Hi Joel, I am a woman of 57 years and have neglected the fitness and nutrition for almost all my life. I train hard over the past 2 years and I am a faithful reader of your advice even if I have to translate everything in French because I am French (Montreal, Quebec, Canada). I lost over 30 pounds but I see how difficult it is when you are older, to remove the few remaining 15 pounds without losing all our tone. I like to look great for my age and I think that Ninja Tactics Nutrition could make the difference for me. Thank you for reading me and continue your good work. I’ll continue to follow you and enjoy. Sorry for the translation, I know it is not perfect. Kind regards, Micheline

Although I did not have the full success that I had hoped for on the extreme fat loss diet, I am non-the-less a continued fan and supporter of your work! Your information makes sense! I have continued to exercise and modify my eating habits according to your advice. A few more of your strategies (ie. Ninja Nutrition Tactics!) would most certainly help me achieve my goal of losing a few more pounds! I believe in what you are saying and I am a ‘do-er’….so I will follow your advice ‘to-the-tee’ and then be the first to pass on the word that “Joel Marion’s progams really DO work!!!”

I have just retired from 30 years in the Navy and have been diagnosed as 100% disabled. I have been using Rob Poulos’s Fat Burning Furnace program for 6 months. I have built lean muscle but can’t seem to get rid of that last 10 to 15 pounds of fat. My disabilities don’t prevent me from lifting weights, just running (artificial knee and hip). I really need this program to get me over the top.

Thanks for the consideration.
Go Navy!

I’ve been trying to get the “perfect body” for about 3-4 years now and while I have definitely made significant improvements, I am still not in the shape I want to be YET. I can see my abs when I stand but there is still significant body fat on me. I’m not sure of the exact pecentage, but I’d say around 10-13% would be a good estimate at 6’5″ and 220 lb. I know I can do this and get in better shape. I’m also a high school basketball player by the way and getting in better shape would definitely be beneficial.. Most of my family is also overweight and need a good solution to look better, feel better, and be healthier. They are very interested in losing body fat but they are ill-advised by the health media. I really want to help them but I’m not sure how I can get them to understanad how. I believe this NNT ebook would be a great way for them to start shedding fat.

Thank you for reading my entry.

I should win because I’m a 20 year old who should be at the prime in his life. Using me as an example so that other out of shape college students can relate and want to strive for success is a good way to go.

I started out as a skinny-fat kid a few years ago, and managed, by hard work and persistent effort, to become a skinny kid. From there I was able to progress away from skinny, and on into the territory of the merely slim. Since that point, I’ve been locked in something of a conundrum… that last 1-2% bodyfat that keeps certain things (like the abs that I’ve sweated my figurative and literal ass off for) from being seen. My weight’s gone up during ‘bulking’ periods, then back down to the same baseline. I’ve done fasting, Atkins, primal, you name it, and it seems like the only thing that’s going to do it is a ninja. I don’t want anything undeserved, I’d just about bled for this (actually, that one time when I got my hand caught under a barbell, I did bleed for this), and I’d like the results to show.

How can I convince you that I deserve to have a free copy of the Ninja Nutrition Tactics? There may be others who may just need it more than I do. When you consider the plight of others and compare it to your own someone is always worse off than you.

However, I know I am nutritionally deficient. I am a 59 year old female. 5’4″ 130 pounds. I have bone loss especially in my lower front jaw and my lower front teeth have to be held in my mouth with a wire to keep them from falling out.

I also have degenerated dics in my lower back and in my neck and well as well as sciatic nerve pain and my right shoulder comes out of the socket with hardly any movement at all and I have painfull knots in my upper back between the shoulder blade and the spine with associated tennis elbow from the frequent dislocations. I also broke my wrist and I have a titanium plate and screws in my bone and it is very weak and painfull all the time. My lower back needs strengthening since it goes into spasms.

In spite of these conditions I have managed to lose 20 pounds on the Extreme Fat Loss Diet however my exercise is limited due to the shoulder, wrist and back problems. I still have about another 5 to 10 pounds to lose and I need more muscle tone and strength.

