Why do I need this program? Well, let me see. I am 40, diabetic and overweight… just like soo many other folks these days! I am working towards breaking out of that stereotype. Having a messed up back is not helping and joining a gym is generally slow and painful. Don’t get me wrong…it is working! And my new diet changes are helping! Have lost a considerable amount of weight and a couple of inches off my waist and thighs! My tummy is a whole other ball game!! My ave r screaming to break out and my progress towards that goal is a sambhar sight slower than liked or recommended! I am,constantly looking for ways to accelerate the process. Burning a thousand calories per workout is a great way to ensure that i am getting there as fast as possible. With your help and guidance I will make it.
I think this program will work wonderfully well for me because I love to exercise and push my body. My problem is that I love food way too much and I HATE dieting, but if I can train really hard (and that is where you come in, with all your wisdom), and push my body to the limits I can continue to love food (but the right kind of foods, right? Can you tell me which the right foods are? Pretty please)! That will make me a very happy person indeed :-) And doesn’t everyone love a happy person?
I have struggled with my weight in the past, and in the past I have always managed to beat it back down before it engulfs me (which, in the past has taken A LOT of long hours), BUT then a few months later it just finds its sneaky way back~ damn you (or should I say ‘me’?!) I want a ‘quick solution’ that I can use forever~ does that make sense? I think so!
Anyway, basically~ just give me a FREE package because it is TOTALLY AWESOME and AMAZING :-) and I want it so bad!
@ Joel Marion: I have been training for 20 years and am now in my mid forties. During this time I have never reached the potential I know I am capable of.I struggle with my weight and my workouts have become stale and I’ve been going through the motions.
I read the updates in detail and it brought home to me something I’ve been missing in my workouts..DESIRE. An old bodybuilder friend of mine used to say to me”if you can achieve great things inside the gym,you can also achieve them outside of the gym” I believe in this wholeheartedly and I know this program will help me achieve what has finally been missing for so long. It made me smile when I read the first paragraph.
I would love to walk the walk for once, not for selfish reasons however. I am a very giving person and hopefully people will follow my example through your program. I live in New Zealand where child obesity has become a real problem here and fast food and unhealthy lifestyles are commonplace. Everyone can make a difference if they look within and start with themselves. Don’t give up
I am a 47 year old single mom whose weight first began to balloon after the death of my childs father…a year and a half later, a car accident left me with pins, plates and screws from my hip to my toes in my left leg. It’s now been several years and I am in the worst shape of my life, 70 pounds overweight and trying to get motivated. I can’t seem to find a man due to my weight and that creates a cycle of unhealthy behavior. I currently work nights and don’t have are regular schedule where I can plan anything beyond a few weeks at a time and my schedule isn’t consistent. I am really looking to get myself back in decent shape and motivated, and your emails about your program have really gotten me excited and believing it is possible to be in the best shape of my life, with a little help and knowledge from you. I am very, very interested and excited to find out how to work your plan and learning the secrets to the best, most efficient way to exercise. I would greatly appreciate being considered for the free program.
Hello Joel Thanks for the chance at a free copy of your program. It could not have come at a better time. For the last year I’ve tried to lift heavy, build as much muscle as possible, and skimp on the cardio. I had some success but there was always a little too much fat involved in the muscle building process. Feeling good has become more important than benching 3000 pounds. I began searching for a new way to workout and I recently found then tried an example of your program. It was the push ups, lunges, bent over row, and goblet sqaut format and I loved it. I’ve been using it over the last two weeks and have created my own format to go along with it. This has worked out but I also want to make sure I’m burning as many calories as possible and want to learn more about the other exercises involved. There is much more to it and I want to find out what it is. I have a feeling this is the perfect program to take me to a whole new level of fitness. Peace and Thank you Cory
I exercise daily, alternating between interval training on a rowing machine and body weight exercises. The body weight exercise consist of chin-ups, pull ups, hindu push ups, hindu squats, finger tip push ups, squat thrust. I think I am ready for a more intense work out, but it needs to be short as I am busy. The 1,000 calorie work out sounds perfect for this.
