, and WOW! I’m already hooked. My heart felt like it wanted to rip out of my chest. For only 11 minutes of working out, it was amazing. I’ve been trying to lose weight for years. I’ve always been the over weight kid. I’ve been keeping a steady diet for the most part of a year and working out 3 to 5 days a week in that span, as well as playing softball at least 3 nights a week in the summer and I’m still not losing the weight that I need to. I’m looking to finally find something new and something different. I haven’t taken my shirt off outside in years because I feel embarassed. I’m willing to do just about anything to shed this weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am travelling a lot work related and I hate gyms, plus I recently recovered from a horrible accident constraining me to bed for several months and I was not able to exercise at all. I looked at you program and it sounds fantastic concerning space, time, fun and results, results, results. I tried earlier programs of you and I got great results, you are great scientifically, physically, psychologically!!!. Now I need to get back on my feet and into shape and I am tuned on R4 for this.

Hi, I am 39 years old and stuck with belly fat after having 2 kids. No matter how well I eat clean or how much I exercise I always wind up frustrated because I cannot lose this belly fat! I would love to win your program to finally get in the best shape of my life (my goal for when I turn 40) and not waste my life away exercising without getting results. I work full-time and have a family to raise, so the precious time that I can exercise is valuable and if I can get on a program that is the most efficient and get me the results that I’m searching for and working for I would be grateful! Your R-Quatro had been my silent moto for quite a long time. For example, being from a conservative culture I had to stand my ground to marry my best friend, I fought the pain of going through IVF twice and taking those HUGE progestron shots to get our son and the twins, I fought to finish my dissertation to graduate on time with three babies in the house. Now I am trying to get rid of this weight I gained in the process, but guess what….my body is fighting back. I NEED your program to put that “serious dent” in my fat deposits to WIN this fight. With your “reinforcement” I think I can win again.

Like many others, I am 42 and after four pregnancies I am way past my prime in physical fitness. At 5´7″ I reached a whopping 97 kilos (I live in Germany and we measure in metric). Since March I have dropped 12 kilos with a German program where you eat less carbs all together and none after 2 pm. I hit a plateau in Aug./Sept. where I didn´t lose anything and have now added a sport program to jumpstart my lame metabolism. The program is called “myline” and comes out of Switzerland, I think. The preliminary body analysis showed that I have too much body fat and not enough muscle mass, that my physical age is 57, and my caloric usage per day is only 2300! How depressing is that!?! The program recommends a lo fat/sugar/salt diet and cardio/strength training at my local gym. In the past 4 weeks I have dropped another 3.5 kilos, but I am working out 1 1/2 hrs. 3 times per week. It is time comsuming, it isn´t fun and the results are nothing compared to what you claim with your program. What you two teach contradicts everything I have ever been told about exercising and I must say I am skeptical about your program. The results seem unrealistic to me. Therefore, I would love to win the 1000 calorie challenge to see some real results and prove to myself and others that the program does work and it is not too late for me to change my appearance and my health.

Hi, I am a 52 year old male and have gained almost 40 pounds over the last two years. I had shoulder surgery two years ago an have had sever foot problems over the last year that have led to my weight gain. The shoulder and foot feel better now and I’ve been trying over the last three months to lose some weight but have been unsuccessful. I am wondering if your program can help someone at my age where lower T levels and some injuries have really reduced my ability to take off the excess pounds. The truth is i’ve been years trying to fight fat loss, dieting, working out my butt like crazy and i haven’t seen the results i’m lookin for since i was 15 years( i’m 19 now). Since i was little i had sugar problems and obesity problems too, and i decided to fight them, right now i’m triying, AGAIN, with another NEW METHODS, y have read for the past month vince del montes webpage and lately yours, i have tried to apply your system and vince’s system too, and i have seen results, but not as fast, and when i do the workouts( i have been working out for a while now) my heart rate is great but trough the days i haven’t felt like i’m actually burning more and more calories over the workouts, and i’m sure it is because i don’t know how to apply the Rquattro system with the S2 progression, because when i first started with the circuits programs i sweated like crazy, but it began to reduce each time, so please guys, i hope you can keep helping me, because i really think you are the only ones that can, thanks a lot.

I’ve never been in that great of shape most of my life. I have tried multiple difficult training programs before and haven’t really gotten much out of them. And I have already just taken some of your knowledge that you have given out, and just this past week I can already feel a difference in strength. But that is nowhere near what your total system can do. So I think this routine would be the best one for me to do.

I want the neat, 100%’ alcohol proof test’ BUT multiplied by 10!
I need 1000% proof that your 1,000 Calorie Challenge works for all people – especially for people with back problems and limitations on certain exercises. Prove it to you and to me!

Joel and Arnel, Thank you for this opportunity to receive your program free. I have been researching and reading as much information as possible to determine whether I am a viable and worthy candidate. All of the information you have sent via emails has been very informative and helpful in assisting me to conclude that I am a perfect fit for this program. I am a very active 43 year old mom who has been battling several orthopedic injuries over this past year including surgery. I have not been able to exercise and have unfortunately gained a tremendous amount of weight from this inactivity, meanwhile I also developed poor eating habits. In doing so, I have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Although I am still recovering from shoulder surgery and a sprained knee, it’s time to start taking control of my life again and your program is what’s going to get my mind, my body, and my soul back on track. My time is very limited so making the best use of exercise time is necessary to achieve my healthy goals and start living the productive and proud life I used to live. I am a part time social worker and have a full time job.

Being a new mother I have gained quite a bit of weight due to this.

I desperately want to get back to my old self simply because I don’t want to invest in a new closet :). I’d rather use my spare cash to help the needy.
