After gaining 30 pounds in just 4 months I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Now that I’m on medication I am starting to get energy back and desperately want to get back to my former weight! Beyond that, I have struggled for years (and now I know at least part of the reason) with weight issues and, maybe more importantly, energy issues. I would start exercising, get sick, and quit. I’m ready to start over, and I would LOVE to have a proven program to start me off on the right foot!
I’m going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

Hey man well lets keep it short, im not sure i deserve a free copy in fact I think that nobody of these people have done anything to deserve a free copy, really, (with exceptions to some favors done for you), but I will tell you what I deserve, I deserve to have a rock solid hard abs, i deserve to be in the body of my dreams, i deserve to be that man in my head because I have been working my ass off to get what I want, since the last three years, and because might been some pitfalls an misinformation but i didn’t give up, and get what you may say it’s Ok, i won’t seettle for that, and I deserve it because i’m going to get your program and i’m going to be the man i want to be, so I’ll see you in the other side in my TRUE body.
Peace.
Hi Joel,
I’m so confused about nutrition and weight loss… and I would really love the opportunity to study this ebook of yours. It would make a huge impact on my life: I’ve recently been diagnosed with severe depression and am suffering from violent binge eating rampages for no known reason. I know this isn’t anywhere near 250 words but you are so generous and I guess I’m appealing to your open heart: please send me NNT so I can learn about proper nutrition and get the info I need to really turn my life around.
Best regards,
Meli
Dear Joel,
Thank you for the opportunity to win a free copy of NNT. I broke my back and suffered numerous injuries in a violent automobile accident and underwent surgery to have it repaired via pedicle screw fixation. The accident changed my life completely as I went from being very active running 5kms a day to walking with the aid of a cane. I have gained weight due to pain, medication, loss of mobility and strength as well as suffering from severe depression. I attend physiotherapy but my weight is a continuous obstacle leaving it almost impossible for me to move any further with my rehabilitation. Joel, I need your book as an aid to encourage my weight loss so that I can advance in my therapy. I believe your system will help to turbo boost the very much needed weight loss I require in order to move forward with my recovery and help me to gain self confidence as I deal with the many challenges I face for the future. My accident has left me with a deeper understanding of the importance of having a healthy body. I deserve to win because losing weight for me is not just about appearances but will aid in my activities of daily living. I have a strong desire and am really motivated and committed to doing everything in my power to having a body in ideal condition so I may gain a better quality of life. Thank you for considering me.
For my entire life, I have been slightly overweight, but I have never really done anything about it. Three years ago, I began participating in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do, and I lost about twenty pounds. Then, a year and a half ago, I injured my right knee while training and had to have surgery and couldn’t do anything for six months. During that time, I gained nearly eighty pounds of fat, while probably losing quite a bit of muscle too. When my six month exercise hiatus was up, I began to exercise like crazy.
I took up running, weight lifting, and resumed my Tae Kwon Do training. Over the next six months, I lost over 100 pounds of fat (and I have put on about twenty pounds of muscle as a side effect). However, while I have lost a considerable amount of weight, I am still not thin. And I do know what the reason is.
While I have improved my diet from what it used to be, it is still not good. This is where Ninja Nutrition Tactics comes in. I need this program to lose my last twenty or so pounds of fat and (for the very first time in my life) see my abs.

Hey Joel
After 20 years of limited exercise and very average diet, I could use your help to work out the best way to improve my situation. After starting my own business, despite all the increased workload, I now have made time to take care of myself and your book would be a great starting point to achieving that goal. I am interested in achieving good nutritional balance through natural means, no supplements, no powders, no magic pills. Being healthy naturally. It should be simple, however today’s world everything just seems more and more complex! Hopefully your book help me achieve my goals to prove it can be done. I would really like to come back and say “Joel did it for me!”
Kind regards
L
Hi Joel, I know a lot of people are grabbing for the copies you are providing (thanks for generously providing ten free), but I would like to be among the chosen. I have purchased and worked out with your Xtreme Fat Loss program, even over your buddy “Rohn’s” program and would like the extra insight you wish to unleash with the Ninja Secrets. Hey!! Choose me!! (Thanks.)
