Hi Joel,
I’ve spent the past couple of springs trying to get ready for the summers. I spent my winters trying to gain muscle (and thus some fat in the process). While other programs have given me relativle good success, I hit the wall at around 12% body fat, and can’t seem to get any lower. Sticking to those programs just give me diminishing results. I’m looking for something to help me break my plateau. Would the Ninja Nutrition Tactics help me?
because i have put on weight as a result of a lack of exercise… i love to exercise but for the last year and a half i’ve been having an injury battle. This gets me down cause i love to run and do high impact sports. i don’t want to let this determine who i am anymore. I know the key for me is nutrition but i don’t really know where to start because i feel that i generally eat healthy foods. i know i lose weight the less i eat, but it is so hard to maintain! i love food, and i love feeling fit and healthy!
Today I turned 58 years old and for the first time in my life I feel older. Yesterday I did yard work and I was only able to complete to complete half of it. I am retired military and I’ve never had a problem doing yard work. What has this has to do with me wanting to win a free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics? I really believe that your program could be the solution to my problems. I retire from the military in 1996 and worked out on a regular basis but my eating working stayed. This didn’t really concerned me because I was working and felt. The weight kept piling on and I never seen it I mean I still look the same and felt the same. Two years ago I really noticed the difference and tried several programs to change my eating habits along my exercise regime. Some things worked for me (as far as exercising ) but my eating habits was a slowing progress. I like the title you select ( Ninja Nutrition Tactics) it sounds very promising .
I deserve because I am 48 years old woman who tried all the diets in this planet; however, I cannot completely shed the unwanted “belly fat” and I am getting frustrated. I literally live in the gym and my typical day of workout was 2 hours. Please help I need it so bad.
Thank you
Hey Joel,
I’m not sure how you can quantify “deserving” to win the free Ninja Tactics. I am sure I haven’t done anything special, or worked harder than anyone else, or have more to gain, or more to lose. I am just an ordinary 50 yr old fat female with an intense desire to change my life this year! I have know since I was 35 that my 50’s were going to be my decade. I decided this year I am going to lose 50 of the 100lbs I need to lose. I have been using your XFLD, and so far, I am down 16lbs of fat, and am starting to tone up. I don’t know that I deserve it more, but I sure do want it Joel!
I’ve been training for 16 years, and despite excellent numbers in performance, I’ve never been able to quite get there on body fat percentage. Of course, you cannot out train a bad diet. This help me resolve that final hurdle to complete my goals.
I’m a mother of two with a demanding/stressful, full-time job like a lot of others out there. I don’t necessarily believe that I deserve this over anyone else because everyone’s reasons are compelling, but I would definitely LOVE to try this as it’s screaming success (and can’t afford for another program to show me that I’ve failed again.)
Although I typically eat healthy, I need to learn a lot more about how and what to eat to help me get into shape. My husband is in peak performance and I would love to be able to surprise him with a fit, new body that doesn’t scream, “I had two kids back-to-back and my body has gone to pot from lack of rest, etc etc.” Feeling out of shape and unattractive, I don’t put much effort into looking good anymore. I’ve tried other programs before but have failed either because I thought they were too difficult or required too much effort on my part. I need something that is fairly straightforward, and I’ll say it, full-proof! :)
Hi Joel,
I’m sure there are a lot of deserving people out there, but I can tell you that I’ve never worked harder or been more dedicated to anything in my life as I’ve been over the last 8 months of my fat loss journey. I started at 198lbs (I’m only 4’11”!), 47% body fat, high blood pressure and unable to do much exercise due to serious knee injuries. I hired a personal trainer, work out 4-5 times a week (strength training + HIIT cardo) and have completely revamped my diet. I’m happy to have lost 40lbs so far (mostly fat), but I still have so much futher to go! I’m really searching for some new strategies to rev up my metabolism and give me some hope on the second half of my journey. I promise that I’ll put the information to good use and hope to inspire others with my success!
