I am an aircraft mechanic from iceland constantly on the road to say the least, i have over 130 nights this year in hotels around the world, since i started all this travelling I feel my fitness has suffered terribly..which i hate, i love moving and staying fit but this routine easily kills motivation and erases time to maintain it..
This program is an inpiration to me and people who are in a similar situation, almost impossible to plan meals and workouts other than basic weights or in the hotel room..i use resistance bands, jump rope and bodyweight when i can..and read up on almost every fitness and health articles available..
I would love to have something so exciting and effective as your program to get in the best shape of my life even while on the road!!

I am recently going through a divorce and had the worst year of my life along with a recent heart attack. I working on losing weight, but need some serious help and guidance to get my health and my life back.
I,Ve been struggling my whole life with loosing just 5kg. This 5kg has made my life hell and it controls my moods and everything I feel. I am always worried about it, I am 33 years young and still have the best years of my life left and in beating this demon I can truly be free and happy!
I grew up with a divorced family and saw my father weekends. every weekend he would take us out for fast food, and every other day my mother would do the same. i don’t blame them for my unhealthy eating habits but they certainly didn’t help. I have continuously been gaining wait until i realized i was consistently 20 pounds over-weight. It was too late by the time i learned that my entire life i have been eating wrong and lacked so many essential nutrients. More recently i have been vegetarian for my own reasons including the goal to create healthy habits. Unfortunately, i am eating just as bad without eating meat. A lot of unhealthy foods contain a lot of fat content and i lack the time to create a meal schedule that provides variety and health factors. I feel more productive when exercising but have failed to find a good routine that isn’t boring and i have the motivation to work at (when results are garanteed) as well as commit to that will not result in me bulking up (like so many have) and instead will tone and slim me down. This exercise is outstanding for a person like me.

Hi,when i was still at school i used to be super fit.As with most people when starting to work time gets hectic and the body goes backwarsd.Im 33 and my son is going to be born in December and I defanatly dont want to be one of those dads that dont have energy to play with his kid.I have always been aware of my weight and have never let is get out of hand,by eating right-ISH and exersize when i have time.The thousand calory will be perfect for because i will get the ultimit out of each exercize setion I have time for.
Program is perfect because it is portable, adjustable, fast, reliable, scientifically based and there is a lot of support from the program developers who are on the same path of optimizing themselves as I am.
No one has time to fritter away endless hours at the gym. Even when I did have the time and I went – it didn’t work! For years I did more of the same kind of insanity. That is all over now – now I know a better way.
I am on a quest to be my best – and I believe this is one of the ways to get me to that goal. And I can share it with my kids – they can see me making a difference to me! I can start it with the older ones too in the comfort of our own home.

I am 48 years old and I have been working out consistently most of my adult life and haven’t been able to achieve the results I want. I really enjoy body combat, kickboxing, zumba and body pump but I realize that this is not enough to get me lean. I am 5’1″ and weigh 115, it’s not that I have weight to lose I just want to get leaner. It seems the older I get the more difficult it gets to achieve my goals. Gaining the 1,000 calorie challenge would put a big start in my life. First of all, I look at my fellow classmates who have the body that I desire and what I try to become just like them. Im joshua, 18 years of age and currently in college. I need to avail 1,000 calorie challenge system because I cannot afford any of the products available everywhere. I have a problem with my tummy even when I was still a kid. Now that I am 18, my friends keep teasing me because I have a big tummy and it is not proportionate with my body. Though I want to, I haven’t tried going gym because I can’t afford it. When I saw this, I was so glad and saw hope for myself.
I know i am still young, but I want to get rid of this problem as early as possible because it would be harder if I get older.

I’ve been out of shape for the entirety of my life, and I’m tired of it. Because of my size, I lack self-confidence, and I used to feel like an outsider among my peers in grade-school. Now I’m in college, and I feel like I’m wasting the best years of my life with a body that doesn’t reflect the sort of person that I know I really am. In fact, I’ve recently begun to eat better and work out. Unfortunately, I’m lost when it comes to losing weight (and so is everyone I’ve talked to about it) and I often feel as if no one can really help me to succeed with my fitness goals. I want to lose at least twenty-five pounds of fat (and hopefully replace that with muscle); that’s very difficult. I need assistance, and I’m willing to work extremely hard. I know who I am, and I want my appearance to reflect that for once. I’m not asking for a miracle, or a quick fix. I just want a program that is simple and works for someone like me: a college student with responsibilities and aspirations to facilitate.
This program looks terrific, and I’m praying for a chance to use it. I’ve never done something like this before, but I’m hoping it pays off.

Okay, I’ve tried this several times and always get an error when I try to submit it. I’ll try one more time and then forget. I have yo-yo’ed in weight for the past 20 years, tried lots of different diets. They worked for awhile then I went right back up. So I would like to try yours and see if that works. This is for my health now because I am going to be 70 years old at the end of the month and the excess weight is taking a toll on my body with high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease etc………..so I hope the 1000 calorie challenge can help me.

This is perfect because I have limited time and I need maximum results. I have been struggling for so long with little and only fleeting outcomes. The program is scientifically based with incredible outcomes – far better than I had ever dreamed possible in a relatively short period of time. I feel like I need that because I have been so close to giving up. Just last month I gave away a whole lot of exercise gear because I thought – ” I am nearly 50, it only gets tougher for more mature people – what’s the point?… I had enough disappointment” And yet still I kept looking. Your program inspired me and really grabbed my attention, which is no easy feat, I assure you!! I’ve already taken many of your tips on board and am eager for more. I don’t have a bad luck story of unbearable weight gain but I certainly have issues relating to diet, training technique and more importantly adequate time to benefit from my presently lengthy routines -I’m on a plateau now with improvement slow if at all forthcoming. I would be a great candidate to win this prize. I am a 40 year old male, who is 50 pounds overweight. I work full-time and I am a full-time college student, just entered the Nursing program. I have just about tried all the weight losing programs out there and they are not working. I just joined a gym and go once a week. When I was younger I had a great physique and I would like to see myself like that again. I recently joined a local fitness center and have been once. I do try to eat well and fit exercise into my full hectic schedule. I feel that your program would be the one to help me loose these extra pounds on me, especially my stomach area.
I have seen other programs, but none that do what yours does. No one else takes the info and tools packages up a notch the way you do. My husband was a body builder when i met him; if i wanted to be with him, i had to be where he was, and That was at the gym! That was 25 years and ten children ago. (51)

I happeend to get tested after my first child; at 140 lbs, i had 50 lbs of FAT!-that put me in the “obese” range, at 140 lbs!!

It has always been my goal to stay in shape over the course of my lifetime. Up until I was 42, I had the body of my dreams, but things began to change. At that time, I completed the Body for Life program and made some headway. I’ve lifted weights for 12 years; am active with elliptical training, walking, biking, and hiking; and feel strong but over the years fat has slowly crept on despite my efforts. I’m now 54 years old, and feel like I’m stuck in the mud in terms of fat loss. I have fat around my waist and belly fat that doesn’t seem to budge. My goal still stands and I’m excited to try the 1000 calorie challenge. Thanks!
