Hello Joel,

I am really excited about this opportunity. I have tried a lot of weight loss programs in the past and they have not worked for me successfully. I have lost a few pounds here or there, but nothing significant. I exercise at least 2-3 times per week. I eat fairly healthy, but the weight just does not seem to come off.
I am graduating from college in Spring 2011 and my goal is to be where I want to be in weight loss and in health. My ultimate goal is to finish a triathlon once I graduate. I have had quite the roller coaster ride these last couple of years and I know for sure that my commitment to completion and this program will definitely help me with my goals.

Thank you in Advance!

WOW!! THREE HUNDREAD PLUS COMMENTS! Call the teenage mutant ninja turtles!!! hahaha this is outrageous! Joel, you know what that means right? You’re money man, and YOU KNOW IT! People they worhsip you, because youve got good advice and I got to admit that your articles arent boring, cuz you put that wit into them, so it keeps us entertained and possitive :D

That being said, I think have less chance of getting the respected NINJA NUTRITION TACTICS, than a mouse crawling out of a room with ten hungry cats!
Some people here have had surgeries, others have suffered accidents, I even read of someone who lost his wife. Others are getting married and when to be in shape for there honeymoon…well not me!

I am healthy, no surgeries, unmarried, no one has died in my family (except a Pug I had 2 years ago – sad moment) I go the gym 5 times a week and I think I have a healthy diet.

So I think I am the one who less deserves it from all the posts here. That being said, do not send it to me! hahaha

But I have got this feeling Joe, its just exploding on the inside of me, that tells me you’re so darn cool, that youre gonna post it for a couple of hours and give us a little piece of the action.

I surely hope this gut feeling is right.

Best regards Joel, great writing.

Love, Frank

Hi !
You give me a copy I am going to use every tactic you share and I will do it.

Greetings from Sweden.
http://www.cometosweden.com

Was down as low as 180 four years ago but did it through atkins. I lost tons of muscle and am now up to 252 and not nearly as strong as I was. Have tried hitting the gym regularly. Now working on getting a personal trainer. Even have our own biggest loser competition going on at work. I know I can do this and really miss how I looked and felt.

Konnichiwa!

Joel, I’d like to receive a free copy of NNT because of all the wonderful truth that I have been exposed to since I was introduced to your world through Mike Geary. Since menopause, I have put on 60+ lbs and although I have faithfully utilized the “diets” that worked for me in the past, they don’t work now and no matter how hard I rowed or walked, I was slowly putting on about a pound a month. Stop, I say! Stop! In January, I started my search and research into a more scientific approach to my problem and at the end of April discovered you and Rohn Jomaniello just before the launch of XFLD. I tried to get a free copy of that but was unsuccessful but I did purchase the trial but couldn’t afford the supplementation portion nor do I have access to a gym. The information on how the body works and how to manipulate leptin and cheat days was like a new world opening up for me. So, although I haven’t used XFLD as outlined, I have incorporated some of the strategies and have shed 7 lbs. WooHoo! The more truthful information, the better the result and I NEED more. So, domo arigato, sayonara, and hope to hear from you tomarra!

Apple or pear body? Not me. I have the “fisherman” body – you know the one that will keep you safely afloat in the stream while fly fishing. I exercise – weight, resistance and interval training and try, (most days) to eat well. And so far nothin’. And I’m going to be 50 in a few months so I really can’t afford to waist any more time, I mean it’s certainly not going to get any easier.
A past trainer told me, “it’s 80% diet”, although clearly the diet I’m using is the not the one that does the trick. So bring on the Ninja – I’m determined to get rid of the FLOAT TUBE!!!

I have purchased and used many great workout program from you and your fellow Pro trainer including Craig Ballantine, Vince del Monte, Dave Ruel..etc
They are all brilliant in their own ways! Rather to build muscle or lose fat!
Having the Ninja Nutrition Tactics is a must for me to add to my collection!
And I am very excited to add these tactics to the training programs i have right now!

I will be honoured to learn more about your nutrition tactics and lose those last few pounds of belly fat!

Thanks!

Dora

I am a young personal trainer but have been training and researching for four years now. As I am now taking to the field of training others, it has really helped me to focus on my goals as well, teaching others definitely helps you learn. I often have conflicting goals, gaining more muscle or cutting down. But currently I have achieved a happy medium for myself as I focus on training others, but it would be outstanding if I could win a copy of NNT to take my nutrition and my clients nutrition to the next level and really help them shred down, as well as applying it myself during my cut cycle to show just how well NNT works!

