Hi Joel , I would love to win ninga nutrition because I’m a mum of a sick teenager and I need to be as active as possible so I can look after my house my daughter and one day be able to go back to work as I’m a qualified hypnotherapist . I’ve used you yor extreme weight loss progamme and your recipes (which I love) and I see great result,. I’m not about to give up at let it pile back on. As I’ve said I’m busy and need all.the secrets I can get. I’m a positive person and want real results in real time. Thanks Joel :)

I want to win my copy of the Ninja Nutrition Tactics because I’ve been on the yoyo ride of gaining and losing weight. I started all this July last year, and managed to lose / gain 10 – 20 lbs. I’ve also been ill and after I’m healed I’ve been trying to make up for the lost time. I need to lose some weight as I’m joining a practical shooting competition where one needs to be quick and agile. Summer is still here and I’m going to lose another 20 lbs!

kIORA jOEL , The Ninja Tactics is not for myself ,I will become a fitness instructor in a few months and I will start building my own clientèle . I will help them to be fit and healthy with all the best materials I can get my hands on ,and yours is part of the best ….Myself I have been following your theory and help me to get the first place for my second bodybuilding comp .last week…With the help of your friends (Vince, john, Dr.K.).In 5 weeks I am competing at the 4th Asia Pacific International Bodybuilding in Rarotonga and with all your infos letters ,I hope to win another first place for New-Zealand Team . If you want to win listen and trained with the best WHO DARES WIN …… thank you JACKY

everybody who is really determined to change how they feel and look should get a copy of this! Unfortunately many of us start something but never finish it. I used to be one of them….

But after years of feeling tired, depressed and isolated, my eyes opened up ! Life is just too precious to not enjoy it to the fullest ! I want to feel good about myself, I want people to notice how I’ve changed. Frankly …I want to be that person everyone is staring at on the beach. Time to get that sixpack out !
I want to prove to my family and friends of whom alot are unfortunately overweight too, that with determination, motivation and a good plan it is possible to achieve incredible results !

the first two things I can and will take care of, for the last one, I’m counting on you Joel !

I deserve to get these free copies for many reasons:
I started my loss weight journey in 1995 where I was 120 kg Asthmatic with difficulty in performing daily simple tasks.. sports and dieting were my goal, I didn’t think that time of what I’m doing or eating wether it is healthy or simply damaging my health as long as I’m loosing weight … in 3 months my weight reached 83 kg after that I struggled from ups and downs in my weight and health but never again to 120 kg in fact never again to 100 kg .. but still I feel I don’t have the right plan to change my lifestyle to it and stay on it . my weight now is 90kg and I’m stuck to it can you help me? I need to loose 20 kg and now I’m in most need for it I’m diabetic and I’m 31 years old

I started eating clean, well cleanER, at the beginning of 2010 – I’ve been shocked and pleased at the results. While working out at the same time, I’ve only seen a small reduction in the number on the scale but a whole lot of visible fat loss. Now I’ve got two remaining reasons why I want to eat like the NINJA I’m becoming – the remaining fat stores are in my belly and now I have no more LOVE HANDLES but a big ‘ol POT BELLY! It’s got to go! Lastly, as I said my eatings gotten CLEANER, now I want to know where it can go from here – clean me up O’ SenSei Master, *bow*, release me as a Ninja Nutrition Warrior upon the world!

I am always reading about all the different ideas out there. I have read alot of you material and i think your methods are particularly good for loosing the last stubborn bit of fat. i am a personal trainer and am always looking for new ideas to work with. especially with clients that have reached plataus. i also experiment with some of your ideas myself :) so if you gave me a copy, it would not only benefit me, but i would refer you to my clients too! (and i am also studying at the same time so i cant afford to buy a copy myself).
Thanks Joel!
-Jo

Since I don’t really believe the info in your book – like everything else I’ve tried – will make any lasting difference in my weight loss efforts, I guess I technically don’t deserve to win, but isn’t it worth a chance to prove me wrong?

hi joel i feel that i could use this new plan to add a little change i might need to spark some new muscle size being .
being 57 and pushing 58yrs oldlets say i have been at this game awhile or
alot longer than most of the people that are your followers of today just
think if this works like you say it does just think of you using me has a
selling tool. if it works for us older guys think of what it might do for
some one half my age so Joel what think Thanks for your time.

