I started a weight loss plan in October. I weighed 162 and had health issues with high blood sugar and cholesterol. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I still need to lose another 20 pounds. Although I am female, I carry most of my fat in my stomach area. This is visceral fat, the worst kind. I know it is dangerous to have so much visceral fat in my midsection. I am struggling to rid myself of it. I could really use some help. It’s not about vanity, it’s about saving my life. I really want to accomplish this goal. I workout 6 days per week and I could use some new ideas.

I deserve a free copy because I finally have gotten serious about losing weight. I’m a 51 year old mother of 4 and grandmother of two. Over the last 10 years I have been over 200 lbs. I decided I was going to get under 200lbs and finally after two years of trying I finally made it. I’ve lost 40 lbs and have 40lbs to go. My goal is attainable and with all the pounds gone I’d love to see the defined, lean muscles appear which have been hiding under the fat for quite a while. I am recently unemployed which has allowed me more time to establish a exercise routine which I can continue when and if I return to work. So please pick me. Thank you.

Joel I would love to utilize your ninja tactics. I am a 34 y/o single mother of 3. My baby is now 12. I can’t blame baby weight any longer. Over the past year i have lost 30 lbs walking to work 3 miles a day. I have had back surgery and am trying hard not to regress. I have about 25 lbs to my goal weight and for the past 3 months have hit a plateau. I am trying hard not to be discouraged and am still walking everyday. The walking makes my back feel good. I am hoping your ninja tactics will help me progress even more. I may not be the most deserving but, I do hope you pick me.

i m a 14 years old boy, 5 feet 8 inches in height. i’ve been trying to loose fat on my waist. i m not very active. i weight about 160. i think i m overweight. i don’t have any diet plans or dont know what to eat to stay healthy. i need to build more muscle and loose more fat. i want to have a really ripped body and i think its going to be perfect with this book.

Joel,
I want and deserve to win a copy of the NNT because I will use it. I have used a lot of your tips/suggestions over the last 4 months and have been very impressed with the nutrition and fitness results, and my transformation is noticed by many people. I have become a positive spokesperson on getting fit to the people around me and I can see it is having an effect on others as well. Having more information of different ways to obtain fat loss goals would help me stay on my new track to a better/healthier life. I know I need change, that is the only way I will stay on a program and I want to maintain this healthier, stronger, leaner body.

Joe!

I love to study and experiment with reliable and true diets that really make a change in every day bases, i´m a MYM and also been using CYWT, and i think it is amazing, it helped me lean down from 200 with 23%BF after some serious bulk that started in january with MYM program and started dieting in may and using CYWT i got to 180 with 12%BF mid june and then i used your principals of XFLD to get even leaner and i did. i also use this diet to help my family melt away fat and has changed more lifes that you could ever imagine, i will also use i to teach those who really have a burning desire for being better.

God bless you and even if you don´t chose me i just wanted to get in touch with you and tell you you are awesome!

Joel i can’t even believe what an inspiration you are to me and millions of other people out there! You spent so much of your time to learn and share some of the most remarkable techniques and discovers with everyone, like your amazing inside and out and everyone knows it!
My sister has been struggling with her body fat for her whole life and she working out 5 X a week cardio and weights and she pushes herself so hard sweat blood tears…. the whole shabange! Anyway you get what i am saying …. Me on the other hand and just really lean and i eat more than her and do way less and i would love for you to help her out and show these Ninja tech of yours!
You’re so amazingly awesome!

I have never been chubby but also not really slim. The important fact it’s that a change happened two years ago and that was due to exercise and food care.

I’ve been very influenced by macrobiotic diet (organic when possible) and started running (two y.ago) and doing yoga (one year now). Lately I have been trying to follow Isabel De Los Rios nutrition advises, Food Combining theories and last but not least you have been guiding my food habits.

I am slim now I think (110.23pounds and 5.45feet and 24y.old), in some places needing a bit of tonification. I love to cook and eat and very often I find myself wondering about nutrition facts, so it would be very helpfull to be awarded with this “bible”.

