Congrats to you and your whole team with regards to your obvious passionate quest to create the most efficient and effective fat burning workout available. I have been trying some of the sample workouts you discussed in your recent updates and one of the greatest things about this is that you can workout without any additional equipment and wherever you happen to be. That means that weather I am traveling on business, or spending time at home with my family I can still stay true to myself. I look forward to the journey, as well as sharing the obvious results with everyone I care about. The workout itself is by no means easy, but it is pretty simple. The hard work will pay huge dividends and I am looking forward to getting and staying in the best shape of my life. Thank you!
OK honestly im not going to give you a long drawn out heartfelt story real or fake it doesnt matter because we dont formally know each other well enough to make that type of decision on mine or your personalities. So i will bet that most of these people that commented are definetly worth giving this plausible workout plan to because we all have our hardships and reasons for wanting certain things but im assuming you pick them by how well they present their reasons right? Because seriously if it was based on the reason itself how do you choose between a kid with a severe disorder that could be saved through a program like this and a 60 y.o lady with risk of heart attacks because shes over weight? if you actually read this which i hope you do along with the rest of the thousands of comments, then whether you believe me or not i will tell you i am definetly ready and deserve what looks like an amazing program!!! I really really need this Challenge System. After trying so many others and the miracle pills that all failed. I am ready to do it the real way, with real work. I have been picking up some pieces of the program here and there but its not a solid routine and I think I am doing it all wrong. I cannot afford the program or else I would have bought it by now. I have been brought up in an atmosphere of health consciousness regarding body building as a result of my mom who was into body building as a female back in the 70s. I started in swimming and have now moved on to running and weight training for endurance sports. My goal is Iron Man, but I am starting small with mini triathlons. Currently my workouts will average 6 days a week, burning between 300-600 calories in each workout. I have built the endurance and discipline to do hard workouts in conjunction to healthy eating habits, but I can’t seem to shake an extra (I would say) 15-20 pounds of fat (female, age 20, height: 5’3.5″, weight 165). This is something I have struggled with since I was young, never have I been without this excess (evenly distributed at least). Not only would loosing this help in my performance for endurance sports, but also it would just boost my confidence in my appearance and allow me to get rid of that unneeded fuss about what I am looking like, etc, especially as a female. I am really looking forward to your program, and hope you will consider my story. Thank you for all you are doing.

Over the last 6 updates, you’ve provided great tips on how to physically perform better, and more importantly, how to fuel our bodies to ensure maximum fat ass and optimal health. My friend and I are in a friendly competition to see who can drop the most body fat in 3 months. He’s going to use P90x, and I want to use your program to prove to him that it’s by far more superior to that program. I work a full time job, and I’m in grad school and your program seems like the perfect fit for my schedule. If given a chance, I’d love to use your program to build my best body ever, but it’d also be nice to shut him up about P90X

In this ever changing modern-society world, people are getting lazier and lazier by the day due to technology, and getting more corpulent as a result. Unfortunately, I’m one of them. Even though I try my best to exercise (last time) I was still putting on weight. Now, after browsing through a few of your videos and documents, I finally got a motivation to exercise and to lose weight more effectively. However, the results I got was not much as I did not have much time to exercise and do a workout. Now that I have more time, I would continue to do the workout, or even get a more effective one for that matter. I’m really looking forward to this as I can’t wait to see the 6 pack abs on my stomach. :D

Hello! I am 40 years old, 5’8″ and 195lbs. I’ve been working out for several years and have reached a plateau with my results. After reading your strategies the past few days, I’m eager to take it to the next level. The calorie intake to calorie burning formula has been a big help in helping me find at least one of the problems in not seeing results. The interval training in the free guide is tough but a fantastic work-out.
I’m hoping your plan will give me the direction I need to improve my health and look and feel better!

I am a 22 year old medical student and following your emails I can’t help having had a nagging feeling of scepticism in the back of my mind. However, looking through your information and results, this program looks extremely promising. I have been training extremely hard on and off for a number of years now but I still continue to remain about 8-12kg above my ideal weight. I’m happy with my strength training but I just can’t seem to shed my body fat enough to get down to looking good, feeling great and seeing those elusive abs. I can’t wait to try out your program and bring my body fat percentage down to single fingers for the first time since I was a teenager.

I am a new member to the website Fast Track to Fat Loss and am following it very closely. I have currently lost 13 pounds in the first week just basically by following the diet. I have started to add in cardio and some of the workouts but would like to kick it up a notch. I just had a bodyfat analysis done and it was 21.2% body fat. I really need to lower that number and lose about 60 pounds of pure fat. I like that you studied how a normal person could not complete a 1000 calorie workout, but you figured out a way to build them up to being able to do it. I would very much like the chance to learn how to do this. I need for this to work because I have several health problems affecting me that will get much better if I just lose the weight. I feel that between the system that you offer and what I have learned on the FTFL website that I cannot go wrong.
I am a 35 year old mother of two who lives in Staten Island, NY. After having my kids I gained an enormous amount of weight but just got kind of used to it. Eight and half years later I decided enough was enough. I began going to a dance class and being more cautious of what I ate. Two months later I have dropped over 20 pounds but I am no where near the ideal weight for my height. I have gotten to the point that I enjoy exercising because I know the short and long term benefits of what I am doing. My biggest problem now has been I didn’t have a manual or handbook to guide me into how I can get to the place I want to be physically. Until just recently. Your daily updates have inspired me even more so to continue to work hard at my goal. Today I made up in my mind that I want to run in a marathon. 20 pounds ago I would have never even thought that. Hi, Im living in Malaysia. I am pretty sure that most of your comments are from europe and such. Very few of us in Asian countries only have the chance to look at this. I would like to spread the word here in Asia so that it would be more popular here since people here are consuming excessive rice and lesser proteins. Besides that, i am also trying my best to low the last couple pounds of fat so that my 6 pack is visible. So far, through your workout, i’ve seen alot of improvement besides plain old jogging. I’m a Mom who recently got married and postponed my honeymoon because of the massive hail damage on my thighs. I’ve have been dieting and following a rigorous exercise program for the past 3 months, however, I am not seeing any results in my thighs. I’ve lost over 20 lbs and gained some muscle however the appearance of cellulite has increased. I’m a 37 yr old woman who has lost 40lbs 3 different times and 80lbs twice.
When I look back at pictures you couldn’t even tell. It seems I’ve lost more muscle than actual fat and have never been able to keep the weight off. I am now in a place in my life that most dieting and exercise does not seem to work. I’m tired of how I look, how I feel about myself. I just want something that is going to work. I will be 46 in a couple of weeks. My gym closed two months ago, so I have built my own gym. I am sick of being fat! I am only 38 yrs old and I feel like a 80 yr old. I have tried so many diets and programs and some of them work for awhile, but I always gain weight back, sometimes more!