When I do somethig I go all the way with it even to extremes which is evident by the fact that when I was doing the Power 90X exercises and stessed my body out so bad that I hurt my lower back and broke out with the Shingles across my chest which has stopped me from eercising at all lately. I am trying to get back to it but I know I need to build myself up nutritionally first which I hope to do with your Ninja Nutrition Tactics program if I am fortunate enough to win it.

I feel that your program has helped me tremendously with the 20 pounds of weight loss I have acheived which has allevieted a lot of extra stress on my discs and joints and I believe the new Ninja Nutrition Tactics will help me to rebuild the bones and the torn ligaments, muscles & tendons and help me to lose those last 5 to 10 pounds.

I am a 59 year old female. 5’4″ 130 pounds.

Thank You for Your Consideration in this matter. I hope I win a free copy of the Ninja Nutrition Tactics.

dont deserve to win a copy but do deserve the chance …
im nearly 41 5ft 7in and 259 pounds im getting married 20th august this year .i have been losing some weight and have dropped about 20 pounds and 2 percent fat since having recieved xfld in may…i used to compete in mma events in the heavyweight categorie but due to knee injuries and having a family i got lazy but due the fact i want to make a vast improvement to not only myself but my childrens perception of healthy living and eating to look and feel great..i have a goal weight im going to get to and i reckon the ninja tactics will help me achieve it ..the goal is 205 {lean}pounds the last time i was that weight was october 19th 1987.so if you belive that your ninja tactics could do the job i would be able to be your guinea pig

Hi, Joel.
I think i should win because i am already doing your XFLD and although i think the method is fantastic, i believe i’ll need other tactics to really shred without taking GH. Don’t get me wrong, i’m sticking to the diet and training and lifestyle a 110%, but i would love to have other weapons in my closet.

Thank you.

I have one reason to build a healthy, strong body. To live longer, so I can be there to be the best husband, father & grandfather I can be.

I have always been one to have limited success at weight loss, mostly due to genetics, but also due to improper guidance…flipping from one “fat loss guru” to another with the next best thing. What I achieved was not the weight/fat loss I desired, but less muscle and a slower metabolism because of it.

I’ve been going to the gym regularly now for sometime but I’m starting to reach that plateau. I’ve been a subscriber of yours now for quite awhile as well as a subscriber to Transformation Domination and have had some success following your tips.

Now is the time to take it to the next step and reach that hard, strong body that I want. You have helped so many people with your guidance and inspiration, and I am asking for your leadership for me as well.

My main goal in all of this is just to be as healthy as I can be for as long as possible. I am 47 and I know my “best” years are still yet to come…if I take control and I refuse to let my previous failures stop me from living a long fruitful life.

This tool well help me jump start my training and take my fitness to the
next level.

Thanks Joel for this awesome opportunity.

Thank you,
Scott

I am a workoutaholic. I do all the right things when it comes to working out-intervals, strength training, circuits, supersets, blah, blah, blah. However, I have the worst diet on the planet. I know what and what not to eat. However, I need a plan to guide me in the right direction.

i deserve to win because i went from being a 280 lb football player/power lifter down to 195lb 8-9% mixed martial artist/fitness model wanna be. lol i do sprints every morning lift every afternoon and do mma usually 4 times a week. and i eat clean. so i work my ass off! yet i cant seem to get under 190 and drop my fat % even lower. i want to get down to 5%. i know its just little diet tricks that im not aware of. and im anxious to get my hands on some useful information and seperate fact from fiction when it comes to dieting. so if you gave me the knowledge of the ninja……hahaha it would definately be put to good use and and assuming all your tricks work you would have yet another success story to brag about!

During my boxing years it was easy to be in shape and then, when fight time got close, to get into super shape. Now as the years pass by, I am still in pretty good shape but can never reach that super shape. I believe with Ninja Nutrition Tactics and the tactics I learn from you, I can once again relive those glory days of being in SUPER shape!

I recently completed the XTreme Fat Loss Diet; I lost 13 pounds and a lot of inches in good places. I’m looking a lot better — I’m now at my lowest weight since my early 20s, which was quite a while ago (oh, alright, 30 years!) — but I still need to lose another 10 to 20 pounds to achieve my ideal body. I’d like to find ways to lose the rest of the weight, keep it off, and be a red hot mama for the rest of my life!

