I have just turned 38 this year and I am at the point in my life where I have tried everything under the sun to get on the right track to losing weight. Upon finding your program I have lost 8 pounds so far and any help to becoming more fit with the added bonus of the “ninja” program will only add to my defeating the fat that lingers on my hips and behind. I struggle with herniated disks in my lower back and the strength that I have gained in the short time I have been using your program has been awesome! Once again I’m trying to writing to try and get a free copy of one of your products- this time being the Ninja Nutrition instead of XFLD cos I’m so so excited about it and I would love to be one of the first few to finish the whole ebook and start implementing it in my life! I don’t have a lot more weight to lose as I’ve followed the CYWT methods as well as some Turbulence Training (the interval workouts in the CYWT package encouraged me to) but it’s just these last few stubborn pounds that I can’t seem to shake off- you know what I mean? I know it sounds greedy but when you’re so close to your goal and you hit a plateau, you just want it more!

I remember reading that you can’t out-train a bad diet and so I believe that the nutritional aspect of a healthy body is the backbone to sustaining one! I KNOW that with this new product, I will succeed in getting that flat belly as Flavia once told me that belly fat is all about nutrition so I can’t wait to read the Ninja Nutrition Tactics.

I have been getting your emails for a while now and have been following all the excellent advise you have been giving. I have been excercising making changes to my diet and so on. I am 48 years old and have four daughters, 30, 24, 26 and 11 who are trying to change their lifestyle as they are overweight. They have been impressed with the results from my effort. They are trying to make the changes but are having challenges with the food and nutrition aspect of it. I also experience some challenges in this area sometimes as well. If were given a copy of this book it would not only change my life my also the lives of my daughters and many others would be inspired. When they see our results, This would help them to see that its really possible to make a difference by changing old eating habits and excercising.

I have struggled with weight all my life, never was very active as a child but in my twenties I started to hit the gym pretty hard, hired a trainer and lost a fair bit of weight. Until 6 months ago I was fairly happy with my body until I developed food allergies to basically every food group. I am no longer able to eat dairy, eggs, almonds, meat and beans including soy. My food allergies affected my body as a result I have gained 15 pounds in 6 months and not because of a lack of diet and exercise. I once had nice abs which are hiding under a layer of fat! I am struggling to lose those 15 pounds and get ripped. Even my trainers are stumped. I think the ninja nurtition guide will help me eat correctly and hopefully provide some ideas to boost my metabolism ninja style!!! Thanks!

I deserve to win because I am a real go getter. I always try my very best at everything I do. I never give up, and I keep going until I get the results I am after. Right now I am after getting in the best shape of my life, to fit, healthy, and eat clean. Despite a knee injury I kept going by taking my exercise program in the water. I continued to eat clean and was a success losing some weight. I however now need to kick everything up a notch and the best way I see for doing that is your program. If I had the money I would buy it, but due to family situations at the moment that is just not possible. Your system would not go waste here. I am white and I have been living in Japan for 6 years. I would be considered a bit over weight back home. Here tho, i an gigantic. The girls here are generally stick insects, but they are skinny fat. I am taller, and wider across than most of them, I am carrying weight on my hips and thighs, and I also have a good underlay of muscle, which the girls here definitely don’t have. If I can lose the layer of fat, then it wouldn’t matter how broad my shoulders are, because i would have a fit body to go with the pretty face….and then maybe I could get a date. So come on Joel…help a girl get a date!

I’ve always been great at the exercise side. I’m one of those big guys who surprises you with my strength and stamina during a workout. But I’ve always struggled with the eating. Part of it is my crazy schedule and the other is sort of a mental addiction. I “have” to eat late at night and all the foods that are bad for me. I couldn’t break that habit for about 5 years. Since using the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet I’ve been able to change some of my bad habits and have lost 15 lbs since using it. Even though I really struggled with the fasting something made me try to stick to the program when all others failed. So I’m excited to try Ninja Nutrition. I think it could help me get on track to lose the last 20 lbs I need to. Plus I am a Ninja and I love the title. I’ve been doing Martial Arts since I was ten and my nickname growing up was Ninjaboy!

After completing the XFLD I lost 10 stubborn pounds. Well, it is slowly creeping back on and I would love to have a copy of your very special NNT to keep the lbs off and possibly shed even more fat. I would love to see my abs again, please. I already follow a clean diet with a couple of cheat meals here and there but, I need your knowledge on this nutrition guide to take my body to the next level. I recently quit the gym and and workout at home with minimal equipment doing mostly bodyweight exercises. I love to be lean and fit but it’s such a struggle to keep my weight at 130lbs. I’m 5’3″ and can’t seem to get below that weight and I don’t ever want to go back to the 150lbs I once was. greetings from the Czech Republic! I think I deserve to win a copy of your e-book because I am getting married in just over a month (28th of August) and I want to look the most gorgeous on my wedding day and for my husband-soon-to be! I purchased your XFLD program and it is amazing – I can see incredible results now (people cannot believe I am 31) but I believe I would immensely benefited from knowing even more about nutrition.

i have been the talk of town for transforming my body and looking good since i successfully finished the extreme fat loss programme and loosing all that fat for the first time in my life. I need a copy of NNT because, I am a chubby girl living in Japan and I need a date!!