I deserve to win because I have been trying to loose weight since I had my kids. My oldest is 17 and my youngest is 14. I work out at a gym 5-7 days a week. I don’t eat junk food. I eat a very healthy diet. I had a hysterectomy 6 yrs ago anf ever since my weight has not stopped. I have managed to “cover up” for all these years and now I can’t cover any more. I am 46 and the weight is coming on so fast all of a sudden Idon’t know what to do. I hurt my foot walking and now i can’t walk or jog like I was hoping to. I really need some help! I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help………….

I have lost 30+ pounds over the last 5 an a half months. I changed my eating habits, by taking your advice as well as Jonh Benson and Isabel Rios by watching what I eat and being consistant with my workout and being more balanced with cardio/muscle strength training. My goal is to lose about 15 to 20 more pounds of fat so I can reach my goal of 180 to 185 pounds.I’m 41 years old and want to be in the best shape I can be. I’ve run into a problem as of late with trying to get these last few pounds off and I strongly believe the NNT will help me achieve my goal.
Thank you
Randy
I am fifty years old , I used to compete in bodybuilding contests in the eighties , I stopped training 21 years ago due to work pressures as I was working 80 hours a week and then I got married , emigrated to Australia , started my own 1 man business , had 2 kids etc. Last year I decided that when I got to fifty I would show my kids and my wife how good I used to look on stage . So I went back to the gym , have not missed a workout for 15 months , and I am now looking at an entry form on my desk for an over fifties bodybuilding show ,and I want to enter and look as good as I used to “back in the day”
Thanks for considering me

Hello Joel,
I am a highly motivated person who knows what it takes to lose fat and gain muscle and that’s hard dedicated work, proper nutrition and intensive exercise that you feel the next day. There are no easy shortcuts but there are techniques and tricks here and there that do help. I recently got back from a tour in Afghanistan with the Canadian Forces and while over there lost most of any size I had due to the nature of the job and gained some unwanted fat due to billion calorie rations full of preservatives and other horrible things processed food contains. With my newborn son Liam just a few weeks old I am determined to be in the best shape I can possibly be in so he grows up with a fit father full of health and nutrition knowledge so he won’t become part of the overwhelming group of obese children in North America. I am ready to get back into the best shape of my life.
what a response Joel! u must be chuffed! good for u…
so why should i win a copy of the Ninja code? Because:
unlike many of ur customers (tho not all) my fat has a lot to do with pregnancies and is therefore much harder to lose than the fat gained by negligence in diet;
ive hit the plateau even tho i do intense cardio for 45 minutes daily AND am very good with my food (or so i believe – his highness the ninja might yet prove me wrong!);
the belly fat loves me too much – i need the ninja to eliminate it once and for all;
once the jelly belly is gone – the last hurdle left now – i will automatically become ur walking talking advert (and ive been told i shouldve been in sales, THATS how persuasive i am when i really believe in something) for the hundreds of women that i know.
though i hope u will consider me for a free copy i know that my determination and drive will push me to keep fighting the flab for many years to come, with or without this book…i guess its a case of never giving up and believing that whatever i need will gravitate toward me when i need it, when the time is right…and i hope whoever does win the free copy really benefits from it, amen.
Hi Joel,
Well, what can I say? Do I deserve one of the 10 copies more than other people who have written? Honestly, I’m not so sure. I may be a bit heavier than I’d like, but it’s no huge debilitation. I can honestly say I truly love my life.
The reasons I have for wanting to lose weight are fairly typical, on the whole. I want to be physically attractive to the opposite sex. I mean, let’s be honest; it just makes the whole process easier. However, I hold no illusions about physical fitness magically giving me a perfect love life. Relationships hold many challenges, and the outcome, ultimately, depends on much more than a six pack. However, my wish to become physically fit mostly derives from how great being fit feels! I used to be a whole lot bigger than I am now, actually. I tell you, the first time I was able to scale a 7-foot brick wall, I practically fell off the damn thing laughing at how awesome it felt to have that much control over my body. I love the feeling of being in shape, and that’s what I’m shooting for.
