This program is a real winner. The information yoyu have already given is priceless. I can see that a progam such as this one would have me looking 47 and fabulious in not time :) At the moment the 1.5 hours of excercise I am doing per day is not making a difference to the way I look, so no one would know the time and effort I currently put in. Watching the emails you have been sending spells ” winner “
Joel, I have started on your Cheat your way system. I have made some gains after 3 weeks but not nearly what I hoped. I absolutely KNOW I have great abs but I have just enough fat to not let them shine. I am determined once and for all to let them come out. I excercise (martial arts) daily as well as stretching and reistance training. I am dertermined to find the key to my diet to get this last inch or 2 off my waist and covering my abs. Your system could be the key and I will be a huge advocate to work it and see the results. I look forward to winning your program! Sincerely Greg Campbell
Ever since I was a small child, I’ve had a bit of a weight problem. I’m a senior in high school now. I’m 6′ and weigh 250 lbs, though I don’t look it. I have a lot of muscle (thanks to weight training), but I still have some fat that I can’t get rid of, no matter what I eat or how much I sweat. I avoid social events because I am not comfortable with the way I look. I want to achieve the look that Arnel has pulled off, so I can get my self-esteem back. I need to kick start my life with a fit body, and I need this in order to do that. I need this to blast away the fat covering my hard work. I need this for confidence.
I’m a divorced dad of 3, 43 years old, back in the frustrating dating game after 19 years of unhappy marriage. I’m struggling to remove a stubborn last inch or so of irritating belly blubber and stupid love handles. Even though careful dieting and exercise is working, I’d like to pick up the pace and be ripped like a greek statue by next summer for poolside. If your system can deliver the goods – bring it!! -Ted
I’m extremely busy, just like everyone else, and I need a program that will work quickly, is challenging and that produces results. I try to vary my routine about once a month, I perform high intensity exercise and do a daily joint mobility routine and I’m always looking ways to kick things up. THIS program and workouts should do that.
Hey Joel,
Im turning 42 this year and will be competing in my second amatuer kickboxing match early in the new year. I lost 32 pounds over the course of a year to make weight for my first match (222 lbs to 190 lbs) but in doing so feel I sacrificed nutrition and too much muscle to reach my goal.
I have since put on 7 lbs and need to get down to 185 lbs for my next fight… this is one thing that doesn’t get easier with age.
All the best,
Dave
getting close to 40 years, i have decided to take care of my body not only by healthy food but also with exercice. it is now already 2 years that i hit the GYM daily ( doing cardio, free weights, swimming…..) in addition to taking dance classes 3 times/week. i was a bit over weight-just 5 pounds- but since i have lost many lbs and reached good weight.however i am more concentrating on lowering my body fat percentage to less that 10% am working very hard on that( 3 hours daily) but my BF % is decreasing very slowly, not to mention that my food intake is almost free of saturated and trans fat. was very inpressed by yuri site and his videos and am following his advices too.once i have discovered your site through yuri i am more and more curious and willing to do your plan in order to achieve my goal. am sure that i am burning more than 1000 cal per workout but it is taking me long hours everyday. would love to get a copy of your program and i am sure that will help me and get closer to my goal faster
sincerely,
andrew kahul
My weight ballooned with each pregnancy, and I have almost no DHEA in my body. I therefore have terrible trouble accessing fat to burn, and am desparate to lose 60 kgs for the sake of my health. I love my mountainbike, but it does not help with my weight. I start my PhD next year, and I am desparate to keep healthy while I do it – I want to be at my graduation. I love life, but at the age of 47 I am beginning to worry that the best is over. I want to see my kids graduate, marry and have their own kids. I want to be here for my husband.
I think this program will be perfect for me because I am about to turn 30 in the next 6 weeks and I really want to go into 30 a lot healthier then I was in my 20’s. I’m just tired of losing this battle. I am ready to get control of my weight for good.
I have done the xtream weightless program in two different sessions and lost over 40lb in fat wile gaining muscle. I got down to 165 lbs and look great!
Thanks for all that you do, looking forward to the 1000 calorie challenge!