Anyway if there are persons in more need than me, I feel happy for them to be the ones chosen.

Keep up the good work and hope you continue, as I am sure, to inspire us all throughout the world.

Kind Regards,

Joana from Portugal

I’m 52. I’ve come a long way in this last 10 months [from 10 pounds starting weight to 90 pound ab crunches]. I did it for one simple reason. I was tired of hurting. When I did the first 15 Ab Crunches on the machine with 10 pounds, I was about to tell the Doc that the pain pills for the arthritis were not working any more. Read and decided what did I have to lose but the pain. And it worked. And I can feel and see the difference. I’ve lost 10 inches but haven’t lost a pound. I was lucky. I had Weider and the crew in the 80s and I simply fell back on what I learned from his books and magazines when I lifted all the time. Good solid stuff. The hard part is I also have a chronic torn achilles. That puts a good end to almost all Cardio except the hand bike. Any weight loss has to be done thru weights and Nutrition. Weights and rehabbing the torn tendon with them worked. My Orthopedic Doc at Hershey said I was doing better than 90% who had it repaired. Then he asked me if I could stand on my toes. Nope but in two months after that with tweaking my weight workouts, I could. I use everything I read and learn. I also pass it on if anyone is willing to listen. I want to shed all the weight I gained with the injured back/arthritis from it. I want the old me back who chewed up Muscles & Fitness every day and worked out at the local hard core gym in the 80s. Why? I’m a fighter and I do my goals. I will use the ….. out of it and get the best results from it.

Hey Joel,
I believe I deserve the NNT book because I’m an action taker! There isn’t a day that I don’t do something to achieve my dream body or any of my other goals. I’m 24 years old and a single mom to a 3 year old boy (to whom I want to be a role model) and I managed to have now a better body than before my kid was born, but it’s still not enough cause i’ve reached a plateau i have been struggling with for more than a year now! I don’t want to believe this is the best I can get (I’m 23% bf). It’s hard for me to get really extreme (I have your XFLD book) since my blood sugar levels drop every 2 or 3 hours and I’m a petite girl(154cm :) ), so very little food doesn’t work for me…Please tell me there’s a chance for me to get an amazing body ’cause I know that if there’s someone who’s got a solution for me, it’s got to be YOU. BTW, I absolutelly enjoy all the science you put in everything you write, it gives you total credibility!

I have lost 15 lbs on my 5’3 frame, and have kept it off for 10 years. I am ready to continue to step up to the next level. I’m now carb cycling, doing tons of high intensity weight training and am *almost* there. Your tips have meant so much, and I can’t wait to see more. Many thanks Joel for you and your wisdom.

iam a fitness trainer and i love workinout n keepin shape buildin functional muscle, and i always wanna do sensible things be it my workout or my nutrition and or my supplementation,n love gettin artcles and new info form good n reliable source and strength coaches,i really love ur work n i hopeu wont disappoint me..

Hi Joel,
I would love to be considered for one of the ten lucky winners. I have been struggling with my weight for the past year. Everything I do seems to back-fire on me. I start to seriously exercise (6 days a week) and I gain a pound, I follow the menu suggestions and I go nowhere. I desperately need something to give me the charge that I need to drop this weight. I am 56, post menopausal and 50 pounds overweight. I don’t want a bikini body, just a healthy one. Thank you.

Well, I can’t say I deserve to win a copy any more than anyone else, but I can tell you that I WILL use it! I have been working out and staying in pretty good shape for the last 5 years. I get bored with exercise quite easily, though, so I keep switching programs… BUT I still keep going. And switching programs every 6 weeks or so is actually a good thing. The one thing I struggle with is eating. A couple of the exercise programs I’ve completed have meal plans to accompany them and that has worked well for me, but now that I’ve designed my own workout routine, I have a very hard time with eating the right foods at the right time, etc, etc. I not only have a sweet tooth, but I also love FOOD! There are not very many foods out there that I don’t like. I’ve tried to just restrict calories myself, but I’ve resigned to the fact that meal plans, or any plan actually, works much better for me. I’m pretty confident that this is the reason I’m not seeing the results I want. I’m very much interested in this because I believe it would be the ‘icing on the cake.’ Mmmmm… icing… cake… Whoops! I am willing to try anything! I know that my eating is messing up my results and that is why I deserve to win a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics. Maybe not more than anyone else, just because I feel I need it and would most definitely use it.
Thanks,
Yolande

