Hey, well, reading about this program over the last week or so i thnk this is probably the best program out there for me. Ive tried so many other programs, but they either dont work, work less then they state, or do work but then in a small amount of time you gain it all back and possibly more.
Im needing this program for two reasons;
To decrease the amount of body fat i currently have, and to gain muscle.
And i guess it would keep me going and keep me motivated to continue on, which we all know is the hardest part of losing weight/gaining muscle.
Im 18 almost 19 now, and ive always been shy of the way i look, i dont really like to go out because im quite paranoid and think that everyone looks at me and judges me because im, i guess chubby.
Ive done weights training, so i have quite alot of muscle under the fat that i have, but if i could lose just 10 kg, (20 pounds) i would look so much better, and over all i think it would make me a happier person.

Ive read about so many exercises and tips etc. And this program just about sums up alot of stuff that i believe to be true, its all truth, no bullshit with results. This program would really get my life and my body back on track.

Thanks for the opportunity,

Myles.

After being referred to your 1000 Calorie Challenge by Craig Ballantyne from Turbulence Training, I discovered that your program is presented in a step-by-step format and is very effective. This makes the exercises very straightforward so anyone can do them. I may be skinny but I am hardly as physically fit as I’d like to be due to my almost nonexistent exercise habits. One day my metabolism will catch up with me and I will finally be prepared thanks to your included diet manual. The program contains short, effective routines which is what I need for a life always having little time to spare. I’m not very good at making my own exercise routines and often stop exercising because of my poor planning. Your program is laid out in a simple manner that tells me exactly what to do each day. The 1000 Calorie Challenge would definitely be a great asset to my life but my sister could benefit even more. She is obese and I often worry about her present and future health problems. As with most of us who try to exercise regularly, she finds it hard to stick to exercising. I believe your straightforward, yet effective, program will help her to achieve tangible results that will help to improve her self-esteem, energy, and life. Your program sounds great! Thanks for all the information so far.

Really looking forward to changing things in my life and my habits. Learning the total program and living by it will be a major accomplishment but so worth it! I need to show my 17 yr. old daughter that living a lifestyle of control and common sense thru your program is necessary… so that she doesn’t fall into the same habits and pitfalls that I have. She can beat heredity.

I really need this because it is very disheartening carrying around almost 200 pounds of fat on a 5ft 2 inches frame, considering the fact that i am a young mother of 2 children and work in a bank where i am expected to be smartly dressed at all times.
i have been on a lot of weight loss diets over the years but nothing really seemed to work.from recent readings,i discovered i have probably done a lot of damage to my metabolism with all the yo-yo dieting and the 1000 calorie challenge will definitely help to fix that problem as well as increase my metabolism and energy levels to help me burn fast faster and carry out my daily activities.
i discovered that in recent times,i always feel tired and have no interest in sex.Attributed it to low libido after giving birth (my second child is 15 months),but in my heart,i know that i feel very unattractive though my work is also very stressful.
i need the 1000 calorie challenge to ensure i am around for years to come, playing with my children and grandchildren, having enough energy to carry out my daily activities, reduce or totally eliminate insomnia,be confident about the way i look and feel,in and out of my clothes,to be healthier,to stop feeling so self-conscious and to stop making my family sad when i refuse to participate in certain activities or drive them out of my room under the pretext of being tired.

I am 52 yrs old post menopause female who’s struggled with weight all my adult life.I have been on Multiple diets and exercise programs even gastric bypass!! I began walking everyday as time allOws and eating mostly poultry and fish and vegetables and have since lost 25lbs. But I am steady losing muscle. I take meds for hypothyroidism anxiety cholesterol. I am 5’2″ @177. I have a sedentary job that requires driving about 10hrs day. I need help I can LIVE with!!

Hello Joel,

I’m 5’3 tall and weigh 135 lbs. My body fat is 33%. The distribution of my body fat is mostly in my midsection. My waist is 37. I like it to be 26-28 inches. I don’t know how to reduce my fat % efficiently. I read a lot of different diet/exercise programs out there and I don’t see anything that give faster results. I”m active and even run half marathons. During my training I don’t usually run very long because of my bad knees. I love to eat, however, I’m also subconscious about my weight so I’ll do calorie interval. Today I’ll eat 1600 calorie and run 3 miles. Tomorrow, I’ll eat 2500 calorie and no exercise. I figure by the end of the week, it should even out. I enjoy strength and circuit training. So far, I like what I read from your program and would love to put into action. I got a big midsection to challenge your program.

Thank you for all the great tips in calorie burning.

Hi I am 22, and weigh 165lbs
this is the ultimate way to train…lose as much as fat possible and yet keep the muscle fibres constantly working so that maximum growth, development and vascularity is achieved…a blend of interval training, cross fit and overall compound movements…the most apt way for me to transform myself into a warrior.