I am 15 years old, but first discovered you when i was 13. I had first been introduced to your original “16 weeks to 6 pack abs” program, where i made my first attempt. I gave up after the first 3 weeks, but that summer after that i tried again. I failed yet again, only making it to week 4. then, the next summer (this past summer), my mind was set. I had confidence in myself, a new source of motivation, i KNEW i was going to make it. I finished the entire program, thankful for the new 4 pack i acquired. Ever since that first summer i have followed your programs, recieved your emails, and am eager to try your newest one, the 1000 Calorie Challenge.
I am a 27 year old mother of twin girls. Before I had my girls I weighted 160lbs and am 6 ft tall and was happy with my body. Now almost 2 years later I am struggling to lose the weight, witch is making me depressed and then the nasty cycle of making food my best friend starts. I want to try your program because you have aren’t selling the magical over night pill. You are selling a program that will take hard work and perseverance. I know it will take hard work and am prepared to do it. I just need to know what exercise to do and when to do them, what to eat and when to eat it. So hook me up! I’m dying to see how long it will take me to be the hottest MILF on my block!
I am in my mid-fifties and am post-menopausal. I have over the past 10 years put on 50 pounds. I am desperate to lose this weight. I have a family history of heart problems and diabetes. I have already had 2 heart attacks and have lost my 48 year old brother to a massive heart attack this past February. I have tried several programs and fad diets and they just don’t work. My doctor said I would benefit greatly from weight loss and maybe avoid more health issues in the future. Plus, I would love to share your knowledge and amazing workouts with several of my family members!
I’m from Denmark, Europe. I was in a great shape many years ago but since I became a parent to two kids I haven’t had the time or motivation to workout. But now the kids are getting older I’m getting more and more motivated. And after receiving emails from you about your 1000 calorie workout I am top motivated and ready to begin to get the body I once had or maybe better. Thanx Joel and Arnel.
This is some of the most sensible reading Ive seen a long time.. Now I’d love to give it a red hot go !!! and At 39 years of age its time to take a stand..
Ive been reading the good email,
Im sick of my personal fail,
Its time to say goodbye,
to this Aussie beached whale !!!
I think this program will be perfect for me because I am a dumpy overweight female who has just had a 3 year bout with an auto-immune disorder and is ready to get back into a healthy lifestyle.
If this program works for me, it will work for anyone.
I’m 28-years-old, and I am pretty close to my overall physical goals; however, there is a wall I keep hitting, and I need a program that isn’t going to allow me to plateau. Too often the workouts I try leave me wondering why I look the same as I did when I started. I think nutrition is where I’m lacking. Even after cutting out the fatty foods and watching my protein intake, I still don’t look as lean as I would like. This program sounds like something that would resolve the issues mentioned above, push me beyond my normal limits, and get me to the next level physically. That alone excites me, and I hope I get a chance to test it out.
I believe the 1000 Calorie Challenge is great for me because I read some of the updates and it sounds like just what I need in my life. I believe using the 1000 Calorie Challenge will keep me motivated in life and keep me healthy. I need all the help I can get right now to get healthy and to get out of the obesity range. I love to exercise and I love healthy foods but I need a real challenge. That would be the 1000 Calorie Challenge. It fits exactly what Im looking for and I feel it will work for me. I tried everything else to get in shape and healthy. Nothing worked. I try to be healthy and in shape to improve my health. My family has health issues such as heart problems and Diabetes 2. I don’t want to go down that road all because I am obese and nothing really works for me. I love challenges that is ready to be set and completed. 1000 Calorie Challenge is making me itch to try and start getting more healthy for my life. My mother worries about my weight and worries that something bad will happen so I would like to find a method to ease her worries and make my life way healthier. Thank you for letting me be a part of this. Also Thank You for sending Updates it helps a lot.

I had a mild heart attack in January, and am now the “owner” of three stents (have something in common with both Bill Clinton and Dick Cheney). I lost over twenty pounds during my 12 weeks of supervised cardiac rehab and am now ready to take my fitness to the next level.
Hi Joel, Thanks for another awesome program! Having watched all the lead up videos for this, I can’t wait to get my hands on it. As a 45 year old at-home-dad of 2 young kids, it’s often difficult to make the time to take care of myself but I see this as a chance to get back to “being in shape”. Recently my role has allowed me to slack off in the fitness area and add a few or maybe quite a few extra pounds around the midsection. This program looks to be a perfect fit to dropping those pounds and finding the extra energy to keep my kids active as well. I look forward to being able to complete the 1000 calorie challenge with your help! Thanks.