I have struggled with weight loss my entire life. Now I am turning 50 in two months, I am determined to be in the best shape in my life for my birthday. I need help! I have purchased your extreme fat loss package and found it helpful and am setting a date to do the entire program dedicatedly without deviation. Your Ninja tactics sound EXACTLY what I need RIGHT NOW to get me on my way to actual weight loss and towards my 50th goal! I am determined to reach that! :) Jane

Hi Joel,

I am a 52 year old woman in reasonable health living in a corner of Asia where the Internet is a necessity for finding out what is going on elsewhere. All my life I’ve been overweight and a serial dieter. All the diets worked fine..then they didn’t! I have gradually over the last 3 years changed my diet and lifestyle permanently- I am a big fan of Isabel de los Rios’ DSP and got introduced to you via her blog. But no matter how hard I try, I can’t switch off my need to reward myself occasionally – and that’s where you understand! I tried CYWT a year ago and lost 6 pounds, then found it impossible to control myself on the higher carb days and gave up in frustration. Now I am serious- I need to stay healthy for my job and for my life and for my partner who is a cancer survivor. I have just lost 12 pounds on your XTFL and although I don’t work out in a gym I am doing yoga for strength training and I swim 1km daily for cardio and HIIT. I feel a lot better and also feel as if your research and weight loss strategies are beginning to make real sense to me. It’s really hard planning a diet here- can’t always buy the right things, have to adapt, always take my own food and try to avoid all the expat socialising in bars! But I’m determined and getting there- no turning back! I’m not sure how you will decide who deserves a free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics but after a lifetime of trying, if I can really crack the codes this time I would be willing to use my success to help others in the same position and to promote your very sound strategies. A free copy to me would be spreading the word in a new place – a very smart marketing tool! Because I believe in it, I’ll prove to others that it works and get more supporters for you.

Everyone knows how tough it can be to stay in shape, let alone proper fit, but these past couple of years have set a new record for me. Between having been stuck overseas in less than pleasant conditions where nutrition was, naturally, a problem, losing five family members, a strained marriage, and being close to losing our home a few too many times, I have lost and gained over 60 lbs.
From reading emails/posts and watching the clips I was able to lose 20 lbs from home which was great! When things began to pick up a little I did find a great deal on a gym membership, thinking the trainers and atmosphere would be a positive distraction from everything going on, but I was injured months ago and I am still forced to stay off my feet which makes working out considerably more difficult (though I yet do it daily) and interval training almost completely impossible. Needless to say, on came the pounds. I have decreased my intake, naturally, (I still cook healthy and never eat out) but I need the proper instruction.
On one hand it feels kind of ‘low’ to get this personal with strangers in hopes of getting a free book, but as short as money is these days, I can’t even afford the comfort of a ‘harmless’ vice, and, as a full-time father, I have no time for idle distractions, so all I’ve really got is my daughter and my health.
Thanks for everything, Joel.

Joel,
I need all the help and incentives I can get. What keeps me on track is having more material to read and always fresh and new ideas, otherwise, like so many others, I start a workout and nutritional routine and I slowly fall back to my to my original habits. I’m 56 and some daily habits I’ve had for a long time. I need to loose 25+ lbs. to get back to my desirable weight. Just recently hurt my back doing a routine to build lean muscle. Now I need to massively adjust that routine so that my back heals instead of having chronic pain.
I am not young but I do not want to grow old and unfit. I know I can succeed and I don’t deny that I need help to do it. This is why I have to have a copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics. With the right material to follow the incentives will stay strong and I will adjust and conquer those old habits!