Do I deserve a copy of your program? Well, that’s ultimately up to you. I make no claims as to my situation in life, though. I’m 18, with a bright future ahead of me. All I can do is make a promise to follow and utilize the program, should I be chosen.
Thanks.
Dear Joel. How are you ?
I am Sanjay from India. I regularly read your blogs and pages. I want to remove fat from my stomuch, neck and cheeks. Though I am a single body person, as I has tried some pills 12 years before to get fat, I have got some fat on my face, neck and stomuch. Now I want to remove it and want to be slim as I was before. So you are requested to send me the copies that your are talking about.
Thanks.
hi, i´m pedro, and i think that i should win a free copy, cuz i want to get a six pack of abs and help my friends to get the same results, and my friends will help more people, like a chain of favors.
Hi Joel!! :) I had a baby last year and gained a lot of weight from it. I was already overweight before I got pregnant. After I had the baby I found out that I have breast cancer. I’m going through a LOT right now and on top of all that I’ve lost all self confidence. I believe that if I can get myself back in shape I will be able to get through the whole cancer thing a lot easier. And believe me… I’ll need all the confidence I can get with what I’m about to take on. Please help!
Have a GREAT weekend Joel!

Hey Joel,
I am 25 years old 5’10 and I weighed 220lbs. I have been over weight for roughly 8 years of my life and I was always hated myself. I hated how fat I was and I always had to wear baggy shirts/pants to hide it. I could never go swimming whenever my friends went to the pool or beach because that involved having to take of my shirt and that would reveal how fat I really was.
However, about a month ago I decided to go swimming with friend’s and this one girl who I liked a bit(the only reason why I went was because I wanted to talk to her more). They all went into the water and I followed also, but with my shirt on because I was too ashamed to take my shirt off. This one guy who was there saw how fat I was because it showed through the shirt I was wearing and he kept making fun of me. He called me a whale, a fattass, a blimp, man with boobs, and so on for about 5 minutes. The name calling just didnt stop and I was so mad at myself.
I quickly left without saying bye to anyone because I was so embarrassed. I went home and sat on the chair for about 2 hours and thought about what happened. Finally, I decided I had to stop focusing on what happened and to start doing something about it! I started to look online and I stumbled across Xtreme Fat Loss Diet system. After half an hour of reading up on it, I decided to buy it. There was no turning back! I had one goal and that goal was to get in shape!
I bought all the supplements, prepared the food, bought all the equipment and started my transformation! After a month later,I went from 210lbs to 175lbs! I lost a total of 35lbs!! I went from 26% to 19% percent body fat! I am so happy with myself because I can live life again! My abs are showing a bit now, but I would like to see more. I found the motivation I needed to keep on pushing so I can get in even better shape!! In conclusion, I deserve a copy because I know how it feels to be fat, to be ashamed of yourself, and to hate life. I hated how I was!!! Now, I’ve tasted how it feels to be in shape and I love it!! I want to be in even better shape and I know Ninja Nutrition Tactics will help me achieve that. So please, please pick me to get a free copy.
thank you and have a healthy day!!
Anthony
Dear Mr. Joel,
In my childhood I was very thin and was given many medication by my parents to add some bulk. Finally some tablet recommended by a local physycian worked and I have started putting on weight. I have joined a Karate class and practiced heavily upto 4 hrs a day, but I was always on the plump side. Now I am 46 due to multiple dislocations of my knee and ankles I could not practice as before. I am eating very less. No alcohol or smoke. Now, if I try hard and follow some method to loose weight I hardly loose any. I will loose at the most 3 kilos and stay there. If I discontinue it as there is no progress I will gain back atleast 6 kilos. If you can kindly send me a free copy of your Ninja Nutrition Tactics it will be of great help I believe.
