At this exact moment of my life this program is being released at the PERFECT time for me. Being embarrassingly overweight my whole life I have finally gotten serious about nutrition and weight training to optimize fat loss and athletic ability over the past year and a half. Not to make this dramatic or anything but no joke I am currently finishing up a training program that will actually end on Monday, and have been struggling to figure out what I am going to do next. I am so close to finally getting that shredded body that will no longer make me second guess taking off my shirt in public. Having the nice body is nice and all but my TRUE goal is to get under 10% body fat so that I can really pursue my ultimate goal of getting a vertical jump that is higher than 40″. Right now I am about 15-18% body fat with a vertical of just over 2 feet. I really really want to shred these last percents of body fat as fast as I can so I can finally achieve what’s really been a life goal and I strongly believe that this program is absolutely perfect for this job, coming with very scary good timing. I’m 50 and a retired firefighter. I left the FD because of tendon and ligament injuries to both elbows sustained at a fire. They weren’t bad enough to require surgery, but very close. After 6 weeks of PT, I was able to go back to work. I couldn’t go back to my regular workouts at the gym because of the pain in my elbows. After a couple of years, trying different workouts, I retired to a 9-5 deskjob and packed on more than a few pounds.
I’m looking for something to help me lose weight, and get back into shape. Diabetes runs in the family, and though I don’thave it, I would rather not find out later that had I kept the weight off, well, you know.

Hi, i’m a 48 year old pilates teacher and in the last 10 years i have put on 20 kilos of weight . i have found that if i eliminate wheat, dairy and sugar from my daily diet i lose fat but this is very hard to keep up and i usally go back to eating my normal healthy mediteranean diet and put on the weight i just lost.
i’v just compleated 1 month of Craig Ballentines 3 month TT program and i’m very happy with the strenth i’m getting but i’m not shifting the fat unless i drop whear,sugar & dairy… would your program help me? i’m sure it could

hi. actually I’m very pleased with my weight (5.4feet, 116puond). My daughter in law, on the other hand, is struggling, even-though she, working a lot in the gim and hardly evevr eats … so I want it for here

just to keep myself fit..

I am turning 30 next year, and keeping trim is not as easy as it once was. I work long hours and night shifts so endless hours of cardio are not an option. I want to burn fat fast and still enjoy my food. That is all. It seems like this system may help me to do that, so I want to give it a go.

this is the perfect workout for me,I only have to look at food and the pounds pile on.
i work as a seaman on an oil tanker .we are in and out of port almost everyday ,so doing a regular workout is very hard. this workout gives me the intensity I need to burn fat and do it quickly and effectively.
the use of dumbells adds the intensity while making the workout safe on a moving plarform . the areas we trade to can be rough and the ship can move around quite a bit. looking at the exercises in the videos tells me that I can do alll the exercises in reasonable safety while on the ship.
i look forward to getting rid of quite a few pounds of fat around my middle while still maintaining muscle mass as welll as building more muscle.
at present i am 230pounds and know that useing your 1,000 calorie challenge i will be able to get down to 200 lbs without too much dificulty

The greatest thing about this program is ,it needs your own body strength and weight in most of its movement ,that is really an effort for someone who is working with weights (myself).

I am 39 years old and weigh nearly 100kgs which is 15 kgs too many.
