Hi Joel! I would love to win a copy because I’m convinced that you’re on to something. While healing from a couple of surgeries, inactivity has led to weight gain. I’ve been working with a personal trainer at a gym for two years. While I’ve gotten more conditioned, I am not losing the fat! I eat less, and better than I ever have, yet I am sure nutrition is the key. Your success stories are prompting me to enter… if you folks can do it, so can I! Thank You!
I’m going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

Hey Joel: I would definitely love to win a copy of ninja tactics. I am currently working on my personal trainers license and I have worked hard to change my body composition and health levels for a while now. I am happy to say I have gone from a size 14-16 to a size 2-4 with a substantial decrease in body fat and increase in lean muscle mass. This is a way of life for me & I want to work with others to achieve the same goals. I especially love high intensity routines that completely challenge your physical capabilities. I constantly study materials and am always looking for strategies and ways to achieve these goals. I love reading your emails and information. Thanks for your consideration.
i just wanna lose weight and get back into shape.
i do not deserve it more than anyone else, but i would love the chance to try the program and see if it will work fer me.
Hi Joel,
I am actually not looking to loose any more weight rather convert the remaining fat to muscle. I am now 50 years old and have worked diligently over the past 2+ years to get back into shape. The weight is back where it should be plus or minus a bit and I am pretty solid. The problem is ridding myself of that last layer of fat that is hiding the six pack that I can feel underneath. Based on what your are touting NNT is just the ticket I need to get the love handles to drop and the six pack to pop. Thank You in advance for my free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics.
I am a qualified Ninja with an eating disorder, so the Ninja Nutrition Tactics will help me in my quest for Ninja dominance in all required fields, not just total awesomeness.
Peas out.
Hi Joel,
I believe I deserve a copy of the fantastic Ninja Nutrition Tactics (!!!) because I have been struggling, fighting, sweating, crying, eating healthy to loose this last bit of weight over the past years. I feel like I have literally tried EVERYTHING to get this darn weight off, and it just won’t go away. I’m getting desperate. Five years ago I fell into a deep depression, put on a lot of weight, realized what I was doing to myself, and for the first time in my life shed 25 pounds. This wasn’t the easiest being 5’2″, but I pushed through it. After all my hard work, I just want these last 10 pounds that are hanging on to GO AWAY. I feel uncomfortable with them, like I cannot fully be myself. This extra weight holds me back, and makes me extremely sad and frustrated at times. Please help Joel, I am begging you :)
Thanks for taking the time to read this,
Erin
Hi,
I feel I deserve to win because for the first time I think you’ve actually made a believer out of me. I’ve read your e-mails and articles. At first I was skeptical but after reading the comments and seeing the pictures you’ve made me believe that even at my age (58) I have a chance of turning my life around and getting into shape. I’ve got my enthusiasm up and an I-can-do-this attitude, so I need all the information you can give me to put it all together.
Thanks for the great site,
L
I have gained approximately 20 pounds in the last few months and was overweight before that. I want to lose weight, and, I’ve done it before (40 pounds in 1983), but, now that I am older it is more difficult.
I’m from Brazil and we have a vast range of delicious foods here. Plus,my mom cooks very well (lol), so I could never refuse to eat all the things she cooks. I could never say ‘no’ to anything that seems delicious (which is always the same things that have more calories in the world and are never the healthiest options). I’m overweight and don’t have discipline. I’d like to have better options, but I never choose them. Maybe with the book, I can learn some tactics that can help me. Thanks.
Hmmm… maybe I don’t deserve to win, because I have completely let myself go over the last few years to the point that I am now 60lbs overweight. It hurts to see those numbers and I can’t believe it has gone this far!
What surprises me, is that I thought I had all the knowledge and drive to start losing weight but despite making a concerted effort over the last 6 weeks, I have managed to gain another 6lbs.
Essentially, I need help!