Hey Joel,
I really liked the concept of 4R’s Reps, Resistance, Rounds and Rest. My goal is have six packs and gain some muscle trying from 3 yrs still not reached there. sometimes i loose the focus. I think this new 1000 calorie workout will help me reaching my goal.
Thanks, Rushi
I am a 44 year old who has fallen victim to his career. As a computer programmer my job gives me almost no chance to exercise and promotes a general loss of core strength. I have been working to undo this damage, but I need more to push me over the top. I am a firm believer that the human body will age as much as you allow it to and I want to start reclaiming some of the energy and metabolism I had when I was younger.
Hi Joel and Arnel,
I would like a copy of the 1,000 Calorie Challenge System for free because I am in need of something can help me rid myself of this ugly belly fat that is lying around my stomach and also under my chin. A little bit about myself. I was once a skinny kid who was trying to achieve a muscular body about 13 years ago and after years of trial and error I ended up weighing 198 lbs with 21% body. I have tried several different supplements to help me win the battle of the bulge but find that they only help a small amount of the time. The main problem is that they only last as long as you use the product continuously. I am looking for permanent fat loss solution and not something that will only band aid the situation. I want people to finally see that I am capable of having a lean muscular body and if I can do so can they. I need something that doesn’t take the whole day to plan out and can be easily used.
Thanks,
Charles

I want to permanently lose the weight that I have gained throughout my life. I have tried many diets but have not been able to stick to them, so it must be my lack of exercise. I have been unable to do alot of exercise except for water workouts at my gym. I need guidance on how to go about doing weight bearing training and am looking for a step by step program with numbers of reps and sets included. I am 63 inches tall and 319 lbs. I am a total apple shape and I know that is affecting my heart. My father died of a heart attack at 65 and I will be 57 at the end of November. Help me keep living.
Thanks!
Kathy
Hello. I sincerely want to win a copy of THE 1000 CALORIE CHALLENGE for several reasons: 1) I worked in a gym for 9 months watching people pay big bucks to work out, sometimes improperly, on germy equipment that did not always produce results, never mind quick results; 2) I am a 58-yr old minimalist who believes that simple, highly affordable, natural and time-efficient ways to work out means that more people, including myself, will be motivated to work out regularly; 3) I trust the authors background knowledge, experience and desire to help others; and 4) I am just plain ol’ tired of carrying around my very heavy cellulitic 70 lbs of fat and wearing black baggy clothes all the time. I want to use the book to trim up and be an ambassador, or walking advertisement for this system to anyone who will listen. Thanks for letting me apply and for offering 10 free books. Life is too short to be fat.
im going to be ms australia 2012 after seeing ms australia 95 and here is amap to receive that experience. thanks guys
I’m an active young girl as it is, but struggling to lose weight that never seems go away no matter how hard I work. I’m getting married in less than a year, in Bali & want to spend most of my holiday/honeymoon lying on a beach, in a bikini & feel absolutley comfortable with my body!
This program looks great & I would be so excited to give it my best to get the body I know I can get!
I got plantar fasciatis and the doctor says that the extra weight is exacerbating the effects of the problem.
I would love a program that will help me learn how to exercise to burn away all the body fat I have around my mid-section. I have no idea what to do to get rid of it. I lost 25 kilos on my own by dieting and walking but I cannot shift the last 20 kilos I need to lose and I know this is only going to happen if I combine a good exercise program with my dieting but I have no idea what I need to do and how. I would love the opportunity to try this program.
Thank you

@ Joel Marion: Hello, Joel the reason this is a great program for is because I have been getting updates for the past 5 days and thus far all the techniques have been very helpful. I like everything about the program and would love to become one of your success stories. I am 33 years old and have been suffering from obesity all my life. I have tried every program known to man with substantial success but nothing that was long lasting. I believe this program will help me get some permanent results. Even if I don’t get the progam I will continue to use the small techniques that I have been taught and keep you post on my results.
Thanks so much,
Tamisha
From reading the previews, I see how EFFICIENT this program is. As a full time law student, I am all about efficient time management. I do not have the luxury of working out 2 hours a day for 5 days a week. Certainly, a person like me, who feels there is not enough hours in a day, will benefit from this program the most. So why not give it away to a person who will make the most efficient use out of it?
