I want your 24/7 plan because I am fat
and I want to succeed. I know I have to
work to do this and I need your plan to
follow. Thank you for making it available.
I know everyone wants a free plan –
Including me. But what I want most – is
not to be “fluffy” anymore. I believe you
have the secrets and know-how.

I was 55 in September 2011, doing no exercise at all, and in July 2011 I weighed in at 226 pounds. I had triggered the dreaded 16 stone mark and decided things had to change. I made a bet with my 14 year old son that I would be ripped by August 2012 or I would pay him lots of money. I started in July by changing the way I eat and joining a gym which I now go to 3 times a week. I now weigh 214 pounds and am starting to change shape, I now have the slight V shape back that I had im my 30s. But I have plateau-ed and cannot get through 214 pounds. HELP, my son is already starting to spend the money he thinks he is going to win.

Hi Joel,
Thanks for the chance to win a free copy of 24/7. I have tried a bunch of the fad diets over the years and have had a little success but it always comes back. I am 45 years old and 250 lbs. My goal is to get back down under 200 and 24/7 is the first system that I have seen that combines the eating and nutrition plan with the workouts to make my goal possible. The others just tell you to get exercise, 24/7 gives me the exercises to combined with the nutrition to make it work.
Thanks Again
Tom

I am a recently divorced father of five, 44 year old man. I have struggled with weight loss all of my adult life. I need help and guidance in this area, as I know that being healthy both physically and mentally will be essential in being the best father I can be to my kids. I have lost about 60
lbs, but still have about 30 more to go. I seem to have hit a wall and cannot breakthrough. I believe in my heart, that this program is exactly what the ‘doctor ordered’. I appreciate the opportunity, and commend your efforts in helping people in this struggle!

Two years ago I embarked on a healthy eating and regular exercise regime and managed to shed 72lbs over a 10 month period. What’s missing is an understanding of how my body works in terms of metabolics. I understand that calories in minus energy expended should be evenly balanced in order to maintain a healthy weight but having read your updates there is clearly much more to learn with regards to food combinations and timing with exercise activity. I am extremely motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle and feel that the information from your programme will give me a better understanding of how my metabolism can be manipulated to maximise fat burning and muscle building. Once I have achieved this, I will spread the word, letting others know how they too can change their health and their lives for the better.

I am 42 years old and never really had a weight problem until I hit 40. In the last 2 years I have read, excercised and tried many products to lose the weight. Yes I have lost some pounds and then they come right back. This has been very stressfull and it’s only been 2 years. I can only imagine what someone feels like who has been dealing with this longer. Nonetheless it’s taken a toll on my self esteem. Your program makes sense that spending hours on the treadmill is not as effective as excercising your way. Definetly knowing what and when to eat will be helpful. I really want to burn fat 24/7.

i am 49 i have so many things wrong with me and i am on so many medicines i hate it.i want to regain control of my body.i prefer natural cures and diet is a really good way to start.i am at imminent risk of stroke or heart attack and being disabled cant really exercise.i would love your full programme,i really feel it would make all the difference to my life.

I am a 45 years young woman who is currently entered in Craig’s TT Transformation contest (week 8!). I absolutely love Craig’s programs and they have worked out great for me so I know this program will be perfect for me. I still struggle nutritionally at times so having Joel’s expertise on this subject will be invaluable! Craig’s programs have already got me to a weight I haven’t seen in over 5 years so with Joel and Craig together there is no way I can’t see the weight I was 10 years agol. I am working my butt off (literally) so help me help myself, guys!

I am a 44 year old Mother of 5…the oldest being 20 and the youngest being 2! I have struggled with weight up and downs my entire life, and getting weight off every time I had a baby! I have decided to really be proactive recently in getting in shape and eating better as well as exercising daily. Although I have lost some weight and do feel better I think it could be going a little better. I have been doing a lot of research about the best ways to drop the weight and have been very intrigued by all the little tips and tricks that I have been reading in Joels emails. I would love to get the program and give it my best shot, as I am really motivated to make this a life commitment this time around. The mental readiness is there, now I just need my body to cooperate!! Thanks!