I’m always looking for ways to improve upon my diet, training and mindset for greater results in muscularity, leanness, power, and agility.

Right now, I’ve been helping my girlfriend with strategies to lose weight. She had previously eaten less than 1000 cal/day, while doing hours of cardio. We did the XFLD together – and I think I needed her support more than she needed mine! She’s getting on board with some resistance training, and her nutrition knowledge is increasing almost daily…but we could both use something new and cutting edge to jump our progress to the next level. Thanks for giving us a chance to put the ninja tactics to the test!

Hey Joel,

Gee… I do not really care whether I win it or not! simply put, I WANT it, and I want it BAAAD ;) If I do not win it (and I realise one cannot win it all) I will buy if of you and I do not care what it cost and whether it comes with these “free” bonuses or not.
I just need to know what it is about and whether it can help me get rid these last few pounds off my back, thighs and exposed ripped abs.

+ I think it would be good follow up to earlier “Extreme Fat Loss Diet” I got from you earlier… Screw me… If I do not deserve after these 5 flipping miserable days when I was chewing these rubbish tasting amino acids every 5 days for nearly 4 weeks!!!! Well, day on powders only was not much nicer!
Getting you Ninja stuff could simply put a smile back on my face and restore faith in your good heart – right now I reckon you’re a real mean MF, who likes to know that people suffer nibbling on according to your diet books ;)

Stay cool!

Best regards,

Bronek

I bought the Xtreme Fast Loss Diet and studied it, printed it out, hung it on my wall and went to work on it. After 5 weeks, I had only achieved decent results but that was due to my state of mine. I thought I had more control of myself then I really did. For the last two cycles of the program though, I stuck to it almost 100% and it really kicked my motivation into high gear. I ended the diet about a month ago and since then, I’ve lost a few pounds of body fat and gained about as much in muscle. I’ve always been a skinny kid and I’m fed up with it now. I have missed one workout in the last 3 weeks and my diet is getting up to the 80-85% mark. I’ve even gone so far as to change what time I wake up. I used to get up at 9:30 to get to work by 10. Now, I’m awake and at the gym by 7:15 at the latest. I get more done now and I feel better doing it. The Ninja secrets that you posses will help me become that much more of a threat to the few percentages of fat that I have left to eliminate. When I do, you better keep an eye on your favorite magazine, because I’m going to be on one. That is, if I have time off from fighting all the good looking ladies off me.

Dear Joel,

Dear Joel,
When I was 16 I started working out to lose weight and get into bikini shape. I worked out at home in my bedroom to my mom’s workout videos such as Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith but I never lost weight because I didn’t have the right nutrition at home. My mom couldn’t drive due to epilepsy and we had pre-packaged food delivered to the house. When I started college, I joined a Sports Team to be around healthy conscious people and learned that I loved running.

My junior year, I studied abroad in Europe where I finally was on my own to cook for myself and build some healthy habits. But, I didn’t have the knowledge to know what to cook, how much to eat and what foods to combine with. I did lose about 20 pounds by eating healthier but I have been stuck for about 4 years now at 160 lbs. I want to get into shape so that I feel comfortable in the clothes I wear and walking on the beach in a bikini.

After all these years, I am still lost in the entire food selection process. I want to learn how to feed my body, what to put inside and how much I need. I hope I will learn how to do that with the Ninja Nutrition tactics and finally lose these pounds that have been haunting me my whole life and learn how to properly feed and nurture my body!

Thank you,

Hi! I am a personal trainer and I will use the information of the NNT to help millions of people to lose weight and live the rest of their lives healthily.
thanks

Hi Joel

I’m 120lbs Over weight. I never use to weigh this much at 20 I weighed 95lbs
and was considered under weight. At 21 the Doctors realized I had an over active thyroid or graves disease and was ready to stroke out. Their solution was to burn my thyroids out with radio active iodine. They said I might gain some weight but in less then a month I gained 75lbs which my body could not handle so quickly. Walking which was an activity I enjoyed was now painful and very taxing. I’ve tried every thing diets powders pills I even went to a dietitian, I joined a gym which was way to expensive.Reading through your e-mails these things I could easliy put into place at home which would be perfect for me since I am on a limited budget. Thank-you for considering me. I’ve been trying to lose this extra weight for 18 years with no success.

I’ve lost 93 pounds to date and for the last two years I’ve been trying to lose the last 10 pounds that has situated itself on my lower half and DOESN’T budge no matter what I do! I lost a couple pounds on the XFLD but nothing life changing, and I have officially run out of options and ideas.