The shaping of my life by certain events from childhood has led me not to have much faith in myself. The past year has seen me able to literally grab my life and turn it around (something that has probably been a few years in the making) and exercise has been a major part of that in the most unorthodox of ways. Trying gym programs, protein shakes, dealing with injuries, trying to navigate the confusing exercise and diet info on the web, literally opening the front door and giving it a go – I’ve tried a fair amount. And over the space of about 3 years have managed to lose 10kg without losing my mind. However, the 10kg or so that I still want to lose just don’t seem to be wanting to go nowhere, leaving me feeling stuck for nearly a year now. And while I don’t want to give up, I don’t think I can do it on my own. The 2 kids, the job and the full-time study don’t really allow time for lengthy workouts, especially if its going to take me another 3 years to lose the other 10kg. If what you say can happen can indeed happen, I’m game and willing to give it a go if you are! vicki
They say that children lead by example. I am a mum of two wonderful young men who struggle with weight issues and confidence. One believes that when he loses weight he will deserve a girlfriend. My 17 year old continues to call himself fatboy. What caught my attention most about the videos was the enthusiasm. My boys do look to me as an example and for inspiration. I thought that by me doing this process and proving that the health of our special vehicle is paramount they would be inspired too. Thank you.
Hey Guys. I have watched and listen to your updates! I think you guys are pretty amazing with knowledge. I have read your R-Quattro and the first time I get fitness. Why I should get this programme, your life brings you challanges everyday two years ago I when through chemotherapy and radiation treatment for leukemia. I first lost alot if weight and mostly muscle and it seems that my metabolism is not existant. In the past two years I have a massed 65 extra kg! I realise the fact that I am living is a miracle, but I intend on enjoy the gift of my second chance and I am looking for a healthy change to regain muscle and lose the fat! I do not have time since I have live through this I have gone back to work and volunteer at an organisation that helps people live through leukemia so time for gym is limited. They supported me with knowledge and help going through this and its time to give that back and spread the message that you can overcome this. I know that I am far from healthy now, so want to get there. Even if I do not win this programme, you guys still have inspired me with it and I am going to aspire for me to be more like you Joel. If I can make this change maybe I can inspire others to do the same and recover with your programme. Thanks for the good work, you have made me change for the better.
Hi guys,
I’m a all-round athlete, i enjoy playing any sport at all, as long as it keeps me in shape. I’ve been working out so hard to get ripped, but i just don’t have the time it needs, dieting takes a lot of time. I even followed the 16-weeks-sixpack-abs program. Even though it helped me a LOT! as every body in this world, i wanted more. so seeing all the newsletters you’ve sent, this program is already priceless. So i wanted to give a shot at trying to get this info for free. Thanks in regards
I have always had a problem with staying motivated during cardio exercise; however, it looks like your new program would help me stay intrigued with a routine. Your products are always well researched and written in a way for everyone to understand. Considering I am in my mid-thirties and trying to get into shape due to having a one-year old daughter now, it would truly benefit me to either get a free copy of your program or purchase it once it is available.
Thanks,
Joel
Hi Joel,
I have een following yoy & Ro for quiet sometime now. The first video on fat urning furnace & stuff introduced Rob & his wife with their discovery towards a healthy & slim life. And they even told abt the million dollar fitness industry & their gimmicks to sell their products after products…Sometimes they sell expensive pills/products and sometimes some DVD or books.
And now I would say that you & Rob (with many others as a team) are doing the same thing like what other sellers have been doing in the industry.
Every day i get a new mail about a new product (it was longevity by prograde and now it is wu long tea) or a new report or a DVD…
So this is a whole new way of fooling people i guess.
Nonetheless, i dont think i will be shelling out any further money on your products. And this is a strong reason as to why i need a free copy. Let me check if what you guys are selling out is true & genuine.
And more over most of your customers are from west region of the world. Till date i have not seen a single Indian having heard you. so this may be a good opportuity for you too to start your business (marketing) out here.
Thanks

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
