Why i deserve a free copy of Ninja Nutrion Tactics?? I’m stuck losing that few last pound i just cant get it done. And even if i lose a few pounds it comes right back. i just cant lose that last few pounds. I’m a student so im extremely poor.. all the left over monny goes to the gym. i cant afford to pay lots of dollars to buy books evrywhere from which the most dont even work!! i hope so much that i could get a copy! i just want THAT body =D

HELP!!! I’ve been struggling for 15 years to lose 15lb, and in the process have severely compromised my metabolism by all the crazy fad diets I’ve tried! I’m now working out 4-5 times a week, eating more meals with lots of lean protein but my body is still resolutely holding onto the fat. I need stealthy, sneaky ninja tactics to get past my body’s defences and reveal the muscles that are hiding under all that padding. I’ve got the motivation-please give me the tools!!

I’m not sure how deserving of a copy i am after reading the other posts. However, I am ,mother of 2, full time worker,partner,business owner, work 100 km away from home, foodie who loves to cook and loves flavour, I also am mentor to a few girlfriends that look to me for inspiration in the fitness/ food and flavour department when it comes to cooking whilst on a diet(though I am loathe to call it that as it frightens people from success – rather call it a program or alternative eating method) I myself have difficulty maintaining my weight I have previously attempted a body transformation challenge which found myself surviving on a dull tasteless body builders diet for competition – sure lost the weight but as soon as i started to add every day foods put the weight on. I am looking for a die(alternative eating program)t which allows me to enjoy flavorsome food aiding in the reduction of weight and I do believe this is the way to go\. I have 12kg to loose, I want to inspre others to do the same but I want to ensure that I don’t loose flavour or variet on my travelsy.I am following all your advice so far and have had some success I want to increase that further and incorporate the recipes in the NINJA Nutrition Guide. (PS Willing to provide before and after photo’s) on commencement of the Program)as I look for inspirational flavoursome recipes that will aid in my progress to weight loss.

Joel, I would love a copy as I’m trying to get the best body I possibly can, better than BEFORE I had my baby! Yes, my goal is to turn my post-baby into rock hard abs and I need all the help and information I can get! I am so motivated to prove to everyone who says “oh, you never get your body back after having a baby” that maybe not the body you had, especially if you don’t put the hard yards in, but you definitely CAN get and EVEN BETTER body if you work hard for it!!!

I have been overweight all my life. Then 5 years ago I started practicing karate and I quickly became interested in health in general. I became almost fanatic and got rid of a bunch of bad habits that I had had all my life. I experienced great results. Unfortunately my progress suddenly stopped and in all that time I have been stuck with the last fat.
Over the last year those bad habbits that I thought was gone for good years ago have slowly sneaked into my life again – this time much harder to get rid off :s. Please show me that there is a way to overcome the last challenges. I’m lost in the dark.
Also, I have been a serious martial arts fanatic just as long as I have been a knight of health so I guess that is a plus considering the name of your product ;).

I am stuck at a weight loss plateu I lost 60 lbs and need to loose about 10 or 20 more along with a lot of loose skin that I wish would tighten up. Keep up the good work. at 52 yrs of age I’ve become a fan of yours due to your extreme knowledge in the health fitness world. my work-out routine consist based on your insight and know-how. for years I have work-out but never achieving the results gain until recently. however no matter how hard i try i can’t seem to get into the single digit fat loss column, although I’m close. I have been following useless diets for years. I have tried every known diet that is known to man including Atkins, South Beach and the Zone. Nothing seems to be working on me and I follow them strictly. My metabolism is obviously messed up and when a friend gave me the link to your competition- I jumped at the chance. She has been using your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and has experienced great results. I however have a gut feeling that The Ninja Nutrition Tactics System will be even better. I can’t find a woman to marry cause I am 50lbs over weight. I a m desperate. I am depressed. It is summer and I can’t even wear t-shirts and shorts because I am ashamed of my body. I deserve to win because using your tool will continue to help me look like the most awesome 49 year old at the pool. Everyone will ask “What’s your secret?”. I’ll say, “Joel Marion!”

I purchased the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and used it to drop from 228 pounds on May 24th to my current weight which is at about 199lbs. I’m trying to lose the last 5-10 pounds of body fat after doing XFLD for about 45 days total and eating clean the rest. I’ve been looking for another diet to do to try to crush that last bit.

I’m a young actor and I’m just about to start shooting my first feature in three weeks. I have put on a little bit of muscle but I’m stalled at my body fat 10% level and I really, really want to drop it before I get on set, as I have a topless scene and I want my abbs to be cut and need the definition everywhere else (I’m dreading filming that scene and I don’t want to be conscious of what I look like). Even though I’m at 10% bf most my fat is stored around my mid section/love handles and I really want some training and nutrition tactics to target that area. I’m a hard worker and I know I’ll use the 3-4 weeks to my advantage before filming and I’ll get to look good forever after that. I was fed up last year about how I looked and I did something about it, my knowledge just isn’t really extensive enough to get the results I want. Wish it was big budget – Then I’d just ask them to hire you for the duration of the shoot – LOL.

August 09 – 180 + lbs – 18% BF
August 10 – 170 lbs 10% BF HELP!

Hope you can appreciate my situation, No I’m not obese but It’s something I want to change and I know it’ll pay off sooo much!

Hey Joel,
I’ve been trying out different gym routines for a while now; I was trying to bulk up, but saw little results so I’m now on a tennis conditioning workout to obtain greater definition. This one seems to be going well and is really helping my endurance. I’m 6ft 2 and weigh just under 13 stone (82kilo) so not exactly what you would call huge. I am enjoying the gym side but when it comes to the nutritional part I can’t seem to get right. I’m eating the same old foods which are getting a bit boring, this consists of porridge, eggs, mince, chicken nuts and protein shakes. I’m not a nutritional expert and need some professional advice on how to follow a structured, stable, varied and safe diet plan that will help me lose those extra pounds.

my motivation is to stay in a good health for the second half of my life. I am 41 and after some 10 years of an office life I had gained about 12 kilograms overweight. I chaged my stereotypes significantly 3 years ago implementing much more physical activity into my life hand in hand with intuitive change of a diet. I feel I deserve to win because quite simply, I will use the program to get results. I have used both Cheat Your Thin and the Extreme Fat loss Diet to achieve results that have people at my gym wondering if I am on any type of anabolic steroids. I am dedicated, committed and a true believer in your programs. Since I started using both back in November of 2009, I have lost 30 lbs and I finally have a six pack, something I have been without for almost 10 years. Hi Joel I would love to win a copy because I am just about finished with your xtreme programme and my weight loss has slowed way down, I need something to really give me a boost . Hi man. Well if it is for telling why i want to compete to win this. Is because im complety thirst for information. Over the past two years i dedicated myself to take sports seriously i took up athletics i took up muscle building started doing everything without any knowledge at all,and it was because i didin’t want to look like a weakling to my class mates and to friends. I need to win a copy of the ninja tactics because i need all the tools I can get in my lifelong struggle to loose fat. I have tried all kinds of diets, had several personal trainers and nutritionists over the years. I have still not found the combination of things that works for me…but have not given up. However the cost of nutritionists, supplements, trainers, and purchasing new programs that I think will help is very draining on my finances. Especially in these days of higher costs, and high unemployment. My wages have been cut at work a couple of times in the last few years (actual pay cut in double digits + furlough which is pay cut with time off), but can’t find another job in my field due to the tough economic times and have to stick it out just to have income.