You have no idea how hard it is to be a fat girl in japan. All the girls here are stick insects (although they are the skinny fat type, no muscle at all). Many women are actuallly anorexic. I am fairly active, I have a nice underlay of muscle on my body, but need help to get rid of the fat on my hips and thighs.

As a foreigner woman in Japan it’s hard enough to find a date, but as a fat foreign woman, well it’s downright impossible. So come on Joel, Help a girl get a date!

I’ve tried waxing on and waxing off. That didn’t work for me. Then I tried jacket on and jacket off, only to find out later that I completely mistook that for…ummm…something else.

I wasn’t going to write in so as to make sure there was no way I’d even take 1% from somebody’s chance of winning. But then I thought , why do I always put myself last? I too need to send in a reply and prove that I respect myself and my body and will do whatever I possibly can to improve.

Hey Joel. I’ve been a fan of yours for a long time but have never taken the plunge. As a doctoral student, I’ve prioritized my intellectual development over my physical, and I must embarrassingly admit that it shows. I’ve just started working out regularly again and will definitely need some guidance there – but for me personally at least, I know that the battle will not be fought primarily in the gym but in the kitchen. I need help Joel knowing what I can eat and how much! But you already know me well enough to see two reasons why I should win a copy of NNT: 1) I’m dedicated and motivated enough to follow through on a plan: anyone who can do twelve years of schooling after high school deserves some prize right? and 2) I’m a full-time student, ergo financially disadvantaged, which has been one of the reasons why I have yet to fully commit but winning a copy of NNT would eradicate that excuse. I had been trying to have that coveted physique for years but no success. I still have that pouched and my metablosim is getting slower and slower making it harder to loose wieght. I cut my food intake and nothing and instead of losing weight I gained more. I had tried so many different diet with no success.

hiya mate, i feel a bit embarrassed writing this seeing as everyone is trying to lose those extra poundz, i dont need the ninja nutrition tacticz, but i do need help, my problem is that ive been going to the gym 3 timez a week for the last year or so and no matter what i eat i just cannot put any weight on, in fact i still tend to lose it, when i first started i was 11.5 stone, now a year on im 10.5 stone and 6.5% body fat, no matter how hard i try, my muscles dont want to grow any bigger than they are, im quite ripped but want to get gain muscle mass, i drink muscle mass protein shakes, take creatine capsules, i hardly stop eating, im 27 years old, what am i doing wrong? plz help

I need this program because i’ve been training my butt off this past year for a number of reasons. Two of them being that, firstly I have to be extremely fit and in great shape for my sport and secondly I’m hoping to set up a business myself in the new year, kind of a cross between yours and Vince delMonte’s. Anyway, I really need to cut the last few ounces of fat so I will be able to perform at an optimal level for the upcoming championship and of course I really need to be in the best shape I can be to promote my business.

I think a lot of people could use this book, some even more than others. I’m not saying that I deserve the book more than anyone else, because that just not true. I’m obese. I just started a diet and have already reached a plateau I can’t seem to break no matter what I am trying. And I am trying. I don’t want to get frustrated and quit. I’ve worked out all of my emotional demons that have stopped my from being a success on the numerous other programs I started and quit. I feel I deserve to win a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics because I have come such a long way and continue on my journey of weight loss. I don’t take the easy way out. I find alternatives to make it successful regardless of my limitations.

My journey began in 1999 when I weighed over 500lbs at a BF of 52%. I joined a gym and hired trainers. I moved to Hawaii in 2001 and continued my weight loss journey. In 2003, I bought a gym so that I could help others. By the summer of 2006 I weighed 250lbs, with a BF% of 24 and 190lbs of lean muscle. November 2006 my life changed with a near fatal car accident with multiple injuries including head trauma.

The doctors prevented me from training for two years. I still struggle with lifelong challenges. Since the accident when I get heated or stressed, whether good or bad stress (including exercise), I break out in severe hives. This can really hinder a person’s training, but I don’t let it stop me. I usually have 45-60 minutes to train before the hives affect my breathing.

On January 22nd, I consulted with John Romaniello which changed my life even more. Last month I completed your XFLD program and am doing the CYWT program currently. Between working with Roman and your program my results have been a loss of 32.5lbs of fat, a loss of 7.2% of body fat while maintaining 231lbs of muscle.

Honestly, how can I know if I deserve this more than anyone other of your subscribers? All I know is that I want to deserve it more than anyone else. I’ve been reading up on everything I can get my hands on for the last 10 years regarding nutrition and fitness. Not until the last year or so have I felt comfortable offering others my advice on how to help them achieve their own goals, but now that I have, I’m addicted. I’ve been following your blog for a few months now. And I am intrigued by this Ninja Nutrition Tactics idea. However, maybe you should be the one doing the convincing right now. I’m not sure this manual is for me but it sure would be nice to get one of your free copies to be able to decide for myself. Then I would be better able to see if it has exactly what i need to finally get my 6pack abs to shine through. And depending on my success with your new tactics, I’d probably have to tell all my friends about what a great product you’ve got here. I’m not sure if you’re interested in word of mouth advertising but i sure have alot of friends that could use a solution to fatloss problems.