P.S. Thanks for all the free info – I really appreciate it!
I believe that I deserve a free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics because you have already taken 2 months’ worth of money from me for Transformation Domination without sending me anything (nor replying to any of my numerous emails to “support”). So I figure I’ve already partially paid for one.

I am going to cut to the chase…I am a 53 yr old mom with fibromyalgia, I have been lifting weights and exercising all my life. Exercising makes my body feel awhole lot better vs lying on the couch with pain. I am at the gym alot, and I can’t get past a certain weight. I scour the net for ideas to keep me working at it, thinking…aha! this will do it. Can you please help me? Thank you.
Hi Joel, Hello from Ireland!! I read your post re NNT #8 and think the way you have composed NNTcan put a bit of fun into adopting a new lifestyle. They are a completely different way of approaching CHANGE and by following through on them it will help me (and your other fans) in tranistion to a lasting life plan.I am also very interested in the back-up science info and have read most of the posts over and over to try and retain the information and carry it with me in my head.I know I need the facts ingrained so that if I’m tempted to stray too far from my new lifepath, I’ll be able to logically and scientifically reason with myself why I don’t NEED those extra calories .I hope to start your web-based nutrition/exercise soon and would love a free copy of NNT in my arsenal to help me towards my goals. Regards. Regina.
At 53, i am finding it tougher and tougher to rid myself of the belly fat no matter how much i work out. Even started jogging. What really gets me is my wife never has any problem getting rid of any fat she may have accumulated on holidays or vacations. frustrating. Would love the free copy.

I have purchased and completed several plans in the last year or so to attempt to reach my goal of single digit bady fat and cut up abs. First I got your Cheat Your Way Thin program along with the workouts. I got in shape but still wasnt as cut as I wanted to be so I focused on a more intense cardio and did the Insanity workout. That got me in decent shape but I still wasnt in single digits. Then I focused on all of your hints you give with emails and facebook but I’m still not at my goal. I’m laid off so I cant afford to purchase any other plans when raising 6 year old twin girls. It would be great to win the Ninja plan if its as good as you say so I can reach my goal….thanks for your time!!!
I am near tears because I have tried everything I can think of to lose this baby weight! My baby is 11 months old and I weigh the same as I did when she was 3 months. I have consistently been going to the gym in the mornings (5 days a week) since my doc gave me the go ahead at 8 weeks. I go on streaks where I eat really well; fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, etc. I feel good about my food choices, but the scale stays the same, so I give up and pig out and yet again, the scale stays the same. Give or take a couple pounds either way. I am currently on week four of Roman’s FPFL program and have lost 1 1/2″ off my waist, which I am super happy about, but I still have that ugly baby belly that I need to get rid of and the scale still says that same ugly number. I am only 5 feet tall and my babies have been 9 pound babies which has really added to that horrific belly. I need help. I have never done a ‘real’ diet before. I just try to make healthy choices. Should you choose me for a free copy I will follow it so diligently as I am desperate to look good again and return to my pre-baby weight of 115!
Thanks for your consideration,
Jessica
Hey Joel,
I have always been able to stay lean and if at some point I was not lean, I could work it off. Now that I am 44, this has become more of a struggle. I work out hard in the gym and do HIIT as well. My nutrition, which I know is a huge part of any transformation, is more challenging to adhere to, especially when there are new studies but not readily available to the public. Your NNT system sounds like just the thing I need. You study the science behind fat loss and know it will help me. I feel I deserve a copy as I will follow it and will be one heck of a testimonial for you.
Let me prove it to you.
Alex
Joel…Right to the point….I am a 53 yr old mom with fibromyalgia. I lift weights and exercise 3-4x’s a week, it makes me FEEL better vs lying on the couch in pain. I love to work out, but I am stuck at a certain weight on the scale and it will not drop. If I could see some consistent results in my shape and weight…living in this body wouldn’t be quite so bad. Thank you for all you do to help to make us better.
