well, i used to be an outstanding athlete, until i got injured. in a month im supposed to have knee surgery and the weight that i have put on just makes me sick. its not just the weight it self, its the 95 kg barrier – where i always get stuck. a month or so after the surgery i should be able to return to normal activities (within reason) and im gonna have to shed some serious weight, and my goal is 90 kg (10% bodyfat), and im sure im gonna need all the help that i can get. and this is why the ninja-system (how cool is that :D ) is so essential. i really need this. thanks in advance.
For years I didn’t try at all…well, I tried, in that I tried to eat nothing! The stupidity that accompanies youth huh? Over the past few years I have discovered (with some help!) the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise – better sleep, less stress et al. but have come to a standstill, despite my recent 7 days at a health camp! I have been hovering back and forth over the last four kilos to my goal weight for six months now and am at a loss. I figure that the Ninja motto may apply to those pesky last few kilos and like the Ninja, just ‘vanish’ for good!
i am training for a marathon contest and looking to improve both my condition and my results. the marathon is for charity so i am determined to do my best and make a difference for those who need our support.
I need a big change in my life right now.After something happened in my life this year,i will use the program as a support point to build the real change that i´m looking for.

I am very active at age 57yrs and workout 4 days a week with weights plus 3 days of cardio ie jogging almost 5 km. I think my diet planning lacks in quality. I have been following your blog for the past three or four months and in that time you have totally changed my way of thinking towards nutrition and training.
I am 47 and have told i’m in pretty good shape for my age, since incorporating your advice to my nutrition and training i’ve lost around 7 pounds of fat and i’m at the point were my abs are just about visible but not defined, I still have a few pounds of stubborn fat on my lower stomach. I have shared your advice with some friends who themselves are trying to get in good shape but are still a little scepticle even though they can see it is working for me. If I were to win a copy of ninja tactics and get rid of the last few pounds of stubborn fat I could prove to these unbelievers that you are truly the one!!

I’m not sure that anyone DESERVES to win, so I will just tell you what I would do with this knowledge: I have lost 56lbs and am now training a group of 5 people who have collectively lost 420lbs to run 10km (6.2 miles). They feel better but still have a long way to go and I would like to assist them further on their journey. With this knowledge and your help maybe I can. Hi Joel, I’ve gone from a 6day/week training routine to the last 3 years of barely being able to walk. Years ago I was hit by a car which damaged my back, unfortunately I wasn’t aware of it at the time. Training one day something happened and I was unable to straighten up and in extreme pain. Its getting better now and I can use my treadmill most days, but weights are out of the question right now. So being unable to train has obviously let to weight gain. I have struggled with this the whole time, not finding an eating pattern that works, given I can’t do alot to build muscle right now or to burn off carbs. It is a long slow road to recovery full of painful pot holes. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

My name is Eduardo and basically i won’t tell you why I deserve the NNT most than any other people in here, because we all deserve it so much. Instead I’ll tell you my story for me wanting this. I have been a fat guy for most of my life (I’m 22 at the moment), and there was a moment in my life where I realized I needed a change in my life. I have been working out for the last half year, and also trying to change my eating habits. Reading here and there trying to get all the help I can get. I must admit I have read some very good tips, and some other very bad and unuseful. But among all of the info I must say yours is the best I’m reading right now (also Vince del Monte is pretty cool). So that say, I expect you provide us (not just me if possible) with all the info we need to know to help us achieve our dreams for a better life and a better body. Thx

Id love a copy because I think your nutrition and training advice is spot on. I’m a female and I’ve been lifting for 5yrs now. I’ve recently upped my game and lost 16kgs in the past 3months through lifting heavy, eating clean and mixing up cardio training. I’m now at 22% bf, strong, but id like nutrition help to rip down to lower bf. And I absolutely believe your methods will help me get there. Keep up the good work!

Hi Joel!! I have always been fat as a small kid, always made fun of. I have tried diets (all of them apparently wrong), but I also played tennis throughout my entire life. Since I was fat, I wasn’t the best tennis player amongst my friends and was jealous of them.
Over the past 3 years (when I started university) I have lost aroung 20kg. It was all thanks to swimming and a more varied diet. However, I lost too much weight so right now I’m currently lifting weights and doing intervals so in a near future, be able to show my new sculpted body at the beach. And this is where your book comes in. I WANT that body!!
I have already mastered my nutrition. Now I would like to help others, and I need a precise and concise guide to help me. That’s why I want to win!
I would love to win a copy of Ninja nutrition – as I have just successfully completed your XFLD program – and really need some help now, to keep off the fat. One of the most challenging parts of my life – is not the exercise, but rather the eating right. I am a 39 year old wife and mother of one – and a vegetarian. I eat some fish (only really white fish and salmon) – and I struggle to eat enough interesting protein. There is only so much cottage cheese, eggs and salmon I can eat. I believe the Ninja Nutrition will help me find excellent ways to eat a well balanced and interesting diet – while not getting bored and depressed with eating the same stuff. I am surprised how I seem to have kept most of the fat off – even though my eating has gone back to “normal” – and I want to keep it that way. However, I really want to offer my family exciting interesting yummie food – keeping us all healthy, happy and satisfied.
I felt so well on the XFLD – the best I have ever felt – but it doesn’t really work to have fast days ongoingly .. although I am slightly tempted. I felt so well. It might be worth it – but hek, I can’t eat only those proteins .. the thought makes me suddenly, not feel so well. Oh well. That’s is why I would like to win Ninja Nutrition – so I can feed my gorgeous husband and precious little 4 year old daughter .. and myself .. food that really serves us.
I am tired and frustrated because nothing I do helps. I do follow a healthy diet and I go to the gym 4-5times a week (and I gym very hard with weights&cardio)and I dont see any results!!!

Hi Joel, I’m so much interested in books of diet and nutrition. I always believe that healthy person is the engine for growth and development. In spite of this, I find many people lose their track to healthy life (among them myself). I love reading tips for losing weight and healthy life to guide me, my family, and my friends. I also tell those tips to unknown people who happen to talk to me about this subject. So, if you give me a copy of your book, You can gurantee that many person will make use of it coz I’ll always reference your name and your book when I tell them your tips.
Hi Joel, reason is simple.. I have done the 25lbs in 25 days and was able to lose 15lbs in 4 cycles before I had to stop due to work reasons. I have faith in the systems that you provide and look forward to the other successes I can enjoy thanks to your advice and hard work you put into them. Also it would be helpful as your work keeps forcing me to buy new cloths as my old ones just don’t fit anymore.