This is the perfect time for your program for me, as I have been following you for a while. It has been inspirational as I took off a lot of weight, but that was the ‘easy’ weight. Now I need a little more than motivation, I need guidance.
Now I have about 35 to my High School weight, since I retired that has been my goal. Get to my HS weight and play basketball once again. (Note: Lucky enough to retire in my 50’s)
I know I need sane expertise to jazz my fitness and weight loss as doing it right is the only way to go, and I believe you guys can show me how to do that. I know how to do things wrong, I think it is time to turn a new page and do things right. You guys I believe are a part of that and that is where I am now, I could sure use your help to move forward, in the right way.

I have always wanted to get and stay in great shape. I have gotten so close so many times but always seemed to fall short. Ive tried everything. Extreme or insane workout programs, no carbs, low carbs, no fat, low fat, high fat. It always seems like I was missing that secret formula to burn that last layer and finally see the body I have always wanted. 24/7 fat loss feels like that missing piece.

I came across the 24/7 Fat Loss system at the most perfect time in my life. I stopped smoking mid-July, just after my 45th birthday. ‘Very well done’ I hear you say…BUT, I’m piling on weight, daily, as I’ve been ‘treating’ myself with cakes and chocolates for doing so well…. ‘Not so well done’ I now hear you say and you are right!! I’ve gone from being a ‘heavy smoker ‘ to being a ‘heavy non-smoker’- literally!
2 stone fatter, my self esteem has taken a nose dive. NOW is the time to stop!!! I know that the only way to really ‘treat’ myself for stopping smoking is to give my body the best nutrition and make it the most efficient fat burning furnace I can, now THAT will be the real treat – WOW!
I completed BfL previously and do return to it on occasion, in fact, just this week I’ve started back at the gym at 6am, before working full-time. I’m doing the BfL exercise regime because it’s the best I know, for now, but finding it a bit ‘same-old’ and uninspiring. I am desperate to try something new and exciting, like 24/7 Fat Loss system, to inspire me. What I’ve read the last few days has given me confidence in it and I know this system is for me. I am so ready and so excited to try it because when I am being good I am very, very good and don’t want to be horrid anymore!

HI ALL,
im from a latin american country where our daily food is 95% starchy carbs,
im now 30 and i strugle with weigth since i was 10.
i need to feel someday that look good, dont need to be skinny, just dont have fat aroud me belly, arms or tigths, i always feel ugly, infront other girls, and i cant loose those pounds i the gym, im 25 pounds overweigth, and i will like to do something to boost my selfsteam, cuz honestly, i dont like to look at the mirror, i cant wear what i like, i dont feel confrotable going out with others, and every year looks like i get fatter at the same weigth
please help me

I’m a doctor, I work 80+ hours a week and there isn’t much time to research the best science for weight/fat control. As doctors we are educated about how to take care of others but not ourselves. Sadly, nutrition is a HUGELY neglected topic in almost all medical schools. We eat every day, multiple times, shouldn’t we know exactly how what we eat will effect our health? Diet may be the most important factor in how we look, feel and our general health. I am always interested in learning about ways to help my patients and the opportunity to learn how to take care of myself.

I’ve lost over 60 lbs this year, and feel better than I have in 10 years. I still have another 20 lbs than need to come off. My wife has some extra lbs that are weighing more emotionally on her than physically after our fourth baby. That takes a tole on the whole family. I teach martial arts, and this information is going to help me, my family, and my students, with a snowball effect. As it works for me we’ll share the system, and it will work for many others as well. I’m just getting my steel building off the ground and get a lot of exposure and when people ask me about my energy and health I want to give them something that will work for them.

