I started losing weight from june 2009. I started a diet and lost in total over 80 pounds. In the beginning of 2010 I started with weighttraining and cardio. I have to lose another 30 pounds and that is hard. I exercise 6 days a week and change my schedule regular but I need more to loose those last 30 pounds. I am not able to lose more then 400-450 calories in a hour and think the 1000 Calorie Challenge system will the solution for me.

Good Morning! I am a 34 year old male living in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and I am in desperate need of a lifestyle change! I have recenly started to excersize but the problem is that I do not burn enough calories per session and the time to excersize due to work commiments is limited. I am 25kgs overweight and I have been looking for a fitness program that will become my lifestyle. I need this programme not ony to loose wheight ,build muscle nd to be fit ,but to apply this knowlegde for the rest of my life- hence lifestyle change. I am ready for that! I am 43 and quite an avid sportsman – I play golf and volleyball and workout pretty much every day … No special reasoning or heartfelt story JUST .. I have been using the few workouts you have blogged and find them by far the best workouts in terms of Cardio Vascular and weight loss I have ever used to the point that I have started using them in my volleyball training schedules . Needless to say my team ( I am the coach ) are improving systematically and are very impressed that I now do some of the excercise regimes with them .. I believe you program / s will assist us to achieve even greater heights

One of the main things I feel I need is guidence, of course like so many other’s before me we try to run be4 we can walk. and while this is not really a bad thing because it’s enthusiasum itself that motivate us. I know i’m failing in my attempt to get the last 6kgs off – Long story I was over 100kg then at 50 decided as i had retired early to do something about it, I have got down to 86kg but my target of 80kg it eluding me so much, I am trying everything. I go gym every day except sunday and altinate cardio and weights, with swimming to finish off each day.
my diet is ok odd treat nmow and then otherwise the fruits veg and protine shakes. but I want guidence so please give me one of your Packs. regards John

I’m really excited by your method. I have problems with my weight but I enjoy exercise and fitness. My biggest challenge I think, is myself. I don’t think I see myself as anything else but how I am presently. However, I’m not your typical couch potato, cos I do LOVE a challenge. I like intense things, flavours, colours, this workout, and I absolutely LOVE how I feel afterward! I feel like I’ve really achieved something worthwhile when finished (even if it is only a sample workout :/) So you see, I’d absolutely love to be a success story of yours and feel strong and healthy all the time. I have been gyming since the age of 5 and 16 years later i still havent been able to take control of my diet. Being part of a family of 6 its difficult to follow a strict diet that would help me lose the extra weight, but now with the 1000 calorie challenge i can finally achieve the results i have always wanted to and hopefully take part in fitness competitions again.

i am 22 and hv been a hypothyroid patient fr the past 6 years now.. and life was just fat n fat till i saw ur workouts and started doing them. i was 79 kgs and because i was short it showed like BAD..but now..i am 70. and because of ur workout regime.. i m losing weight steadily and also building my energy and stamina.. ur way of explaining things made me realize hw wrong i was when it came to deciding exercises for me n trust me gym had never helped me before.. i would sweat n suddenly weigh more than before but YOU were like a blessing to me :) thanks

I’ve been struggling for years to burn fat & get in shape, but have not yet succeeded to achieve the goals I’ve set for myself. To be at my peak by the end of 2010 was the goal I’ve set myself. Hello Joel, if this workout has your name on the label, I have to try it. I know for sure what your workouts can do, because I am the winner of another workout of yours that has literally transformed my body and life. I feel that 1,000 Calorie Challenge is designed to provide even faster results than the one I bought but I want to tell everyone here that this type of rapid-fat-loss-systems aren’t a walk in the park and definitely not for everyone, so be very carefully! If you want this to work for you, you have to put some passion and dedication into it.
If I’m given the chance to try this program it’ll take my body transformation to a whole new level. would love to be the slim, trim person that I was twenty years ago as a Marine. Now I am the proud owner of a stent in my RCA and way over weight. Need to start somewhere and I feel this program would be a great way to do just that.

Hey JOe, So grateful for all the free downloads and wealth of knowledge gathered from all these resources. I turn 50 April next year dv and cant wait to try out this 1000 Calorie challenge products. Iam Nigerian(African) but live in India; and have read with amazements , that this has been tested and proved on real people with real results; watched real people try out the workouts that gets a whoofing thousand calorie off daily. I was 100kg before having hysterctomy four weeks ago and know this amazing programme will help me see all the unwanted fat off soon as am fit to start workouts again; imagine 3-5ibs weekly! With a possibility of even losing 4.5ibs weekly via this method. Hi, I’m from New Zealand and I don’t really know what to say here except that I’ve been trying to lose 8kg for the last nine years. Sometimes I managed to make a bit of a dent in it but the rest of the time it stubbornly refuses to budge.

Like some of the people on here I know what I should be doing but I lack the skills, and sometimes, the motivation to do it right. I’m not going to put my age on here because I don’t think that matters. I used to be super fit (like some of the other people) about ten years ago until a particularly nasty personal event left me feeling worthless and depressed.

I believe that if I can complete these 1000 calorie workouts and improve my overall appearance then my self esteem may also get a boost and perhaps I may even believe that I can do anything!!

I would like this course. I told my college class that by end of the year (6 months ’til Apr 2011) that my goal is to have a six-pack. The only problem is that I have 25% body fat. I have been changing my diet and exercising, and lost about 15 lbs, but I don’t see much difference in my belly fat. I think I may have lost muscle instead of fat! I got another program, but it is hard to follow. Can you help me? I really want to be in control of my body for the first time in my life.
