I am now 66 years old and 5″3″ and very overweight. I have had type 2 diabetes for 30 years. I, too, have tried many weight loss programs and have lost weight only to regain all that I lost plus more. Two and a half years ago I had to have lower left leg amputation. I also struggle with chronic back pain. I know that if I could just lose 50 – 60 pounds my health would improve and I would feel better. I have a two and half year old granddaughter that I would like to be able to go for walks with and other activities. My husband received a diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease a year ago and will probably require my help with his care in the future. Hello Joel, I am a 32 year old young lady who have been trying to lose around able 30 or more pounds and every time I try i lose able 10 pounds and then stop. I have tried lifting weights but start to gain weight as soon as I get into a routine. I also have tried a low carlorie intake diet but once my body nocites that I have cut down on carolies I start to crave sugar HELP please. Joel, first I am blown away by the simplicity of the idea of not mixing carbs and fats and having a carb load day. Good stuff. I am a 58 year old woman, just lost 75lbs, 50 to go. I was a bodybuilder in my twenties when it was not popular for women. I had great legs and lats and intend to again. I can see my old physique coming back already.
I want your new program because, while I have not seen it in its entirety, what you have told us so far really leads me to suspect that you may have the answer to the plateaus I have been doing battle with. They are bloody hell!!! I have begun incorporating the principles as much as possible without all the info and still getting some results! Its great.

By age 12 I weighed two hundred pounds. By age 24 I weighted 247. I spent my entire youth obese. Fortunately through tremendous efforts, a host of sensible and not so sensible diets, I was able to shed nearly 80 pounds. I have successfully kept the majority of my weight loss off but I still have another 20 to 25 pounds to go and my weight loss appears to come to a stop. I think my poor body is tired of the all dieting I’ve done. I’m no longer that 200 pound 12 year old and at age 33, even though I’m proud of the weight I have lost, I need to get to the finish line. To me the finish line is getting to my goal weight and spend the rest of my energies on maintaining and no longer focused on loosing weight. I know this program can help me finally get where I need to be! Finally after all these years!
I’ll be 54 next month and it is getting harder and harder to stay in shape. Throw in a back injury that makes it almost impossible to workout and it is no wonder I continue to get FAT. I do some of the exercises and even though I can feel them working, burning fat even two or more days later I eventually have to stop as the pain gets to be too much. All my co workers tell me I eat so healthy, fruits, nuts, protien drinks, no junk like the rest, yet still gaining weight. I was 220 before the injury now 255. I suppose I have done well as this is over the last 3 years but I need some help, a tweek, a mental push, something. I realize that the weight and added pressure to my bad knees will eventually remove me from my job. I have appox 13 years till I can retire. I just need to make it some how.

I’m working veryyyyyyy hard with my self steem, one of the things that always made me feel bad with myself was my weight and how my body look. I way have come a long way, now I need a good proven program for loosing 35 pounds, which is a priority now in my life, to heal myself not only psychological and emotional, but physically cause I have diabetes.
I need this because for the last 10 years, every time I lose 10-15 pounds I ricochet right back up there…sometimes gaining even more than I lost, other times keeping a few pounds off. I’ve managed to stay just under 200 for almost a year now, but have been perilously close to jumping back up there several times. I can’t seem to get under 190. In October, I lost 8 pounds and gained 5. I turned 50 this year and am sooooooo tired of being overweight, feeling bad, and being tired all the time. I need energy, I need a healthy me, I need my body back, and I need my ex to regret leaving me. :-)

24/7 SYSTEM =THE BEST OVERALL SYSTEM FOR LOSING/KEEPING OFF FAT
I will be celebrating my 50th birthday on March 14th and want to weigh 50 Kg. That is what I weighed when I got married (24 years ago), and I have gotten back down there as recently as five years ago. I currentlly weigh 60 Kg and am 155 cm tall. It is doable, I just have not been able to do it on my own. I start a diet and exercise program and last for a few weeks to a month, have not been seeing the results that I used to get much faster (I know that my matabollism has slowed with age), get frustrated and eat. I don’t smoke, gamble, or drink more than an occasional glass of wine, but definitely use food for comfort, having the support/feedback/ accountability aspect of the program will be extremely valuable to me.
This is going to sound a bit ironic, but I am actually an aerobics instructor. I currently teach predominantly acquasize classes but have two cardio/body sculpting classes as well. It feels completely unprofessional to be carrying this extra 5 kilos around, but it also makes it more difficult for me to sqeeze in the necessary hours in the gym. I teach 10 -12 hours a week, but it is clearly not enough, and not the right type of exercise. It is better than sitting at a desk, but it also tires me by the end of the week.
I have tried on my own. I actually truly enjoy working out in a gym with weights, both free and machines, and have used some of craigs ideas from Youtube videos and his newsletters, but I don’t feel like I have a plan, and worse, I often feel DUMB in the gym, I don’t really know what I am doing in terms of sets, reps, how to pair exercises, when to push, when to rest, how to really make my time effective. I believe this plan has all the components I need. I really need to be told exactly what to eat and when, exactly which exercises to put together and how, and have someone tell me NOT to eat that chocolate bar or cookie, when I am bored, frustrated, etc.
I basicaly need your help.
