I’d love to try it. I have to do something about the computer belly I’ve acqiured, slowly but surely across the past 7 years. I’ve read all of your free material — including the Quattro exercises. I can do some of them, but at 70, I can’t do squats. Well, I can squat all right, I just have to have my hand on a table to get up. (So no jumping jacks at the moment.) And absolutely forget standard push ups.

I have spent the last 18 months researching every diet and exercise program on the internet and putting the pros & cons in a spreadsheet. I have 2-3 dozen books that tout every program you can imagine. Some of the info in some programs completely contradict the info in other programs. Hi, I’m graphic designer and extremely busy, may be just like everyone else. I’ve gained quite a bit of weight in my stomach over the past few years and can’t get rid of theme. I play tennis twice a week, but it’s not enough. I would like to know a correct program that will work effeciently.
I just wanna know about it and how to do it.

I’ve always been a sports person, but I’ve been doing the wrong kind of exercise for a bit now, wrong in a way that I don’t see the results I should for the amount of work that I put in.. From what I’ve learned from this product, this seems to be the perfect way to master in your body in the way I’ve always wanted..Human beings should not be slaves of their own body, on the other hand they should learn how to use it properly and use it till the top of its capacity.. I am 43 years old. After four children I have gained a bit of weight. I have talked to my doctor and of course been given the “losing weight will be better for your health” speech. That would be great! I would love to lose the weight! I’ve tried several different diets which have failed. I want to lose the weight I need to lose so I can become a healthier person for myself and my family. I think your program is what I have been missing this whole time.
I’ve tried various exercise programs, including P90X and want to find something that will give me results and be maintainable. I work a lot of hours so committing to an hour+ long workout every day is tough to do. This program seems promising and I’d love to give it a shot!

As a 43 yr old office worker with 3 children life is hectic. I used to easily be able to keep fit and never had an issue with weight gain. As my wife and I both age, we’re finding it harder to find the time or motivation to start exercising again. Like everybody else I want to be in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’ve started my training and it’s tough, as you and everybody knows. Our problem in Ireland is our diet of deep fried chocolate bars, potatos and beer. I need this to get my pasty white bubble butt into the light that it’s never seen. First of all, out of all the weight loss programs out there, the 1,000 calorie challenge was the one that completely makes sense. I also comment about the R-quatro and s2 strategy. Just reading the article got me motivated. This program will be perfect for me because it is complete and scientifically proven to be very effective.
ever since I was younger, I struggled about my appearance and weight and this caused me to have a low self-esteem. In my family, I’m the only daughter who has a weight problem and my family has a history of diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure. I am 58 y.o. 5’9″, 185 lbs. Last August I started and completed Body for Life, then completed the beginner and part of the intermediate section of Jason Ferruggia’s Muscle gaining secrets program. When spring came I got back to sailing and cycling, watched the diet less carfully, and gained back 10 hard lost lbs.
I like your program because there’s less emphasis on going to the gym. Many of my patients don’t want to spend the money, time or effort to go to a gym..My life is extremely busy with a medical practice, running two other businesses, belonging to an orchestra, two teenage boys, etc. I would like to try your complete program and pay more attention to the dietary recommendations. If I like it, I think some of my patients will, too. I’ve been searching for something that everybody can do. I must have recommended Body for Life to thirty people and 2 people did it. I have been working out for the last year and have lost 36 pounds. I currently live in Switzerland and had purchase a bicycle early this year and have taken to the roads and since April I have put 1,450 miles on my bike. I still do other workouts but I am looking for one that is more challenging and dfficult which will get me to lose the last 20 pounds in need to lose.
