So basically, this is my last year before university but I would love uni to represent a fresh start for me. I know that nothing would give me a greater confidence boost than having the sort of body that people stare at on the beach so I’ve really been putting in the hours to achieve this in the next year. I’ve got to the stage in fat loss where the pace is starting to slow but there’s still I little ways to go. I can not run up the stairs and do those jumping push ups like Arnel but neither am I the “walk in the park” kind of a person. I’ ve always been a fighter. Being from a conservative culture I had to stand my ground to marry my best friend. I fought the pain of those huge Progestron shots for IVF twice to get our son and the twins. I fought to finish my dissertation to graduate ontime with three babies in the house. Ofcourse now I have to fight to get this weight off.But guess what…now my body is fighting back! I want your program because you claim it will give me my required ammunition….I need that.
Well, I am a depressed Mom of 5. I feel like I fail at everything I do. The one thing I can do is workout. I love working out, I love feeling strong…that is the one bright spot in my day. I had lost 30 lbs of fat but have slowly gained back 20 and now all my clothes are too tight! I need a kick-butt workout plan to help me get back on track and succeed in at least one area of my life.
I am 60 years old. I am retired military and work at a fitness center on an Army post. I’m employed as a recreational aid, however, I have a diploma from an accredited school as a graduate of their Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Specialist course. I am currently studying for the NCSF exam so I can be certified. I help soldiers and their families with their workout training and nutrition needs. You would not believe how many people desperately need help in these areas. I offer my services to them at no charge. I ensure they are medically approved to train and I help them set up routines and diet modifications based on their individual needs and desires. Personally, I’m still a work in progress myself, at 6’2″, 225. I need to lose another 20 pounds to get to my desired weight and I know your program can get me there. Also, what I learn will ultimately help out the young soldiers that I train. Many of them are on profile because of their weight issues and are subject to being mustered out if they are not able to resolve them. If I can assist them in overcoming those issues and it allows them to be able to lead healthy and productive lives, it would be awesome. This is what motivates me to keep on doing what I do everyday. I have been “skinny fat” all my life and I have the love handles to prove it. Up until two years ago, my exercise consisted of mainly endurance training. However, being married, my career, and trying to start a family leave little time for that anymore. Time is precious and critical to me. I need this program to make the final move from “skinny fat” to lean and mean.
I’ve purchased the 7 day belly blast diet, turbulence training and body of fire by chad waterbury and I still have a flabby gut! Your program sounds like its got game (even though the other programs I purchased had a reasonable amount too) & as I’ve tried everything else without the results promised, the only way I’d try your program is to win it for free! Ok, so even though I am overwhelmed with the massive amount of comments on this blag already, I am stil gong to give it a desperate shot!
I have been JoJo dieting ever since my senior year in Highschool,..and given that I am 35 that is about 17 years of my life…so about HALF my entire life! WOW just writing this down make me realize how much of my lfe I have felt miserable about weight & fitness…that just makes me so mad & sad! I have been down 50 and up 50 lbs in about 2-3 year viscous-circle bouts of dieting & excercise….nothing has been long lasting YET! This can’t be good for my body or health!

Seven years and 105 pounds after the year I finally tired of being tired, and the butt of everyone’s joke, I’m down to a much healthier 205, and an active marathoner, soccer player, swimmer, etc. But those last twenty pounds have stuck around, despite my best efforts through a plethora of fitness and nutritional plans.

I am a pretty fit guy. I tried every workout possible over the years, combining it with what I learned in the military. I tried the big ones (with the X in it) and I couldn’t get any results out of it. I lacked the time, space, equipment and funds to stick to them. And then I tried yours Arnel, the 16 weeks Challenge and the Explode Program (I must say they both rocked and worked fine until I was injured and had to stop) and I tried to stick to your nutrition plan Joel, a hell of a plan (somewhat difficult to follow at times, because I am serving the country in different places around the world and cannot closely follow). However, once I am recovered I am looking for a program that is easy to follow, could be done anywhere in a rather short time, without fancy equipments with awsome results and in this I trust in you Arnel and Joel 150%. R4 sounds to be the THING!!! Big time.

In my younger days, I was always in sports and in shape. Two decades and five children later, not so much. I never thought that I would end up where I am – middle aged and terribly out of shape. I want to be able to play ball with my children before they’re all grown and gone without having to rest after a few minutes … and still have enough energy at the end of the day to spend some quality time with my husband! All the information out there is overwhelming and confusing – yes cardio, no cardio, low fat, low carb, eat this, never eat that, etc. It is so confusing and time consuming trying to figure out what to do. Other systems were always missing something to make them a success or assumed you were already in decent shape. These just didn’t work for me. This system provides everything needed to go from flab – can’t catch my breath going up the stairs – to fabulous – oh yah! – in one package. That’s what makes it perfect for someone like me, someone with the desire to succeed but so much confusion and so many time constraints.
My wife is way hotter than I am, and we all know the results when a 9 is stuck with a 7… that’s right, ABSTINENCE. Which is killing me way worse than this program possibly could. I can’t think of any better reason to hit the gym than to get back hitting the sheets… and could use some help!!
