Joel & Arnel, I have been following you two for a while , and I think that you have something that I could use to get back into the condition that I was in 25 years ago. At the end of the month I’ll be 61 years old and I could use your help to lose some weight and gain back muscle mass. Looking foreward to hearing from you.

I am what you call a ‘skinny fat’ person, I look thin but I carry a lot of body fat. I wanting to try your 1000 Calorie Challenge to see if it will help me lose those last stubborn bits of fat that won’t budge.
I’m 57 and workout 5-6 days a week. You can say I’m an addict! I always look for ways to increase my workout experience in variation and intensity. I teach a group of students at a private college and utilize what I learn to help motivate and inspire them. I look forward to seeing what you guys have come up with, so thanks for investing your time and energy in developing creative ways to maximize our workout experience.

I have been following your keys and emails and am just besides myself waiting for the full program and would love to get a chance at it! Really think this will kick my you know what!
I need this program because I’m soon to be 58 years old, and I believe the program will work!
58-yr.o. fatman, used to be able to turn the girls heads, now just turn their stomachs. Looking forward to seeing what your 1,000 calorie challenge can do. Maybe I won’t have to use two mirrors to comb my hair
59 year old martial artist, overweight with family history of diabetes. Weight keeps creeping up. Long martial arts classes no longer practical nor desirable. Long hours at desk job. Would love to try your methods.
I work 13 hours a day on an oil rig and have worked my way up the ladder to where my job has become less physical and more of a supervisory role. I used to have a six pack just from working, and surfing but now I need a program that I can complete in a small amount of time that will fit in with my work but will also shock my body and give me the results that I require. My time to train is limited and your program would be perfect for me.
It seems to be the permanent plateau. I lost around 10-15 lbs and then hit the wall, where the weight will go up and down with-in a few pound range. Even burning several hundred calories on the elliptical machine does not get me over the hump. As I head towards 50, I realize my health, is very important because, when your health suffers, many other areas of your life suffer right along with it. You just can’t function to max capacity. I am determined to stay off meds because way to often the side effects cause a whole new set of issues.
With what you have shared, the R-Quattro and S2 Progression looks to be what could blast through the barrier of the stubborn belly fat that just won’t go away, and take me to the next level. Looking forward to unveiling the 6-pak, living life to the max, and being an inspiration to others.
I am a 41 year old man with a 5 week old baby. Talk about no sleep. Wow!!!! Very tired and unmotivated to train. This would be a great wake up call for me…get it…ahahahaha.
I saw the details supplied and found this program is practical and ensure amazing results. Now a days in medical field the calculation of calories is just out but getting close to natural composition of meals and exercise is popular as included in this program.
Other key feature is the direct instructions given than just going around. This makes system more user friendly and any one can use it easily.
Thank you.
After using Cheat your Way Thin, and Extreme Fat Loss programme, both with awesome results, Ive now been doing the sample 600 and 1000 calorie workouts you sent for 2 weeks now – they are SOOO good. Challenging, no boring bits, and results in weight loss and strength increases already are amazing. This year has probably been the worst in my life, with some pretty major personal issues – but I find firstly keeping spiritually fit, then next physically fit and strong I’m finding the motivation to keep going regardless! Im from New Zealand, and when I saw the results another New Zealander had from using this program I was blown away!! Hardly anyone even knows where NZ is! I would LOVE to be NZer No.2 to prove the success of what I know will be another amazing program like your other ones.

