I joined a gym, hired a trainer ($3000), and nothing happened. I then used your “Xtreme Fat Loss Diet,” learned a lot about body chemistry and cycles, and lost a noticeable amount of weight. Then, while working on losing even more weight, I developed an umbilical hernia. I then had to go through surgery and a long (6-weeks) healing period of “NO WORKING OUT.” Aaargh! ALL the weight came back, and now, after all that hard work, I am back to square-one. Please help, Joel!

You’re program is great. Now that I’m pushing 50 I had to find something that worked, this is it.!!!

I NEED this program! I have been working out for a while now, and about 2 months ago started incorporating HIIT and full-body movements into my daily routine. I feel stronger and more solid than I have in my entire life. I’ve got great muscle tone, under about 5 lbs. of fat. I know from reading your articles that it’s got to be my diet that needs tweaking. I want to lose this last little bit of body fat so I can be a rockstar!

I’ve tried a lot of different programs to lose weight and get healthy. Some sorta work and some…well…some seem to do the opposite. I even had gastric bypass surgery 6 1/2 years ago. I lost 120 lbs in <6 months. Then it stopped. My surgeon and family doctor were baffled. I should have kept losing for another 6 months and lost another 50+ pounds. I have gained about 20 pounds back. I'm scared as I see the weight creaping back up. The surgery probably saved my life and I am much healthier now than then, but I need to lose another 70-100 pounds. What you eat and when you eat it makes perfect sense to me.

I have NO way to lose the 20 lbs I need to become healthier ( I may need to lose a little more – say another 10 lbs). After 20 years of trying I believe I need some guidance – hopefully ofered by this program

I hope and believe this program is right for me. The past lets say married blissful years my body has gone to crap. I have become overweight and because of this have developed many medical issues. Tried many of these so called diets out there, at first they all work great but the must be leaving something out because all it left me was exactly where i started off from “Overweight”. I know there must be a secret formula between working out and strategic eating. I believe through past history, what you eat and especially when you eat it have to be important key factors. If i could just learn these few things i believe i could reach my goal. @ Joel Marion:

G’day,
After fighting to lose weight all my life I had done it. Then at the beginning of this year my hubby was sent to Afghanistan and the emotional rollercoaster began. Being lonely, stuck as a single mother and frightened for my husband’s safety led me to emotionally eat. I have managed to start losing weight and have lost 9.9kgs using some of the tips you have sent me so far, and a little of my own knowledge. My husband is coming home in a couple of months and I want to show him that nothing has changed, I don’t want him to come home and see me as this emotional wreck as it will make him feel guilty and after his service to our country. We intend to go to Vanuatu in January and if I could be even slimmer and fitter than I was before he left it would be glorious. It would also mean I could enjoy my holiday and burn fat 24/7 whilst sharing a sunset cruise on our 10th wedding anniversary. Please let me give my husband the homecoming he is dreaming of instead of what is here right now 156cm and 87kg. Thank you.

It seems apparent you have found the core or fundamental mechanics of how the human body uses and stores fat, carbs and protien. If i had this knowledge during my 3yr illness and applied it at that time, i would not be struggling to regain all the muscle mass i lost. I’m sure many others feel the frustration that i have gone through. Keep up the good work.

I am a 26 yr old single mother of two.i have been struggling to lose the weight since i got my two sons.i have tried several diets, exercises and even dieting pills.i really want to look good and feel good too and gain my confidence back.i am 26 but i feel like am 36 or something.because of my weight i don’t have the confidence to go on dates so have been single since 2008 january.i feel this program is my last hope for me to haveing my life back again.so i hope i win.

Last year, as of September my weight was down to 192, I was on a VLCD and was feeling pretty good about myself. Over the the following year I gained back about 30 pounds. I’m looking for a good mix of a good eating plan and workout plan that works together and I think I’ve found that in your system. It seems like it would be a good fit for my life style. Thanks for all of the information so far.

The 24/7 fatloss program is unlike any of the other programs i have heard about or even tried. To date i have been able to shed about 5lbs just by using the information you have provided. I have been struggeling fo years with the weight that i put on when i hurt my back and have tried hundreds of diets with little to no success. I would like to thank you for providing this information to me and to some of my friends as well. I still have a long way to go to get to the weight i should be at and anymore information you could help me with would be a godsend. Thanks Joel

I started losing body fat in March 2011. I was 251 lb at that time. I am now stuck at 220 lb since July so I need a new strategy: workouts plan, diet, etc. Please help!

I WANT this but some of these other people NEED this. I would rather see them get it before I do but here it is anyway. I am 42 and just quit smoking 2 months ago. My wife if pregnant with our first child. I never gave it much thought before but with a child on the way, being around for the duration is now a goal. Quitting smoking was the first step, junk food was the second and the third is to lose 60 pounds. I have already incorporated some of what was in your newsletters in my diet. I think the full program would give me and everyone the edge we need.

My wife and I need this program to help us live a longer healthier life. We have two young kids and we want to be there for them as they grow older. I’m 42 and I weight 330 pounds and I know I am playing russian roulette with my life. My wife had lost alot of weight but has since put it all back. We feel horrible and need help to get us out of this lifestyle and this frame of mind that we’re in and not only tell our kids to eat healthy but to give them a great example. We would love to DO this program and get us on the right track to a happy, healthier life. Thank you.