Joel,
I honestly can’t tell you why I deserve to win a FREE Copy of your Ninja Nutrition Tactics, especially over all of your great and consistent readers (being new). I have simply tried everything conceiveable and have studied more about weightloss than ever before. Everyone has a compelling reason from your “Biggest Fan” to stuck on the last 10 and understanding their plight, I can’t tell you why I am more deserving. I will simple say that I want a system that will help me attain my goals with fat loss and I believe Ninja Nutrition tactics is the missing link in my struggles.
Keep up the great work.
Cheers!
I’ve been training consistently over the past two years but have come to a minor wall trying to get rid of the last ten pounds of fat on my gut. I’ve been doing the 300, kettlebell, Zuzana, and other workouts, as well as hitting 24 Hr Fitness once a week, but now I’m pretty sure to get where I want to be I need to make major changes in my diet.
I’m going to get there whether I use your techniques or not, but I am very intrigued by your description of the book. If you have truly transformational techniques that aren’t available to anyone other than your private clients, I would really appreciate seeing your book since it is unlikely I could become a client of yours.
I’ll be out of town next week, but when I return, I will be doing the velocity diet from tmuscle.com. The key thing to that one is protein shakes… obviously not original, but I’m sure it will shake up my body enough to burn the last disgusting pounds from my gut.
You obviously have a lot of fans, but the only difference with me is I’ll either be proof that your book works, or I’ll be proof someone else’s program works.
Thank you, Joel.
Let’s see – you should give me a copy of this program since I am the original skeptic. I don’t believe anything I cannot prove in some way to be the truth. I purchased the Cheat program, and used it by the letter of the law and it worked incredibly well. I still adhere to the plan and have controlled my weight and muscle to fat ratios with that plan. I have an interest in nutrition and believe it to be the key to fitness, even more so than physical exercise, although the daily workout regimen is essential for a healthy body, no question. If I get a copy, I promise to evaluate it fairly and honestly and report back with what works and what doesn’t – my age group by the way is 60 plus. I still do 5 days a week at the gym and am a scuba instructor. If you are interested in an honest opinion – you can have mine – for a free copy!!
Joel,
You want these to go to action takers…and I’ll give you one.
When I completed my first year of law school, I was 5’11, 130 lbs at 25% body fat, smoked, and ate a horrible diet (predominantly McDonald’s, M&Ms, and Mt. Dew). That was about 4 years ago.
During my second year, I decided to turn my life around. I quit smoking cold turkey, changed my diet to completely clean, and started weightlifting. When I first started, I could bench 60 lbs (yes, it was that bad), squat 80, and deadlift 60.
Today, I am 188 lbs at 13% body fat. When I last maxed out 10 weeks ago, I benched 225, squat 270, and deadlifted 300.
Despite that I work 60-80 hour weeks, I still always make time to hit the gym (or the track or stairs for those HIITs that you’ve hooked me on), eat six clean meals a day, and take a Sunday to pig the f*** out. No excuses–even if it means that I’m running under the streetlights at 11pm.
I am hoping to reach my goal of bench-squat-deadlift hitting 250-300-330 by September–and at the rate I’m going, I’m pretty sure I’ll make it. But I also want to drop my body fat to under 10%. It’s been a struggle to finally break the 15% barrier, and I know it’s only going to get more difficult. But with you as my sensei, I know that I can hit the single digits.
Looking forward to more great tips. Thanks Joel!
Brodie
Exactly why should I be chosen to win a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics..?
Because I’ve been in the business of training people for nearly 30 years, and if there’s something new out there, I need to know it!
Why do I deserve to win a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics…? Because whatever I learn, I won’t keep to myself. I’ll spread it around to anyone that wants to listen.
(Not bad. About 180 words to spare.)
I’m now 35 & it is now extreemly difficult to lose any fat, it’s not the same as before 10 years ago; just light diet & exercise will do it. Now I have to stop eating any bread or rice to have some results after few months, which is very depressing. Hope this copy will give me another chance in this life. Thanx
