Hi Guys
I’m 38 years old and 182lb, probably 20 too many. I try one or two programs a year, and although my mobility and fitness are better, my weight remains too much.
I know because of the handfuls I can grab at either side or the disgusting three bellies I have when I bend over. My daughter recently pointed this out to me when I bent down to help her.
It’s been like that for 15 years or so.
Every program I’ve tried has been from buff dudes like yourself, but most information is not appropriate for my late-30s body.
I have to do things differently from when I was your age.
I still feel young, but I have to behave more carefully than when in my early 20s.
I would like to try your program if you think it can be relevant for people like me who are passed their physical prime!

I am 53 years old and my wieght has jumped up and down over the years. I was a recreatioal fitness instructor in a local gym and specialized in spin classes and swiss ball workouts.I was mostly a cardio finatic and did mild weight training. 13 years ago I was diagnosed with MS. My doctor told me to stop exercising because it would make me too tired – what a bad idea that was! My weight ballooned and I felt terrible all the time. Over the past three years I’ve lost 30 kilos, started running again and going to the gym and I’m doing pretty well. BUT my fitness still needs a kick along and I can’t shift the last 10 kilos I want to lose. I think your program might be the thing that will get me to where I want to be.

Love to gain access to a system that is obviously working for others. I set a goal to drop 13kg (around around 30lb) ) put on after a knee recon by Xmas (a month before my 40th b’day) and started on an exercise & eating plan to achieve that. Being fit & toned would be a gift, but I would also hope achieving this goal would help me in my quest to try for our first baby, which would be a blessing. 4 weeks into the goal & I’ve managed to stay perfectly static. No fat loss to date, which stinks. I’m determined not to give up my quest… but obviously what I’m doing isn’t working, and your system may be my savior. I started at spar retail group about 4years ago. One of the bennefits was that food was on the house eat what and when you want. With in 6 month I gained 20kg. I’ve been following the 1000 Calorie Challenge updates since you & Arnel published it, and I’m very excited about the program, now even more excited to be given a chance to win a copy. I’m 23, an architecture student, with a packed schedule. I’m out of shape with a 22% body fat! Feeling very weak, always fatigue, sleepy, lack of concentration and currently out of confidence in life. I have been big my whole life. I weigh at 150kgs which is quiet heavy! I have tried everything out there from supplements, diets, and even joining the gym, and still no change! I dont know why!