I am keenly interested in the Ninja Nutrition Tactics, because I’m newly motivated to focus on me. I’ve spent so many years focusing on work and other outside responsibilities that I let myself and my former training habits fall by the wayside. Now I’m in the process of searching out a fulfilling redefinition of me for myself (I’ve been unemployed since November, alternating being told that I’m overqualified for positions in my field and not qualified enough for positions in new fields), and I have a new desire to rebuild a healthy and strong physique, and relearning how to eat for fuel rather than for comfort is a major block in that new foundation. I believe NNT would go a long way to help me down this new path.
I would love to win a copy. Five years ago I lost 70 lbs by exercising and watching what I ate. I felt so good and it was fun having my family and friends tell me how nice I looked. Two years ago I broke my right arm in two places. After it had started healing, I broke it again in one place. This time it did not want to heal, so I ended up having surgery and now have a metal plate with screws in my upper right arm. This whole ordeal lasted 8 months and since I couldn’t exercise I gained weight. I have been trying so hard to get the weight off again, but it is slow going. Then to top it all off, I had back surgery the end of May and again….no exercise until it is completely healed, which will take from 3months to up to a year to heal. Again the weight is coming on. I really need some guidelines on how to eat properly and make it a lifestyle. I’m a grandma in my late 60’s and really want to live long enough to see my grandchildren get married!!
Thank you for the chance to win a free copy.

Why not me?
Seriously, I find nutrition the most confusing thing in this whole “fitness” lifestyle, so having this thorough, educational, guide with easy to follow steps would be like the icing on the cake. I’m sick of struggling and taking two steps froward, three back and never feeling like I’m ever getting anywhere, so if this could help me then bring it on. i love to learn and be challenged and this seems like the perfect fit for that. i could go into ‘my story’ but i don’t want to rest on my laurels or excuses any more. i believe if you want something bad enough you will do anything to get it. that’s what i like to focus on, the positives to come, not the negatives in the past or present. So i would be happy and privileged to earn a copy of this ebook. no matter what, i thank you for the opportunity to win one. I’m sure your generosity will be reciprocated to you in many ways.
I trust some of you fitness guys – your nutrition and movement advice is thoughtful, intentional, and most importantly, backed by extensive research. But one of the bits I most appreciate about you, and others like Lou Schuler and TC and Andrew Heffernan … you guys are pretty damn good writers. So I thought I could win a free copy of NNT by impressing you with some writing skills. See, I’m an English major, high school English teacher, etc., etc.
But I realized, I have a much more compelling reason for why I deserve a copy of NNT: I’m working at a summer camp right now. I’m about 3,000 miles from home and from my fiancé. My options at the cafeteria tonight?: fried chicken, Alfredo pasta (for the vegetarians), and mashed potatoes. I don’t have access to a gym. I’m doing Tabata sprints, push-ups, and jump squats about as often as my musculature and cardiovascular system will allow.
Joel, I’ve been here for four weeks, and I’ve got three more to go. Once I’m home, I need to work on looking HOT in my wedding dress.
p.s. *Please?*
Hi Joel,
I deserve to win a copy because your program has changed my life, I can’t get enough of your writings, and we are on a bit of a limited budget.
I haven’t felt this good in years. It all began when I decided to take the plunge and do your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet at the beginning of June. Nothing ever worked like this for me before. I’m feeling stronger, fitter, thinner, and super sexy. I need to buy a whole new wardrobe. I’m 51 years old and I think I may have been a preteen or early teenager when I last weighed this much, and I certainly wasn’t this fit.
I probably have about another 5% of my body fat to lose. Part of my goal was to get super fit so I could earn my black belt in a karate dojo with strict standards, so I love your Ninja theme.
So, a desirable reward like a copy of your publication would be wonderful and greatly appreciated by my husband and family not only for the aid it will be in helping me achieve my goals, but for the impact my well-being has on the well-being of the entire household. (and I know your publication will have an Xtreme impact on my well-being!). In addition, everyone will appreciate the savings for for our pocketbook.
Thanks!