@ Joel Marion:
I’m hypothyroid. Mom to a toddler I want to see grow up. Newly 40. And I cry every time I try to put on jeans. Please help me lose these 40 lbs!

I have struggled with being “big boned” since I was a young child. Why did our parents choose to label us? Why did they insist that we “clean our plates”? Times were tough and food was sometimes scarce. Growing up in a poor and abusive family did not help matters. No wonder I have teetered on the scale all of my life! In 2001 I gained almost 100 pounds with a pregancy and found out that I had a rare blood disorder 2 weeks after the birth of my daughter. Since then I have been diagnosed with 2 other auto immune disorders. Nothing I do seems to work! I have weighed almost 300 pounds for almost 10 years! I need this system! I need to get the inflammation in my body under control! I need to see success! I want to get off my medications and get healthy! I want to live for myself and my family! I want to love every part of me! Please help me find myself again!

I can’t honestly say that “I know this program is for me!” I wish I could! I have been diagnosed with over 28 medical problems now, with many of them limiting my ability to get around, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lymphedema, cracked vertebraes, asthma, metabolic issues, and more. Sometimes I have to walk with a cane and in the past have not been able to get around much at all. I am once again walking for exercise but only counting the steps I walk as progress not
even tenths of miles. I am extremely over weight! The whole idea of what I have read so far sounds so exciting, yet I have failed so often that I don’t have a lot of hope within me that I will succeed. I encourage each of you that has the
ability to exercise to get out there and just do it!!! Think about what if some
day you do not have the ability to do so, see it as a gift, not a chore! Enjoy
being able to walk to the top of a mountain, or along the ocean in sand that
moves under your feet, enjoy what you have been blessed with!
I watch people walk, and am sometimes amazed how little effort it takes, and
then I realize, I am blessed for I have eyes to see those people walk. I have
so much to be thankful for!
Joel & Craig, thank you for sharing the tips with us, it has been a blessing to
have that much of the program.

I am 45 years old, 168 lbs and am at a 4 month plateau. I have lost 20 lbs since Feb but cannot make further progress. I am dejected and demoralized. Even my MD is stumped. I need a program that is going to revitalize my attitude while it changes my body. I went through early menopause, and trying to figure out what I can eat and how my body will respond is exhausting. I want to keep my body and mind young and set a great example for my kids but I am danger of losing it all together. HELP!!

I decided to change my lifestyle when I realised I had been borderline morbidly obese for over 10 years. Since February I have been ‘dieting’ and exercising (5 zumba classes a week, a weight toning class and lots of walking) and lost almost 2 stone. Since following some of the hints I get from you I have doubled the rate of loss, but it still only ½ lb a week. For me it is not about dieting, but improving the quality of my life, but I really want to increase my weight loss and have a fail-safe regime in place so I never get fat again. Thanks for all the tips that I am still trying to incorporate into my new life!

i have a 6 year old son, i am 26 and my doctor has told me i wont live till 40 unless i do something about my health.your programme is the real thing and just what i need.

I am a single father 49 years old of two boys of 9 & 13. My boys tell me is that it Dad are you going to stay fat is that it. I want to keep up with my boys and work this program to set a good example for my two boys. I played soccer & football in college and I believe this program is what I need to get back on track for my boys, myself, and that future wife I will attract.
Thank You,
Dave

Hi Joel & Craig,

I am 53 years old and have been using the Tony Hortons P90 routine. I would really like to try your program. I have read and listened to all the info you have provided and I think your program can take me to the next level in fitness. Trying to figure out how the human machine works is a challenge and I believe you guys have figured it out. Now I would like to give it a try.

Thanks Jeff

please stop forwarding me all of these comments — I have gotten 6 in the last 2 mins

I would like to give your program a go because basically I am starting to get tired of living a life of total discipline, living my life analysing everything I eat, spending nearly every day working out to the point I miss out on family events and quality time with my kids. I have been living like this for at least 10 years now and wouldn’t have minded so much if all the sacrifice had led to results. But I still can’t put on any substantial muscle and still can’t shake that little layer of fat covering my abs. Basically I’m just a skinny dude with a little pot belly. At 36 I’m pretty much over it now, and I’m at the point now where I just want to stop worrying about it and let what ever happen, happen, and start excepting my lot in life when it comes to my appearance and just start focusing on spending more time with my wife and kids. I have been reading your material over the last couple of weeks, and must say and it does sound very feasible. I am willing to throw myself into your methods for one last ditch effort at obtaining my goals, but if this doesn’t work I feel that there really isn’t anything left that I haven’t tried (except for drugs of course, and that will never be an option), and like I said at this age I feel that for my sanity and that of my family, I need to start except things as they are and focus on other things.

Thanks guys,

Daniel

Hi Joel,
Thanks for the chance to win a free copy of 24/7. I have tried a bunch of the fad diets over the years and have had a little success but it always comes back. I am 45 years old and 250 lbs. My goal is to get back down under 200 and 24/7 is the first system that I have seen that combines the eating and nutrition plan with the workouts to make my goal possible. The others just tell you to get exercise, 24/7 gives me the exercises to combined with the nutrition to make it work.
Thanks Again