Joel,

So many people have given great reasons why they deserve the free copy of your book so I will be completely honest. I do not have the greatest story but I have had to go through a lot to gain the results I currently have. From High School to now almost a decade later I have always wanted to get fit and ripped but lacked the motivation to do so. About a year ago, after being married for 2 years and a father, I was so uncomfortable with my own body that I had to do something. So I started eating better and signed up with one of those ACAI scams. Regardless of the pills effectiveness it sparked a mind change in me to where I eventually realized my diet and exercise were what caused me to lose almost 40lbs of fat last year. In high school I yearned to be fit, asking friends and family for help. Nobody was even close to what I wanted to be and no help. I tried working out, martial arts but overlooked my diet. I am better but I still am lacking in effectively eating for fat loss. I have about 15 pounds of fat to go and I know it is because I am not combining the foods in my diet to optimize fat loss. I want a copy of your book because it will help me in optimizing food in the way I have been failing to execute.

(Word Count: 247, lol)

To be honest I will probably buy your book even if you do not choose me for a free copy but hey, if you are offering I am not one to shy away from a competition.

Wow. Lots of comments here. Hope Joel will get to read mine.

I am not going to say that I deserve your system, because I don’t deserve it anymore than the people that posted here, but I don’t deserve it any less either.

Like the rest I have my share of stories too. Such as when 8 years ago when I was obese and managed to drop 38 kilos and keep it off. I am also recovering from a left knee surgery and for the past year I am fighting stomach cancer. But I never stopped exercising and eating right. And things are looking pretty good with my health.

I also recently got the job I wanted. I am an I.T. expert and for the past 5 years I have been trying to join this highly respectable I.T. company. After 4 tries, and many interviews I was finally able to join them.

I design and implement computer network systems for a living. But sports, exercise and nutrition is my passion and life. And much like my profession I am always learning and pushing and striving to become the best I can be.

I would consider my self lucky to be among the ten chosen ones who make the cut and hopefully I will be. But if not, well, I will never stop learning and improving.

What ever the case might be, I thank you for the opportunity.

Yours truly,

Yiannis Loizou

Hi, I have over the past year put on a stone, I look better for it but have love handles that I cant shift and some extra fat. I do walk a couple of miles a day but do not do the gym due to extortionate fees (used to years ago, 3 times a week). Im told I look good for my age – approaching 50 but I know I need to lose the excess fat (flabby bits). Doc said to cut out sugar and carbs which is hard due to sweet tooth and I love pasta and cheese but dislike veg so try to compensate with salad. I read all your advice and find it very inspiring but can only go so far due to lack of funds. Would love to receive a free copy of Ninja Nutrition Tactics! Thank you for all your help and support so far.

Joel,
I am a regular guy. But I am trying to not be that regular guy. I am a student, who is signed up for military service. I hope to enter the Special Forces Support Group. once I have gone through selection and training. You are my inspiration to improve myself. So far, I have moved from being a small, fat kid, to a body which I can live with. In this life, I want to be the best I can be, so I gotta reach for the stars, and I hope that receiving the guide will help me be all I can be, along with you as my inspiration. I am stuggling, however, to remove the body fat which obscures my pecs and abs, as it just sits on top, making me look larger than I should be. Plus, money is tight, I am having to save every penny for unwanted costs, working towards my dream.
Thanks for hearing me out mate,
Chris

I am 56 and have transformed my body in a toned lean fit machine…I love…was drinking, drugging and smoking over the years but now I feel tremendous

been following you for some time now…best of luck…MARK

Joel,

I’m an extremely self-motivated 42 yr old male who has transformed his body over the last two years with a lot of hard work, dedication…. blood, sweat and tears! I’ve run through the gamut of P90x routines, Stronglifts 5×5 and a number of different routines from Men’s Health. I am very pleased with my results, however, I want to get below 10% body fat and I’m really intrigued by some of the “carb cycling” methods that you have mentioned in your recent posts. I firmly believe that your “Ninja Nutrition Tactics” system will get me there! If I were to be lucky enough to win a free copy, I’d put it to use right away! Thanks for all your time and effort in changing peoples’ lives for the better. All the best to you, Joel. — Jason Davis