While I have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and need to change my diet and increase my exercise in order to lose some weight and reduce my waist size. If I do these things successfully, then I may be able to reduce my risks from the sideeffects of diabetes and not have to go on medication or insulin.

So My intentions are change my diet, and increase my efforts to exercise more.

I first heard about this sort of by chance but am hoping it can help me finally reduce my weight and in the process help me get fitter. I am 46 and have Multiple Sclerosis and in the last year I have felt increasingly weary with every little thing I do, I just know that if I could shift some of thise weight I would be able to move easier and exercise more and get myself more motivated, despite the MS. I know it is the MS that’s causing the constant weariness, but this is the first time since I was diagnosed twenty years ago that I have suffered such a prolonged period of “tiredness”. Please help me slim and get fitter.

Yours gratefully

Laura rooks

I am a 50 year young woman, that could really use this program. 2 years ago I lost 40lbs, but not in a healthy way, you see I’m a recovering alcoholic, and when I lost that weight, I drank most of it gone. Now I’ve been sober for over a year, but have gained 33 lbs back in this last year. I know I can lose again, if I use the right tools and support available to me. I think 24/7 is just what I need-
to give me structure, discipline, confidence and self support. I believe your program 24/7, is what I’ve been looking for-for that healthy way of losing
weight and be a WINNER once and for all!

I have read all your info. To this point and have been struggling with weight problems for yrs. and am obese per my doctor. I have been following what you have suggested so far and i am starting to lose some weight and I am so excited that I hope I can win a free copy to not only continue my success but look great and live longer too.

I have been battling weight issues since childhood. I really need something that will help me. I am 54 years old and have only have been skinny once in my life and that was at birth. Even then I was over 8 pounds. Please help!

Hi all. My interest in this program is based on personal experience. I have tried several diets to lose initial weight and then stop, regardless of how strictly I stuck to the diet plan. I bike several times a week (20-50 mile rides or 1200 to 1400 verticle ft climbs mtb) and rock climb at an indoor climbing gym regularly, but can’t seem to lose the extra 10 to 15 lbs I still would like to. The combination of a balanced diet and an exercise program that will improve my physical conditioning is ideal. I need this program because this is the first time in my life that I have to worry about weight and I just can’t seem to get there.

This program is what I was looking for. I had open heart surgery on April 15th, 2011 and health has become a vital concern. I started a Vegan diet and lost almost 15 pounds right away but then my weight loss came to a screeching halt. I started weight training and variable intensity cardio to up my metabolism but have now incorporated nutrient combining, carb synching, and stategic overfeeding and have since lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I’ve lost a total of 21 pounds and now weigh 219. My goal is to weigh what I did in high school in 1979 which is about 170 lbs so I still have a ways to go. Thanks Joel and Craig for your program.

I have lost 50 kg in the past, but since my mum died 3 months ago, I have
really lost the plot and have now gained 15 kgs. I just ate – how depressing
to have achieved that weight loss and kept it off for so many years.
I am now struggling to get my mind on track, reading your emails has
really inspired me that with your 24/7 I can be back to where I need to
be. A yummy mummy!

I am a 28 yr old male with a 2 yr old son. I’ve even going to a gym my whole adult life, but when my son was born I do not have the time between my work schedule and my wife’s. This would be prefect for me because it my weight has crept up quickly. I want to get back down to my natural weight so as my son gets older I an be a good influence on him with the correct eating habits

Well, I have been working out consistently for about 4 years, and eat pretty healthfully most of the time. I lost 40lbs, slowly, but now I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 years. It is very discouraging, as I do put alot of effort into my workouts, and eating habits. I suppose I need to be told what workouts to do, and what to eat to get results again! I wonder if the effort I putting in is worth it, but it IS because if I stopped I am sure I would gain those 40lbs back, and then some!!! If I were to win this, I know I would follow the program, as I am already disciplined in working out and eating well. I just need to be shown how to do it right!!! Please help me!!!!
