Been following your videos. The program looks like it will be a great challenge. I have recently changed my diet and gotten back into regular exercise with great results. Would like to try the system to get back to single digit body fat.

I’m 66 years old, pretty fit, trying to eat healthily and take plenty of exercise but I need that extra bit of help which I reckon you can give me. Thanks

I believe this program would be ideal for myself as I have been working out on and off for about 3 years and while I think I do pretty well with my workouts and exercise, I fail dismally with my diet. I find myself trying different things, but never find anything that suits my lifestyle. I’m almost 45, excercise regularly every day, I eat healthy, yet I have put on about 15 lb since last year and can’t seem to be able to shed the last 12! I am frustrated with dieting, tried zone diet for three weeks with NO results, except increase of 1 lb in the first 4 days! I have started a cure for severe asthma a year ago and I have to take 4 medications a day, some of which contain cortisone. I am thinking maybe this has something to do with it. I always cook my own food, eat plenty of veggies, only wholegrain pasta, or rice. I just don’t get why I’m not shedding my belly fat

I’m unemployed/disabled. I have had a myriad of health problems that caused me to go from 118 to my heaviest ever 170. At 118 I still looked like I was 130 lbs because my bodyfat is hard to get down. Food didn’t cause the weight gain and that really bothers me. I lose weight easily, but it’s hard to find the right workout. This program is for me. My doctors encourage me to get back into fitness because it not only helps physically but mentally. I used to say (as a snarky comment) “Lifting weights is better than sex” ;) I want to go full throttle. You have taught me things and helped correct misinformation from other programs and websites. I know this program will slash away bodyfat. I struggle with my lower body the most. I want to lose at least 30 lbs before I have vein surgery. The smaller my legs are the cheaper my prescription grade compression garment will cost (the smaller the size the cheaper the garment). The smaller my legs are the less fluid buildup I will have. I need structure. This will be just like going to school – a lesson plan, structure, goals.

Hi Joel, Arnal and all the gang! It was by pure chance I came across your system and after following the updates and even trying the 600 calorie workout (which I found really challenging and sweated buckets) it is just the system and full guidence I have been looking for. Not only do you give the workouts and help with technique but you give advice on diet, this is where I have always struggled and now I’m in my 30s I need extra help to achieve my long awaited body transformation! Hi Joel

I broke my leg and dislocated my ankle back in May and the slow road to recovery will surely be aided by this great programme. I am sure I will be able to get some amazing results even with my busted leg!

As a 40 year old British Soldier about to deploy for the 3rd time to Afghanistan, this system is a Godsend.

I don’t have any weight issues & never have, however TIME is my biggest commodity & trying to balance cardio (essential as a Soldier) & my usual weight sessions has just become too much alongside my Family life & training for deployment.

Well with this system I get 3 for the price of 1, cardio conditioning & the body I strive to maintain & probably save on half the training time I have been requiring (= one happy Wife).

I will be making sure the rest of the guys in my Team follow the system if I am lucky enough to win & look forward to using it on deployment, especially when equipment on Ops is sometimes non-existent.

When I was at school my dad died which made me hit rock bottom, I lost so much confidence n started to comfort eat. I put on a crazy amount of weight pretty fast n ended up roughly about 18 stone. I stayed this size all through college until I finally decided to do something about it. I joined a boxing club and the weight just seemed to fall off me I lost 3 n half stone in about 3 months! The thing is now I’m engaged and my partner doesn’t want me fighting anymore so I want a workout that is gonna challenge me to my very core and give me that 6 pack I have always wanted. So pleeeaase give it me as I no I’m dedicated enough to kick this workouts ass!

I wanted this program bcuz i want to change my life.I’m 16 this yr.Why do i need this program? Cuz i’m overweight.=( People were constantly teasing me about my weight.So,I stopped eating carb and all other food that i thought would cause weight gain.But in the end, I was depressed n still overweight cuz I cant resist eating my fav food such as bread and will feel bad after eating it. I had a thriple by pass some 2 years ago. I managed to loose a lot of weight on my own and was feeling good. I used some advise on the internet from Joel,
Arnie and Vinnie. I also managed to stop smoking. I kept my weight in control for 2 yrs. However in Jan 2010 I started smoking and just let go. I eventully stopped smoking in August 2101 and started binging on food. From January I put on approx. 25kgs. I started training seriously for about a month now, changing my eating habits, however at 51 yrs it is hard to loose weight. I loose abt 450 to 500
calories a day but very little results. Therefore I need to win this program to loose my weight. I was hospitalised some 3 weeks ago and was warned by the doctors that say me that I serously need to loose weight.

Not sure if my first posting went through yesterday, so trying again. I’m 54, and 30 kilos overweight. I lose 10 kilos in summer to put it back on in winter. I need to get off the rollercoaster. I lost my father at age 60 to a heart attack. I can’t join that club because I still have a young family so I need to get things under control. Have watched your updates daily with great interest. As a former broken down athlete, I know I can build up my fitness and have the discipline to follow it. Looking forward to the 19th for the release.

I have 4 fractured vertebrae from a motorbike accident 2 years ago.

At this exact moment of my life this program is being released at the PERFECT time for me. Being embarrassingly overweight my whole life I have finally gotten serious about nutrition and weight training to optimize fat loss and athletic ability over the past year and a half. Not to make this dramatic or anything but no joke I am currently finishing up a training program that will actually end on Monday, and have been struggling to figure out what I am going to do next. I am so close to finally getting that shredded body that will no longer make me second guess taking off my shirt in public. Having the nice body is nice and all but my TRUE goal is to get under 10% body fat so that I can really pursue my ultimate goal of getting a vertical jump that is higher than 40″. Right now I am about 15-18% body fat with a vertical of just over 2 feet. I really really want to shred these last percents of body fat as fast as I can so I can finally achieve what’s really been a life goal and I strongly believe that this program is absolutely perfect for this job, coming with very scary good timing. If I win, I will show you that I am and have been a hard worker and will work to make this program work for me.