Since I don’t really believe the info in your book – like everything else I’ve tried – will make a meaningful difference in my weight loss efforts, I suppose I don’t technically deserve to win. But isn’t it worth a copy for you to prove me wrong?

I do not know where to start. I was a football player in high school 5′ 11″ 220 lbs and had MANY hits to the knees which caused me to give up on football due to the damages from those hits to the knees. I went in the Military and kept my weight a little over the standard BMI, I was 240lbs. I am now 50 years young and have an over active thyroid. I was 300lbs and am working out to the best of my ability 3 to 4 times a week. I have lost 35 pounds so far and I am still over weight. I can use all the help I can get to loose 40 more pounds so that I can make sure I will be able to play with my 5 year old son, and GOD willing another child on the way. My goal is to get fit and hopefully see grandchildren, I know that is a lofty goal, but I am working on it every day that I am blessed with. Thanks for all your encouragement and providing a different way of looking at getting healthly.

Hi Joel! I really need and deserve a copy of the ninja tactics, because i am giving all my effort to improve my body and be a role model to other people that know me because they dont believe that its possible to have a great body (low fat), they just accept the reality of being fat. I used to be fat and lost around 25 kg and Right now i am finishing last week of XFLD25 and having great results, lost around 7kg more and a big change happened, and i really want single digit body fat. After i win the ninja tactics i will be losing that last stubborn fat and inspire other to follow my path, and be your next success story. Thank You for All.

Hello Joel greetings from Denmark.
Well, i tried everything from pills to diet to sound advice, and it all works until a certain point, then i crash and the weight starts to go up again.
I inlisted in the local gym, and i need some methods regarding food intake witch can truly let me loose fat and stay lean.
If your program can do that, u truly are the master of nutrition and health, and i will spread the word about u.
I hope u will consider me a candidate for 1 of your free copys, and i will do excatly as the program says, follow it to the letter and not skipping or cutting any corners.
Regards from the cold Skandinavia

Hi Joel

It’s hard for me to sit down and tell you why I deserve this free NNT program MORE than all the others. We all have our stories, struggles and bumps on the road and I don’t like the idea of “selling myself” to get a free copy of a book I can afford. But this isn’t about the money, and I will try to give you a few reasons anyway:
I’m 19 years old, been strugling with my weight since I can remember (apparently I was a huuuge fan of breasts ;b ), I’ve been working out for a little over 3½ years, been on a strict “diet” for 2 years now (no soda, ice cream, candy, etc.) and I’ve tried your CYWT – which was great ! But it’s been hard. Overtraining last year = no working out for 4-5 months, chest injury = -1 year and the list goes on. So at the time being I’m actually only 3-4 % under the bodyfat% I started out at 3½ years ago.. Only difference is about 15 pounds of muscle. I really wan’t to be toned, have those abs, get my confidence flying and all that, but it seems like nomatter what I try, I can’t get under 12 % bodyfat – even though I try to get the most out of metabolism, leptin/insulin levels etc. I’m convinced NNT is what I need to defeat the plateau and break through that last barrier and become the truly great and athletic person I want and need to be …

I deserve to win the ninja tactics because:

– I, after having implemented the xtreme fat loss diet, lost 17 lbs and became a fitness nut for a month

– I, after becoming a fitness nut for a month, sustained a hamstring injury during soccer that continues to prevent me from getting on a treadmill (lame excuse? possibly)

– I, being in high school, am on a mission to win back the love of my life from an outrageously fit wrestler who literally looks like a bull

– I, being out of reasons, find you very handsome, Joel

Make the right decision, buddy.

Well im a personal trainer and after purchasing your XFLD and using it myself with great results , i then had alot of my clients try it also with fantastic results , so i think i deserve it more than others as i will not only be using it for myself but also using it to help improove the lives of my clients and others who need it….! Cheers Col

Hi Joel

I deserve to win a copy because I am already using Cheat Your Way Thin system that I think is fantastic work. With me it really paid off even after loosing 23kg. The fact is that I want to learn more from you and your tactics…ninja or not do work. I hit the gym 4 times a week and looking forward to see my 6 pack and this proves to be the hardest.
And more than this I did not win a copy of XFLD last time you put up the contest. Maybe this time….

Love your work !!

I DO NOT deserve to win a free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics! No one DESERVES anything they don’t already have, and you may not even deserve many of the good things you DO have. I deserve to be fat and broke – no excuses! I am working to change both.

As long as you are blaming other people or things for your current condition and present results you cannot make the changes necessary to produce different results.