Since last year beginning I have a goal, be lean. Last year I drop away 55 pounds. I still have 60 pounds of ugly fat that I’m going to drop away. I’m in my way but for some reason there are some weeks that I didn’t get my week goal, reading your posts I can figure out what’s happened with my body thanks for that. I’m motivated and I’m gonna get it. But with your techniques on the TNM probably I would get it sooner and more important learn about how my body works.
BTY. Thanks for sharing your knowledge in those post.

No can do. I’m not more deserving than some of these others. I’m just a lady of 48 years who is trying hard to loose weight and feels that any help along the way to learn how to eat smartly is help needed.

I found out about you through your friend Rob Poulos.

Thank you for your time and emails. I’ll keep on reading.

Sincerely
Sondra

I am so sick of TRYING to lose weight!! Joel, if you have the secret that could help me really lose weight…I really really want it! I have and will continue to fight to even lose 1 pound (that is a victory for me.) _ I am so stubborn that I know something is going to work! I don’t mind working really hard. I just really want to see some results!!!!! If I sound frustrated, you bet your #@*&^% I am. I need/want to lose this weight to be here, to be healthy…..and, I deserve to with the incredible amount of dedication I have put into trying to lose it!! I KNOW there HAS to be a way to get this weight off. No matter what, I just won’t give up!!

Hi Joel I´ve been reading all your posts since forever! I need to change my body so badly.. I´m from Latin America and maybe in 6 months I will be moving to Australian and seems that people over there is ripped.. I want to go to Australia and I don’t ´want to be shy about how I look.
I´ve been training for the last 2 years and I still don’t show any good results.. I know the part that is missing…. A proper diet that will help me enhance my work outs..

Gracias!

Hi Joel,

last time i saw my abs was about 5-6yrs ago and ever since i have been trying to get them back without much success… I workout 4-5 times a week while my upper body is in good shape my mid section is a disaster…i had 3 car accidents when i was younger and i have 2 herniated disc on my neck and back (lower)…i usually tend to do more cardio than abs due to back and neck pain… I am completely different person when i am in good shape it gives me more confidence and i feel like i can do anything ,i am more pleasant to be around just happier and nicer person in general lol….however nowadays even after a good workout (when i am pumped) all i see is the damn spare tire in my mid section, if you decide to give me a free copy i will work my ass off to get back in shape and make both of us proud…

Thanks
Nick

This is the perfect program for me because I’ve cut roughly 45 pounds in the last year. Of that, roughly 6% of it was body fat. I’ve toned muscles losing the fat but just started building them now. I need this nutritional insight because it will give me the piece i am missing, namely how to eat.

I eat way too plain and probably not enough. I just put that together from your weight loss and leptin post. I get it now. I’ve noticed eating up can help drop pounds…that blew me away! So now i need to know the secrets to cutting the next 5% body fat as I’m happy with my weight, i just need definition and 90% of that is nutrition. I’ve got the high density workouts going…looking forward to some guidance.

Hey Joel,
First of all, love the XFLD… have gone through the first cycle and am down a bit over 5 pounds and totally enjoying being able to eat some “good” food with the cheat days. I am training for my second bodybuilding show and am very interested in understanding nutrition better. At the gym I workout at, there are a number of younger lifters who are starting to get interested in bodybuilding and I believe with this resource I will be able to help and encourage them to see this sport can be fun (even through the cut-down) and not just a starvation time… and help me to enjoy it more too! Thanks for considering me.

Hey, I’m fat, I wanna win the book!

Hi Joel,
I have been following your free advice online for some time now which I have found to be a godsend cutting through the BS you read in all of the Magazines. I am now retired and don’t believe that being retired means not being able to stay in shape or improve you health on many levels. I have type 2 Diabetes and when I was Diagnosed 9 yrs ago I was told “YOU NEED MEDICATION.” Well I am still happily controlling it via diet and exercise. I have made some great advances in strength and muscle definition using your advice. My wife just recently underwent Breast Cancer surgery and will be starting chemo treatments soon so you can understand why good nutrition is in the fore front of my mind and how I feel it will help her develop a positive outlook in defeating all we will be dealing with. Thank you for all of the great knowledge and help you have passed on to all of your followers, keep up the great work.

Thank you,
John