I have lost 60 lbs on my own but this stubborn belly fat won’t budge. I have done every thing that i can think of I think you program will be just what i need to get rid of this extra fat. Thanks
OK here is my story I have always been thin and could eat whatever I wanted and stay below 125lbs now that I am in my thirties it is changing but the rest of my daily routine isn’t and my jiggly fat has got to go. I have to see results fast or I tend to give up and this program sounds like it would work for me for that. I also need a workout that I can do in my small apartment without joining and driving to the gym. My motivation comes from what I see happening not what I hope will happen someday and your program is what I need to have that. And that I don’t have to workout obssessively and just eat baked fish to do it!
After using Cheat your Way Thin, and Extreme Fat loss, i was pretty keen to see what youd come up with next. And Im impressed already – Ive been doing the 600 calorie and 1000 calorie workouts you posted and weight loss and strength gains are awesome already. So good to follow on from the other programmes. This year has been the worst in my life with some huge personal challenges – but keeping firstly spiritually fit, and next physically fit and strong and healthy have kept me going regardless. I would love to be the second New Zealander to prove the success of this programme! If its as good as your others, its a winner.
I have exercised for a while now with interval training. Although it has been effective, it has not been able to shed fat as quick as I had hoped. With this program/challenge, that goal would be much faster realized.
As a fitness trainer, I am suppose to be the expert, but most importantly the example to my clients and all people in general. For many personal reasons, I gave up on myself and haven’t been practicing what i preach. I’ve put on weight and am even embarrassed to tell people that I am a fitness trainer. I’ve lost focus and the passion because of my shame. I feel like a failure which doesn’t allow me to provide others with the support and motivation to press on. Now, I’m trying to get a hold of myself and stop being a hypocrite. I believe this program will provide me with the focus I need to find the strength inside myself to continue following my passion of helping others take control of their own health and spirit.
i am 39 and at 5’1 I have had enough of being as round as I am tall. My son is fearful for me and Has asked that I try to get a free copy so I can live long enough to see his kids. We don’t have a lot of money to spend on things like gyms and speacal equipment but I am truely ready to do something for myself. I just need a little help please.
When you hear 5’5, 135 pound, 20 year old female, you don’t automatically think weak cardiovascular system and shortness of breath within running one mile. Even though I walk to school everyday, no energy or muscle is the perfect description of me. I desperately need the program because I moved to Boston a month ago as a junior in college and nothing gives you more inspiration than being in such a young and active town. The fact that I don’t have a car and walk to get to every destination creates more opportunity to practice the programs method. I want a tight core, fit thighs, defined biceps and triceps, and strong back, and I am determined to do whatever it takes to get there.
Hello Joel,
My name is Austin, I am a 36 year old 307 pound guy that has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. I am a member of a big name national gym. Everytime I go in there and find myself lost with no idea what to do. I get so frustrated. I know I need to lose a lot of weight but I also know if I dont get some direction I can expect nothing to change. I really am tired of being fat. I know this program is exactly what I need to transform my health and my body. I am not a writer but if you can see me bouncing around the gym going from machine to machine you will know I need some direction. I feel this program offers real results, and I appreciate the vast variety of exercises you have included. I am ready to put these tools to use as my transformation program.
Thanks,
Austin
I’ve been doing a lot of exercises but the weight and body fat levels always stayed around the same level. Also, it only takes one day of non-commitment to lay waste to the efforts of the earlier week. I need to know how and what to do for the best fat burning results
I am a 15 year old wannabe fitness expert and am always looking for fitness systems that may work and put them to the test. I started with Arnels 16 week system November 10, 2009 marking the day that my life was gonna change which actually sparked my desire to learn and do more in the world of fitness. Since then I have done his program again, Insanity, and now working on P90X. If this system is comparable to Insanity, this will only confirm for me that it is an awesome system that will work. I have done the first exercise you have given in one of the articles and with the challenge I would be ecstatic to do more with the program! Even if I’m not picked you guys are absolutely awesome for changing 30 lives for free. They won’t even know how thankful they should be.
Best Regards,
Paul Heinrich
I have burned 1000 calories in the gym before but it took me most of the morning and I just don’t have that time on a daily basis. Now that I am 50 I would not be able to sustain four hours in a gym in any event – so I need the 1000 in 60, rather than the 1000 in a 1000! Bring it on.
I want to win a copy of the 1 000 Calorie Challenge System because I think it will be perfect for getting my body into shape and looking better. I run and cross-train regularly but cannot achieve a flat stomach. The only time I seem to be able to lose any weight and keep it stable is when I am training for full marathons, but even then I can’t get a strong, tight core and lose my muffin top. I watch what I eat and train hard but can’t get my weight to stabilize or achieve a slim figure, I believe the 1 000 Calorie Challenge System will help me achieve my goals. I want to lose weight and change the fat into muscle that will help me be fitter and in shape and run faster marathons. That is why I want the 1 000 Calorie Challenge System.