After serious introspection following a minor heart attack a few years ago, I decided to make whatever changes were necessary to live well long enough to see the graduations, marriages, and children from each of my 4 children (currently ages 8-15). I have made lots of progress both in eating healthier and in exercising. There have been periods of backsliding, but I re-commit and make changes in the plan to improve results.

Neither I nor anyone else deserve a free copy, but providing me a free copy might just save my life and engender gratitude and admiration towards you from all my friends and family across several generations!

Joel, I have been on the CYWT diet now since Feb. and for the first time in my life I have begun to see body fat disappear at the age of 54!! This is despite countless efforts trying different diets. My waist has reduced to about 5 1/2 -6 to 36″. I still have some way to go and I feel now is the time to try a different strategy. I am so motivated to push myself to achieve my ultimate goal which is to have body fat less than 10% and 6 pack ab’s. I have seen this morning Tom’s ab’s at the age of 53 (see link from Vince Delmonte on facebook), that I think that I will have to revise my goal!! I am going to put my faith in your NNT to get me there. I am just so motivated to get started and stuck in and go for it.

I deserve to win this package because I do everything I can to keep fit. Right now I do an hour bootcamp twice a week and on my off nights I do about an hour of cardio at the gym. In a little over 4 weeks I’ve lost 10lbs & 9.5 inches. I got back into working out because I recently had spinal surgery and wanted to gain my strenght back but have really gotten into my workouts. I think for a 41 year old I’m in pretty good shape at 5’2″ I weigh 114lbs and have roughly 17% body fat. I’ve lost a lot of family to heart disease and cancer so I’m doing everything I can to avoid going down that path. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right.

hi joel thanks firstly for the great chance to win these ninja tactics..why should i win..i have broke my back twice and due to lengthy lay offs and dr’s order’s i have stayed pretty innactive.. that was over ten yrs ago and i am now trainning hard.. i am currently doing the nick nilson surge and its tough but i love it i have gained muscle and fitness but the belly is being stubborn i have muscles under there somewhere i can feel them but they wont come out shy perhaps?i need to lose mayby 5-10 kgs, max but its a struggle i swim, run ,gym motocross, soccer and it wont go it has shrunk and i feel my is stronger too but just need the fiishing touch help if you can it will not be wasted on me i am 43 yrs old but dont look it but i am embarrased about my waistline thanks for reading cya

Hi Joel –
I think I should get a copy of NNT because I need the help. My weight has been creeping up over the years and I know it isn’t all that bad, but 25-30 pounds overweight is still just too much. I have trouble sticking to the average diet as I am crazy busy this time of year and am looking for some extra hints or different ways to do this. I went through XFLD and lost 7 pounds and 12 inches and am considering doing it again soon, but I have trouble getting enough exercise in during the heat waves with no A/C. I know half of this could be considered excuses, but I would really like to lose this weight that stubbornly won’t let go.

Thanks!

Why do I feel like I deserve this? Because after being divorced for almost two years now, slowly letting the pounds creep back in due to a lack of self confidence, I read your invite to this contest and it inspired me to finally take control again. I deserve to be in shape, I deserve to not be ashamed of my body… I deserve to be happy. So even if you don’t choose me as a winner of this, I wanted to thank you… today is the first day of my new life.

How can I compete with all the sadness and pleas? I am healthy, but need to lose about 30 pounds. Having kids late in life due to a career has put me approaching menopause, now I work out 3 or 4 times a week and almost always eat right. I did the XFLD following very closely and lost a disappointing 5 pounds. I have lost 20 pounds since January, but need to lose the 30 more to put me at my target and a comfortable place for my health. I work full time and take care of my three young ones. Often times my work out is after they are finally all in bed and I barely make it to my gym in the basement. I break a nice sweat and love to work out, but then find exhaustion taking over other days due to a high intensity life style. Any more tips like the Ninja tactics would be greatly appreciated and incorporated into my life! Thanks! Eat healthy and train hard!! We can do it, you can help. :-)

I would love to have a copy of the Ninja nutrition. I am already like a food nazi
and train really hard but still hang on to those last few pounds. I just turned 56
and train harder than almost all of the women that go to my gym. I teach senior fitness and a boot camp class that most guys only come to once. People come
to me for advice all the time on both diet and training, and I would love to
be able to be better than I am today. I think I can inspire people to push past
thier percieved limits. PLEASE SEND ME A COPY