Shogun,

At 40 I realized that if I wanted to see my 2 year old grow up that I needed to get my 250lbs behonkess off the couch and in the gym. I started in march of 2007 and by sept. of 2008 I had lost 52lbs. Then Hurricane Ike rolled in and did a number on my house by putting a tree in my roof. So I cut the tree of the roof and replaced all the wood and coverd it with a tarp. Their was so much damage in the area, all the roofers were going to be tied up for months on end so I decided that I would put the shinkels on myself and did a wonderful swan dive off the latter and broke my ankle. this nocked me out of working out for over a year. And my weight went back up to 235lbs So in January of 2010 I started back to the gym. My strength has all come back to what it was, my ankel is getting stronger but I can only run up to a mile now. I was at 3 miles three time a week. I seem to be stuck at 225lbs and need the tricks of an Ninja master to help me enter the octagon of fat loss, and come out the other side a winner. It seems that You have the smoking sword I need to conquer my goals. I will not let you down, if you give me the chance!!! Thanks Rodney

Hi Joel:
Love all of your stuff! I am trying to shed those last 15 pounds. I was bedridden last September until January and gained an awful 30 pounds. The past 6 months, I have regained my physical activity level through lots of hard work and determination. I have continued to eat well. Despite this, I am on a total plateau! My family history is prone to diabetes II, so I have an extreme fear of becoming overweight. My husband and I work out regularly! I believe this would help me overcome my plateau and also give me the knowledge to teach my children to ensure they don’t continue the cycle of unhealthy eating habits. If it just comes down to begging…then please please please pick me! :)

I have committed to reach on my precious goal since past 26 years. Sometimes some people easily fed up and left the long reaching path. They left all their actions and efforts. As my short time goal I had vision one helpful website and that kind of website never put on net yet and expecting huge success once available. I do not want to disclose this information to any web developer and I have started to learn how to develop website. I now need to know how to improve my health because just today I discharged from hospital after undergone emergency treatment [Frankly as a large part of ignorance towards health] and this is the high time I want some guidance from instructor like you who will make realize his presence even not present through this kind of book. Since I already got wake up call and I am action taker your book will definitely help me out to plan my daily nutritional intake of food.

I deserve to win because I just dropped 16 lbs using your EFL system! I want to keep refining my body, and find the stuff you write to be actually useful.

I’m just dying to keep this up. Hope I win so my progress keeps coming!

@ Mark Day:

I’m 100% Japanese ha! just teasing you man (but I am)

Joel
I’ve been reading your posts and I like them a lot, they have been very useful and funny. I’ve been going to the gym for a year now, and I’m right in that f*cking plateau :-[, I hate it, and I think you could help me get trough it! If you give me copy of your tactics I’ll go wherever you are and give you a crushing bones hug (with me lean, and ripped arms) to thank you for your help hahaha

Hi Joel! Super excited for your Ninja Nutrition Tactics. I had great success with the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and have been cheating my way thin in the interim. I love love love your blog. I read all I can online and in books about health, nutrition, fat loss and you make the most sense. I work out six days a week and have no problems there. I love to eat so your programs with the planned cheat days fit right in with my life. Of course I am looking for more tools to have in my toolbox to tweak my diet here and there to really get the physique I am looking for. My sister just won her second figure competition and is trying to get me to go on her diet of egg whites, greens, and chicken but I just can’t go there. I need me some pizza once a week!! Thanks for keeping it real, Joel. You rock!!

Hi – I am almost 64. My weight problems started 20 years ago when a difficult pregnancy weakened my back. Since then, 2 artificial hips and arthritis of the sacrum have put an end to running and serious weight training. A divorce, a death in the family, and frightening financial obstacles had me depressed for a year. A few months ago, I decided to get control back for my life. I have been eating healthy organic foods, working out 3 times a week the “Fat Burning Furnace” way and walking an average of a mile a day. I’ve lost an inch or so off my waist – only – but the scale has not moved. I’m already implementing the low, low, high carb cycle and am ready to do whatever it takes to get the weight off.

I have a son with a chronic illness who has to do lots of treatment each day, a large part of which is exercise, to try and prolong his life as much as possible. I have always told him how important this is for his longevity, but have only paid lip service to exercising and maintaining health weight myself. I’m about to turn 60 and think I have to start leading by example. You know the old saying..actions speak louder than words. My life is largely sedentary and so I need all the help I can get. I think winning a copy of your book would give me a good plan and act as a motivator to keep me on track to achieving my wieght loss and fitness goals.
Many thanks
Jennifer