I’m a 56 year old male that is 50 lbs. overweight. I’ve been told if I don’t get my weight down that blood pressure and cholesterol will lead to my early demise. My daughter is starting college in the fall and I need to be here for her. I am very motivated
At 63 losing weight ain’t easy. All my life, I have been battling extra weight. This is my last big push and it has to last. I’ve lost, so far, 21 pounds since April, my cholesterol has dropped from 173 to 147, my HDL ratio has improved and other measures are also good. But I need help to break through these now longer and longer plateaus. I am sure nutrition is the key…I need Ninja Nutrition Tactics.
I may not deserve it more than the next guy, but I need it more badly than the next guy.
Thanks, Vinicio
hi there joel,
i want to win a copy of NNT!
at almost 40yrs i need help getting rid of my extra weight and fat gain.
i take medication currently that has made my weight gain a nightmare even as hard as i try to maintain my diet.
i want to incorporate your program into my life and see myself transform into the body i deserve to have.
Hi Joel,
I have been obese almost all of my life. Now since I had two kids I am extremely obese with a BMI of 47. I have been on and off diets for the last 15yrs. The most I have ever lost is 55lbs doing a low carb-low fat-low cal diet. I have been exercising at Curves and dieting the last 3 months and I have lost 15lbs!!! I am trying to change my mindset of letting the fad diets go…but that is all I know to do. It works temporarily but my wieght continues to yo-yo. I want to be a positive role model for my kids. But this wieghtloss journey for me has been hard but I am not giving up. I am blessed to say I have no diseases that is known to come with obesity. Now I am 37yrs old I do not want those things threatening my life in the future. I feel that having and using the knowledge you are offering in Ninja Tatics and my exercise/weight training I am doing at Curves will be a powerful combo that will finally end my years of yo-yo dieting and my fight against obesity. Thank you Joel for your time and the heart to help others to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
I desire to win a copy because the great tips you already provide are genuine and backed by science. I know this, because I too have spent countless hours doing research. A free copy (since I can’t afford to actually purchase one from you) would be useful in my quest to burn the baby fat (2 kids and some illness’ worth) because I could use all the help I can get! I’ll understand if I don’t win one… but I might cry! :)
It’s vacation time at last, and my seven daughters are all home enjoying the unusually fabulous summer with us. They are also enjoying seeing their Mum looking slimmer and more toned thanks to your phat burning techniques. It would be so thrilling to win something that would ultimately do me good and contribute to me looking great again after so many years being trapped in my larger self.
I admire the work you are doing; making a living by bringing good things to peoples lives gets a BIG “10” from me.
Whether I win or not this is a great opportunity for me to just “Thank You”!!!
(1) I bought your book “Cheat to Lose” and downloaded XFLD (great products)
(2) Im a long-time fan and have read most of your articles on t-nation. took a while but Ive accepted your literature on faith (even though it goes against the grain at times).
(3) Im 15% bodyfat but wanna shred down to 7 or 8% with as few supps as possible – previously diagnosed with heart arrhythmia and would prefer to play it safe. I truly appreciate and employ ALL strategies for natural fat loss. I dont know anyone else who’s motivated enough to gulp down 2 grams of pure acetyl l carnitine powder on a daily basis. thats discipline and motivation!
(4) My profession demands I be in top physical shape even though many of my coworkers indulge in coffee & donuts. My passion for fitness is sometimes hampered by cortisol and on-the-job stress and my meal schedule on work days often gets pretty wild, but I persevere and find time for the weights and solid nutritional choices on the go.
thanks for taking the time to read this. with or without the free copy, you rock!

Like most others, I seek weight and appetite control.
During remissions from a progressive course of MS, I strive to sustain & improve my physical capabilities via a two-folded approach… utilizing the skills and knowledge of a specialized physical therapist and also of a personal trainer.
During the ‘down times’ when circumstances prevent me participating in cardio and other gym activities, my metabolism hits a low ebb and my food selection becomes crucial. This is the situation I find myself encountering during the ‘heat’ of the season. Weight gain is a double edge sword for me….in addition to being an unhealthy physical state, excess weight is difficult for me to shed without being able to sustain an intense workout program that will elevate my metabolism. Even during cooler seasons, I am required to avoid elevating my internal body temperature, as that triggers flares. This is a 180 degree turnabout from my past exercise routines and lifestyle.