Hi there
I´m 40 year young, living in Sweden and need a new approach to get below 8% body fat. I have no problem at all staying at that percentage but feel stuck and would love to get the edge of a 1000 calorie workout and BTW I love to work out hard!

hi guys
awesome info thus far, has had me salavating for more!! I’m a Physical Education teacher as well as part-time personal trainer. I promote healthy eating and exercise and how important it is to do both. I combine bi & tri-set resistance training with HIIT but I must be getting the variables wrong as my students and (ever-dwindling) clients just don’t seem to be getting the results that my text book said they would! I need your help! for the sake of my sanity, my own gut (which just won’t go away no matter how much I practice what I preach) and most importantly for the faithful souls that still train with me who deserve results for their commitment!
thank you for all the valuable info that you’ve freely shared with us already, its not often that the “big dogs” share their stuff with the “puppies”.
kind regards

Hi, I am a 16 year old high school student and I was cut from soccer tryouts 9 weeks ago. I was furious after tryouts and wanted a serious comeback. So what I did was set up multiple routines of workouts to burn fat and gain muscle. I basically want to use your system and drop fat faster than that of my routine. I want exactly the most fit person on my team last year nor was I at tryouts, that’s why I want to give next fall’s tryouts 110% of my time, sweat, and power to succeed and not only get on the team but also become a starter for the next seasons after that. I know a lot of people want this free exercise thing and i know that my odds of winning are very small but still I continue to type in a comment just to see if you’ll reach your hand out to a boy whose life and self confidence has been crushed.

Will you reach your hand out for me to touch? Please I’m just asking for a little help.

I appreciate you even reading this comment give congratulations to whoever does win.

Sincerely, Terrence

Hi after receiving your emails and reading all the info, this plan sounds perfect 4 me. I’m a 28 year old woman from England who has 2 kids, so my problem area is my waist!!! I eat very healthy foods and everything is prepared from scratch using fresh meat, veg and fruits and i only eat the same size portion as my children this is not enough 2 get in shape though and so i do a dvd workout, bike rides and do some yoga but this has still not produced any real results and as i’m only 5′ 4″ tall i look like a bit of an apple my top half is a size 10 and my stomach and hips are a 14 and then i have skinny legs (those sizes are UK sizes) all the other plans i have tried have concentrated on one or the other, either more on food or more on exercise and tend to only show results for people who are obese and were not designed for me who eats healthy and does workout i want to know what to eat and at what time and what exercises and how many to do so that i can finally see the amazing results you have promised work for everyone!!!!!!

Just turned 54 – and this is it. With your help and my determination I am looking forward to an improved me. So come on, give me the chance.
Birthday present welcome!

Geoff

I am always looking for new and interesting work out options to keep me motivated and keep my body guessing what is coming along next. The 1000 Calorie Challenge sounds very like something different that will do what I like best; coming out of a work out feeling as though there is no more petrol in the tank.

Cheers

Hi, Joel,

I try to eat right and I do exercise. Still have this stubborn extra ten pounds. Need to make my workouts more sufficient. Hope your system could help.
Thanks

I live in Ireland and am 26 years old in good shape but as every one i have that layer of fat around my stomach that i can never shift. Of the emails you sent this system sounds like the first one that i could use to gain the results around my stomach and show the abs i know are there.
I look forward to use your revolutionary system if chosen

Thank you

HI!! wassup?? sorry its just my way of saying hi! I am 16. I weigh about 160 pounds and my parents wont give me peace about it. So far i have been put on diets..restricted from eating anything to do with sugar and made to walk to and from school which is quite a distance from where I live. My favourite uncle wont talk to me because i am obese so i figured i have to do something about it. So THAT’s why i hope to get the chance to do your program…It’ll make everyone happy. I hope that’s a good enough reason.

I am a mid 50 year old female and post menapause. I have a family history of heart disease and diabetis with very high cholesterol and triglycerides. I have tried numerous fads to try to lose weight and lower my numbers to a healthier level to no avail. I am a grandmother that wants to see my grandchildren grow up and would like to be healthier so I could spend more fun time with them. I also have two grown children that are struggling very hard with their weight. I would love to have this program so I could be healthier and could share with my children for their health

Thanks for the opportunity

Hello Healthy Bodies,
Thank you for making “being as good as you want to feel” an issue. At 59 I want to be as good as God made me no more excuses, no more age barrier lies. With the 1000 calorie challenge, I will be well on my way to having the fullness of joy now. A lifetime of good study and knowledge “about” nutrition and exercise sabotaged my “actual” active role in both. But now, my “but” is
moving and ready to move more to create the strong physique I once had. I am very excited about the me that is much better than I look and feel right now. Again, gentlemen I thank you for your commitment to excellence and passion for good health, you are the poster childern for the hard work results in reward award.

Hi Joel, About 3 months ago, I was given another chance at life and decided that I need to align all aspects of my being so that each worked well with the other.. My philosophy about health, food, exercise was always good but like the saying goes, knowledge is only power IF you use it. Facing an avalanche coming at me, I decided to do what would save my life as I wanted it and I moved.. moved into a vastly different way of thinking about food, understanding its relationship with exercise and gaining as much knowledge as I could about how to do this for the rest of my life. I also knew that I needed a daily dose of inspiration to feed my own motivation.. For years I brought myself to the water but I never wanted to drink it.. Your program is another part of the fitness puzzle that when utilized will provide for endless inspiration that will feed the motivation. The quality will take care of the quantity… Regardless of if you choose to grace me with a free copy, I thank you for your effort to spread the word of health.. I shall endeavor to do the same..

I started losing weight from june 2009. I started a diet and lost in total over 80 pounds. In the beginning of 2010 I started with weighttraining and cardio. I have to lose another 30 pounds and that is hard. I exercise 6 days a week and change my schedule regular but I need more to loose those last 30 pounds. I am not able to lose more then 400-450 calories in a hour and think the 1000 Calorie Challenge system will the solution for me.

Kind regards,

Carina
