I deserve because I sticked to the plan “Xtreme Fat Loss Diet” twice in a row. First time I was able to melt 10 lbs. Second time I followed it in an even stricter fashion, but it resulted in a drop of 4 lbs “only”. ;-) 10 lbs more to go and I’m on track buddy! Thats why! Cheers.
Aged 47 Chinese male, slim only on face and the upper and lower but not the middle part of the body. Only I myself know clearly about how serious the belly is going with age. The worst situation is normal jogging, workout do not help effectively in lowering the weight and toning the body before hurting the joints, muscles or ankles. So I think all people like me deserve to get some different ideas to tackle the problems.

I have been the “go to” person for my friends and people in the gym, since my great success with your CYWT program. I mean they literally remark on my transformation and ask me what I did and I give them your information. I even give them pointers on implementation. I also have maintained my results, which impresses them even more. My popularity and life has been greatly enhanced by this success and I have the CYWT link on a special file on my phone as people ask me to e-mail or text it to them. I am not sure why I didn’t get the NNT when I got Final Phase as I still have a copy of your e-mail that promised it if I went through that link. I may have even neglected to download it (it is sometimes confusing to know if you even have everything you purchased through clickbank).

i am 24 and i don’t have a job,so no money to afford trainers,gym-membership or any equipment….i live in a family who think women should be fleshy and loathes my attempts at losing fat,they even force me often times to eat unhealthy food so i get fat…and i have a terribly hectic schedule …yet, in the past one year i have searched through and through the internet…tried different body weight work-outs…tried my best to avoid all the unhealthy food stuff offered at home and coax them to cook healthy mostly…..and lost over 6 kilos and toned most of my body….only flabs being left at my belly…which has genetic reasons too as all my family and relatives have big bellies….but i am not giving up and still working on my workouts and nutrition as hard as ever….

hey joel, i’ve been following your blog for about a year now. i have never been able to get rid of those last few pounds of fat the seem to keep me from my goal of six pack abs. i just graduated this summer and am heading to university. a goal that i set for myself was to get a six pack before i start uni in september. ive trained all summer but had to take some time off due to the foolish decison to take on an extreme low calorie diet for too long. with time winding down im looking at anything that can help me reach my goals before september and i think your book may just be the trick. thanks
I have tried loads of different schemes and end up disappointed every time. After the recent failure I went on a binge. For the past 6 months I have eaten what I felt like and had no excersise whatsoever. I looked in the mirror 2 weeks ago and my heart broke. For the past 2 weeks I have been eating healthily again and attending gym regularily and feel much better. I still have a really long way to go but feel confident and more inspired after losing a kilo. I’m not doing it for anyone else or to impress them anymore.

She passed away in 2006, but after taking care of her and not of myself I find that getting back into shape is very difficult. I have gone from ephedra (crazy wieght loss), then gained it back. Then no carb diet (ok wieght loss), then gained it all back. I have even tried starving myself. I used to play soccer every day and be an accomplished martial artist. Now I am 28 and I can’t run or play with my children because I get out of breath too quickly because I am overweight. I have bought workout equipment only to use them as clothing racks. My dream is be able to do Parkour, to become a Traceur. Ive played sports snce i was 7 years old and trained and played matches every nightfor years, but was always overweight. after discovering your programmes and realising Cario alone doesnt work, Ive lost nearly 3 stone in the last 5 months. however after having surgery recently and being unable to work out for 6 weeks i put some weight back on. I cant seem to shift it now and think these tricks would give me a new lease of life. Im 21 in a few more months and set myself the goal of being at my ideal weight by then. I’ve been struggling for years to regain control over my mind and body since I suffered from a debilitating and near fatal case of lymes disease. I used to be an avid athlete before all this hit, causing my body to progressively shutdown on me until I could no longer function let alone compete in the very sports that fueled my drive and passion. It has been a long road to recovery, with many roadblocks along the way. But after trying so many different methods of exercise and seeking out nutritional advice from countless “experts”, my body is finally starting to respond and rebuild. Now I know I can not only get to the level I used to be, but rather, I can exceed it. To do so, I need your help. The hardest part for me has been my nutrition. I’ve fallen victim to far too many gimmicks and false information, especially when it comes to nutrition, and I’m tired of jeopardizing my health, and consequently, the well-being of my loved ones, any longer. I want to restore a healthy relationship with food that I can pass on to my loved ones for years to come. over the last few years i have suffered severe emotional and mental stress and thus resorted to comfort eating. When i got introduced to your website i started following your blog and have thus far learnt a lot on how to eat properly, exercise, nutrition etc and slowly the weight is falling off but i have lots more to go. there are days when i feel i cannot go on anymore and then comfort eating starts again! i need motivation, will power, indepth knowledge, inspiration etc. this is why i need to win!
Right. So, I can tell you right from the start that I am not like everyone else. For one, I have type 1 diabetes. I am an absolute fitness fanatic, and have quite a lean build, however, due to my diabetes I find it hard to incorporate certain fat-loss techniques into my diet (such as fasting) because it can, in my case at least, get quite dangerous. My personal goal is to get down to 5% body fat, maybe even 4! This is to prove to myself that I can do it.
The other reason, is that I want to start an outreach/mentoring thing (or take part in a program) that will help get other diabetics into shape. As we all know, it the number of people being diagnosed with diabetes is increasing, and so I want to be a positive role model to them, showing them what is possible, and that they can in fact be in better shape than non-diabetics. Thus, I need to lead by example, since I’m a firm believer in practicing what you preach.

I am a belly dancer and have managed to lose around 12lbs but my belly muscles still don’t have the definition I need to dance with the troupe who I train and rehearse with. I would love so much to be with the other women up on the stage and I have crunched myself silly trying to get the definition needed to show off the belly rolls and flutters !! I need a new tactic so I can shimmy with the rest of them.

I have been training, competing, etc. for practically my entire life…yes…all 27 years of my LONG existence. Nevertheless I try to keep myself in top athletic shape year round. From my freshman year in high school where I weighed a whopping 130 some pounds…132 with shoes…and a hat…to current day of about 200 lbs – hat being optional. Regardless as hard as I have worked to were I am now I have never been able to just get over that edge and take my physique to the next level. Shredded, lean, ripped, John Romaniello posing in his jeans wearing boxing wraps for absolutely no particular reason lean, etc. I am no slouch by any means but I certainly haven’t taken the boxing wraps out of the box just yet. I live in South Africa and I have been gyming and dieting since I was 16 years old but on and off because I start and everything goes well for a few months and then nothing. Then I get down hearted and loose interest because nothing works anyway. After getting over my depression I start up again in full force and thats my life story. I’m 35 now and still gyming and dieting but don’t look like a guy, who’s been gyming as long as I have, should look.