Regardless, ‘I am the master of my fate’ and my choices are reflective of that.
I continue to seek out expertise, and I am determined to maximize my abilities.
Currently I am carrying about twenty pounds more than is advisable. Therefore, it behooves me to avoid additional weight gain….which, of itself, is a major challenge for me.
Ninja Nutrition Tactics will benefit me in the weight control portion of my challenge.
I probably don’t ‘deserve’ to win a copy but I know I could sure use one. My life is really hectic. I need to make the most efficient use of my time and energy. Most days this means making bad food choices, or just settling for what is available right here / right now. I believe a copy of Ninja Nutritional Tactics would help educate me further so I can make healthier decisions while trying to juggle food choices. I believe that would make me feel more productive and more accomplished each day that goes by as the results appear. Then when people see the real changes I can point them in the right direction.
Sensai Joel-sama: I humbly bow before you and beseech you to teach me the secret ninja arts of FatLossutsu, that most hidden & guarded of all techniques. For 9 years I have trained, seeking wisdom and instruction from the world’s greatest masters: Rusty, John Berardi, Charles Polinquin, Mark Sasson, Alwyn Cosgrove, Owen McGibbon, Hello Gracie, Loren Cordain, Bruce Lee, Frank Zane, and the Grandmaster of Year-Round Conditioning, Vince Gironda. I have experimented with the techniques of others, testing them as a metalsmith tests gold, and discerned which techniques are pure and of perfect quality – and which are vain & empty as the passing wind. I have distlled my training and diet techniques to the barest minimum, so that I may pass on my wisdom to other seekers of the Truth. In so doing, I have honed my body, tempered with discipline and strength of body and mind, cultivating the necessary spiritual perspective through meditation and conditioning-kata. My journey has taken me from 36% body fat, unable to train formore than 10 solid minutes, to eight-mile runs, 200 kettlebell snatches, one-armed pushups, 17 chinups, bodyweight bench presses, double-weight deadlifts and 10% body fat. Now, as Kane from KungFu, I travel the world, sharing my learnings with other disciples. But one accomplishment escapes me, one technique flits out of my grasp: how do I transform myself into the ripped specimen of flesh-wrapped steel I know I will become at 6% body fat? Please, Great Grandmaster Joel-sama, enlighten me, take me under your wing and show mr the greatest of ninja training secrets, so that I may escape the cycle fat-loss karma, of losing & gaining, of elation & frustration. Please, show me the way to Fat Loss Nirvana.
Well, I think I deserve a free copy of your NNT because I’ve been working out for 3 years now, and unfortunately have had no success on the getting lean part at all…
In fact I followed a diet 6 months ago that added fat to my body instead of removing it :(
I would be glad if you could send me a free copy so I can finally success in ripness and all that.
Also I wouldn’t be the only one who would benneficiate from it, as I have brother with the exact same problem, but he’s been consistently working out for 8 years and still no success in any of his diets…
So I’ll beg you to give a free copy to us and thanks in advance. :D
Joel,
I love getting your emails… Always something to help motivate and thunk about.
I would love the Ninja Nutrition Tactics! At the beginning of this year I was doing nothing, sitting on the couch watching tv… At 31 years old, 5’10, 230 pounds and about to go into size 40 pants I had to do something! In February I decided to train for half marathon in December. I have since gotten down to 190 pounds and have already ran the half marathon distance of 13.1 miles. I have now scheduled a second half for this year in September! …not being able to run down the street without being out of breath and making myself sick… This shows how determined and dedicated I am to getting in shape and getting faster. The problem is, I have no idea how to eat healthy! I have just been drinking water and trying not to eat as much greasy food… Has worked so far but my weight loss is slowing down. I know that eating healthier will not only help lose the weight but also increase my running performance.
Please help me with a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics! I promise it won’t go to waste on someone that won’t use it!
Thanks for doing all you do!
